B Square Burgers

Stopped in here for happy hour and bar bites. Decent vibe and staff was friendly enough. I really enjoyed my fish tacos but my girlfriend’s grilled cheese was kind of mediocre. Drinks were strong enough.

It’s been a while since we visited but we had a very good time. Food was very tasty and fulfilling. And our drinks refreshing. Our server was friendly and attentive. And service fairly quick.

We googled best burger place near us and this place popped up. We checked it out and we were immediately seated. Our server was sweet and attentive. Ordered turkey meatballs to start off. To my surprise it was delicious because I like meatballs that are made from beef but these turkey meatballs were very moist! The burgers were good. Burgers were cooked perfectly medium and love the truffle fries. The only thing I dislike was the buns, too dense for my liking and maybe a little more seasoning on the patties.

Visited here when on day trip to Fort Lauderdale. Greeted very quickly and had a booth table overlooking the mainstreet which was a great place to watch the world flow by. Service throughout was quick and polite. Both our burgers were amazing, cooked perfectly and tasted awesome. Very good service, great value and tasty food. Couldn’t be better and highly recommended.

Great place! The food and staff are terrific. I usually go every Tuesday as Taco Tuesday is the best around. I have never had a less than perfect meal. 5-stars for sure.

Air conditioning didn’t work, it was a very hot and sweaty experiece.. which also has an effect on the staff’s demeanor.. we were all unhappy.. they didn’t even have enough sense to run some fans or something inside, in the area which we sat. I ordered the Ahi tuna burger and they put it on a huge hamburger bun which was ridiculously oversized compared to the tuna portion..

This place has great vibes. Excellent service provided by Chasity, she was upbeat, friendly, and provided quick on point service. I had the selfie burger with cheese. As far as burgers go it was five stars. Hot and tasty. The steak tips and eggs were also delicious. I appreciated that everyone was friendly, the manager checked on everyone, and it was very clean. I love the mirrored walls that say many positive things like B-strong, B-brave, B-adventerous, B- yourself, etc. I liked that they had indoor and patio seating. Glad we chose here.

Pretty good! We had the hummus, a burger, and the ahi tuna tacos. Very fun to sit outside, and they have half off wine bottles on thursdays. We brought 2 pups, and they even have a dog menu!

This restaurant - B Square Burgers and Booze - on Las Olas has an extended happy hour on Mondays from 4pm to 9pm. Our bar tender was lots of fun. We ordered the beef sliders - two for $6 and the normal price is three for $15. We got two orders so four sliders total. The sliders came out in about ten minutes. They were crazy lean and flavorful with a soft pretzel bun. Definately will return for these sliders. Also, will check out the giant pretzels hanging from a wire, which a server passed by us bringing one to another customer. The bathrooms were very clean too.

We first went to B Square as part of a food tour and really liked it. We finally got back there on a early Saturday evening before a Broward Center performance. The place was not too busy inside, although the outdoor tables were filled. We ordered two burger platters with sweet potato fries and their world-class fries. (The fresh potatoes go through a long process before they reach the table and they are extremely delicious.) The sweet potato fries were OK and could have been cooked a little more. Stick with the regular fries. The glasses they use for water are extremely small, but they leave a carafe on the table. However, the water was not chilled. I had to ask for ice. The medium and medium-well burgers were done just right and absolutely sumptuous. Our server, Leon, was very attentive. And a manager even stopped by to see if all was OK. Not sure if this is done all the time or was done just because the indoors were kinda empty. The burger meals run around $18 each and include fries, with extra charges for onions, bacon, cheese, etc. But unlike most places, each item only adds about $1 to your tab. We ordered two meals and spent about $44 for two people including tax and tip. I would add a half star and give B Square 4 1/2 stars. I need to make a couple of more visits and try more on the menu to see if they rate 5 stars. Meanwhile, I highly recommend you try their food.

