"Resorts World has five distinct pools but it’s the party playground, Ayu, that attracts the crowds on weekends. The kitchen serves up a series of salads, shared plates, and a few handheld dishes, too. These include steak, chicken, or duck tacos, a buffalo chicken wrap, and avocado toast topped with a hard-boiled egg. The tuna poke nachos come with wonton chips, furikake, spicy mayo, sweet chili, sweet soy, avocado, and sweet peppers.  Admission: Starts at $20-30" - Ryan Slattery, Janna Karel

Beautiful day had a decent time, nice spot. Waffle fries best deal in entire place drink of food, could have been crispier tho

I never write reviews, and this is more for Brian Pfieffer VIP host just than Ayu. Call Brian and he will take amazing care of you: 773-459-8133. The BEST host in Vegas - and I’ve probably worked with 20+. He got us a table at Ayu and it was a fabulous day. Great service, great music, and decent food. Multiple different pools to go in and not as cloudy/gross as other pool party pools. Brian also took care of us even for the clubs the other nights we were there, connecting us with his friends to get us on super easy and quick guest lists. Brian for the W!

Google
Pretty nice venue for pool parties--if a promoter offers you free entrance here it's definitely worth going. The drink prices start at $14 however so I would recommend pregaming!

I went to AYU for my bachelorette party and it was the highlight of the weekend! I worked with their promoter Steve and he was amazing from the beginning! Super helpful, responsive and hooked it up with an awesome cabana spot! We had a blast!! Overall it was a 10/10 experience! If you’re looking to celebrate or just have an amazing pool day in Vegas, this is the spot to be at!

We had a bachelorette in an upstairs cabana and it was the perfect party vibe for her celebration. Bre and Axzavier took great care of us all afternoon and the DJ kept the vibes up. We couldn’t be happier!

There's always something up with this club in a negative way. If you're a few minutes past the time for guest list you can't be admitted even though there's zero people in line. Then they post prices to get in and they don't even honor that and jack up the price. One time, the headliner DJ wasn't going to show up and they didn't even tell anyone. The club is small also. Much better options in Vegas.

Google
$14 for a small bottle of water without refills in the blazing desert heat. Gratuity already included in the bills without notifying customers so you’re double tipping. Atmosphere and scenery is fine, was nice enough and the concert was great but the overall experience was underwhelming to say the least.

We went here on a Saturday and the place was packed, which was expected. However, what was not expected was the extremely rude staff. All of them. $15 to check my backpack and was within arm reach of the counter if someone wanted to grab it, so not secured. Pool is extremely small. Drinks were pricey. $99 for 6 beers or $65 for a frozen daiquiri. There is no free place to sit except in or on the side of the pool. They also had no clean towels as they “ran out”. Find a better pool party, this one was lame.

Yelp
Hit up Brian Pfieffer - VIP host for AYU 773-459-8133 Had an epic time here! He and his crew sorted out everything for us.

Yelp
Had a fantastic time at Ayu Day Club with all of our friends. The service was impeccable and all around great atmosphere. Our group booked our table through Brian Pfeiffer, VIP host for Ayu Dayclub, and could not of had a better experience. His cell is (773)-459-8133 and would highly recommend booking any Vegas activities through him.

Yelp
Overall, it was a fun time! Came here with the husband and I got us on the guestlist online for free entry. We just had to be in by 2pm, which was later than most day clubs. Ladies also got a free drink (super small and mostly ice, but still a free drink). The only real issue I had was coat/baggage check. It was $20, which seemed reasonably. We told them we were going to put on sunscreen and then check our bags in and then when we came back about 10 minutes later, it was $25. We tried to argue how ridiculous that was, but it was still cheaper than a locker. If you don't have a table, the only place you can really hang out is in front of the DJ or in the pool. There wasn't too much space in between the tables to hang out without being awkward and crowding someone else's space. Given that it was over 100 degree, we decided to go in the pool. Drinks of course were expensive. Spent $77.12 on ONE drink - 20% gratuity included even though we got a slushie so all he did was pour some liquor and turned the tab on the slushie machine. It was either that (which came with a real cup and lid) or a small 16oz flimsy cup with no lid for $40. Get a cup with a lid if you're going in the pool! It was DELICIOUS though so worth it! The DJ we came for (Meduza) came on at 2:45pm, which was earlier than expected, which was great because we didn't want to stay that much longer because of the heat. Overall, the crowd was chill, it wasn't super crowded and no one was splashing in the pool, which I appreciate.

