1 week ago we called the front desk to book a massage for 2 people for 90 minutes which is 3,200 baht, When we arrived we spent 2 hours at the pool bar was very good and chill before the spa and they informed us that there was no spa room that would use the Villa instead so we’re okay with that BUT they didn’t inform us that they organized outsourced therapists for us and the thing is she doesn’t how to do massage and I felt uncomfortable while she’s doing that so I walk to the front desk to tell the FO, She said couldn’t refund it cause I already did 45 minutes which is not true then I requested to talk to the Manager but the lady said he’s on the meeting it’s ridiculous why would I have to wait for him. So I have my number to the lady until now I didn’t accept any call from them.

Amazing property managed by the famous Sri Panwa . Located on a very quiet beach front of Koh Phagna, this almost brand new property is ideal for the people who wanna get away from the crowded Patong area.|The pool villas are across the street from the reception, built in a beautiful water garden with full of greenery . They are huge , with smart TVs in both living room and bedroom. Air conditioning in the bathroom with a huge bathtub. Free mini bar with non alcoholic drinks and snacks. Daily turn down service with fresh oranges daily . The private pool is huge and completely private. There is also a microwave oven in the room.|Breakfast is half buffet and half Ala carte . High quality and super yummy. |What really will make me come back is the great hospitality of the staff. Kuhn Heart was really amazingly helpful with all my issues and also his team . |The pristine sandy beach at the resort is a heaven on earth. Super clean and calm so you can swim and enjoy the beach to the maximum. |The main pool also is big and great.|Thank you for making my holidays so unforgettable. For sure , I will be back and recommend it to my friends.

Its location is a bit remote, so I recommend pre-booking excursions and transportation or using the resort's services for convenience. A vibrant, luxurious spot that offers a unique vibe in Phuket.

Location is a bit away from the main attractions but that’s why u choose here if u want peaceful calm surrounding in phuket

Randomly chose this hotel to stay at. Rooms are beautiful, they have thought of everything. Beach is immaculate, pool is trendy and clean, service, especially from pool staff is amazing. They have a great food menu, a whole vegan section! Breakfast is amazing! Not sure what there is to do nearby but we were happy spending two days at the pool and beach.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom pool villa for 3 nights. The room was extremely spacious along with comfortable beds and cool air-conditioning amidst the hottest times of Thailand. The pool in the room is relatively big for most pool villas with comfortable sofas and ceiling fans to lounge around. ||Don't be fooled by the limited breakfast selection, there is a lot you can order from the menu which is a great idea as the food is prepared fresh to order. Selection variety was wide enough to try a bit of everything through 3 days. One morning we had an early tee-off time and the staff was happy to prepare a breakfast box for us.