Our server, A J, was great! He knows his food and that played a part in ordering. Needed to grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport. We walked in and was immediately seated. We sat outside vs inside. Tried the Florida burger and Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Both came with fries or salad; opted for the house made fries. The food was hot and fresh. Along with the basic ketchup & mustard, they also have their own signature pomegranate ketchup and spicy mustard. Give them both a try!!!! The Florida burger was my favorite out of the two. It was full of flavor and moist!!! The burger was a very nice size burger; very fulfilling. The Philly cheesesteak wasn't bad, but it seemed to be missing something. The sandwich is packed with steak. It's big enough to share. If ever in the area again while visiting, B Square is going to be on my list when I want a burger. They have turkey as an option in addition to beef and veggie. And they make their patties! You can substitute any burger with turkey; all except the OMG. A J, that you for a wonderful dining experience! If ever in the Las Olas area, be sure to stop in and have a burger and fries.

It's FL! Dining alfresco at its finest. Live DJ and great atmosphere. Natural sunlight and lots of seating. Staff is fast, friendly and made rounds several times to make sure you are happy with your food. Food was hot and fresh and made to order. No complaints what so ever.

This place was so fun! I was nearby with some of my Yelp friends grabbing ice cream and decided to grab some dinner afterwards. Burgers sounded good so we wound up here! The place was large and crowded but we were still able to get a table quickly. The server was great and offered different drink and burger recommendations. After we got our drinks, we noticed there was a selfie booth set up so we obviously had to take advantage! The drinks were good and strong, the food was delicious and the place was a vibe. I'll definitely be back!

Here's a fun food hack: to avoid feeling judged when ordering multiple dishes at a restaurant, bring along a friend who loves to share and also has big back tendencies. My compadre and I went all out and ordered three different sandwiches with three different sides. Let me tell you, the number six--often called "the love number"--was in full effect, and I was ready to propose to the food. We had a lobster roll with a salad (gotta watch the figure), a turkey burger with regular parmesan truffle fries, and a fried chicken club sandwich with sweet potato fries. I'd happily stand outside their windows with a boombox, serenading them any day!

B square Burgers is a very fun lively restaurant with delicious food. The service is fast. You don't need a reservation to get in. It is perfect to go shopping and grab a bite to eat with friends/family. The food is very good. Definitely would go back.

Came here with my Yelp Girls! Shout out to Lea and Savannah for looking up this spot! We sat inside due to heat weather warnings in south Florida not to mention how humid it was after all the rain. Inside was so cute and a vibe they even had a selfie ring light booth to take photos! I ordered their drink of the day which was a passionfruit margarita, It was nice and strong. For food I ordered the B chicken sandwich which came on Texas toast, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and there be square sauce, which is like thousand island dressing and juicy tender chicken breast slice, oh so good that I ate it all!! and usually I'm a " hey can I have a to go box kind of girl" lol definitely will check this place out again when I'm the area to try their burger and wings options.

It's got good food, great ambiance and the service is pretty good at least at the bar. Stopped by on a hot Sunday morning and enjoyed some beer, hummus trio and the great conversation at the bar. This is one be if those you stop by and realize why move on to anywhere else. Really enjoyed just hanging for a while at B Square.

Our group of 4 came here today for brunch while we went to the Las Olas Art Show. The place was pretty crowded with a DJ playing music. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food although the cappuccinos we ordered were served pretty quickly however in tiny cups. When my smoked salmon Lox Bene finally arrived along with the meals of my companions, it was cold so I sent it back. Everyone was finished their meal before they brought mine out, but this time it was hot. The dish was very good and everyone agreed that their food was good. However, the service needs to be improved. The waitress we had never came around to ask if we needed anything which we did, took forever to come to our table and seem to ignore us. We finally got the attention of the assistant manager, who apologized and explained that they had just purchased this restaurant two weeks ago and were making changes. I would be willing to give it another try as it got very good ratings on yelp.

This spot is in the heart of Las Olas and conveniently located next to a public parking lot. The ambience was great and food was delicious. I got the "Dad Bod" burger and my husband got the Salmon burger, to his surprise it was quite good considering it was a burger joint :) The Dad Bod burger has a lot of flavor and saucy toppings. My own personal preference next time would be to ask for the toppings on the side to avoid the bread getting soggy. Again my own personal preference however, some might just enjoy the soggy bread lol The truffle fries are a MUST! It is loaded with aromatic flavors and each bite is as tasty; from the first chew until you consume it whole. The flavor evenly flows through your palette. I'm a sucker for Mac n cheese. I whole heartily went for the Mac n Cheese app over the guacamole, completely worth it. Added some bacon bites to it as well. It was as very cheesy and toasty on top. Worth every extra calorie!