Yelp
Located in Resorts World, it's pretty convenient, however I wouldn't rate it as one of the top day clubs in Vegas. I'm writing this review based off of my second visit. As mentioned, Ayu was convenient for people in our group that were staying at Resorts World and wanted to go for Kaskade. I would definitely recommend going through a promoter if you can or stand in the general line. Once inside we were guided to our day bed which gave us a dedicated area to sit and some shade, or so we thought. Unfortunately there was no shade and the daybed was pretty much a large wicker egg chair that allowed sun through. It would've really helped if there was also an umbrella. Also of note is that this dayclub feels cramped, it's definitely smaller than some others but feels like there is barely enough room to walk between daybeds. I also have to mention the service. While our server was nice, she was pretty absent and we waited for our food order (of only chicken tenders & fries) for nearly an hour and saw other people who ordered after us get their food in that time. It made it worth it to see Kaskade and the pool was rather refreshing and Everyone seemed to have a good time.

Yelp
We were trying to buy tickets and they told us we got in free because we were Crocksford hotel guests...pretty sweet we thought, so I tipped the guy who told us and he just ran off, it was strange. Then, soon as the employees saw our hand stamp that "we didn't have to pay", they were so nasty and disrespectful, it was shocking!!!! We were first in our line....but they kept letting other people from other lines go ahead of us, so we asked what the protocol was, and a very angry girl said "you don't want to be jammed in that other line do you?" We didn't know she was being a smart ass...so we asked, which entry will you be sending us in then? She very rudely said that since we didn't have to pay we needed to just wait. We asked what we did to be treated so poorly & she started yelling at us. We were literally dumbfounded by the behavior, she's causing a scene and her co-worker came over, and we thought certainly the co-worker is going to resolve this weird encounter. Meanwhile the girl is still causing a scene, and I turned to my girlfriend and said, "let's just be cool, these girls are high energy" The moment I said that, the co-worker said you guys are out! They called security over, which was not only embarrassing, but we were still wondering what on earth we did to deserve this. The only thing we ever said was, "when will it be our turn?" So we are being escorted away by security and my girlfriend asked to speak with the manager. We were hoping someone would help us, we're hotel hotel guests, we're customers, & the Ayu Day Club employees were truly awful to us....surely the manager Dan (& he wouldn't give his last name) would smooth this over and let us in. NOPE, he said he has to defend his staff, defend!?! Defend from what!? From asking when our turn was going to be, we just wanted to know how long we would have to wait, we didn't even care, we just wanted to know! Nobody was interested that we did nothing wrong, and that we were singled out by some disgruntled employee that decided to take her aggression out on us. To our shock and bewilderment we are being denied entrance, they need to fire just about everyone that works there, & hire people that are decent and kind. We complained to Crocksford management and they gave us a day-bed at their infinity pool. Victoria, the manager, was great, she also arranged to get us access into Ayu Day Club, but after our experience, we turned it down. Ayu Day club employees are really trashy and I know for certain the girl took one look at my Russian girlfriend, whom is wearing a beautiful bikini & cover, & looking first class from head to toe, and the Ayu employee hated her for it. It was awful. I recommend going anywhere else.

Yelp
second time here and it's safe to say... i am NOT the biggest fan of dayclubs xDdd like it's definitely cute for the vibes/ pics but it's incredibly hot (and only cool if you dip your feet into the germ-infested pool ahaha) BUT if you have a table/ cabana i think my opinion would fer sureee change

Van L.

Yelp
Best to find a promoter to get bottle service. Some can really work their magic because we got the cabana right in front where the DJ performs! We only came there to see Illenium! We got there before 1pm and he came on around 3ish. The service was great, the waitress and servers were very attentive. It gets very hot so bring your sunscreen! The day beds have an area to put your stuff in and the restrooms were weren't that packed when we needed to use it.

Yelp
Ayu is a pretty chill place. Not too fancy, and just the right amount of bougie. My friends and I came here earlier today to see Timbaland and Busta Rhymes and had a blast! We did, however, note the size of the 1 pool that they have: tiny! We would have also appreciated free water stands in this 110°+ weather, but they charged us $15 for a regular sized bottle of Fiji water instead. We didn't bother with the overpriced alcohol (good thing we drank before we went!). Overall, Ayu is a decent day club, but I would've expected bigger and better from Resorts World.

Margaret P.

Yelp
As with any pool club in Vegas, it's gonna be expensive, and this is no different. Located at Resorts World, this is one of the newer large scale pool clubs on the strip. In my opinion, this pool is much smaller than other ones like Encore Beach Club, but we went here because one of my friends was celebrating a joint bachelor and bachelorette party here for Kaskade. We originally wanted to get a table, but we were getting quoted about $3K, so we passed. We got on a guestlist instead, but were surprised when we got there that the tables were cheaper than originally quoted. I guess there was a cancelation which was the reason why they were able to offer the table for cheaper. We hit the minimum (and actually went even above that) and then ordered drinks at the bar. One large drink was $60 bucks! That's Vegas for ya. But, the plus side is that you get to see artists like Kaskade really close.

Maysee L.

