Saw this place all over social media and knew I needed to have breakfast here! I walked in and I was seated right away. It was a Tuesday around 10am and it was not packed at all. The server got me water right away and she eas very sweet and patient while I ordered since it was my first time there. The menu had so many options and the inside was very chill and welcoming with really pretty decor all over. I ordered the sisig plate and upgraded my pancakes to the ube pancakes! The pork in the sisg was really good, tender and seasoned lightly, I didn't like the bell peppers in the sisig so I ate around them. The garlic fried rice was also made perfectly . Sunny side up eggs were a bit over cooked and didn't run as much as I would have wanted them too. I asked for lemons and squeezed it over the sisig and it made the dish just that much better! I definitely recommend doing that. The ube pancakes were amazing! They ube flavor wasn't too strong and it was balanced with the ube drizzle that was not over powering either. The white chocolate and macadamia nuts were a nice touch and the sweetened condensed milk brought it all together just perfectly! They were so good!! Over all great service, great food and i o ly paid a little over $20 for my meal! I definitely recommend this place and ill definitely be back!!

We have been coming to this blue diamond location since we moved here a year ago and they never disappoint! Food is always amazing and comes out in a timely manner. During this specific visit I was shown extraordinary customer by a young man who saw my hands were full, holding my daughter and he brought the two big bags of food to my car for me!

I would have eaten here every morning if I had a car. The pancake selection is off the charts. I had the orange creamsicle pancakes with bacon, eggs and hash browns. The bacon was delicious and thick. I wanted to try many of the other pancake flavors. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and came out quickly. Stop in if you love pancakes!

This was our first time at this location. I had my favorite dish, the kalbii beef and eggs with furikake rice. It was served hot and was tender and delicious. I upgraded my pancakes to the bananas foster and it was so sweet and decadent. They are not stingy with the toppings! Tati was a great server, so funny and attentive. My only complaint is y'all have Coke Zero cups but only serve diet Coke. Let's get Coke Zero to round out the perfect breakfast. ;)

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Stopped here for a breakfast on our way to Pahrump and not disappointed. I had eaten at one on Buffalo before and food was great, and filling, at both. First time here for my wife.

Loco Moco and red velvet pancakes went hard. Amazingly simple yet incredibly well done. One of the best loco mocos I've had in town and I had to get seconds of the pancakes. Went there with family and friends and we all loved the food. Great server, and while I didn't catch her name the Rust-eze rep was great and always checking in taking care of us. The atmosphere was great and definitely family friendly and overall just nice to be in. Definitely recommend.

Update-Went back for a 3rd time. Didn't disappoint. Tried the banana foster, the pumpkin amd strawberry. It was my first time visiting, and I went 2 times on the weekend. I had the Ube, banana foster, and strawberry pancakes. The Ube and banana were my favorites. I love the fact that they make their own syrups, and it's not the traditional kind. Would try again next time I visit Vegas☺️

We stopped by BabyStacks! We were greeted by a friendly staff member, seated right away, and were off to the huge menu. They had all the basics covered with some specialties. The food came out fast and was exactly as advertised. Our server, Jarrod (forgive us if the spelling of your name isn't correct) was prompt and friendly. The food overall is worth the money when it comes to taste versus value. We were pleasantly surprised with this little place. An easy 10 out of 10, although not.a.fan of the frozen hashbrowns, when everything else seemed to be cooked from fresh. Highly recommended.

Great place for brunch! Our party shared the adobo fried rice, loco moco with the side upgraded to a strawberry guava pancake, and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Everything was delicious -- the adobo was juicy and flavorful, the loco moco was perfectly cooked, and I liked how the lemon ricotta pancakes weren't too sweet. The side guava pancake was a little too sweet for my taste (the sauce) but I ended up smearing some sauce on the lemon pancake for balance. The guava pancake also came with fresh whipped cream which was so good! I stole a couple dollops to eat with the lemon pancakes as well. Well worth the wait for brunch!

