Wonderful atmosphere and food. We received personal service from the owners and family. Super nice as our large crazy crew enjoy the company of each other. I will come back many times.

Wife wanted appetizers as a quick bite, and I have seen Babaloo lounge more times than I care to admit driving by so I finally decided to stop by and try it out. Ambiance was great, service was exceptional and the appetizers were on a different level (especially here in LHC). They have a GREAT happy hour special and a plethora of very different and delicious appetizers - NOT your run of the mill chicken wings. They have Gator bites- (yes actual fried gator meat) escargot, frog legs, French fries fried in duck fat and much more! Wonderfully surprised- even met the owner while sitting at the bar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Babaloos- I’ll be back very soon for the dinner menu!

Google
Happy hour only in bar which was awkward. Sat in dining area by window and sun because ac blasting. Another waiter closed blinds forgot about one of our meals for 20 minutes. Never refilled water or asked for more drinks. Great food Nice atmosphere. but like time before just can't get it done.

Date night a few weeks ago. It was our first time trying Cuban food; we had no idea what to expect. It was more than we could have imagined. It was a Thursday so not sure if it is a quiet night normally or not. We started with the BaBaloo and Long Island Tea then asked the bartender what his favorite drink to make was and loved the Havana Margarita and Havana Splash. Our waitress, Nichelle was friendly and had great food suggestions. She not only recommended delicious appetizers and dinner she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and kept the water refilled. Everything was flavorful and mouth watering delicious.

We stayed at the London Bridge Resort. I was in the mood for live music. This place was 10 out of 5. Great food, service and atmosphere. Even my young boys loved it. Surprised it was not packed. Worth every cent.

Yelp
We had such a great experience at BaBaloo Restaurant Lounge in Havasu! We walked in around 9:30 PM, not realizing they were closing at 10, but instead of turning us away, they welcomed us warmly and even had the owner, Gus, personally make sure we were taken care of -- such a rare and appreciated gesture! We started with the stuffed mushrooms -- absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and the perfect warm-up to our main course. For dinner, we shared the El Malecon steak, and WOW. It was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Easily enough to share between two people! I also ordered the mango habanero margarita, and it was hands down one of the best margaritas I've had in a long time -- the perfect balance of sweet and heat. It was made by their amazing bartender who introduced himself as Sunshine (probably not his real name, but it fit his vibe perfectly!). From start to finish, the service, food, and atmosphere made this a memorable night. We'll definitely be back! They have an outdoor cigar lounge!!!

Yelp
This continues to be one of the best spots in town with great views and warm ambience. Everything from the delectable array of food and beverage offerings to the extremely kind and gracious service is absolutely spectacular. We arrived late in the evening and kitchen was set to close. Without hesitation, our family was seated and treated with graceful attentiveness. Thank you for excellent service!

Yelp
We went to BabaLoo for the first time last week for drinks. We did not have any food. We had planned to go back because it was close to our home. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Tonight we went to dinner at a Mexican restaurant with our kids the owner of BabaLoo scattered a white substance out of his pockets through the restaurants. Our three children walked through it going to the restaurant. He proceeded to sit at the bar beside us rubbing the white substance into the grout with his foot. We did not know what this substance was or if it was toxic. There were several patrons at the restaurant other than us who watched him do this. I will never go to his restaurant and proudly share our experience because this type of disrespect to other small businesses should not be tolerated.

Yelp
This place has live music during select nights which makes for a cool vibe! It's neon lit and the bar is super long and it reminds me of Miami-ish in a way! My review is based on two visits. The first visit we sat at a table with a view of the live music which was nice. The server was really good - attentive, always came to check on us and even sang a song on stage! We had some apps - stuffed peppers was delicious, croquetas there are two types and they were out of one so we had the ham one. The lemony dipping sauce makes this app really good! The plantains come out nice and hot - yum! For the entree, we shared a Steak Stir Fry which was a huge portion! The sauce was really delicious and the steak was tender. I would definitely get this again! On the second visit we sat at the bar top and unfortunately the attentiveness of the service was nowhere near the first visit which was just the night before. It wasn't busy - only 4 people total at the bar but I think the bartenders were more working on their end of night duties versus ensuring that they were attentive. The food was still good however. The duck wings were AMAZING! Crisp, sauce was delicious! We tried their lemon cake which was ok, a little dry to me but maybe the cake is supposed to be that way. Overall - food is solid! Service I hope can be consistent!