Yelp
Came to Vegas to celebrate my cousin's birthday and we decided to check out Ayu Day Club inside Resorts World because it was one of the newer pools on the Strip. We worked with our awesome promoter, Brain Preiffer, who is a VIP host for Ayu. We originally got the daybed but was upgraded to a couch the day of which was right in front of the main pool and stage! He even met us at Ayu to greet us and showed us to our table. We went on a Friday so the music was EDM which was not so much of our liking, but we still had a wonderful time. The ambiance and our hosts were super friendly, attentive, and nice. If you're in Vegas and need a promoter, Brian is your guy. He also works with a bunch of other clubs and will definitely hook you up. His cell phone 773-459-8133.

Yelp
My group and I had an incredible time at Ayu. Highly recommend booking through Brian Pfeiffer VIP Host (773) 459-8133. Brian hooked it up! We had an incredible day bed for Illenium and the experience was a 10/10. We were very impressed by this venue especially the cleanliness and the overall aesthetic. Sound was incredible and the vibe was immaculate.

Jason R.

Yelp
Well the original plan was not to come here, but I ended up here and had a good time. Great environment and great service made this place a must if you are in town. The Ambience also made this place beautiful and so much fun. Definitely one of the best pool parties to come and check out.

Fancypants X.

Yelp
Located inside Resorts World is one of the newer day clubs in Vegas. Ayu doesn't quite have their ish together yet. The first time we planned to come here, we arrived to a completed closed club with no info or explanation despite us being confirmed on the guest list. Luckily, my group is laid back & down to pivot when plans fall through but that was annoying. We came back a month later to see Kascade & had a decent time, but the chemicals in the water destroyed our hair & faded the color of our bathing suits. Ayu needs to figure out how to properly treat their pool water. Hard pass on Ayu Day Club.

Carlson Z.

Yelp
Had a blast seeing Zedd on a busy summer weekend. Our friend hooked us up with an upper level cabana, which came in clutch in the 100 degree weather as it provided cool shade and a nice place to take a break from the craziness. Our server was very proactive and always made sure drinks were flowing, keeping us topped up. We also ordered food at some point and from what I can remember, which is not much after 4PM LOL, it was pretty good. I'll definitely be coming back next time I visit Vegas or checking out their sister nightclub Zouk.

Kate F.

Yelp
I have been to at least 10 different day clubs in Las Vegas over the years and this was the worst one by far. They sent us an email saying we had to arrive by 1030 or we would lose our cabana that we had already put a $1000 deposit on. We arrived and no one was there. A security guard from Resorts World let us know they didn't open 12 so we had to kill time. We were told they closed at 6 and ordered another bottle around 330 and then they abruptly shut things down at 4 when their dj was done. We then had to argue with them to let us take the bottle back to our room. They weren't the least bit sympathetic about the time mix up and only offered to give us a deal if we returned. My friend and I both had colored swimsuits which ended up looking tie- dyed from the excess chemicals they put in the bowl. My other friends had on black swimsuits so they didn't get discolored. The pools were small for the amount of cabanas so they were super crowded. The minimum spend was the highest we have ever paid and not worth it.

Jewelia C.

Yelp
Came here to see Kaskade play in July! Obviously a new club so pretty clean and looked nice and pretty. The layout was a bit weird and almost seemed a bit like a maze. I feel like an open layout would be better so people can actually see the dj from far away? The VIP areas seemed pretty nice as some of them had little plunge pools in their area so that's totally worth but just paying VIP prices for a chair out in the sun does not seem worth it at all. The WORST thing about this place is the damn water canons. They have these huuuuuge water canons on top of the building that occasionally shoot water. They shoot a TON of water RIDICULOUSLY HIGH into the air and when it comes down it comes down with so much force and it's not even droplets, it's like you're getting a huge bucket of water just pelted at you. Like whoever thought this would be a good idea please stop - and also it was of course a man because rip all the girlies who lost all their hair and makeup in one wash of that water lmao!!!

AL T.

Yelp
Came on Memorial Day Weekend. First time here and had an excellent experience. We did bottle service which eliminated a lot of the unfavorable parts of general admission. But general admission seemed to be enjoying themselves too. We relived our middle days with T-Pain and his era's music. Do bottle service if you decide to come. It definitely adds to the experience. And with my group of 5 it made the cost manageable. My guy Brian Pfeiffer will take care of you for all your VIP needs. I don't use any other host and I don't ever plan to. His number is 773-459-8133. Tell him Albert/AL sent you.

Jayme H.

