Awesome Times TX

The family decided to try this place. The baseball and football games were on which was a nice bonus. I tried the Frozen Whiskey Coke which was a great balance - the Whiskey taste wasn't too overpowering, but the drink was strong. We all enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and my husband loved the Philly cheesesteak and tater tots. The menu is fun with lots of variety and things you would never think to put together, like spaghetti tacos. Definitely worth a stop at this place if you're in the area.

The food is just delicious. I dont need flowery language or prose, just.... go eat here. The fries are hot and crispy, the flautas are INCREDIBLE, the pizza-dilla is luscious and tasty. The queso is welcome at my table ANY time. Im picky about so many things and its just not an issue here. You can order at the counter but you can also just walk in and sit down and tap or scan the menu tab and order and pay and everything all from there. That certainly doesnt mean youre neglected though. The staff are very thoughtful and will check in with you a couple (but not too many) times. Just go, its an..... Awesome Time(s) 😏

Always enjoy Awesome Times! They have a nice chicken caesar wrap I love for lunch, but we love to splurge on Friday nights with some wings and Mt Fuji or Taco Tuesday tater tots. Bar and restaurant service is always great! During football season we go watch some of the Marcus game on Fridays, and this year we went and watched a UNT game up there. Last night we went up there for one of the many spirit nights they host in support of our community. It’s just good food and a fun vibe.

Great food and perfect restaurant for families! We had four babies 2 years old and younger and they were quick to supply us with enough high chairs. And I loved that the restroom had a stocked changing table - just so thoughtful! Will definitely be coming back.

My friend and I were in the area when we found Awesome Times TX. The food and service are excellent and the decor is terrific. My friend had the patty melt and onion rings, saying they were the best she had ever had. I had the chicken quesadillas. They were YUMMY! The chicken was flavorful and juicy. We both wished we lived much closer to this restaurant - but then we would have traffic. 😁

We have used Awesome Times to cater some work lunches and have been absolutely blown away by with their lunch offers! Not only is the team reliable, easy to contact, but they even go out of their way to customize the needs for special requests. It is so nice to have a local small business to rely on for our needs. It’s all in the name, everyone should come have an awesome time!

After our first time here I wrote a review on yelp, and now after our second time I just had to post another review here on Google. We just moved to Texas from AZ with two toddlers. We don’t get out much, but this will for sure be our spot when we do. It’s a casual spot with great food and drinks. My husband and I love that we can get in quick and easy if need be with our kids, but we still get to enjoy their bar and have our own little date night if you will. It is such a great spot for date night, families, friends, etc. The owner was so nice and brought my kiddos watermelon. They loved it. The bartender made us a great margarita. Other staff members checked on us throughout our visit and was so friendly and attentive. The vibe here is unmatched. Can’t forget to mention how good the food is, it is so delicious. Strongly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already.

If there a star below one this place would certainly get it! Ordered the Philly steak tots and they look like dog food! Burger had bun so soggy you could not even hold it to eat it. Whole place stinks of kitchen grease . The kicker was we had to wait over 50 minutes for crappy food Do better! Place is ok but the the food is a lot to be desired
