Absolutely phenomenal store! When we looked for our wedding rings, the ring finger of my wife appeared not to fit very well with the ring she wanted while the size of her finger they measured actually should have fitted perfectly with the ring. Since it is a custom made ring, there was no other ring available to try out one size bigger or smaller. So finally they decided to manufacture two rings of the same shape with different sizes to see which size fits best. After just one week we went to the store again and boom... one of the testing rings was fitting perfectly (smaller than expected). With this information they were manufacturing the real ring for us in 2 weeks. And guess what... all that effort without extra costs!! We are super happy with our rings, thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and care!

We ordered our rings here yesterday. The young sales lady is very friendly and professional. She went upstairs and downstairs at least five times in order to show us different rings according to our needs, always with good patience. Looking forward to picking up our rings after a few weeks. Update - I have to deduct one star. After three weeks waiting, we got our wedding rings but unfortunately they are too big for us. We went back here and they measured our finger sizes again and order new rings for us. After another three weeks, we got our rings yesterday. Mine is perfect, but still unfortunately my wife’s ring is still too big. I’m not sure where’s the problem. Although my wife ring finger is a little bit special, two times of measurements showed two total different sizes. The model of our wedding rings is also very special because it’s much thicker than usual rings, so I don’t know if they measured my wife’s finger with correct ring sizer. I’m not blaming anyone here because they are always very nice and friendly, but it’s indeed exhausting and time consuming. Next Monday we will go to the shop again and see if there’s any solution for my wife’s ring. Update - back to 5 stars. A very professional saleswoman took care of our problem today and measured my wife's finger again. She definitely recommended to reduce one size and ordered a new ring. We are looking forward to seeing if it works perfectly this time.

Many years ago (~3+)[027/4511], I've bought a new watches "junghans MEISTER CLASSIC" for about ~e1.4k or ~e1.6k with _auto-winding_. The first impression was super positive (like many reviews here). But... for some reason I had to wind my new watches every day. And I did it for about month. Tired of doing it so, I went to this amazing place and asked to check the watches. They took it for 1-2 days (I can't remember, it was a warranty case). ... "everything is fine", that what they told me. I started to argue with a girl, then with another girl, and at the end I was facing young (~34-38yo guy in suit, like a boss level in a computer game) who was trying to convince me that everyday winding is okay (device with... auto-winding), even did show his watches and so on. So, the long story short we agreed after ~40+ mins(real, I'm not exaggerating here) and 1.5h+ in total, we agreed to send my watches to the junghans manufacture. After 2-3 weeks I had a call from the manufacture stating that the engine is deffective and they need completely replace the engine (whole engine). So, I'm wearing them until now and I was looking for a service point. Will I go there? definitely not. Should you try it? Sure. Just keep in mind this story.

A couple of weeks before our wedding, my husband and I ordered our rings in Fridrich. But before that, we also went to check out other shops in Munich, which made us even more sure that our wedding rings will be from Fridrich, where my parents-in-law also got theirs. Unlike the sales personnel/advisers we had in other shops, the one in Fridrich: - did not pressure us to decide on that very moment. Instead, she clarified their preferred time frame, but also offered the possibility of having it rushed although it might be tough for them. - did tell us not only the pros but also the cons if we choose one design over the other - (We decided to have Faksimile: instead of having the typical fonts, we had our handwritings) since both of us aren't into calligraphy or do not have a beautiful handwriting, it took us a lot of tries. The adviser remained very patient. - Personally, I like that the shop does not have the "Ready to wear"-shopping feeling. We looked at each and every ring, but ended up with the pair that we both pointed on the very first time :) Not only the rings, but also the experience is something worth giving 5-stars for.