Good menu. Lots of pancake choices. I really love the Huntington skillet because can include pancakes. I had the Banana Foster. It was so good! Service was excellent, very attentive despite they had a regular stream of customers who came to eat. Food was pretty straight forward and of course pretty healthy helpings. What do you expect? It's Vegas The place is fairly standard for a place that serves breakfast. The food helped boast the atmosphere.

Huge miss for a Babystacks location. Tried the one up in Summerlin and raved about it for weeks - so I decided to try this location since it was closer to home. The wait time exceeded 30+ minutes even with open/available tables. A party of 2 directly in front of us got sat immediately whereas we were then told 25-30 min. The corned beef hash was tasteful but not crispy, oddly too pink for my desire, and the rice was hard (possibly day old rice?). The banana creme pancakes did it for me. ButterMILK pancakes?? More like butterWATER pancakes. Actually disgustingly bland pancakes, which after reviewing others thoughts, must be common for this location. The Summerlin location presented the perfect buttermilk pancakes but I seriously couldn't stomach these. The service was short, curt, and no customer service personality was present. To top us off, bussers started using cleaners on the tables around us with a very notable bleach smell - practically infusing our breakfast with bleach. The 3.5% fee for using a debit/credit card played as an inconveniently added cost to our unsatisfactory experience. I would not return to this location of babystacks nor would I recommend this location to my family/friends. Take the short drive up to Summerlin for a better Babystacks experience.

My review today for Babystacks Cafe in Mountains Edge is mainly to recognize an outstanding employee, who went above and beyond. Her name is Soni, one of the hostesses. After sitting at our table for a few minutes, Soni came over and asked us if we already gave our drink order, and we did, but the servers were definitely busy today, so this was a wow factor for me with double-checking that the customer was taken cared of. Soni also came over to the table afterwords to check if we needed a bag for our food containers, which our server did give us one, but it was in my lap, so it was not in sight. I appreciated Soni going out of her way to ensure a great experience, especially always having a smile and sweet disposition! She is a wonderful asset to the Babystacks team! The food was delicious and our server was very efficient. I would definitely recommend the omelettes and skillets. They were cooked perfectly and more than enough food. All the employees visibly worked well together to keep the restaurant clean and the atmosphere comfortable to relax and enjoy a good meal!

I really enjoyed this Hawaiian/Filipino-American breakfast spot. I was immediately greeted and seated upon arrival. They had a variety of omelets, skillets, Hawaiian/Filipino style breakfasts, and eggs Benedict. I opted for the Kalua Pig Benedict which was recommended by our waiter. My friend ordered the Huevos Ranchero. We had a choice of either pancakes on the side or potatoes. The two meals were split and they were both absolutely amazing. Throughout our stay the servers were constantly asking to top off our coffee and were very accommodating. The two male servers and woman who had helped us at the register were all very kind and welcoming. I really liked this breakfast spot and would definitely go again.

Banana Foster pancakes were a favorite at BabyStacks and might still be good at other locations but this particular location on Blue Diamond is a huge disappointment. The pancakes were dry even tho there was a thin syrup with 2 day old bananas thrown on top. We also ordered a simple omelet and were charged over $15 extra for a few peppers and veggies that were added. I asked at the register regarding this extra charge and the cashier was extremely rude and did not want to offer an explanation. This location is in dire need of customers but this customer service and absurd charging is not the way to gain business from the community.

Super friendly service, fast timing, unique breakfast options, filling portions, and great prices. We tried the ube and red velvet pancakes. Both were good, but we liked the red velvet more because it's lighter and had a delicious whip cream. The kalbi with eggs and potatoes was also delicious. Definitely a fulfilling breakfast.