We went on a Friday for happy hour and had amazing service. We ordered one of everything on the HH food menu. Everything was tasty and a good portion size for the price. My favorites were the meatball and the tacos. The drinks were good quality too. We sat outside and had enough room at a table for 8 people. There is metered street parking around the neighborhood. The music was at a level where we could have a conversation. There is indoor table seating too. There is a large bar area that is inside and outside.

I give reviews for 2 reasons. Terrible service and exceptional service. The young lady who is a hostess named McKenna is exceptional. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my friends on a busy Friday evening. I wanted to sit at specific seat because I had friends at the bar. She listened to my reasoning for the request. Then made it happen within a matter of minutes. I have been a Fort Lauderdale person for years. I live in Miami now. In Miami I would never get service like this. People like McKenna make me want to move back to Fort Lauderdale. Want to give her a big shout out!!

Alex was quite literally the best server in America, he rocked. B Squared is so lucky to have him on the team.

Hostess was not truthful in waiting times and had an attitude towards white people. After waiting for almost 25 minutes after being told it would be a 10 minute wait and seeing several open tables that just needed to be cleaned we left. Before doing so we asked her how much longer and she said 10 minutes again. I understand a busy place however to seat a customer and serve them a menu , water, or a drink would have went a long way. I'd never return or refer.

I tried to give this place another chance but come on. Simply put I asked for the breakfast sandwich no cheese, came out...with cheese... no problem stated she didn't hear me say no cheese, honest mistake. Asked if they're able to it without cheese, took it back and brought it back same sandwich just the cheese "partially" scraped off, and to make it worse they brought it over with the pancake top flipped over showing cheese still on it. Needless to say I just ate fries. Bartender/server didn't care, over this place.

Loved the burgers! Tried the dad bod and Florida, both were amazing. Our server was friendly and gave good suggestions. Hostess was extremely unfriendly and put out though and it took a while to get our food but we didn't mind the wait.

Great burger place with hot food served fresh and quick. Servers are friendly abs fast. We've found our local burger joint on Las Olas. Open areas, lots of room. We'll be back.

this was my first time trying this place which i was already on the fence about. not to mention when i called to place a take out order i was informed that fries came with the wings and they DID NOT and my wings were hard and cold!!

Walked in and got sat. Immediately got up and left because of the smell. Dirty sewer plastic smell.

Stopped by here for dinner and had a great time. Our server was friendly and quick to serve. He brought out extra condiments, kept my water full and always stopped by to check in. I ordered the Florida Burger and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! So. Damn. Good. It was flavorful and satisfying, plus it was cooked to order. I loved the smoked Gouda and mushrooms. Overall, I plan on coming back to B Square Burger & Booze again!

I have heard that B square burgers are good, something to try next visit. Our visit was for happy hour drinks. We sat at the bar and ordered a Captain Morgan and Sprite as well as a Funky Buddha Floridian on draft. Both were mediocre. My rum and Sprite drink was really weak, almost watered down. My husband draft beer did not taste like other Floridians we have had before...so in terms of happy hour drinks we were disappointed. Maybe next time we can try their nachos and sliders, hope that will change our mind about this eatery.

I didn't order all the fancy burgers on the menu, just a "cheeseburger with the works in a lettuce bun" and OMG it was outstanding! Great service, old school music, sport TV's, open air,...great place!

Wonderful spot for casual dining in the bustling Los Olos area. Covered patio let's you enjoy the outdoors while staying out of the sun. Great appetizer assortment. Don't miss the cauliflower popcorn bites (spicy but so good), a trio of sliders in your choice of burgers, pastrami, or fried chicken. Delicious triple grilled cheese, gourmet salads, fresh seafood, and sandwiches that come with a side of fries (don't miss the Parmesan truffle fries). Delicious craft cocktails and wonderful IPAs on tap.

