An excellent restaurant to enjoy clean, hygienically prepared, authentic Thai cuisine, especially for travelers in Sukhumvit. You’ll love the ambiance, whether indoors or outdoors. Be sure to try it at least once if you’re in Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

Craving delicious Thai food, but want something a step up from street stalls? Baan Khanitha serves yummy, authentic Thai cuisine in a relaxed bungalow setting. Think comfy vibes, not fancy restaurant. Fresh ingredients and classic Thai dishes with great flavors. Fancy enough for a special occasion, but still comfortable. Heads Up: Pricey: Expect to pay more than you would at a casual spot. If you want to treat yourself to delicious Thai food in a cool and relaxed setting, Baan Khanitha is a great choice. Just keep in mind it's a bit pricier.

I visited for a late lunch and the place was practically empty, which meant I got the attention of every service staff available there and therefore obviously we were served promptly and attentively. Most of the food we ordered was good except for the Crab curry which tasted a little fishy for some reason. The portions are good sized for 2 persons although the total bill can be quite high if you order their “specials”, which are usually seasonal seafood at a high price. There is parking for around 4-5 cars in the compound and definitely kid-friendly with ample booster seats.

Very nice atmosphere with Thai vintage vibe.The foods look amazing,also come with pretty big portion-perfect for sharing.Overall I was so impressed with the real taste of Thai food and services.

Great little Thai restaurant in Bangkok. I had the Pad Thai. I’d definitely stop in and try more menu items. Great service.

Love the rustic deco, very old school. Food was great but we over ordered, dint take much photos of the food. It's great for a big group gathering.
