Baan Laanta Resort

Very nice hotel on one end of the kantiang bay, which is a quite calm area if you are looking to relax but have everything you need around you. Bungalows are very cute all in wood from the outside and the inside, surrounding the nice swimming pool that has great views. I got a seaview room and the views are just stunning, it's just great to sit and observe & listen to the sea, not only from the terrace, but also right from bed! Staff very friendly and always ready to help. Will definitely go back if around!

Good value for money. The place is old but the staff are nice to accommodate requests. Right next to kantiang bay. The sea view balcony had a beautiful view. The pool is clean to swim. The breakfast was very simple nothing much but there are plenty of places right outside the resort to eat something. Good location, next to the beach and the small town.

Very nice location but the rooms have several problems, from ant, bugs to the mirror not being in front of the sink. I had to shave on a towel. The service was also very unfriendly: I asked for a knife to cut some fruit and they refused to lend me one even if they had a kitchen. They didn't offer to cut it themselves also. I don't recomend this place.

We have traveled Thai many years. This location with sea view is 10 out of 10. Amazing!!!! Great service nice pool great team. Thank you. We booked 2 nights and now we are here for 5 days. Fantastic beach as well. 🌹🙏🏽

We LOVED our 4 night stay at Baan Laanta! We had one seaview bungalow (to die for!!) and one poolside bungalow for our daughter's (only one seaview one was available). The bungalows were great, the views breathtaking, the pool area relaxing and lovely (please get some parasols though). The bar/restaurant area with a nice breeze and right on the beach. Lovely food, good breakfast and fantastic and friendly staff. I rarely come back to a place again but would consider returning yo Baan Laanta!

Fantastic! Our family loved staying here- spacious rooms, comfy clean bed, friendly staff, well maintained pool, balcony breeze and view were superb! The food in the restaurant is wonderful too. We will stay again soon!

Great value for money, lovely garden and pool, wonderful staff. We loved our stay there, the ladies at the reception and the restaurant were just the sweetest. The pool and garden were well taken care of. The rooms are huge, may seem a little worn down, but only if you are very demanding. For the price we got it was a steal. Great buffet breakfast with both european and local dishes. Highly recommended!!!

Really nice pool. Rooms were big, but they should be for that price. Bed was comfortable, only the air con was above it and pretty noisy with lights that lite up when it needed to generate more power. Restaurant was bad. The shower and toilet were fantastic! The hotel is staffed by girls who don't speak any foreign languages. I'm not just saying that to be mean but the hotel was expensive and the clientele were all European. The hotel seems to be set on a sewer. And is tucked around a headland so it doesn't get the offshore wind to cool it down. Nor does it get the sunset.
