Google
A lot of stuff for toddlers. We were able to find shoes and boots for toddlers in perfect condition. Staff here are friendly a d bilingual

Baby2Baby is great! I've been three times over the last two days, because I kept finding more amazing deals. They have new with tags, high end kids clothes mixed into their racks for $3-6 a piece. Prices are excellent and the manager is very friendly. I recommend this store for shoppers who like to find a great deal and are willing to look through the racks.

Google
DO NOT SELL HERE!!! First and last time going here called around 10 o clock to come in and drop off 8 bags of clothes most of the clothes I was dropping off had tags still on it and some worn only once I get someone on the phone and I ask are you buying clothes she says yes so I go and drop them off she says comes back in 20 minutes mind you I did this while at work so I come back and they tell me they aren’t really buying right now and I ask them then how come I was told you were over the phone then the lady at the counter laughs and shrugs her shoulders safe to say this is my last time going here.

Google
Terrible customer service! I brought in a collection of gently used clothes, some still with tags, and explicitly asked to be contacted. However, without any notification, the store donated mostly all my items within a week. This is the third time I've experienced this issue with this store, and I'm extremely disappointed. I'd advise others to take to shop here and don’t bring your things here do you search some where else.

Google
Awful business, they will scam you over and over. I have tried selling here twice. The first time i had a ton of brand new clothes, they took every single thing and gave me $25. This most recent time I took a snugapuppy swing, a wooden puzzle, a Johnny jumper, a baby carrier and 2 packs of brand new diapers and they only gave me $25 for it. I was absolutely shocked, the swing itself is $150 and everything was in very good cleaned condition. This place is a rip off!!

Google
I would not waste your time selling clothes here! I brought in a whole bin full of clothes and three new pairs of shoes. They went through all the clothes and shoes and told me they didn’t take much because it wasn’t in season. Came to pick up the clothes half of the bin was gone, which means they took half of the clothes and three pairs of shoes And offered me $23 for everything. All three pairs of the shoes were brand new two pairs of vans and one Nike pair of kid shoes. Before you waste your time on bringing the clothes up and dropping off, make sure you really know how they buy clothes.

Google
Not a good experience. I called 5 times during a 3 week span to ask questions about dropping items off. I was greeted by “you can’t bring stuff in bags but I’ll let it slide this time, make sure you bring a container next time” - Never once was that mentioned during phone conversations, but okay fine. She said it would take 1 hour and she made me wait while she helped other people and then started cleaning items that had just been sold to her, while I’m still waiting with my newborn. I saw her glance at my 2 huge bags and she definitely didn’t look thoroughly, then says she found not one single item worth buying. I had new items in there brands like Oshkosh, Carter, H&M, CalvinK, Items worth over $20 each. She said people won’t buy these items, meanwhile she has items in the store for sale at almost full price that are falling apart and can’t even see the stamped tag on some items. The back smells like dirty shoes because they’re not washed before selling. Brand new items in the store are priced at the same price as you would buy them from original vendor or company. I’m honestly in shock at the prices. Not a good experience at all. When I mentioned I had new items in the bags she said “oh show me then” so she wants me to sell her items AND do the work for her? Haha hard no. Your better off taking your items elsewhere. I also witnessed her trying to low ball another seller, the seller had to bargain with her and she didn’t really budge meanwhile the item is being resold at way higher than what she got. Anyways, not a good experience. A waste of 1+ hours.

Google
The owner is a liar! You drop off your stuff and she claims to call you but then ends up listing all your items before you even accept the offer. When you come back your stuff is just missing/gone. It’s happened two times I taught the first time it happened it was an error or misunderstanding but she takes advantage. I brought in two large bins of items worth hundreds. She only paid me $15 and claimed to have donated everything else but I walked around the store and most of the items she had already put around the store listing them for sale. Awful business and unethical practice. I feel bad because I genuinely support small shops like this but that owner is greedy lady that is rude and essentially stole all of my stuff and claimed to have donated but then listed it around her store. Will never come back!! She also blames it on her coworkers who I am sure she mistreats and underpays.

