Their hookah and outdoor seating was perfect. Also, the hookah was reasonably priced. We went to eat h the fight there and or waitress deserves 10 🤩. Now the food leaves little to be desired, but the drinks are strong

the place is clean and has a lot of seating . katherine was very sweet and genuine.the hookah was not pulling as usual but the drinks were good. I got a paloma and island drop and both were very delicious!

Our waitress was amazing, however, the vibes were off. It was extremely loud in there. The air conditioning was great. The food was mid. Overall about a 2.5 star experience. Parking was $20!!

Thursday night was my first time there. The atmosphere was great. The waitresses were very attentive. The DJ's were on point with the music. Maryellie made sure I was taken care of and recommended certain items on the menu. I look forward to going back and bringing more people with.

Great service. The drinks were good and so were the $1 tacos. Went on a tuesday night and sat at the bar. The waitresses were very attentive and the dj's were on point. Get there early for a seat at the bar or the tables are bottle service only after 10. Also the $10 hookah before 10pm was good as well. Only thing that I feel could've made things better is if the parking was a little cheaper. And it's cash only for parking.

I came in a few weeks ago on a Saturday. The bottle girls were kinda snotty and were acting Hollywood but the drinks and Hookah was ok. The vibe was meh and the parking was overpriced. The music was ok but Yall need a better djz like Anarchy or King Chaos in there to play. 😤😤

The Friday night DJ & MC were not good. They played songs for 10 seconds then talked for 2 minutes, shouting out the people he saw walking around all night. He also replayed a lot of songs. No cover charge. Parking is $40. $25 for street parking. A Don Julio shot was $15.

Very good experience here. Hookah was great food was above decent to be a lounge.. and the music was great. Had a great night.. drinks need to watered down a little less. But overall great

The vibes are always so great in this spot! Wings plus music is always a win! They also always have different specials going on.

I don't even know if If I should be leaving a review with all of this liquor in my system, but here I go.... We had a blast! I don't think we could have turnt up anymore than we did. It was awesome! Our entire section was lit the entire night. 8.24 was definitely a night to remember. Congratulations to Dolly & Vee on their big day.

Pulled up at midnight on Friday, no line or fee for parking. Good crowd but not suffocatingly packed. Hookah and drinks were priced well. Able to find a section easily. The dj KJ was the highlight of the location with his energy and keeping the crowd engaged through the night

I'm from NYC and have awesome experiences in Houston until this place: 1. Self parking $20 ? On dirt parking lot 2. $30 hookah not $10 didn't last long 3. Server say sit anywhere, sat at a table, 30 minutes and $75 bucks later being asked to move to the bar due to group coming in ordering bottle service? Time to go

Decent music, great atmosphere. Bartenders and waitresses were wonderful. Prices for a weekday could be slightly better though. Place was semi empty, but they charge 50 bucks for hookah, valet parking, etc

This place was a hit! All the bartenders were so nice and friendly. Most staff wore a mask. The inside was spacious and wasn't too crowded on NYE but has a nice size crowd. DJ was lit & the MC made me feel special for celebrating my birthday! They brought out a cake for me which made my night! Now the wings...the food was literally amazing!! I didn't expect too much but it was bomb! If you're looking for a spot that has good music, hookah, food and space this is it. I wish our bartender was a lil more heavy handed lol the drinks deff could've been better

This was my first time at Azuza and I will absolutely be back! First of all BIG SHOUTOUT TO ALICIA FOR BEING THE BEST SERVER/BOTTLE GIRL! Her customer service was literally impeccable! She was was so sweet to us, always checked in on us, served us amazing drinks and just ensured we had a great time from beginning to end. I highly suggest you ask for her if you come here and you won't regret it! Overall I really enjoyed the vibes. It's a great size and you can either sit at the bar if, a table or get a section. The music was cool (it was a Friday night). They played a variety of music: hip/hop, pop, reggaeton etc. we ordered two hookahs and they were very smooth and fresh which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back lol

This is by far the best (chill) hookah lounge I've been to in Houston thus far. It's in a perfect location (Washington) and right by a lot of bars and restaurants. The interior was really cute and I loved the layout! You can tell they actually put in effort to decorate and they stuck to the same theme throughout the lounge. This would be a great place to take your date and great place to chill w/ friends. I absolutely LOVED the music! They played hip-hop/rap and their speaker system wasn't too loud so you can still hear the ppl around you. I ordered the fries which was only $2! They were SO good!.. probably the best fries I've EVER eaten... and they were a good portion. I also ordered a hookah which starts off at $15. The hookah had a good flavor and lasted long. The service was the best I've had at any hookah lounge. It was nice that I didn't have to chase a server down to get my coals changed. This place is BYOB and it costs $5. My only issue is that they didn't have any toilet paper in the women's restroom and the toilets were a bit clogged because ppl were using paper towel instead of toilet tissue.

