Amazing deep tissue massage as always, my knots and tension are gone! The therapists are highly skilled and the rooms are nice and warm 🙏🏼🧘

I had my first massage with Aire today, it was brilliant. One of the best I’ve ever had. My regular place closed down a while ago and have been trying out new places to find a replacement and so glad I tried Baan Thai! I had the warm oil Thai massage, Aire was like a magnet to my knots and the techniques she used were amazing- my neck shoulders and back feel kilos lighter already

This place has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was lovely to walk in from the biting cold outdoors and into a lovely warm room. I have had several massages here and they have all been excellent. The massage therapists are really good at gauging pressure and really know how to get knots out of tight muscles. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I had my massage with a lady called Air. And honestly it was so good I can’t stop thinking about when to go back. She hit on the right spots with the right pressure without even me needing to say anything. Wonderful session. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended from someone who’s been having massages for over 20 years across multiple countries and spa services. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

Made an appointment for a massage today at Baan Thai. No sooner had I stepped into their premises, the receptionist demanded immediate cash payment which I refused as I do not believe that I should have to pay for a service before I received it. I had visited their previous business site and only paid for the massage after I had it. I asked for their written policy but was told ‘I am telling you!’… an attitude that does not sit well with me. I left the premises as I was appalled by the arrogant and rude service. I immediately called Proud Thai Spa - Balham Hill and had an amazing experience. I was offered a drink of water by the receptionist before I was shown to the massage room. I’m blown away by their customer service and the exceptional massage by Joy. I award Proud Thai Spa more than 5 stars🥂

Around a week ago I booked a last minute massage as I was in pain. My masseuse was Air and she was amazing the whole time. Helped me with every spot that was soare, asked me all the time how the pressure felt and I left painless after an hour. I got many messages in the past, but she was the friendliest and best so far. The place is also very clean and comfortable and super close to the station. I can highly recommend them!

I had the most incredible oil massage here and left feeling like a new woman! My therapist targeted my problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure so that it wasn’t painful but you could definitely feel the tension being released. These massages aren’t for the faint hearted! The room was clean, dimly lit and smelled amazing. I can’t wait to come back 👌🏻