Yelp
Great service with David was great and the food was good too! We really enjoyed our experience and the two favorites we had were the Cubano and Ginger Sesame bowl they were great!

Yelp
Another fantastic lunch at Babaloo. We took some friends who had never been to Babaloo before. Meagan was fantastic and gave us great service. She never disappoints. We all ordered the El Cubano (Cuban sandwich) which was very good. The sandwich is huge and I could only eat half of it. The Yuca Fries were also cooked perfectly. For dessert, I had the cheesecake which is one of the best I have ever eaten. The restaurant was fairly empty and very clean. We sat at a table near the window which offered a great view of the lake. However, it can get a bit warm suiting so close to the window during the hottest time of year.

Yelp
Well, the staff here was great, super friendly..... but this place missed mark for me. I am half Peruvian. I took my dad for his birthday being he is Peruvian and this is supposed to be Peruvian fusion. I will say the food was good, but unfortunately, it did not resemble Peruvian food to me at all not even a fusion of it.. we ordered chauffa and lomo Salado how could you go wrong with those two? Well, like I said, the rice was good but definitely not Peruvian. It kind of tasted like coconut fried rice lol... very sweet and very heavy on the teriyaki. The lomo used the same sauce , so again, very sweet and heavy on the teriyaki. my husband did get a burger though and that was great...lol so the disappointment came from the fact that they sell themselves as Peruvian infusion and there wasn't much Peruvian in this meal, other than the names. The dishes say they have aji sauce in them.... That does not seem true at all. We love Peruvian , so we asked for some green sauce.... Aji sauce... The server said yeah we have that we just call it something else... I forget what he called it, but it wasn't salsa Verde... and that is what the sauce was salsa Verde sauce that you would get with breakfast burritos.... This place is not only Peruvian fusion but I believe it is Cuban fusion two and even Cuban sauce, which is mojo sauce has cilantro...there was no cilantro tastes in any of this food. Sooooo as nice as the servers were... I can likely say we will not be back. The plates about $20-$30 a person , if it hit the spot that would be fine, but unfortunately it didn't.... I will say there was plenty of parking as we were in the restaurant. The restaurant does have an outdoor smoking area and plenty of seating, very clean very comfortable.... But it does seem to be more of a bar setting that takes place at night.... Which makes sense because this is Havasu. There is a beautiful view of the water as well. We didn't have high expectations because this is Havasu they didn't even meet them halfway. Good place to go for burgers and if you're not looking for Peruvian food.... Again, the staff was great. Just didn't hit the spot for us.... And I do believe if they are going to Peruvian, they should educate themselves somewhat Peruvian food and get a few more staples.

Yelp
Service was slow, food was subpar and overall experience was MID. Nothing notable to mention

Yelp
The staff removed our food before we were done. They tried to make it right. Alittle too late. Continually told the band to lower there music. Won't go there again

Yelp
First visit here tonight and it was delightful. The interior is classy and relaxing and unique for Havasu. It has an upscale look with a music cafe vibe. Sat at the bar and had cocktails and the calamari fries during half price HH. The calamari was delicious and the cocktails were generous. Hubby ordered the El Malecon and the flavors were incredible. He said he would order this again without hesitation. I had the sirloin Saltado which was very tasty though a bit overcooked. It was still very tasty and the rice that came with this dish was some of the best I've had (and I typically don't like rice). The cheesecake with raspberry and chocolate sauce for dessert was a delight. The only negative was the less-than-attentive bar service. We were not in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. Highly recommend!

Yelp
3rd time visiting and the food is always fantastic. We went on a Thursday in September and we were the only 4 people in the restaurant for lunch. Not surprising because it's Havasu on Thursday in September. I ordered the infamous Mash Burger. It was very good, but I would not order it again since there's so many other options on the menu. The Mash burger is a new taste sensation. You have to try it at least once. Service was AMAZING. The waitress/bartender was gorgeous and attentive to our needs. There were other patrons at the bar at this time so we appreciated the attention to our table. A band was setting up for the evening and we wished we could have stayed the whole day. We will be back for the live entertainment, the great food, the lovely waitress and the wonderful selection of local beers and cocktails.

Yelp
Babaloo restaurant in Havasu. Cuban - Peruvian and delish! Great live music too.The calamari steak fries were amazing! Tender and slightly sweet and not chewy. Roti chicken was amazing tender meat spiced with garlic and lemon and crispy outer skin. Cubano sandwich was the best we have had so far and we have been to Cuba. Robert our served was excellent and attentive. Only disappointing part was they were out of a few dishes like the swordfish and lamb chop, which I was really wanting. But that calamari made up for it.