Terrible. Parking - there were 5 cars in total with my group. One paid his $20 parking with cash. I paid through cashapp for the 4 others. $70 was our "deal" for the 4 other cars. Azuza - Alex the manager gave us a whole spill about rules and said all the tables were full/booked (there were only about 6 people inside at the time) and the only way to get a spot was to buy bottle service for $300 but even then someone could buy our spot from under us. Is this bidding wars? We decided to leave after hearing all the BS. we were only here for 5-10 mins max. The one person who paid cash for parking was refunded. The parking lot attendant refused to refund me on cashapp for the other 4 cars. The manger Alex had me give him my number and insisted he would get my $70 back to me and we exchanged a few texts and it's a week later and still no refund. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off. We went to cafe Luxor down there street and had NO issues.

This is by far the nicest hookah spot I've been to in Houston. Great bar selection, and the staff is extremely friendly, and gorgeous. The General Manager Ray even came by, introduced himself, and was extremely pleasant. I would come back mainly because his customer service was superb and most managers won't even speak to the patrons in an establishment unless there's an issue. We had NO issues at all. Thanks again for making sure we were comfortable and having a good time Ray. This a must come to spot in Houston!

First and foremost .. they serve white claws. Two stars, two stars. Perfect follow up to my Don Julios. I've been here twice in the las 2 months .. once on a Thursday afternoon .. again on a Sunday night. The Thursday afternoon was smooth .. the wings were good .. chilled with some good friends of mine over hookah .. very slight, yet enjoyable. Sunday night, the DJ .. thank you fam. The hits I love and keep in the arsenal along with the ones I've forgotten that still go. Makes for a vibe worthy experience every time. I was blessed with attentive knowledgeable bartenders both times so those were the other two stars for me. Bringing sand to this beach seemed optional .. tip your bartenders well!!

Me and my bestfriend drove in from Grand Prairie for her birthday and were desperate to find a cool hookah spot to chill at. Azuza did not disappoint. The music was bomb and they DO serve alcohol here. Drinks were about $9. The hookah was a bit heavy on the smoky side ( not in a good way) but after a while it smoothed out. Hookah was about $30 for the two of us. There is onsite parking for $10 and overall we just had an amazing time. Will definitely come back next time we are in Houston.

Do not use your card here. I bought two $9 drinks and was charged $82 for one of them. Use cash only or risk them making fraudulent charges to your card.

If you respect yourself and your hard earned money, don't come here. They're pretentious and a bit annoying.

So....Azuza hands down is thee best hookah spot is town and I have probably been to them all. The hookah is very flavorful, smooth and reasonably priced. $14.99 for a standard one and $24.99 for a fruit head. GREAT service! ***Kali, Kelsey, Angel, and Jordan*** are some of the nicest servers ever. Came here to watch the Rockets lose (whomp whomp) with some friends. Sat down and immediately was serviced. I will ALWAYS patronize places that appreciate their customers. Eric, the manager, came over to check on us. He is super cool! The vibe here is nice, good music, good food, good music. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Keep up the GREAT job! I will be back!!!!

IF i could put zero stars i would! They were ass, one waiter for the whole establishment. Waiter sucked ass. 2hrs for our food to come out.... 2hrs!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Started brunch till 2 pm because they didn't have the cook and the waitress on time. The dj was good he's the only reason we didn't get up and leave. DON'T go here.

Best service EVER!!! The ENTIRE staff is awesome. It took less than 5 mins to get a refill and we didn't have to run down someone to get coals. And that means a lot to someone like me who waits upwards of 35 mins just for a refill at other places. The smiling faces, the service and the prices will bring me back time and time again. I highly recommend this spot for everyone!

Visited this Hookah lounge by accident, and was so glad I did! They had a great happy hour, bartenders was super nice and made the best drinks! BABY they do not skimp on the liquor! The only thing negative is the food! I had beef nacho and chicken tenders both was not the best! The fries was good and THE DJ WAS ROCKING!!!!! The DJ no lie played everything from the 99 to current probably why my drink tab was long! Also they had some nice looking male customers of all shade! Will visit again!

It's the best place to chill. They run specials almost every single day. Drinks and, food are very affordable. Make sure you don't miss the happy hour from 7-10 every day (all drinks are $6) and, brunch on Saturday (Mimosa Towers are only $20).

It's always a good time! Definitely my go to place. Just wish they had more food options.

