"B Side is your best bet for brick-oven pizza in Hell’s Kitchen. The pies here taste like whoever’s making them cares more about bread than finding somebody to love. There are almost exclusively bar seats inside of this dimly-lit restaurant on W 51st Street, but you can usually walk right in and get a spot. Been to and performed on several shows at this venue. Awesome venue. Plenty of space, friendly staff, always a good time on stage and off. There’s a review I noticed saying they don’t pay the bands? That is not the case, that particular band failed to communicate with the promoter about payment prior to the show. Plus they didn’t bring a crowd, plus their solution was slander. Cringe. Immature. Amazing venue, bands come play here, fan come dance!

Good little venue. Door prices were way too high at $15! Went there to see a local band called Paranoia l, it was their last show. Everyday was great and no issues. Bathrooms were clean as was the club. The door prices would keep me from going again though. For a gig like that I'd pay $8 to maybe $10 bucks. But $15 was way too high imo.

Super cool venue, love playing here with my buddies. The sound guy is a little intimidating but he’s just doing his job. This spot deserves a lot more recognition, and the bar serves VERY affordable drinks/ food. Hope more bands book this gem of a spot. They’re very understanding and chill. For future reference if y’all could turn up the mics on some of the bands, it’s very hard to hear vocals sometimes :-).

This venue is fine for its little vendor fairs. But for concerts. The sound is horrible. The speakers are really bad. And they charge $6+ for a 12oz can of beer. I’m pretty bummed I had to pay to get in to this place. Just to have my ears destroyed. And after all that. I payed for over priced beer.

Went to check out my son's band Til Tomorrow. It was ok. It's a little cramped and beer was a little pricey. $6 for a 12oz can of Dos Equis. Sound isn't that great. Staff was cool though. Very friendly and welcoming.

I was the talent for one of the shows. They wouldn’t let me bring in water and didn’t offer us any. Patted me down after I brought all my equipment inside. No marketing for said event anywhere. Could not hear ourselves in the monitors.

I've always had a good time here at Bsides, great venue, fine staff, always a fantastic place to play. Plus the ability for a backlined kit that's actually good from the venue is a huge reason why we keep coming back.
