I recently visited Avery Lane with my two teenagers in search of a new sofa and was extremely disappointed with our experience. While the store did have a great selection of gorgeous furniture, the staff were rude and very unfriendly to my teenagers. This was especially disappointing as we were all excited to shop at Avery Lane and had high hopes for finding the perfect sofa. Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted with cold and distant attitudes from the staff. Despite our attempts to engage in friendly conversation and ask questions about the various sofas on display, the staff seemed disinterested and unenthused to be helping us. My teenagers, who are usually well-behaved and respectful, were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which really put a damper on our shopping experience. In the end, we left Avery Lane empty-handed and with a bad taste in our mouths. It's a shame because the store had a lot of beautiful furniture to choose from, but the rude and unfriendly staff completely overshadowed any potential enjoyment we could have had while shopping there. I would not recommend Avery Lane to anyone based on our poor experience with the staff.

Take a trip down Avery Lane, you won't be disappointed! Its a superior furniture consignment store. The furnishings are beautifully displayed, the selection wide, and the pricing is on target. But best of all, the staff is wonderful! After my 2 week search for a reasonably priced, attractive chest of drawers in the Tucson and Scottsdale areas, I finally found the perfect piece at Avery Lane in Scottsdale. Pamela went above and beyond the call of duty to help me secure delivery to my Oro Valley home. Avery Lane's customer service is top notch! I will definitely return to find more "finds".

We recently purchased a new home in the Phoenix area. The style on the interior of this home is Country French. We moved from a home that was very modern. What a find Avery Lane was for us! Additionally our salesperson, Billye, was an absolute champ! Once she knew our style, she ran with it and found us multiple pieces. I can't even imagine what all these items would have cost at their original price(s).

I'd never heard of the folks at Avery until a home designer recommended the store, knowing I needed to sell my existing furniture. This is a great looking store inside and out and has an elegant curb appeal. Walking in gave me the immediate sense of an upper end furniture store. Quality furniture displayed, none looking preowned, and at a price less then you'd pay at the original store. So, I decided to cosign our newer furniture after we decided to redesign our home. The process of listing my furniture at Avery was easy, fairly priced to sell, pickup from our home was simple and the net proceeds checks were sent to me as represented. In 30 days or less, we sold 3 of the 4 listings we consigned. If you like nice furniture, and don't want to pay retail, check them out. If you want your furniture to be displayed with nice furniture, try them out. I have no horse in this race, just a happy customer. Gus

Avery Lane is, without a doubt, the best furniture consignment store I've had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the quality of their merchandise and the level of customer service they provide. First and foremost, the staff at Avery Lane is exceptional. Barbara, in particular, has a tremendous eye for design and a wealth of knowledge about their inventory. She took the time to understand my style and preferences and helped me pick out the most wonderful living room furniture. Her expertise and guidance made the entire shopping experience a joy.

Professional and efficient! I stopped in today after our Sotheby's agent recommended Avery Lane as the best consignment store for furniture that was included in our new home that we do not need. Jamie and Darlene were very professional and gave clear direction on how to work with them. I am new to the area, and finding the best spots is key to getting started.
