In a lively side road sits a bar making experimental cocktails of all sorts. I highly recommend their les fleurs du mal, which uses celery to create a drink unlike other clear drinks you're used to. They're known for tiki drinks which were great, but les fleurs du mal was the surprise.
The prices are reasonable for the experimental cocktails and I think the spirit-forward drinks are better than the sweet drinks.
The vibe is very interesting, with a sort of soft house/lounge vibe inside and a bustling outdoor area outside. I think I'd prefer sitting outside as it is more conversational and less musical. But that's just me.
Service is quite good, although they do get overwhelmed on crowded nights. But it's a bar, it's expected. I think they rent table capacity from across the street to help out, which is great classic neighborhood vibes.