We arrived on Sunday, prime time brunch hours, our name on the list for a table of 4 and waited about an hour. I wish that they'd use the yelp waiting list because a way to hold your place in line and not have to stand around waiting to hear your name would be great. When we got inside and got a table the service was great. The food was also excellent. I can see why folks are fans of this chain. I'd go back again to try the other dishes

One of my go to breakfast joints in Vegas. No matter what you order here they're equally all great to eat. Before 11AM I've always encountered a 25-35 minute wait. But I'd say it's worth it. Everything is decently priced and you get a lot of food for what you paid for. They have a special menu and it rotates items. I normally order the Ube pancakes if you want a sweet, but not so sweet item. Their loco moco is a solid dish too. Parking is easy and conveniently located in a nice area. Natalie was my server and she delivered amazing service. Service all around is great. I was always taken cared of. Ambiance is a laid back cafe sit down vibe. This is a place I'd come back to try every item on the menu.

Best comfort breakfast food ever! My whole family can't get enough. You get the best of everything since you can come in craving any type of breakfast and they have it with a twist! Literally everything on the menu is bomb! It's really hard to please my grandparents cause all they ever want is Asian food so it's the perfect place that has something for everyone. Must haves: Portuguese sausage and eggs (with garlic rice!) Country fried steak Red velvet pancakes S'mores pancakes (my kids LOVE) Lola Cora's Corned beef hash ANY Benedict BYO omelets Nutella crepes with strawberries Kalua grilled cheese Adobo fried rice Loco moco of course! Great job babystacks fam! You never let us down!

First time visiting a BabyStacks Heard good things so we finally made it a visit. Arrived on Saturday morning at 8 AM. It was pretty empty - we were seated immediately. It's not a huge restaurant probably seats about 30 The menu is vast with a Hawaiian vibe to throughout the menu We ordered up biscuits and gravy a Egg Bacon combo - decided on hash browns Also added a side order of Portuguese sausage along with Eggs Benedict. Everything was delicious cook spot on. Service was excellent There's plenty of parking - tables are kind of small - seating is metal chairs, and some cushion seats along with four barstools for eating at the counter Total cost with two coffees & tip $51 +/- Would Diffenitly return

Worst place to eat hands down. I ordered corn beef hash for about 15$ something and got 3 oz serving???? The fck? And fried rice was stupid crunchy as fck? You guys should close

Casual, family friendly cafe. Quick service and AMAZING food. Everything we tried wowed us. We had the Loco Moco with garlic rice, Chicken fried steak, and Ube, Chocolate Chip, and Blueberry pancakes. We give 5 stars to every item. Will be back soon!

This is a go to spot when u want a good breakfast they are fast and have every pancake flavor you can think of. If you into strawberries ask for the strawberry shortcake pancakes.

Worth the wait for taste, price, and portions! We waited about 20 mins on Fri morning for a party of four. My bf and I ordered the Island Skillet and upgraded our pancakes to get Banana Foster ones plus a side order of Corned Beef Hash. WOW, so good! The Skillet was packed with good flavor and generous with the meats. The Bananas Foster was light and decadent at the same time - I was concerned it might be too sweet, but not at all! The Corned Beef Hash had a bunch of crispy bits that honestly made it one of the best corned beef hash I've ever had. As a Hawai'i local, this place takes me back home in the best way while also bringing in fun, exciting pancake flavors that really satisfy my Southeast Asian tastebuds.

Went here on Mother's Day and it was busy, as to be expected. We decided to sit at the bar area so we could be seated sooner. It's not a very large space, its definitely a busy diner kind of feel. They were out of Ube so I went for the Tres Leches pancakes instead. My bf got the corn beef and I got the short ribs. The short ribs were extremely fatty and I didn't enjoy it since I could only really eat half the meat. The corn beef was decent. The pancakes were great and saved the meal. I'd come back for the pancakes.