We were seated at 2:48 at 3:03 the waitress that saw us a few times came over for the first time after I told the hostess twice that no one had come to our table. Placed food order at 3:05 and received food at 3:38 and my husband meal came at 3:43p. Not once were we checked on. No one came by to see if we needed drink refills, if we were okay. The service was HORRIBLE! The food was good, but that did not outweigh how bad the service was. The restaurant was not full because we had 7 empty tables next to us trust me I counted them. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the food tasted good.

I've tried burgers from quite a few restaurants here and this one was by far the best! It reminds me of what a real hamburger is suppose to be. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is spacious and has plenty of seating. It is nicely decorated and they play lively music. The service was phenomenal. We were seated right away and our waitress was extremely attentive. We went for Sunday brunch and unlimited mimosas. The waitress brought over a vase of water for the table and made sure to top off our mimosas every chance she got. My Cobb salad was delicious. Everyone enjoyed there food. I will definitely go back again!

The employees here really don't care about this establishment. I went during Sunday brunch with 8 people. It took almost an hour for our food to come out. My burger bun was burned which meant that every bite tasted awful. Other people had burned parts of their food. My fries were clearly stale since they were hard and room temperature. The server stood in the middle of the table so we had to yell our orders to her and when she came back with the drinks we had to pass them down like an assembly line. The food runners did the same thing while saying "the plate is hot", but not actually taking it to the correct person. There was nothing around our table that prevented them from walking around. Lack of effort in the service industry is crazy.

Was walking along the main strip and found B square burgers and booze. The vibe is definitely a lot more refined and upscale than some of the other places around it. The booths and interior were very clean and well decorated. The staff was nice and took care of my group within reasonable timing for the level of busy the place was went we went. I ended up getting the dad bod burger because it looked interesting and damn this thing was huge, I literally had a hard time eating it because it was just massive. The combo of flavors was unique and I would probably get again even with the difficulty in eating it. I got the normal fries but my friend got the sweet potato fries and both were a solid choice. Overall a nice place, good burgers, solid vibe and drink menu. Definitely more of a date or business meeting kind of place for lunch.

Very friendly service. Great food and good view of Las Olas Boulevard. We had the FLA Burger, very flavorful!! Highly recommended The Taco Salad was very filling and delicious! The salad was very fresh

What a interesting and fine place. Located in the uner trendy Locale of Las Olas you can know tell yourself " I've made it because I'm paying $35:for a chicago hot dog in Fort Lauderdale" Actually they have some specials for Saturdays and Sundays. They have special on mimosas. While I can't remember what it was my friend ; he thinks he paid $17 for bottomless mimosas. Since he had like 5 of them in an hour if you do the math it's pretty good math :) The hamburger was to die for and depending how you order your burger it can come with a salad. I saw they have a chicago dog for $35 or $40. Since I'm from Chicago you can buy vacuumed packs of uncooked chicago dogs like for $8.99. But hey, life is all about the experience. The crowd is a nice mix of professionals, millennials, Gen x ers ,all sorts of people and those watching a big ten football game. Nice crowd and ambiance

Service was solid and the place is dog friendly. Omg Burger was in fact OMG and the blueberry bbq wings were also delicious. I will return here again!

Visiting from Chicago for my hubby's bday. His fav food is burgers so we came here after a google search and I'm so glad we did. We were looking for outside seating which they have plenty of. Huge bar area with plenty of seating pretty much outdoor as well. Very nice place. I ordered lemon pepper wings as an appetizer and omg! They were absolutely delicious. The 4 of us demolished them so fast that we ordered more. The burgers were also delicious. Perfect char with lots of seasoning. The house cut fries were a perfect match with the burgers. Nothing bad at all that I can say about this place. I will for sure get wings from here again when I'm back in Ft. Lauderdale

I was a Las Olas regular before covid, and recently I've been getting back to some of my old favs. This was my first time back to BSquare after the restaurant next door (Sweet Nectar) was demolished. I'll get to the food part in a minute. First I want to share that now the west side has a pretty wall instead of being open to the hot, blinding sun. Also, all new booth furniture! It was time! I went out to meet the girls for brunch. We sat at the bar outside and got going with bottomless drinks. I went with mimosas, my friends got white sangria (she later switched to red, apparently the white tasted weird) and vodka sodas. They served our drinks in plastic cups, but maybe they ran out of glasses? The DJ started playing tunes around 1pm. I used to always order the build your own salads here, but they changed up the menu a bit. So I got the salmon sandwich on a gluten-free bun (small upcharge but they actually have them!) and it came with fries. BTW the "I don't eat meat" burger is not gluten-free. My friends got an Egg Frittata and a Katzy's Benedict. Both were filling, although the Frittata eater reported too much salt (and mentioned it later on as she felt very bloated). Overall it's a decent priced brunch for a nice environment and good people watching.

