Not a good experience. I called 5 times during a 3 week span to ask questions about dropping items off. I was greeted by “you can’t bring stuff in bags but I’ll let it slide this time, make sure you bring a container next time” - Never once was that mentioned during phone conversations, but okay fine. She said it would take 1 hour and she made me wait while she helped other people and then started cleaning items that had just been sold to her, while I’m still waiting with my newborn. I saw her glance at my 2 huge bags and she definitely didn’t look thoroughly, then says she found not one single item worth buying. I had new items in there brands like Oshkosh, Carter, H&M, CalvinK, Items worth over $20 each. She said people won’t buy these items, meanwhile she has items in the store for sale at almost full price that are falling apart and can’t even see the stamped tag on some items. The back smells like dirty shoes because they’re not washed before selling. Brand new items in the store are priced at the same price as you would buy them from original vendor or company. I’m honestly in shock at the prices. Not a good experience at all. When I mentioned I had new items in the bags she said “oh show me then” so she wants me to sell her items AND do the work for her? Haha hard no. Your better off taking your items elsewhere. I also witnessed her trying to low ball another seller, the seller had to bargain with her and she didn’t really budge meanwhile the item is being resold at way higher than what she got. Anyways, not a good experience. A waste of 1+ hours.