Yelp
I've been to Ayu Day Club twice, almost exactly a year apart from one another. Both experiences were a lot of fun. They were similar to each other but both a little more basic. We didn't rent daybeds or get bottles or anything. My crew and I were there for the music. Back in '22 the entrance was outside, super easy to get into, but in '23 you need to enter through Resort World. This made things a lot more complicated and getting to the pool a longer journey. Anyhoo, once you're in there they have lockers for your items but most keep their things nearby. The cost of lockers change on the day and can get really pricey but I've found them nice to have. Drinks are just as expensive as any other place in Las Vegas so I can't really complain. Although it is bonkers that they can get away with it. The pool is small... But it does make the experience feel more cozy. It's a lot of fun. There's plenty of room to dance outside of the pool but I'm a water girl. Gotta jump in. The entire place is built around the stage and the sound and production has always been good. When you're ready to leave, the uber/taxi area is right outside. Let's just say that if you're here to let loose in the sun while dancing the day away, Ayu will hit the spot.

Debbie M.

Yelp
Horrible experience and I didn't even get in!!! After waiting in the VIP guest list line, having my ID checked and having a security guard thoroughly check my tiny purse, I was approached by another security guard as I was waiting to get in telling me that I couldn't bring my towel in. What? I can't bring a towel to a pool? I asked him to show me in the rules where it says that and he told me to look online. I told him I did and all I could find is that backpacks and oversized bags are not allowed. I then asked to speak to a manager and while I stood to the side waiting for a manager, I watched 4 people walk in with towels. When the manager finally arrived, we basically had the same conversation as I did with the security guard. I also asked him to show me where it says that towels cannot be brought in. He said they provide towels and he didn't want my towel to get lost. I told him I was a big girl and could manage my own towel. He repeated that he wouldn't allow it in. I left as not only did I not want to have to bring my towel all the way back to my car but I have no interest in giving my business to an establishment who let's employees abuse their power and make up the rules as they go along. Upon leaving, I stopped at the posted rules signs and no where does it even mention towels...not allowing them to be brought in or that they provide them. How is anyone suppose to just know this?????

Jeffrey Y.

Yelp
Horrible experience -- strictly shorts-only for guys, had to buy exorbitantly-priced shorts nearby before waiting 30+ min for "host to arrive", only for them to say "host left so it's closed". After much contacting back and forth friends inside, multiple people in our party came out together to meet us and managed to convince security to let us in. Inside, it was crowded, blazing hot, and loud, and also someone inside took advantage of us. One of my friends really really wanted to check it out since we had paid as part of another event which included a bungalow at Ayu, I ended up so maddened by the experience that I just left myself. If I wanted to lose faith in humanity, there's plenty of less tortuous experiences to do so. Did not try food at this event, but nonetheless left a poor aftertaste.

Sophia L.

Yelp
I had a great time with general admission because the DJs that played were great. Venue is also fun--they spray everyone with water to cool down. It's sudden and random, so be prepared (and wear a bathing suit). I hung out between the main pool and a side pool before going up to the center of the dance floor. There were long lines for drinks at the bar, but they do have these huge containers that come with lids (which is good protection against the random water sprays from the trees and from other people in the pool). Same entrance as Zouk, from the shopping side of Resorts World.

Natasha T.

Yelp
A Vegas local here who has attended several day clubs. AYU Day Club at Resorts World has unfortunate unwritten policies. Saturday July 29th, 2023 was a scorching hot day, a blistering 112 degrees outside, the concrete surrounding the pool felt like an inferno. Despite the heat, the staff insisted on enforcing a "no shoes" near the pool rule. This rule is NOWHERE to be listed publicly and no prior disclosure at the security check/bag search line. Once in the pool, security advised the entire pool of people, that it looks "messy" you all need a locker for your shoes. Me: "OK, but the ground is 140 degrees so I need to walk barefoot to a locker to leave my flipflops, and continue to walk back and forth from the locker every time I need to get drinks, use the bathroom, the concrete is no walkable barefoot", AYU: "If you don't utilize a locker we're collecting all the shoes and they will be in a bucket at lost and found unattended". This policy is potentially hazardous. Walking barefoot on the scalding concrete posed a risk of burns. After watching staff collecting shoes of unsuspecting pool-goers, we decided to leave rather than having our shoes taken or receiving 3rd degree burns on our feet. Other pool day clubs have signage warning patrons to wear shoes while out of the pool due to the temperature of the concrete. Excuse me, but it's common sense to allow patrons to wear flip-flops when the ground is practically melting! Secondly, upon arrival, we were handed towels at the towel booth. However, once in the pool we were informed that we had to surrender the towels that THEY GAVE US at the entrance again because they didn't want the pool area to look "messy." We were left with no choice but to either endure the inconvenience of being towel-less and shoeless or spend extra money to rent lockers, daybeds, cabana's etc. What a way to squeeze more cash out of customers! For the record I am OK with any type of rule, as long as they are pre-disclosed. Had I been aware of these policies of no AYU towels, no flip-flops on the pool grounds in advance, I could have made a better-informed decision about whether to attend this type of place. Clear communication goes a long way in fostering a sense of trust and respect between businesses and their customers. #ResortsWorld #AYU #AYUdayclub #ZOUK #VegasPoolParty #PoolPartyVegas #VegasVacation #VegasSummer #VegasLocals #LasVegasLife #LivingInVegas #MyVegas #BadPoolService #AvoidThisPool #VegasIssues #PoolRegrets #OnlyInVegas