Yelp
Where have all the children's consignment stores gone???? I have just become a grandma this year to a wonderful grandson. Unfortunately we don't live in the same state so we were looking for consignment stores with gently used baby gear. I found plenty in the southern states but none in MD like there used to be. I happen to find this store on a trip we took to the area. I was so excited to look for a stroller, car seat, packnplay, play yard, chair that attaches to the table etc. I will be doing alot more new things & going to many different places since I'll be with my grandson!! I've already begun making plans for some short trips and then a big family trip. First, upon entering it was packed and clustered. But then again so am I and I have learned not to judge a person or place on the outside or first look, so I ventured in and I immediately spotted the pack n play I wanted in navy blue and they had 2 jogger strollers I couldn't decide between. They had everything you need or want for your newborn up to about elementary school age? We were promptly greeted at the door and I explained it was my first time in there and what I was looking for and then they had to give us a quick lesson on the stroller since they've changed some since I last had one 23 years ago. Everything was clean and in either new or barely used. Prices are not necessarily negotiable unlike the old days when you could get it cheaper depending on the length of time it has been up for sale. They do have a frequent buyer card and filling it gives you a discount of $10 or $20 off your next purchase (I believe the $ is correct) I can honestly say the place is small but they have some great newer (or brand new) items and if you buy enough they just might give you a little discount:-). I could get lost in a place like this & buy everything for my grandson. I did decide on a jogger stroller for $70, a pack n play with bassinet and extra side pockets for diapering and changing. I bought a brand new one in green with baby animals on it and it was still in box partially! I found a cute little red tricycle that I had to buy for him even though he can't ride yet. I highly recommend this store! The quality of products is great and selection is pretty good not to mention how friendly the staff was & helpful. I don't do this often but 5 stars across the board!! I will be back.

Yelp
It's a decent business with a very attentive and warm gal working in the store. Glad to see that stores like this exist so that a lot of baby stuff can be reused and recycled. Good for the environment, good for the neighborhood.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about this location. I am definitely happy that there is a consignment store that carries enough clothes to fill out son's baby closet. At the same time, I am frustrated to have witnessed a perfect example of reversed discrimination during today's visit. My wife bought about 10 items and shortly after the cashier started to ring us up, a young man came and waited near the checkout. He cashier started a conversation in Spanish. The cashier took a while to ring up the different items and suddenly, she turned around and rang up the young man at another checkout. While she was doing so, she spoke in Spanish to him. My wife said that it was obvious that she liked the young man and that she appeared flirtatious. She returned to our spot and continued to scan the items without apologizing for the delay.... I was irritated, but decided to not say anything. My wife, who is Caucasian, but Hispanic asked her in her mother tongue why she helped the young man before she helped us. She did not get a response or an apology. I wonder if she had done this if we had been in the young man's shoes.... I am not sure if I have ever seen that a cashier suddenly switches to another customer who was behind me. While I question her social skills and her ability to connect to customers, I also wonder whether she was properly trained as a sales person. We purchased a few items that were brand new. Among those was a piece that included a onesie, booties, pants, a hat) and came with a hanger from the manufacturer. The hanger was attached and wrapped and should not have been removed. The sales associated tried to separate the hanger from the clothes and my wife had to tell her multiple times that the hanger is part of the clothes. She then stopped and stuffed the clothes into a bag. At home, we realized what mess she made. The clothes were all over he place. I hope that store management seriously reviews this employee's performance. 2 stars for the assortment and the prices at the store, but 0 stars for this sales associate.

Yelp
ZERO STARS. Unbelievable business practices. I brought two FULL BOXES of clothes. Literally every piece of clothing my son had from birth to 2T. These people offered me $35. Are you f%#*ing kidding me? I wish I would have read the reviews before I took my things in. Now they try to give me back 1/2 my things because I said hell no. I want it all back. And they can't "find" them. Not exactly sure how to deal with this. But maybe their illegal business practices should be challenged. In fact. I'm thinking a new baby resale shop should be opening in the area. Eff this place. And the terrible thieves who own/run it.

Danitra L.

Yelp
I'm not very happy with the cash I received back from 2 large bags of clothes I sold to this store. Mind you, mostly all of the pieces still had tags and were lightly worn. The only thing I got back was $10 for 2 large bags of nice clothes. No it's not about the money but at least give me something m to the worth selling. At this point, I feel like they stole the clothes that were sold/donated. I'll be taking my business else where. never again

Yelp
I agree with the bad reviews that they are a rip-off. Brought baby clothes here several times and each time the buying price they give is between 15-25$ for so much stuff. And dont ever leave your denied clothes here for them to donate because I found out they sold them.

