Ordered a three course lunch set with wine pairing and the staff were very nice in explaining dish by dish. We were given a window seat I think it is because of reservation by the view was great. The signature salad was so pretty and delicious. Ate the plate clean. Everything in the menu was great and well thought of, the flavours were all harmonious. Would recommend and would be back.

The cuisine, ambiance, and view were all impeccable. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional service. Manager Rina’s gracious hospitality and thoughtful explanations were outstanding, and sommelier Mori introduced us to an exquisite selection of Japanese wines. Thanks to their dedication and warmth, our time there became all the more memorable. I sincerely hope to see them again on my next visit.

To complement the meal, we opted for the wine pairing, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Each glass was thoughtfully selected to enhance the flavors of the dishes, elevating the experience beyond just a meal—it became a journey of taste and discovery. As the evening unfolded, I found myself completely immersed in the atmosphere—soaking in the Tokyo skyline, the subtle elegance of the space, and the seamless dance of the service team ensuring every detail was perfect. Well deserved Michelin Stars! The dishes at Heritage by Kei Kobayashi were as impressive as Restaurant Kei located in Paris. The food was eloquent, delicious, extremely beautiful. The restaurant is located in the Ritz Carlton on the 45th floor, so the view was absolutely incredible. It was a lovely experience.

You come expecting exacting, beautiful, and perfectly executed dishes. You get that plus the comfort, luxury and stunning views of the dining room. But what stood out for me was the kindness and caring service by the staff. It’s a great place to eat solo, as they will really take care of you.

Having first tasted Kei Restaurant in Paris in 2013, I’ve seen chef move from no Michelin stars to 3 Michelin stars. His restaurant in Tokyo is a gem and maintains his excellent standards with delicious courses presented impressively and with matching wines to enhance the experience. Ahh also the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