Yelp
The newest dayclub to join the Strip was definitely worth visiting at least once! I had the opportunity of coming down to see both Zedd and my beloved Disclosure for their first residency set and featured theme, Moonbeam, and it was a rather mixed feeling. Because Zedd attracts such a huge crowd, we knew that if we were on guest list we would need to come extra hourly. We were right but the line certainly moved much faster than their competitors (like EBC who is well-known for halting the line very quickly). We had bought tickets for Disclosure only because we didn't have a promoter at the time of the announcement but it proved to be rather useful as the Moonbeam event had guest list from 3-5 PM but we were at another club at the time. For the Zedd evening event, it was ABSOLUTELY packed. I left within fifteen minutes of him coming onstage but he didn't even come out until about 1:15-1:30 AM and in that summer heat it just wasn't worth it. For Disclosure, it was much more relaxed as it was on a Sunday and the decor was absolutely adorable. The only downside was that it started to rain towards the end of the set but we definitely got our money's worth regardless. I did not order anything except their cocktails in a souvenir cup which ran me about $54 per cup but during the daytime they do have a good menu which you can order at the window by the restrooms on the ground level. For anyone that says $54 is expensive for the cups, Wet Republic and other dayclubs on the strip have charged much, much more for these. I also like that their straws have a little lid for them. You can charge these to the room if you're a hotel guest but you cannot use the food credit as it's a club, not a restaurant! I definitely plan to return for another visit but hope that by this point they'll allow evening swimming because otherwise it's a poor use of the venue itself. (7/100--2022)

Yelp
So I love the ambiance of this club but it is small. I usually go through Jake Watson for guest list and he takes care of me every time. I would really recommend to get a table if you have the funds for it. The pool by the DJ is smaller so if it is packed that day, you will probably not find a spot to put your things. Drinks are expensive as per any day club in Vegas Bathrooms are clean and the entrance is inside by the pizza place / the big ball The exit is nice because it's right next to the rideshare pickup so it's pretty easy

Jolie N.

Yelp
Just like Zouks nightclub this place has the Gestapo as security but instead of blocking the dance floor this place had security patrolling around the clock and picking up peoples stuff around the pool and moving it to lost and found. Unless you have a cabana or pay $50 for a locker theyll take your stuff and good luck with recovering all your items in one piece btw who the hell is illenium?! The next day on Sunday went to Wet Republic put my stuff down and had a blast vibing to steve aoki and nobody messed with my stuff that was stationed near the pool. And also their bartenders arent a bunch of 20 something faloozis but rather respectable hard working older gentlement which Im more than happy to tip. Resorts is hurting for money any will do anything to nickel and dime its patrons at all costs thats why its dead as hell in their all the time. This wasnt the case last year but all of sudden they want you to pay $50 for locker.

Albert K.

Yelp
- amazing venue if you have a prime cabana spot ($10k) - not as fun if you don't have a good table, or have to hang out in the pool - the pool gets insanely crowded to the point where you can't move around With table service, we cut the line quickly, got in, sat down, and enjoyed the thumping music. Without a table, I would not go.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Experience DO NOT BOOK VIP HERE!!! We booked a cabana for Friday May 3,2024 to see T Pain. First when we get there at 12pm there was so much chaos and unorganization you don't know which line to stand in. For us doing VIP service we stood in line for an hour. I've done VIP at pool parties before and never had this happen to me. So we get in and the guy tells us our cabana is no longer available but w have a spot for all 10 of us. They take us to the spot which was in the side of the DJ booth. Then they proceed to tell us that this is a shared VIP area. At this point we were upset and told them no we reserve a certain cabana to be by ourselves and that's the point of doing VIP. So the manager comes over and proceeds to tell us that the cabana we booked was already taken even though we paid a deposit in advance for the table. At this point they knew they messed up. None of them can look us directly in the eye like a professional mature adult. So when they didn't look me in my eyes which I consider very rude and unprofessional at that point I knew they knew they messed up. So the manager tells us to hold on and he's going to find out what he can do. At this point they had us waiting nearly an hour in the hot sun without even offering us any water to drink at all. So another guy tells us well sorry there is nothing we can do because the cabana we booked it already taken. They offered us a discount and a small free bottle of champagne for 10 of us. So we just stayed near the DJ booth and when T Pain preformed we only saw the back of his body. Also the VIP spot we had was open to everyone to walk through our area like its a exit. Never again will I come here. Ayu Dayclub you need to be better and more organized and don't give away someone's cabana that paid a deposit in advance that's so tacky and rude.