Yelp
We stopped in here for dinner and were the only couple the entire time. We had drinks, margarita and a manhattan, then dinner. My husband had the pork tenderloins and I had a shrimp and veggie dish. The meal was good, but just warm temperature.

Yelp
I was excited to try a new restaurant in my favorite summer getaway location! I have been coming to Lake Havasu since I was a little kid, but have never eaten here. Location is great! Right near Havasu Dunes and the London Bridge resort! Great view of the lake and was able to watch the sun set over the mountains! It was beautiful! Service was VERY slow! Took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us and put in an order for drinks and appetizers. He was the only server working in the entire restaurant, which had around 20 tables. The group next to us even whispered that they had a great meal, but we were going to be waiting for a while, as they were leaving. Once they told us that, we immediately let our waiter know that we were ready to place our orders. Surprisingly our drinks and appetizers came out about 10 minutes later, however, they were pretty underwhelming. Drinks seemed like they were boughten pre-mixed. Very small and very sweet/sugary. We shared the duck fat fries and chicharrones. I wouldn't order them again. My main course was the Cubano, which was great! Awesome portion as well! I would order that again. Overall, staff was nice, food was okay, views were great!

Yelp
Amazing food and great appetizers. Drinks were great and service too. Will go back again next time we're in Lake Havasu. Lamb chops delicious! Will be back soon.

Yelp
First time trying this establishment out, what a pleasant surprise. Stopped for lunch and everything my table ordered was amazing, from gator bites, burgers, cubanos, and dessert. To top it off, Megan is hilarious, she's probably the best server I've had the pleasure of meeting. I'll be back for sure. The Lounge is clean and comfortable.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was delicious, we were a party of 6. Service was okay. They took a while to serve our drinks (35-40 min approx, on a very slow day) but the young lady that served us was super nice :)

Yelp
FRIDAY NIGHT Walking in was beautiful, live classic rock band mudfish, our server was funny and very nice. We ordered the Peruvian Ribeye steak was so good, El Malecon ribeye a little on the sweet side but very delicious and the west Palm Beachy cooked to perfection. Cocktails on point. Strawberry Margarita to die for. Overall yes I am definitely coming back! Thank you for a lovely night.

Yelp
This was my second time visiting for music. The first time was all good. Last night I sat at the bar closest to the music. The bartender was very friendly. But then the owner came out and yelled something at her. Like 15 minutes later he came out and yelled "Get the hell out"! There was a younger couple sitting close to me trying to have a nice dinner and watch the World Series. They told the owner they didn't appreciate him ruining there night and left. I couldn't sit there myself trying to enjoy the music with this complete ass for an owner as now being the bartender. ‍

Carrie P.

Yelp
The food could use salt at the minimum. Absolutely no seasoning in anything . Servers were pushy about ordering they weren't busy and we were new to the restaurant. If you're going to have the games on, then turn the music down. It was loud enough a normal conversation was difficult to carry on. Minimal explanation of food on the menu. There wasn't even salt or pepper on the table to self season the food. First and last time.

Yelp
This was my second time here. The first time service was very very slow, I chalked it up to an off night. No biggie. So we tried this place again, service was even slower to the point where other patrons were leaving and other tables upset about the amount of time their orders were taking. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for our cold food to come out. As far as our drinks, half our drinks were good and the other just terrible. The expresso martini was good, the Oaxacan Old fashioned was terrible. More ice than anything and it tasted like watered down mezcal, which is a shame. The food was for the most part flavorful. We had the Peruvian ribeye which had good presentation , the lechon asado which had great flavor can't speak much to the tasteless sides that accompanied it but the pork itself was very good. The plantain side was very tasty. The bar in this place is a really nice one, the view is great and the concept is fabulous but this place is under staffed, mismanaged and falls short of the bad ass restaurant it could be. There are plenty of great eats in havasu to patron, I won't be back to this one unless their is some serious service overhaul.

Morrie P.

Yelp
We were looking for a restaurant with something special and found the BaBaLoo Lounge not far from the London Bridge Resort. Terrific menu featuring Cuban cuisine. Beautiful setting overlooking Lake Havasu. Our server was very knowledgeable and he helped us choose a variety of menu items. Great service, awesome location and reasonable prices. We highly recommend the BaBaLoo Lounge!