Bianca M.

Yelp
Absolutely the WORST establishment ever. They took almost 80% of clothes i tried to sell ; brand new clothes with tags! And offered me 22$ ; and when i tried to deny the offer and asked how many times were chosen, the front desk said "i don't know" ; I couldn't even get my items back! I will NEVER go there again. ZERO STAR!!!!

Yelp
I sold stuff here a couple times 2 years ago and I got a pretty decent amount back. I felt like there prices were good and it was a fair trade. I recently came back to sale some more of my sons clothes and made a big effort to make sure everything was washed and almost brand new. He grew up so fast that he didn't even get to wear half of the stuff I was selling . A lot of the stuff even had tags on it or were like new. They were going to take entire bin of my stuff only leaving a handful of items for 17 bucks. It's sad to see this place going down hill because I looked forward to buying and selling here.

Yelp
Just tried to take in 5 large bags of girls clothing. All designer brands in excellent condition. Many still had tags on them. They tried to offer me $27. When I went in to collect the clothing stating that this was thousands of dollars. they tried to give me back two small bags of clothing I said no I will take it all. They gave me back one more little bag. When I stated that they were missing a large portion of my items they brought out pieces that had already been priced!!! They tried to steal items from me!!!! ONE of the Janie and Jack dresses has a tag they placed on for $26... These people are thieves and crooks. I know they still kept some of my items but honestly I could care less. I am disgusted with these awful human beings.

Yelp
Sales great kids stuff but sort of a rip off when it comes to selling your baby stuff I sold a high chair, bike helmet, potty chair and many pieces of clothes and shoes and it all totaled to just $15. Again, great place to shop but not the best to sell your baby stuff.

Yelp
I'm the first review! Woo hoo! I've been to this location three times now; once just to purchase, once to purchase and drop off consignments, and once to finish the consignment process. First, buying. They have a good variety of children's clothes, mostly the nicer brands. Their prices range from around 99 cents for a onesie, to $7 or $8 for winter jackets. Most items are priced in the $3-$5 range. Can you get children's clothes cheaper at other places? Yes. But the items they take in are nice. I usually have a hard time finding clothes for my 3T boy at thrift stores, and they had several full racks. I won't complain at finding a Gymboree sweater for $5! In terms of baby equipment, toys, and books, they don't have a huge selection, but they do carry some things. If you're trying to stock up for a new baby, I would go to the seasonal sales held around the area. But if you're just picking up the odd item and aren't too picky about brand, this place will work. Second, consigning. I dropped off a bag of 74 items, boys and girls, some name brand, some not, all clean with no tears. They give you the option of paying you straight cash, or store credit with an extra 20%. They pay around 30% of what they'll sell the item for. I figured that would roughly be about .90 cents to $1 a piece, considering the variety of items I was dropping off. About 2 hours later I got a call, saying that my total came to $21. I was crushed! I said I'd pick up my whole lot. But wait... When I got to the store the third time, I found out it wasn't $21 for the 74 pieces, but $21 for 26 of the 74 pieces. With the store credit option, it came to around .93 cents a piece which I thought was okay. (Again, you can get more at other places, but it's nice getting rid of a lot at a time.) They mostly took the new with tags items (no surprise there), and the seasonal (winter) name brand items, but then again, they also left some of the name-brand in-season items. So I don't really know the rhyme or the reason, except they probably have a mental log of what they don't have a lot of in their store. Summary: -I think the consigning part is reasonable, especially if you get store credit. They're fast, and everyone I talked to were very kind. -I didn't mention this before, but they have a little enclosed play area in the store for little kiddos. Perfect! It makes shopping with my two little ones do-able; so thank you! -The selection is good. The first time I went I picked up 20+ pieces for my kids. Some were on the clearance rack which was extra nice. -I'm definitely planning on going again (partly to spend my store credit, lol). Check it out!

Yelp
I found what I needed at decent prices. However, I was irritated when the girl came by and let me know she was closing in 10min (20 min early)

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! I have twin girls size 7/8 I shop for there and EVERY TIME I go I always find amazing brands at Great prices. Maybe that's just a lucky size to be shopping for... I love the enclosed play area for the kids to go so I can finally shop and be minimally distracted. Love this place!

Yelp
Clean, organized clothing. Limited in the sizes I was looking but overall a great find. I have not cosigned here yet but I got good deals on baby girl gently used items. I'll be back.