This was a good choice when looking for a quick but good bite to eat. I did a search on Yelp looking for food in general with 4 stars and higher and the pictures of this place peaked my interest. Staying at the Westin hotel across from the beach, we took an Uber as it would have been about a 40+ minute walk. Upon arriving on a early Thursday afternoon, we essentially had this place to ourselves. There was one other person dining at the bar when we arrived and then one other regular came in after we were seated. The Service and food were good. I ordered the OMG burger which had American and Monterey Jack cheese with caramelized onions and b-square spread. The burger was cooked just right and huge. The sandwich was very filling and being the "HUNGREEDY" woman that I am, I was able to refrain from eating my next meals for 5 hours. Lol! The fries were hot and not overly salty and washed down easily with a local beer. I don't remember the name but it was good, cold, and on tap. Five stars for good prompt service, delicious juicy burger, hot fries, and location. It's located approximately 2 blocks from a water taxi stop.

i was in the mood for low carb options and found this spot near my house. i chose b square for the options i saw on their online menu. (luckily, when i pulled up, i got a spot right in front!) i arrived around 315 pm on a tuesday afternoon. the bar seemed a little empty but there were a couple people seated at the booths outside. i sat at the hightop by the bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender, to which i observed she was attentive and friendly to myself and the other patrons. they have a tuna steak burger, which i opted for without a bun. the slaw that comes on it was fantastic, and the wasabi aioli paired excellent. i chose to have a zero rosé with my meal, since it was one of their zero carb wine options (they have 2). i ended up staying to try their bang bang shrimp, which i ate with the wasabi aioli instead of the recommended sauce. it was so good ! the food came out quick, fresh & hot, and the service was excellent. i will definitely be back !

Visited Fort Lauderdale for a few days and am glad we went here. Very cool bar/restaurant in the heart of Las Olas across the street from Louie Bossi's. Seating available by the street as well as a main dining room and bar. Restaurant was very clean including the restrooms. Service was very good from the greeting to the work of the server. Happy hour specials look great, but unfortunately we were told since Juneteenth is a holiday, there was no happy hour. We had the Fishbowl with salmon and ribs. Ribs were a huge portion for a full rack and the sauce was really good. Not the most tender ribs I have ever had, but overall way above average. Would recommend to others and would go back if I am in Fort Lauderdale again.

Got the chicken parm delivered and although it came in a paper container that made it hard to est that way, transferred to a plate with a spatula made it a huge plate! Def would get this in the restaurant so it's nice and hot.

Came here on a Thursday afternoon around 2:30ish after taking the Water Taxi to Las Olas Blvd. First time in the area and we were looking for a nice place to sit outside to feed the 7 of us. Ideally we were looking to eat outside, but the outdoor area, which was nice was in full sun and we opted for a big table inside. Service was quick and responsive. They took orders and brought out my drink ...can't remember the name of it...but it was good! Their take on a Mojito. For my meal, I ordered the crispy chicken sliders. They were perfect! Juicy fried chicken, good amount of lettuce and tomato and very fresh buns. Can with a side of fries which were hot, salty, and crispy - some of the best I have ever eaten! Two of the kids ordered the chicken tenders - very good portions for kids meal. Crispy, real chicken breast. Again, came with some great fries - enough for me to take extra . My oldest ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. She thought the bun was very good, and these can often be hit or miss at most restaurants. My second oldest daughter ordered the Mac N Cheese. She prefers more simple fare and the Asiago cheese was too rich. Interestingly, my youngest (6y/o) ended up eating her dish and he thought it was excellent. Great place, with excellent food, drinks, regular water refills and clean bathrooms. Would go here often if we lived in the area.

Not a bad burger joint but what really sets them apart for me was their Szechuan calamari shrimp appetizer. Truly a sensational gastro experience. I will return for that for sure.

