While primarily an incubator for local food startups, Bmore Kitchen’s public food hall, The Hatch, offers a rare look into the creative process behind some of Baltimore’s best emerging culinary concepts. The Baltimore Business Journal notes that The Hatch’s open houses and pop-up events provide opportunities to sample small-batch baked goods, global street food, and experimental fare from up-and-coming chefs. This behind-the-scenes access makes Bmore Kitchen a must for food lovers eager to discover what’s next on the city’s dining horizon.
Chefrock! Really did rock. The food was amazing. I drove an hour and 15 minutes, and it was worth every second.

Yall have amazing foods coming out of there but yall need to screen some of the chefs that work outta there yall have quite a few chefs that can cook that use illegal street drugs such as dope or heroin an come to work daily high under the influence it would be a tragedy if someone got injured on the job due to functioning under illegal 🚫 drug use such as dope or heroin off the streets this could cause bad ratings an reviews an the resturants that some of these chefs work for are being informed an notified with names by the proper authorities for safety reason for the business sake

A bunch of delicious food here, including A Friendly Bread. If there were a directory of who’s there (that sells to the public) I’d love to see it.
