Azabu - HÔTEL du PARC HANOÏ

We had omakase at Azabu Hanoi and I must say, our dinning experience was AMAZING! The food was perfection, the atmosphere was supper cozy and classy, and the customer service was outstanding! From the chefs to the staff, everyone is very friendly, and they pay so much attention to details. The chef handled the whole meal with care, and Huong, our waitress, she was so kind when she learned that it was my mum’s birthday, she immediately signalled me to prepare her a little special dessert at the end. In conclusion, the experience is 10/10, we’ll definitely recommend it to anyone, and 100% worth your money! We’ll come back here very soon when I have a chance.

My husband and I liked this restaurant a lot. One of the best in Hanoi. We ordered unagi sushi, california maki, karaage, chicken with egg rice, and sashimi plate - and all of the dishes didn't disappoint. Service is exceptional and attentive. We were served by Huong and she's really nice, she even gave us recommendations about other restaurants/ places-to-go-to in the area. Highly recommended!

I came here for dinner and unfortunately left a bit disappointed! The value for money for the set menu was great (especially compared to similar experiences in Europe), however there were some aspects which could be improved upon. Although the scallop and steamed egg were fantastic, the meal as a whole felt rushed, with courses being brought out before we had finished the previous round, so the table was cluttered and we had to ask for them to be slowed down. The hot appetisers were not in fact hot, and the sashimi was very very cold, suggesting those courses had been prepared in advance a little. Similarly the salmon was lukewarm and far overcooked to my taste. The beef course was tasty, the flavours in the steamed egg dish were a particular highlight, and the portions generous. Still a decent experience but not quite perfect.

I had such a great time dining at Azabu Omakase with Chef Thai. The food was excellent – beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What made the evening even more special was the personal touch: I shared a bottle of sake with Chef Thai, and he generously treated me to a few rounds of beer afterward. His hospitality and friendly personality made the experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially knowing he’s the chef for dinner on Sundays and Mondays. If you’re looking for not just amazing food but also a welcoming atmosphere, Chef Thai delivers both.

We made reservation a couple days in advance. The food was good, cozy and meadow atmosphere. Although I loved all the fresh ingredients, I would expected a little bit more expertise from the chef himself (to elevate the flavors more). We ordered a bottle of wine to share (group of 6) and it was about 5 mil. per person.

Absolutely exceptional dining experience at Azabu! The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared, highlighting the authentic taste of Japanese cuisine. The staff were professional, attentive, and very kind. Our server Ms Hoa was especially warm and thoughtful, making great recommendations and ensuring we had a perfect evening.

First time visiting a Japanese restaurant in Vietnam, the food is not bad actually, but if you are a regular Japanese food lover especially good quality sushi or sashimi, this place might not meet your expectation perfectly. Good service and ambience though, lunch set also value for money.

Really pleasant dinner experience with fairly attentive service. They were able to accomodate someone with a shellfish allergy on short notice. We were a group of 9 so we had the room to ourselves- would really recommend for a big group. Only thing that dampened the experience is afterwards multiple people from my party had stomachaches the next day.