First off, there's always a wait especially on the weekend. I went on a Sunday prior to a holiday and at around 10 Am there was about a 15 minute wait although we got it fairly quickly. The staff is friendly and it feels very homey inside. They have tons of pancake flavors. We got the red velvet and the banana pancake as our side to our entree if the adobo rice and the huevos rancheros. It came with a stack of two pancakes each. The normal short stack is 3 pancakes and the full stack is six pancakes. I love their pancakes it's crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. The red velvet is sweet but not overly so. I highly recommend getting it once! The huevos rancheros was good. Crispy tortilla with refried beans with eggs the way I like with either the green or red sauce. I got both but I prefer the green. I do wish they added more cilantro but overall I would order it again. Their menu is fairly big. I plan to get something new every time I arrive!

It's a small establishment that is pretty busy! A bunch of ppl all walked in at the same time around 10:30am on a Monday! It was a holiday though. The waiting area is pretty small and on a busy day it's best to wait in your car. I hate to say that with the amount of hype here on Yelp and the ppl at the establishment, it didn't live up to what I thought it would be. None of our dishes blew us out the water and I found the dishes to be pretty dry. I'm not sure I'll be back since there are so many yummy breakfast options in Vegas.

This place is so cute and quaint. The service was really great and our server was so nice and patient as we looked at the menu trying to decide what to order. The food was truly delicious except for seasoned potatoes being cold! And charging for more graham cracker crust for the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Otherwise-food was very good and fresh. The price point was about average for todays spending. About $60 for 2 people with a coffee. I totally recommend.

This is supposed to be the blackened Chicken. Pretty bland chicken breast and no blacked attempt at all. Fries are good..... Breakfast here better

Stack em' up! Stack em' up! These pancakes are so yummy! BabyStacks is one of my favorite breakfast spots around town. Nestled in a small shopping center in Mountains Edge lies this cute little breakfast/brunch/lunch establishment. During the weekends, there is usually a wait, but for good reason. Delicious buttermilk pancakes, flavored pancakes like red-velvet, banana cream pie, chocolate macadamia nut (My fave!) and specials such as strawberry shortcake pancakes. I love ordering the eggs and bacon combo with upgraded pancakes with all the works. Additionally, the scrambled eggs are cooked well and there are no runny eggs here. Furthermore, some of the best bacon I've had which are thick and tasty. When someone wants breakfast, BabyStacks is one of the spots that comes to mind for appetizing early-day offerings. Let BabyStacks come to your mind too the next time your craving savory pancakes and unmatched breakfast.

Good Filipino/American food. The service is well too. We've been multiple times and have never been dissatisfied. They are open for breakfast and lunch.

Solid place for breakfast/brunch options with wide array of options and big portions. What attracted me to this place is their Filipino/Hawaiian dishes. PORTUGUESE SAUSAGE W/ GARLIC RICE -the garlic rice is a must here! -the sausage was a little too salty for me, but the rice balanced it UBE PANCAKES -one of the best I've had! it was so soft and fluffy -the macadamia nuts on top added so much flavor too -the icing could be a bit too sweet so I took some off

Loco Moco was great and banana fosters pancakes for everyone's favorite. The lemon ricotta pancakes were good too. Thin and almost crepe like but still really good. We liked it so much we went two days in a row and ordered different things on the menu. Their service is super fast and detailed when you place your order. We ordered 10 minutes before and the food was ready by the time we got there for pickup. Each time we ordered at least four items.

BabyStacks never misses. I go here every so often and haven't had one bad experience. The space is small so there's a wait sometimes, but they're really great at getting people in and out. I love that you can get a small stack of pancakes as a side instead of potatoes or hash browns. It allows me to try their signature flavors without having to get a full stack. On the day I went, they had new pancake flavors. I tried the tiramisu and it was delicious! We got two main dishes, two sides, and a drink for only $35! That's such a good deal these days especially with the cost of eggs at the moment. I'm forsure coming back for more throughout the year.

2nd time here. Staff, service and food were amazing. The red velvet and ube pancakes are perfect for the kids.