The service was phenomenal from Natalie M. The sweet potato fries came out GREAT not soft as so many places serve them. Look forward to going back again soon

So I came here with my family and I was pleasantly surprised! I do not enjoy eating burgers so I got the Taco Salad and wow it was huge! It has soooo much inside that I was super full after and felt no need to get anything else. Everyone else got burgers and they all loved them. Their sweet potato friend were absolutely amazing and so was their meatball appetizer! The overall ambiance is nice and I would recommend sitting outside so you can see Las Olas. We had good customer service but nothing to brag about and overall the prices were normal. I was expecting them to be worse so that was good. They have a happy hour so definitely come for that + a full bar. This would be a good place to watch sports or a Sunday funday!

We made reservations so there was no wait! It took a minute for someone to take our order. Drinks came out and i think this was strawberry lemonade which was okay. The blueberry wings didn't really have much flavor but we ate them. The burgers were good. The wrong burger came out for me but the manager apologized and brought the one I ordered. I got it to go since everyone had eaten and I was full off the fries. They played music and it was cool, they also play football games so that was a plus for hubby.

We stopped in here for lunch while on a walk down Las Olas over the weekend and I'm so glad we did! I've been here a few times before, so I'll mention that they have an awesome happy hour food menu, I love the pescatarian burger option, AND this place has one of the best indoor/outdoor bars for watching sports and people around! Now on to the food... I have literally loved everything I've tried here, and this visit was no exception. I was in the mood for a great avocado toast and B Square delivered! The bread was just the right level of crisp, and not so thick it overwhelms the dish. The avocado was slightly salty and limey just to perfection! I was happy to see that it came topped with 2 eggs (it was a long walk)! I would absolutely get this meal again. I saw shrimp fried rice on the sides menu and since I do love a good shrimp fried rice, I decided to get the side and try it. I was surprised at how good it was! There's good reason this place is a local favorite!

The worst meal I've ever had in the las olas strip. Cold turkey fat passes off as traditional Italian meatballs. The staff literally did nothing. Why would I want to take home food, recook it. When the taste is bad anyway. Place is covered with trash and food. Will never stand the test of time in so flo. Poor food, and service.

Fun vibe, loud good music, nice servers, easy to get in, and kid friendly. The mac and cheese on the menu sucked me in, but it was not good. I wish I had ordered something else. It had the consistency of mashed potatoes, just not for me. The kids loved their food though.

Loved it! We ordered the Strawberry Spike and it was refreshing and sour. We also had the sliders, Buffalo wings, and the Kobe hot dog. All were absolutely delicious! With the hot dog we had the sweet potato fries and with the slider the regular fries. I'm typically a sweet potato fry kinda gal but the regular fries here were too delicious! Also the Saturday night DJ was totally killing it, we really enjoyed the music and atmosphere.

We had a decent experience here, nothing great, nothing bad. Unfortunately, the 3 star rating makes it seem bad, but that's not the case... just OK. The service was slow. It was a Saturday midday, about 11:30. The place was busy, but not standing room only and not on a wait. We sat inside which was nice and our server was well spoken and very pleasant. The food took some time.. probably longer than normal at about 35 minutes but when we dug into it, it was excellent. Seriously great burgers here. However, when eating my $16 burger, I don't want to be blasted with club levels of ghetto rap. Please tune that back a bit and know your customer base is not 20-somethings just coming out of the club. Three of us had burgers, sodas, and one beverage for $80. It's not inexpensive but to be expected on Las Olas. Give it a shot if you love great burgers. They even have a burger that uses 2 grilled cheese's as the buns!!! Bring your appetite for this... or for their delicious looking brunch menu.

No complaints! The food is shockingly good here, creative plates and always really well-sized portions. Drinks are a little $$ but it's Las Olas. It can be pretty packed on the weekends and loud, but it's a fun spot.

All I can saw is wow! I've been to Las Olas multiple times and have never stopped in to B square until I went after visiting Warby Parker. I am so glad I tried it out! I had the most delicious chicken sandwich here! It was a huge portion so I couldn't finish it but I am still day dreaming of it! Definitely try the B-chicken sandwich, so good!