Yelp
Don't eat here my entire table of 14 can smell my scallops. Drinks I think my mojito was just water and rotten mint leaf

Yelp
This place was very VERY GOOD. We came in with masks on and were very pleased to see patrons and employees wearing masks. Big plus from the disappointment we had earlier in the day. Then we realized there was a live band. And a good live band, at that. I'll have to admit; I wasn't expecting too much from this place. How great could their cuban food in this sleepy town be -- oh, how I was wrong! Oysters were good. No need to the weird concoction of a cocktail sauce they had for it. The oysters were already sweet and salty and, oddly, tasted fresh. I got the dozen and slurped up those suckers in no time. Originally, I was just gonna get beans and rice and maduros as those are generally my go-tos at Cuban spots but, figured I needed some meat. So, I got the Entrana. BOMB!!!!!! That skirt steak was perfectly tender with so much flavor infused. The rice was garlicky goodness -- my 2 year old ate it all up. Along with the sweet plantains -- so good; I ordered more! And the beans -- I don't eat beans but, this; I actually put em on my rice. Me. Beans. YUMMMMM. Also, the shoe string fries were yummy. For the adults and kids alike. Reminded me of that snack "Piknik." As for desert, we ordered every dessert on the menu, except the flan. Which worked cuz we got the flan as part of our birthday boy's dessert. Low and behold, we ended up liking the flan the most. With churros being a close second. We ordered enough food that the leftovers were a perfect breakfast the next day! Band was FABULOUS. I was dancing in my seat, for sure. Our waitress Nichelle was EXCEPTIONAL -- funny knowledgeable and overall attentive for a loud busy Friday night! AND she was nice enough to return my phone that I forgot on the table. I haven't been to Cuba. But, I've had Cuban food in Miami and Las Vegas -- This was definitely the best Cuban food I've had.
google avatar

April R.

Yelp
Had a late lunch here with my husband and daughter yesterday and everything was fantastic! We enjoyed the Miami vibe, the bar is absolutely gorgeous and the dining room was nice and airy...definitely a classy restaurant that's also relaxing at the same time. We got a little adventurous with our menu options and even tried Escargot! If you've ever had portobello mushrooms you will like Escargot! They come in a garlic butter sauce with slices of baguette...very tasty! (Just tossing out an idea even though it's more Italian.....add a little basil pesto and some chopped up sun dried tomatoes to the garlic butter sauce and I think it will be a flavor bomb!). We shared a sliders plate that came with 3 small sliders....1 had juicy pulled pork, 1 had tender shredded beef and the 3rd was like a sloppy joe with olives....delicious! We also ordered the grilled chicken tacos very nice! ( a chipotle sauce or aioli would take it over the top) I ordered the Mash Burger....yum! This thick burger comes with peanut butter and a guava siracha jelly....2 thumbs up! I am now in love with this combination! We are definitely coming back!!!!
google avatar

Tami C.

Yelp
We stopped by for appetizers, they were delicious, but I forgot to get pics....but you have to check out the martini I got, it was a work of art and so yummy too. The band was incredible, The Kevin Jackson Band, I always love to see them around town. The service was great and we met some people at the bar and had a great time dancing the night away. We stopped by for a drink and appetizer and stayed over 4 hours....good times!!

Yelp
Literally the worst service in all of Lake Havasu. Last night was the second night I walked out, after waiting an hour plus for a rice bowl, without eating. There were maybe 10 people total in the place and it was impossible to get service at the bar. I keep trying and am continually disappointed. Last night was the last straw.

E. R.

Yelp
My wife and I had dinner here last night and we had an amazing meal, a bottle of J Lohr chardonney and an overall great experience. Eli was our server and he did a great job at helping us with our order. He was attentive and friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered the Malecon dish of steak, shrimp and rice and wow what a great meal. Thank you Chef Carl for coming out to meet us and for the great dining experience. I highly recommend Babaloo and their great staff. This a 5 star restaurant for me!

Ben D.