Yelp
Getting there: It's located inside the Resorts World shopping center. There are signs that lead you to the entrance, but we had to ask some of the staff where it was. Experience: We got a table to see DJ Snake for Ayu Nights and tables are daybeds and the daybeds have no sight of the stage (well at least where we were seated). Typical Vegas nightclub, super overpriced. The bottle of Casamigos for our table was $750 when the retail cost of the bottle is maybe $50 +tax max. Then they of course rush you out of the "table" after you finish the bottle. Even though I think the stage is placed at an odd end of the venue, the venue is super dope.

Yelp
Worst experience of my life. While waiting in line to get our IDs checked, a security guard asked my friend to see her phone settings (which is odd) . When she simply asked him "why?" , he yelled at us and told our whole group that we were being rude and not allowed to enter. She simply ASKED A QUESTION. We've never experienced needing to show our iPhone settings for entering a club, so naturally that question would arise. But instead of explaining himself, he lashed out. We watched him tell all the other security officers to not let us in. At this point; none of our tickets had been scanned and to refuse entry was totally uncalled for. We talked to all the security guards and they all stuck together and denied us entry. It honestly felt like one security guard was on a power trip and ran with it. We were out of towners and all spent good money to enter. We were not offered refunds and no one there offered any type of assistance. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't come here.

Yelp
Terrible experience! We went to go see T-Pain 2 days ago and it was a horrible experience. Doors were supposed to open at 10:00 AM and performance was supposed to be at 11:00 AM. Doors did not open till 11:30 AM and T-Pain didn't perform until 4:30 PM!!!! It was extremely hot outside. A girl was in the floor because she almost passed out from the heat. We were standing in the heat for 5 hours! No one gave us an update on what was happening. When T-Pain went on he barely sang and complained about the heat for half of his performance. Definitely a don't meet your hero's moment for me. This day club poorly planned this event. Very upsetting.

Yelp
Bartender was a dick charged me 60$ for a damn soda just because it was in an alcohol jug container.

Yelp
The 2 stars are for having decent residents signed up - Zedd and Tiesto... The cup tells you how to pronounce this club as eye-you However, overall this club is not good for the following reasons: - The whole club area (non-VIP / non-table) is really small and limited. - The pool is tiny, and over half the pool loses the view of the DJ because there is a cabana / table right in the center of it (The pool is U shaped with the DJ at the top of the U, and there is a table in the center of the U.) - There is no shade cover except for a tiny sliver of the GA pool, and it gets over 100-110 in the summer. - Our promoter told us that if we went early enough, we can get in if we were one off from even ratio, but, they didn't allow us even though it was super empty. - The club is NOT connected to Resorts World - you have to walk out and go around to the back. There's no shade waiting in line either. Those are the key items. Some things to note that don't affect the rating: - Bring earplugs - Buy a waterproof soft case for your phone and stuff so that you can hang it around your neck and go into the pool with it.

Yelp
Stay away!! Better time at Wynn/Encore. Went to see T-pain, doors open at 11/noon. They played best of 2006 on an iPod until 430!!! No local rappers or DJ hype. T pain came on for 30 min after standing next to DJ taking shots all day to play 5 crap versions of his lower level hits. That was the worst venue/show I've ever been to.

Yelp
My first time in Ayu day club. It's pretty small once you go inside. Considering this is a newer hotel you would think the day club would be bigger since a lot of people go to these day parties. We saw kaskade and he was amazing!! We wish that the dance floor was bigger where the Dj setup was at. It's pretty small and we wish that it bigger. The pools were also pretty small. I liked that there were two areas for the pool. When Kaskade was playing the main pool was packed so it's nice that the other option was open if you don't want to be in a crowded area. The drinks were okay Vegas prices but pretty good

Yelp
If you are not going to allow outside food in the venue, then you should have allergen friendly options inside. Absolutely ridiculous to not list what food items you sell online, I could never get ahold of anyone on the phone to ask, and nobody was helpful inside. They told me to leave and go eat inside the hotel, then come back. So we walked all the way inside, and none of the restaurants inside had GF food for me. I have celiac disease, finding GF food should not be so difficult. I ended up just leaving and never went back to the day club. Such a waste of a day. I was already a little leery about how small the place was. How the pool was so small and so packed. Then the food issue just set me over. I'll never be back.

Yelp
We had a great time with our friends. Sure it was packed. Sure it was pricey. Absolutely we had fun. DJ Snake set the party off and we danced our hearts out.

