Not quite to our personal liking, everything tasted a little too sweet and oily. For the relish, the raw vegetables didnt seem to go well with the dip, the sauce would mostly fall off the cucumber sticks/ long beans.. only the cabbage seemed to work better. For the grandma's eggs, eggs were very hard, but the meat was tender. Service was very friendly.

Overall the experience was great. The food was very good, the only thing to be aware is the som tum salad with mini crabs is quite fishy, not for everyone. Other dishes are all lovely. Service overall was good but we booked ahead of time and think they misunderstood that we are walk-in and gave us the table right next to main door, I also got a message during meal asking if I'll attend the dinner. Not a big deal, the seat was OK and the meal was still good.

confidently say it’s one of the best in both food and service. The staff member ‘JJ’ was extremely service-minded and energetic. He took great photos for all of us and recommended excellent dishes. Love the desserts so much

Everything was close to perfect! The atmosphere and seating were comfortable; staff are polite; and most of all, food were delicious. The Tom yum soup was exceptional! I also recommend the Pumpkin with crab meat chunks, Lotus stem and prawn salad, and Curry (beef).

Very delicious Thai food! Tom yum soup & phad thai were soooo good and the meatball under appetiser was chefs kiss, great service too! Would totally recommend to visit if you’re in Bangkok :)

If you’re looking for authentic, traditional Thai flavors, this place is a must-try! Every dish is packed with classic spices and seasoning that really bring out the true taste of Thai cuisine. The portion sizes are huge, so it’s definitely great for sharing — or for anyone with a big appetite. I highly recommend trying the เมี่ยงปลา (Miang Pla) — it’s absolutely the highlight of the menu. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Definitely something I’d come back for!

We recently dined at Restaurant Baannok at Soi Langsuan, and the experience was truly delightful! The servers were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our meal. We ordered around 8 dishes, and two standout dishes were the rambutan stuffed with minced meat soup, which was a unique and delicious specialty, and the petai with prawns, which was also incredibly flavorful. The ambiance was very pleasant, with nice music playing in the background, adding to the overall warmth and coziness of the restaurant. I highly recommend Restaurant Baannok for a great dining experience!

This restaurant has been opened for over two years. We just came here on the recommendation of our friend. The food taste very nice home cook style. They also have Michelin on three of that dishes., we tried the Korat sausage and it was very well done and delicious. Nice Thai restaurant, should be back for a second round to try other dishes.