Yelp
I am so disappointed in this store. I loved coming here when it was Once Upon A Child. The prices are absolutely horrible and the quality is poor as well. They don't have much selection, especially in the toddler sections. I have seen several items from Children's Place in this store that cost more than the same new item I have purchased from Children's Place with a coupon. The same goes for the Circo brand from Target. I can't justify paying more for used clothing than what the new item would cost me in the store. The prices are extremely high for a consignment store. Unfortunately the worst part of this store is the cleanliness of the clothing. I was looking through the store and came across a bathing suit that had obviously not been washed and it appeared no swim diaper had been worn with it. I took a photo of the item, but unfortunately I don't see a way to post a photo with this review. Due to this experience, I will no longer be coming to this store. I just couldn't believe they would hang something that dirty on their racks to sell. This really upset me because I relied on this store for a lot of item when it was Once Upon A Child.

Linda H.

Yelp
While the quality of the items sold here is pretty good, the prices aren't really on point with other children's consignment shops in the area. Additionally, the price they offer for items you bring in is ridiculous when you compare it to the price they are charging....I made more money selling my items at a yard sale (which typically is not a very profitable place to sell childrens clothes). The staff also seem to have no training or communication with whoever manages this place. During the 30 minutes I was in the store, I heard each of the 3 employees tell a different story about the return policy. They were pretty rude as well. I will not be back.

Amy H.

Yelp
I visited this store to help my sister in law shop for her coming baby and had to bring my two small boys with me. This store has made a bad impression on me for one reason. My son is potty training and had a #2 accident while we were at the store. I was very frustrated that the sales lady told me we couldn't use their restroom (she said it's not really available for the public) and ended up having to take care of the mess in our car. I was surprised and annoyed that the management knows their main customers are pregnant women and mothers with small children in tow but they won't provide a bathroom. I didn't buy anything and won't be visiting this store again.

Carina H.

Yelp
I agree with previous post. I have visited and I do have children with me and is an inconvinience that there are no restrooms.. which is weird as it is a childrens store.. other than that great store. Just think that is an issue.

Ashley S.

Yelp
I have had a great experience here. I don't agree with the previous review. I also had not understood their pricing system but once I asked them, they clarified and said they follow a fair pricing system which is available at their store as well on their website. I think their prices were very fair and I believe the store is very organized and laid out. With it being a new business, I feel as though staff is still in a leaning phase therefore I think it is hard to make such a harsh judgement. Anyway overall I would highly recommend this store for buying and selling used kids items!

Emma B.

Yelp
this was my 1st & last time trying to sell to this location. I bought 3 large boxes of BRAND NEW or ONCE WORN baby clothing to try to sell. They took my info told me they'd get back by the end of the day.I received no phone call or email so I went back the next day. first they told me they lost my info, then they said they tried calling but my number was wrong, then they said they don't recall me dropping anything off?!?! 3 lies n less then 5 minutes. Then I was told the owner didn't purchase anything because my clothes( that I so called never dropped off) were worn & stained! Majority still had tags on them and NEVER WORN &v the others were maybe worn once if that. then they went in retrieved my boxes minus a whole entire box? but I never dropped anything off? and where is my third box? SCAMMERS CROOKS & NO GOOD PEOPLE ON TOP OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Amanda R.

Yelp
The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CONSIGNMENT STORE EVER . So after my first initial call I asked if it was necessary for an appointment being that the first 36 min drive they told me they were unable to process my order that day I made the drive the second time in two days. I pre bagged each outfit there were all together 15 items not including the brand new 3 pairs of shoes and bumbo activity tray not the white one the one with the flip book . They offered me all of 15$ not even 1$ per item they offered none of the pieces of clothing were stained torn or even looked like they had ever been worn . When I reviewed them on Facebook and outed them for charging pants for 5$ and proved that Walmart charged 3.98 with free shipping they got petty waited til twelve am to respond suggesting I was lying . Lol I also noticed they are reselling parents choice travel wipes for more than Walmart is as well . Sorry folks but you're better off at Walmart or the thrift store. Even there they still are only charging 2$ and not talking immature crap on line in broken English. Suggesting I'm not in the business of buying baby clothes ??! I'm a mom of course I am and you low balling offers will show why it's so hard for you to " resell ". I sold all my items online for 52$. Thankfully had nothing to do with this snobby ridiculous place