Yelp
When you are going somewhere for the first time you think it should be something extraordinary! Especially if you go to Vegas! No rules, no limits, freedom, madness, adventures! In Vegas you should be ready to spend as much money as you have or all of it! At the same time, you should be ready to win a lot of money if you are smart and lucky! If you are not ready to lose or win - do not go to Vegas! I think we are too good for Vegas. This city could not spoil me and my friend! But we were ready to be spoiled! Our main goal in Vegas was beloved Dutch DJ and music producer Tiesto! He was voted as the greatest DJ of all time, and we had to visit Vegas for him! We bought tickets o plane two months earlier. Tiesto was going to perform at AYU day club at Resort World Las Vegas. AYU club - the entrance was through Resort World. We thought it was great. We did not have to stay outside on the hit! General addition was 50. Price is fair! Honestly when you are excited and having fun you do not even see bad things. You see them after the event! The cocktails inside were way too pricey! 25 for mojito? C'mon! The cocktails at 66 Alle lounge at Resort were cheaper! But Vegas is not Texas! This is another world with different rules, atmosphere and living standards! Yes, AYU is expensive but who cares when you have caught a vibe! We were dancing, screaming, drinking, singing, laughing for 4 hours! We were not tired until we left this place! AUY - is an emotionally charged place! I was dancing like never before! I felt so good! It was hot! But they spray everyone with water to cool down. It's sudden and random, so be prepared!) We were as close as possible to Tiesto! We did not care about the pool, small space and crowd surrounding us! We were nailed to the dance floor and were awarded! We got some souvenirs with Tiesto on it! The bar was full, but we had several drinks with enough alcohol inside! Bartenders have been working fast and qualitatively! The sound system is pretty good and it's all relatively clean since it's all brand new. The security guard was nice to us, the line was fast moving. Overall, the first experience was great! I am sure there are some minuses in this place I did not mention, but we came for Tiesto, for the mood, for the vibe, and we have got it!

Yelp
These guys don't have nothing together during big events. Not the first or second time this has happened but they system for entrance is whoever they like or find attractive. Staff so rude I'm telling everyone from Louisiana and Texas this IS NOT IT.

Yelp
Tell your workers to leave those nasty attitudes at home for one. 110 + degree whether & attitudes don't typically mix I thought I was attending an upscale day club, not MTV Spring break. The pools were so small & packed, I couldn't tell if the water was dirty or if there just too many people in the kiddie sized pools. There ratio of cabanas to pool size is absurd. With only the bottom cabanas being full, there was literally no pool room. The shoe organization & how towels were just thrown all the place made me think that I was at a motel 6, except at this place, they won't leave the light on for you Lastly, if we enter through the front, we should exit the same way. Saying only hotel guests can enter back through the front was ridiculous. That's like saying that only hotel guests can enjoy the other restaurants & casino nearby, makes no sense

Yelp
I didn't try the food but experienced the horrible service. The ambiance was awesome except that I was not allowed to bring in water on Saturday when the temperature was 105. I showed security and staff it was water and ice only and felt safe to stay hydrated. I was with friends from out of town and they were unaware of the blazing heat in Vegas yesterday 7/29/23. The staff were not pleasant or helpful nor did they want to understand the need for water. I tossed my water and water container. The security guard said that he didn't like the tone and didn't care about my health or wellbeing. The water policy is ridiculous and a potential problem in the future. After entering inside the lines were long and bar service was crazy and expensive. Servers were not equipped to handle the over crowded areas and they were very happy staff. Overall, my time spent with friends was awesome but I never felt comfortable to enjoy the pool. It was too crowded and unsafe with limited water and access to adequate drinking. It appeared that the goal of management was to sale alcoholic beverages and not be concerned about crowd control and keeping people from passing out.

Yelp
Ayu is the new island/Bali themed Vegas pool party. While it has an open layout, it's multiple pool floor plan with narrow walk areas makes it a more crowded version of Drais. Access to the bars are a bit difficult, but there is ample space once you get there. Service is okay, but kind of slow, and far better if you can get a table though that is still slow as well. The sound system is pretty good and it's all relatively clean since it's all brand new. Overall it's a good time if your artist is playing there, but otherwise it may a better time at EBC or Marquee. It's just too cramped.

Yelp
You got to hit up my boy Brian Pfeiffer at Ayu. Best VIP host in town. My buddies and I had a blast!

Yelp
AWFUL SECURITY DONT GO! My sister showed her ID and a 5'2 latino security guy was looking back and forth at the ID and asked my sister to "smile" so she smiled like how she did on the ID. It wasn't proof for him so he told her to show her name on her iphone settings and she obeyed. He grabs her phone starts was touching her phone too much so my sister calmly asked "Why do you need to look at it so much?" He quickly denied access to entry just because she asked that question since he was being so strange about it. We tried reporting him to other security people there and they defended the suspicious security man saying that HE felt unsafe when my sister was the one uncomfortable and trying to stay calm that whole time!!!! Worst security ever I think that security is trying to scam... they must be checked ASAP.