Nice, chill spot!! No complaints whatsoever! Everything from the service to the reasonable priced drinks and the smooth, clean, great tasting hookah was great! Oh and let's not forget the bomb ass music lol. We were in the area eating and decided we wanted to go to a hookah bar and came across this gem on Yelp! We have told all of our friends about this place and are already planning our next night out here!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. My friends made a drink and hookah order at least 45 mins before I arrived and had not received anything by the time I arrived. There were only 2 waitresses. The waitress for our table came by asking if she left someone's card on the table. Someone else came to take our order and said they were short staffed. My friend went to the bar to order a crown apple, they said they were out.. I started drinking regular crown.. An hour later another one of my friends show up and he goes to order more drinks. All of a sudden they are out of regular crown but they have crown Apple.. The coal on the hookah started to go out so I asked the guy for more coal, he says "That's brand new coal." I was definitely over this place and will not return.

The worst place ever! Made me pay 80 bucks for two hookahs and the hookahs were trash. I don't mind paying but come on with the service !!

I give this place 3 stars for the cool chill setup but that is about it. I am here now and have not had a good customer experience from a service prospective. We have been here for 2 hours and have not had any changing of our coals. They do not have coal runners going around refreshing coals. After asking our waiter for fresh coals, she comes and only changes the coals on 3 of our 4 hookahs. Waiter (Caucasian woman with long blonde weave) clearly doesn't want to be here as we have received nothing but bad energy from her. Nice looking spot but any hookah lounge that requires me to go ask for more coals is underperforming. Not to mention the lack of service and attention to their customer's experience. Place has potential and good music but the poor service and lack of attention to the hookahs and customers makes it a place I will not be revisiting.

I'm so surprised at the ratings on here. This place is awesome! Great strong hookah! Some things to note. If you want to park in their lot it's $10 BUT they take off the BYOB fee if you park in their lot. Don't forget to bring the booze if you're planning on drinking because they don't serve alcohol. I had the chicken kabob and it was amazing! Our server was also very nice and attentive, we didn't know it was a BYOB and she directed us to the closest store and saved our seats. So amazing! I would definitely recommend and I will be back!

Music could've been better. He plays a lot of underground music. We asked to play raeggeton and he played half of one raeggeton song I feel like they should have more music varieties.

If I could give zero I would. Started out great. place looked incredible music was good but then we unexpectedly got moved for a "birthday party" which had 2 more people than the 3 I was in. We got placed next to a random group of people in a crowded corner and then we decided to move outside instead. Next we got sat in an area that someone had just thrown up and didn't even get cleaned up. What kind of establishment leaves throw up in an area where people can be seated. I would recommend a cleaner environment like cafe layal because it at least always seems to be clean

I love this hookah lounge! Always playing the best music, i get the best customer service every time I'm in there, even if it's crowded! Me & my friends always end up at Azuza on the weekends. So many good flavors too and the food is bomb too. Ask for Kali she is amazing!!!

My boyfriend and I came here on a Sunday night because we wanted to smoke hookah, but didn't want to deal with a large crowd. And Azuza didn't disappoint. My only complain was the music. It wasn't my type of music. It's real pop-ish. Other than that it's a real chill place. Good vibes. Customer service was great! Prices were affordable. They serve food and drinks The hookah smoke thick and I AM A FAN! There are plenty of hookah flavors and last a long time! It was a nice touch that I didn't have to chase the server down to get drinks or change the coal out on the hookah. There's on site parking for $10. This would be a great place to take a date or chill with your friends.

Dope spot to smoke hookah and have a relaxed day. The food is amazing! They also have great desserts. The staff is very nice and attentive. Definitely will come back.

I'd give a Zero if I could. Charged $10 to park myself. Then got a basic hookah for $14.99 which is standard but charged for the hose and the tips. Paying $15 dollars and %18 Gratuity for a waitress that was slow at giving us our hookah and never showed up with our drink. There was maybe 10-15 people there in total. Extremely displeased. Should spent my time and money and Cafe Mawal.

I use to love this place but they have completely changed the customer service, I came with my friends and we waited for one of the waitresses to come take care of us, nobody came to even help us. i had to go and look for a waitress, she told me if i wanna sit in that table i have to buy 4 hookahs, however 90 percent of the tables had only 1 hookah. They choose who they wanna serve and who they don't want. they are not professional, nor organized. Not going back there again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Man this place so damn janky! This was my first time here and I'm totally disappointed cause this place is actually popular. Service is subpar and the hookah prices are over the top. And this is coming from a person very knowledgeable when it comes to anything hookah related. It's other respectful businesses out here to experience!