It wasn't very welcoming the moment I walked in. Everyone was getting seated and my friend was right behind me and we already know the food to order but I was declined to get a seat. Then came my friend who ordered her brunch and she requested to take the pancake once everything is cooked so it doesn't get cold but the branch manager said "no, we don't do it that way!" No politeness to her tone, there's no willingness to accommodate. It was disappointing.

A great comfort breakfast place to satisfy those cravings. Not often do I go out for American breakfast, but this place hit the spot. SERVICE: Our server was extremely informative, as he helped us with how to order and knew how to gauge our portion sizes when we realized we were ordering too much! He offered suggestions, substitutions, and we were pleased with what we ended up with! I believe his name was Nicholas according to the receipt. FOOD: We ordered spam scramble w garlic rice, which was fragrant, savory & flavorful, ube pancakes, which were sweet and light, lemon ricotta pancakes were a light, citrusy flavor which I really love, and bacon and eggs that just hit the spot! It's reasonably priced and you get a decent amount of food for what you're paying for. TIP: The Ube pancakes weren't on the menu, as it turned out to be a special flavor of the month Other flavors you may be considering may just be seasonal! This place is conveniently close by to where I am, and I will definitely be showing this place to all my friends and family!

It's no surprise they're an established local eatery. With multiple locations throughout the valley, you get a variety of delicious tasting food. Their location may be small compared to other establishments but they make up for it with food and service. Their staff is always warm and inviting. Were lucky enough to come on of those rare moments where there wasn't much of a wait. BabyStacks, you really can't go wrong here.

Food was amazing and good portions, for the price. we'd definitely be back. My fiancé said it was a Filipino American place but for me it was more so hawaiian but either way delicious! Wish I remembered our servers name, she was amazing too and very attentive, I believe she was hawaiian or Filipino.

Food is great! The service is just okay. The staff is very friendly. And they are kind of short and rude. The staff member clearing the tables would come by and seriously take the plate as we were taking our last bite. We came here for my sons first birthday breakfast on a Tuesday morning and they were rushing us like crazy and weren't even busy. Also they would seat my husband and kids while I parked the car until everyone was inside and ready to sit down. I understand that policy if it was a super busy day or weekend, but not seating people in the middle of the week with it not being busy is pretty ridiculous. The restaurant itself is cute but small inside. It's a nice spot for a quick neighborhood breakfast.

Really nice place!! I went after church on a Sunday and it was packed to capacity but they still got me and my friends in a timely manner! Def recommend. The food was delicious and filling.

We tried the creamsicle pancakes, bananas foster pancakes/french toast and the strawberry banana crepe. Whip cream was included. Everything was delicious!! We called in for pick up order. The order was ready when we got there. The gentleman who helped us was awesome!

Tasty food with good service. My only complaint is that there's literally always a line out the door. I mean that's a great thing for the establishment!! We just prefer to not wait long with two small children! But the food is worth it.

The best UBE Pancakes in Vegas! GMonkey do: LOCO MOCO w/ Garlic Rice- good serving size, leaving room for pancakes instead of hash or toast. I try eat only half but no can stop! So good. So Ono! UBE PANCAKES (on special)- flavor on point! IYKYK! Gotta say: Upgrade to garlic rice. Monkey upgrade my review mostly to great service. Natalie took care of everyone, quickly, efficiently and kindly. Can tell she recognizes regulars and respects newcomers same way. Been awhile since my last visit. Canna wait to come back! Plenty seating to accommodate one at counter or small groups, adding tables.

Baby stacks is a great place for breakfast if you're looking for delicious and unique dishes. the main plate entrees are inspired by Filipino/Hawaiian food. They have a big selection of specialty pancakes that you can also get in crepe/French toast style. be prepared for a wait, the parking lot outside of it is a bit small and the interior is also small but that food is great

