"One of the city’s newer favorites is B Sweet, a fun N. Rampart storefront located directly across from Congo Square on the outskirts of the Quarter. Talented chef and baker Brittney Walker churns out rich, fluffy cakes in the traditional style, available for preorder online and generally available for walk-in pick up during Carnival season, especially if you’re just looking for a slice." - Beth D'Addono, Clair Lorell

This place was the bomb. I got recommended this place by my friend in Jersey and this place did not disappoint. The owner was really nice and the atmosphere was perfect. Everything we orders was fresh and came with large portions. We ordered the shrimp po boy and red beans and rice. Both dishes were really good. If you are in New Orleans check this place. I really wish we had something like this back in jersey.

INCREDIBLE!!!! My buddy and were given this spot by another passenger on our flight. Wow was she correct, I asked the owner/chef Brittney to surprise me with what she felt was her best creations. My first course was a bowl of seafood gumbo which was very tasty, the second course was fried catfish which was absolutely amazing, the third was a complete surprise for my pallet was the seafood stuffed beignets were differently and creatively exquisite. From the desert menu the peach cobbler and sweet potato pie were both equally as delicious. Brittney has and is offering a fabulous product which in my opinion is really refreshing and authentic. We will definitely return and encourage anyone else craving authentic NOLA cuisine.

At the suggestion of our Uber driver, Lady J, we stopped in on the first day of our trip. It was beyond amazing! We had the gumbo and it was so flavorful and the sausage literally melt in your mouth. We also got the seafood beignets that are not on the menu. If I thought the gumbo was amazing, the beignets were next level!! I mean....wow. I know I'll be back before we leave NOLA. And the owner is pure love. So gracious and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting when in New Orleans!!

This was a suggestion from a local, but we were disappointed. The Catfish Mardi Gras was ok (price was $31.05), the Shrimp Po Boy was ok (price was $25.88), the Bistro Chicken Basket was ok (price was $18.63), the Gumbo lacked seasoning (price was $16.56), I have had better ones, even at the hotel we are staying. As far as the beignets, - The Seafood Stuffed Beignets were excellent (price was $25.88). - No Philly Beignets had more bell peppers than meat, not much meat taste (price was $18.63) - The Sweet potato Beignets were good. (price was $16.56) - We asked for water, and we received 4 bottles of water, which were free. FYI, the bathrooms were cleaned, atmosphere was ok. Everything was over priced, the hotel we stayed at food prices were cheaper, and tasted better than B Sweet Bistro. In addition, we got a Service Charge fee of $27.57 which is 18% for a party of 4. The overall check was $196.57, a very pricey lunch with meals which could have been better. Client experience was ok.

Love supporting women run small businesses. Learned about this spot at a king cake tasting event and visited it the next day. Enjoyed a huge serving of Catfish Mardi Gras. While there, the owner brought out a warm beignet complete with berries and ice cream. It was delicious! Ordered some king cake to go. I hear the weekend brunch and seafood beignets are amazing!

This place came highly recommended by our fellow New Orleanian friends. I visited this place on yesterday for brunch and the music was perfect for the atmosphere. The shrimp & grits were different than I was used to but really good. I also had the chicken tenders and waffles. We went back again today. I had the gumbo, roux was a little dark for my liking but good. I had the sample which was plenty for me. We ordered the Crawfish Queso fries but it was more like a butter cream based etouffee sauce. The BOUDIN EGGROLLS were really really good! Omg and the king cake slice, yes king cake slice was soooo moist and soft. I highly recommend you give this place a try if you’re ever in New Orleans.

Came to visit the N.O with family and the food was amazing! Suggested by a friend and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and customer service was great. Even the owner came out to check in on us. 😊 My sis said you can definitely tell there was love in the food. Will return on my next visit. 🧡

Best food yet in New Orleans! The seafood beignet was unexpected and amazing! And the chicken egg French toast plate was the best anywhere, a true explosion of flavor in one bite! Stop by before or after a tour of the cemetery, perfect for tourist like ourselves. A short walk to a lovely establishment owned by a true culinary artist! (And if you are local I am jealous because the cakes offered look spectacular!)