Yelp
We were warned, twice! First by the hotels front desk, she said go anywhere else. Then by the waitress, who was having her first shift here, and thus things would go wrong. And did they. We were a group of 12 and didn't separate check cause if corporate policies that make you want to put a hole in your head. She wasn't actually doing pretty well, order took, nothing of note. Then the bartender started tailing her. First take had to come back to tell us there were out of items, fine. This did happen 3 times. Now the apps came out fine but when the entrees came. We were getting the original and the reorders. One of them the orderer passed on and she begins asking the rest of table if anyone wants it. Given how long she hung around, I would have assumed it would have been comped as did the guy who took it. This happened again and this time she just put on the table. The rest of the food came and it's about a 3/5. Then we got the bills. She had put the extra meals on extra checks or maybe on the original orders ticket. This whole time the bartender is just hovering. I don't know what value he added besides making things worst. Now our brillent table in all of there wisdom tried to solve this problem all in silos. This didn't help. Those with correct checks would have been hung up. But then the waitress brought everyone new checks with one of the item split up but not the other. I went to find the bartender/manager who was smoking in the kitchen and asked what we could do to resolve this and he said it was "resolved". At this point I could understand why we were the only people here. It took another hour for everyone to get checked out and in the end they fucked up another check so the last guy didn't even pay. When I went back to the hotel and told the front deck lady why we shouldn't have gone here. And explained that the people who own that place is the moral equivalent to syphilis. I have no idea why this place has 4 stars.

John D.

Yelp
We had reservations at 5 pm and didn't get served until after 6 pm Two of us had to cancel our orders because our friends were done eating. Terrible service and the food that was served wasn't that great We'll never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone! I will say that the music was great! 0 stars

Kamron D.

Yelp
Very good food. Everything we tried was delicious. The Lechon Asado was so flavorful. Very large portions. The waitress/bartender was friendly and helpful.

Bp B.

Yelp
Had a bad experience last night. Pretty slow night, not many customers. It took 45 mins to get a salad, 2 hours to get my steak. Owner was made aware of the situation, he avoided contact with me. Still charged me full price though.

Yelp
The service was mediocre, the food was decent and the atmosphere is unique. Somewhere different to go when we're bored I suppose.

Yelp
My wife and I went to BaBaLoos for my birthday on May11th for their advertised brunch. We got there about 10:45 AM., and there were no cars in the parking lot so things were looking a bit iffy but we went in anyway. We were the only ones there so now we were wondering if we made the right choice, but much to our delight we sat at the bar and met Meghan the bartender/server. We told her it was my birthday and The Party Was On. First we ordered a couple of great Bloody Mary's and proceeded to be regaled by Meghan who is a non stop fountain of entertainment in her own right, she should should be listed on the menus, lol. We ordered the breakfast burritos which are huge and really really good. They were brought out to us by Carl the chef who is also a very nice and personable man. Because we were the only ones there this became a party of four, my wife and I, Meghan the bartender and Carl the chef. They made my birthday a very memorable experience that would not have happened anywhere else in Lake Havasu. If I were the owner I would never get rid of these two employees, give 'em a very good raise and all the benefits. And by the way, the ambiance at BaBaLoos is really nice.

Yvonne M.

Yelp
Have not eaten there unfortunately, but the bands kick ass. Great music, bartenders, chef and staff are awesome.
google avatar

Kristin M.

Yelp
Not impressed, sadly. The service was painful. When I ordered my beer, I also ordered a water. Never came so I asked a second time. Never came so I asked a third time. He had apparently made it but set it down and forgot to get it to me. No biggie. Asked about happy hour food specials and he gave us a bar bites menu as well as the regular menu. I'd say 85% of the items on the bar bites menu are priced the same as the menu so it was confusing why they even had that other menu. Once we finally got the bartenders attention again, we ordered 3 things; the stuffed mushrooms, the calamari "fries" and the cerilla fries. I think the most underwhelming part of our experience was when the food showed up! I don't know why I expected anything different, this was our first time in. But the mushrooms were 2 small (tiny, actually) mushrooms. The fries and calamari totally lacked flavor but salt for the fries and salt and lemon for the calamari helped. It's not traditional calamari, I believe it was calamari steak cut up and fried. That being said, the mushrooms were really good, just wish there was more than 2. And the fries were really good once we added salt! However, with as many restaurants that Havasu has, I likely won't return.

Yelp
Havasu! You are missing out if you have not been to this place! Let's start with the ambience, beautiful long bar with white seats. To our surprise a 7 piece live band with horns, fantastic music! And plenty of room to dance! The food was amazing I had the Famous Mash burger, an explosion of flavor! The service was top notch! What a little gem, can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Very good, consistent quality food, mostly fresh made by their chef. Happy Hour is a big plus here, so come in and enjoy apps with your cocktail ! Entertainment on the weekends and sometimes during the week !

Kim A.