Being a girl born and raised in Hawaii, moving to Las Vegas was a big change. Being a person highly motivated by food and has previously planned my days around what I want to eat, I cannot express how excited I was to find a breakfast restaurant that reminded me so much of home. I knew a few people that lived in Vegas that had me try Babystacks and I knew this would be my go-to breakfast place. I suspect that this cafe must have ties to Hawaii as it offers not just the staple breakfast foods of pancakes, hash browns, bacon, sausages, etc...but also offers loco moco, adobo fried rice, and Lola's corned beef hash. My go-to is either the loco moco or the bacon and eggs. What I absolutely love is that for less than $20, either of those plates offers so much food. For example, the loco moco is your standard loco moco (rice, hamburger patty, two eggs made any way you want, and gravy) PLUS a choice of potatoes or pancakes. I always get crispy hash browns...which are actually crispy. But if you go the pancake route, you can get the buttermilk pancakes OR upgrade to one of their signature pancake flavors such as red velvet (a popular one), ube, chocolate chip, bananas foster, orange cream, and the list goes on. I kid you not...they must have over 25 different signature pancakes. Not to mention you can upgrade the rice to be garlic fried rice for only $1.50! For the bacon and eggs, it is exactly as it sounds. Three strips of bacon and two eggs made any way you like...and you have a choice of rice or potatoes AND pancakes or toast. How can you go wrong?! I normally upgrade to garlic rice and get a side of crispy hash browns. Tips: 1. Dining in - go early to hopefully avoid the crowd 2. Taking out - if they are very busy, they will stop taking to go orders so you may still want to go at an off time. There's been many times I've been told I can't place a take out order because the kitchens were already too busy.

The red velvet pancakes were amazing!! I get why it is a fan favorite. It is topped with whipped Cream and cream cheese frosting instead of syrup. It all goes very well together. Ube pancakes were pretty good as well, but the red velvet is still my favorite. The place is kind of small so often times there is a wait time, but definitely worth the wait. The staff is all very nice. Overall a great experience.

Amazing as always. Anytime we get visitors it's a must we take them here. Today I had the chili moco which is always a favorite of mine, it was also the first time I didn't get a babystack and stuck with seasoned potatoes. Those seasoned potatoes hit the spot because I was not in the mood for sweet today. Great service as always too.

Our go to is the chili moco and the baby chick skillet with upgraded pancakes - white chocolate macadamia pancakes with whipped cream. MOUTH WATERING GOODNESS. Be sure to ask what the special for the mouth is because it changes. They're typically busy but they're service is good and food comes out fast.

Very disappointed in the service today. Not only was I left on hold for 12 minutes to place a togo order, I place my order in person since I drove there and no one picked back up . I waited 35 min for my food, drive halfway home to get a call from the restaurant telling me they gave me the wrong order and please come back. It than took another 10 min to receive my order. As often my family orders takeout from here we will be going to another location going forward.

It is tradition in our house to take the kids to a breakfast before their first day of school. And they love it. Their skillets are good. Their eggs and sausage and bacon are good, but let's be honest: you come here for the pancakes. Lots of options, here. All tasty, griddled to perfection. I don't think I can claim that it's the best breakfast joint in the valley, but it's good. Very good. It's also worth mentioning that the French toast is amazing. Portion sizes are great, but there is an up charge to fight credit card costs. But let's talk about the service. It always feels way more amazing than its food. Great attentiveness, clear and quick. We love it here. I never had someone refill my coffee the second before I thought about it. My wife was even given a Togo cup so she could caffeinate herself away from here, to which she proclaimed, "You gotta Yelp these people!" The ambiance might be the weakest link, IMO. Old-style tables, hostess and cashier areas need a little bit of love, too. The theme is... not polished. But we come here at least once a year and never regret it.

To long of a wait and we all had to wait outside in the heat. Once inside we noticed the dining area is small. The staff, food and menu prices were good. We will try this place again when we are in the area.

My favorite breakfast spot when I come to town! You HAVE to get the ube pancakes, but everything on the menu is delicious.

2/19/2023 We love baby stacks we've been coming here several times a week for breakfast and occasionally on the weekend for lunch. The staff are really great and they treat us very well. The foods very good the great place locally for breakfast.