Yelp
Came here for both dayclub and night club Day club - not much shade outside of cabana, pool is small so everyone is jam packed. Stinky smell of watermold coming out of the fans that are showing the dance floor, and long waits at the bar Night - hot outside, not many people in the pool, everyone on the bottom floor, seats available on second floor Overall, this does not compare to EBC at all, pool is smaller and dirtier, party atmosphere is weaker, less comfort, and not really places to put your things If you haven't gone, just go in the daytime once to see, make sure you have backup plans

Yelp
We decided last minute to check out this Day Club because we love Zedd and he happened to be the headliner the weekend we were in Vegas. They were charging around $75-100 for GA but upon further review, I was able to find a guest list which allowed +1 for my husband since Vegas clubs tend to upcharge for male entry. As everyone has already stated, the Club is located behind Resorts World and cannot be accessed from inside. I feel like its placement is smart though; lessens wet walkways in the hallways of the hotels and right now its best if we are all outdoors anyways. The venue itself is much smaller than other day clubs, maybe to provide a more intimate feel? There are cabanas available on the second floor, and a few VIP sections around the small pool they have. Drinks are pricey...but its Vegas, what do you expect? Two drinks with double shots cost us almost $100 but you could definitely taste the alcohol...the wait at the bar wasn't too bad compared to other clubs, but maybe its because we didn't frequent it too often. There isn't much space for you to hang out...definitely get there early if you don't have VIP/bottle service so you can snag a spot by the edge of the pool so you don't have to pay $80 for a locker! Ladies, bring a waterproof wristlet/purse so you can keep all your items dry should you try to get into the pool. Not too many areas with shade either...that should be addressed as this is Vegas and the day we went it got up to 109!! We stayed hydrated with waters but still...the heat from the sun is too much, even for a native Californian like myself. Probably won't come back, unless we get one of the cabanas with our friends.

Yelp
Guy here, went on a Saturday day. Sure it's over-priced, but that's normal for any beach day club nowadays. I got a cabana and the service was very good. The food was good (get the fried chicken and tacos, skip the sushi.) Our server tried to pitch a higher gratuity but it's not required. Overall, Ayu was super fun. I'm reading the other reviews and some folks just need to read the rules they have online and at the entrance so that you don't have rough time at security. Also, try to get in via a VIP host/guest list so you're not in line and paying cover. For example I reached out to Michelle @ 415.549.3830 to get on guest list for here and other places.

Yelp
Not the best but also not necessarily the worst day club. Arrived relatively early on a Saturday afternoon and although there was no line, the dayclub certainly had a decent crowd inside. The 2nd floor with additional cabanas was basically empty and just as most reviews mentioned, the pool is really small compared to any other dayclub pool. Security actually seemed to care about vetting guests, for example they had me remove my sunglasses to make sure my ID matched and also checked my key organizer to ensure nothing was hidden between the keys (I guess?). Everything had a new feel to it and the bar area was not crowded at all. Pros: -It's new, nice looking bathrooms, spacious bar area, cool looking cabanas if they ever start opening and reserving out cabana spaces. Could really get a great view of the stage if you're on the second floor. -Misting fans, they actually really help cool you off in 100 degree weather. -Easy going and friendly staff. Cons: -Smells awful around the pool, possibly attributed to small space, people's BO, and hot weather. That, or maybe some more chlorine would help. -Could use more umbrellas or shaded areas, there were awkward gatherings of people grouped in shaded spots. Honestly, it seems too early to tell how this spot will improve. Main reason I couldn't rate very high was due to pool size/smell and the awkwardly long walk to the other side of the hotel just to access the club. From a hotel standpoint, it's probably smart to make guests have to walk outside for a while before being able to enter to the casino again (especially if they are wet from dunking into the pool). However, as someone just visiting Resorts World and not actually staying at the hotel, it felt like crossing through a desert to get to the dayclub entrance. Cool to check out, but can't say I would recommend at this time.

Katie R.

Yelp
Security guys have an ego and are completely rude when a girl does not respond to their cheeky advances. Completely unprofessional security staff and absolutely rude. Would not recommend. Do not come here! They would also not issue a refund when one of the security guards guaranteed I would get a refund by clicking the link on the ticket. Still no response on the refund. I wouldn't waste your time coming here, there are plenty of better day clubs to go to in Vegas and this establishment is awful and is a scam to take your money.

Jeff M.

Yelp
$63. That's how much I paid for 1 drink. $63 dollars. I can't even believe it. I know they'll say it's a double and larger size, blah blah blah. But for $63, they should have hand delivered it on a gold plate and sit and watch me drink it. There was nothing special enough about that place that you could have said "it's worth it". It wasn't any better than any other beach club, so the price was never close to being justified. This felt like price gouging, and it was just the worse experience.