Yelp
Got seated right away but we were the only people in the restaurant. Ordered a bottle of wine and it was sour. Ordered another and same thing.. waitress apologized and said we are getting rid of a lot of wines as they sat too long. Ordered dinner and didn't expect for my area to be cut up in pieces.. restaurant was clean I do have to say. Prices a tad high for what you get , sad to say!

Yelp
Always enjoy BBL! Only place in Havasu to get escargot and Latin cuisine. Even better with the Jaxson Band jamming!
google avatar

Victoria R.

Yelp
This was a great place for a party of 10 to have dinner! Live music was amazing as well! The view through the windows during sunset was absolutely beautiful. I really love the atmosphere inside. They had a great bar too. Our server was helpful and great too. Our drinks were made perfectly, so refreshing. I had the ceviche and shrimp tacos and they were very tasty! The shrimp tacos were spicy which I loved! I was also a fan of their beans. I definitely would want to come back in the future when I visit again. I definitely recommend making reservations for a bigger party. Thanks again for great food and service! There was also plenty of parking outside!

Yelp
Visited BaBaLoo Lounge on a Sunday early evening. What a gem! Full Covid safety implementations. Lux but cozy inside. Beautiful bar and inviting dining area with view of Lake Havasu. Our server, Thomas, was the epitome of friendly, knowledgeable, attentive service. Now for the food, Peruvian Cuban - so many appetizing choices! Wide selection of tapas appetizers, salads, sandwiches, steaks, seafood and vegan selections. I had the Ropa Viejo and husband had the duck wings and escargot. All were fresh and delicious. Thomas even had an exclusive hot sauce as I am a hot sauce aficionado. Great selection of beers, cocktails and even Cuban coffee! They also have live bands Friday and Saturday with dance floor all set. What a great place - highly recommend BaBaLoos Lounge.

Yelp
The food is good. The drinks are good. The service is terrible, the lighting in the restaurant is terrible, the guy singing is terrible. Lol, I had to turn on the flashlight on my phone so I could see what I was eating. Furthermore, the waiter forgot something we ordered, then proceeded to tell us it was coming out of his paycheck after we told he nevermind because we were done eating. On top of all that, they imposed a 20% gratuity for a party of 6, where we only ordered 5 entrées. Our service did not deserve 20% gratuity. Such a bummer, I really wanted this place to be great!

Yelp
Based on good reviews, we tried BaBaLoo Lounge and had a great experience. Food and atmosphere was fantastic.

Yelp
BaBaLoo's has a nice long bar. Stopped in a few times for happy hour. The last time I was there they were out of some of their appetizers which was disappointing.

Yelp
Honestly feel so terrible about just having to leave a one star. I NEVER do this but this place was just that bad. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a cool ambiance. But our whole experience there was like an episode of bar rescue. The waitress was older and super fun and did her very best, but the bartenders were on drugs at one point the lady actually stuck a plastic bag over her head behind the bar. I was shocked. Rewind we were a group of 16 they were able to take us on late Saturday night which was awesome. Drinks came fast but were horrible. Mojito had literally no simple syrup it was mint and rum, the margaritas were all sour. Had to ask for another shot to mellow out the lime juice. What ever. No biggie. Well then time for food. 2/16 plates come 5 minutes later 7/16 plates come later But one of our orders there out of and JUST TOLD US. And the bartender suggested my cousin pick something that cooks fast in place of what they didn't have. As she dropped of the scallops for our friends you could smell them from across the table They where totally bad. And when we mentioned it to our waitress she said "I know" and walked away Okayyyyy... 20 minutes later we all finish our drinks and food. And still 4 members of our party have not received ANYTHING! AT this point we politely ask for the checks and to cancel the other orders The waitress was a little confused with their POS SYSTEM so the bartender who was so high you couldn't even see the whites of her eyes. Ask us to put a bag over her head.. again we were shocked. Finally. We get all cashed out and leave a tip for our waitress because she honestly was doing her best and was a crack up most of the time. But the owner needs to contact jon taffer because this place has POTENTIAL, his staff is just a HOT MESS.

Yelp
Came in tonight for NYE with my parents. We had two choices the beef Wellington and the sea bass. It came as a 4 course menu for $90. I got the sea bass with my mom and my dad got the beef Wellington. His near was overcooked and dry I got a small portion of fish and had to confront the waiter who then brought be a larger portion. The fish was good the drinks were good, but definitely not $90 of food.
