Toh Daeng at Baan Ar Jor is an absolute gem and one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Phuket. From the moment you step in, you feel like you’ve been invited into a traditional Thai home — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The decoration is beautiful, with vintage touches that make you feel like you’re dining at your grandmother’s house, surrounded by history and love.
The food is simply outstanding. Every dish reflects true Thai tradition, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients — many of them grown right in the restaurant’s own garden. The lobster was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of natural flavor. The traditional Thai curry was another highlight — rich, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, with that perfect mix of spice and creaminess that defines real Thai cuisine.
The service is equally impressive: kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff take time to explain the dishes and share the stories behind them, which adds even more depth to the experience.
Toh Daeng is not just a restaurant; it’s a place that captures the soul of Thai cuisine and hospitality. A must-visit in Phuket for anyone who appreciates fine dining with heart, authenticity, and warmth.
