Google
HUGE menu with tons of really delicious breakfast dishes can always be found at any BabyStacks but I have to say, I really enjoyed this particular location. The dining room was large and modern and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. This as opposed to some that can feel kind of small and cramped and where you're eating elbow to elbow with other customers. That said, I always enjoy their specialty dishes such as their Portuguese Fried Rice and their Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice. However, their Mexican omelet is outstanding as well and you'll definitely want to get any of your dishes with their seasoned potatoes as they are awesome! Me personally, I always choose to upgrade my toast to a baby stack of pancakes and with bananas foster - YUM! Plenty of parking can be found here as well.

Google
Read the reviews before coming in so was definitely aware of some issues but the menu just sounded so good so we gave it a shot anyways. The food was bomb .com, but the service wasn’t that great, i mean we were only checked on once after the food came out and we were basically already done. The overall environment of the place was a mixture of tacky wall designs I’d give the experience a B.

Google
Our favorite breakfast spot for years. Food is fresh and delicious with lots to choose from. Service is always great and professional. Ambience is family-friendly and feels like home. Clean and noise level is medium.

Google
This place was AMAZING. The waffles were great. Fluffy inside but crispy on the outside. The chicken was great too. A little expensive but that’s all pancakes. The service was great, not too busy and again food was great 5/5

Google
Baby cakes The food was really good I had the banana foster pancakes and boy was that good. They also overcooked my egg omelette but it still tasted really good even for a mistake. The coffee was bottomless My waitress was friendly everything was unbelievable and don't forget the fast service what more could I say thank you babycakes I found a new breakfast spot and I do love IHOP sorry IHOP

Google
Food: Ordered steak and eggs, first the steak tasted like it was covered in salt. Beyond seasoned. Wife’s food also beyond seasoned. Eggs and Hasbrowns had 0 seasoning , which made no sense. Pancakes were good only reason not giving them 1 star. Service: Waitress brought me and my wife’s food. Mind you I ordered a steak but my 5 year old daughter simply had tenders and they left her with no food for almost 10 minutes. Idk what’s going on in the kitchen but that’s super messed up. Waited 30+ minutes for a table even though they have a whole extra area. Cramped dining area, only two bathrooms for one person each. I would pass and find another place. Food is not good and service is eh.

Google
Stopped in for breakfast Sunday at around 9:30am We were pleased to beat the morning. I ordered the breakfast burrito, it was very yummy. I would highly recommend their red salsa over the green one! I upgraded my burrito from breakfast tomatoes to strawberry shortcakes. They we over the top sweet. So if you order these be ready for the sugar rush. Hubby had Portuguese sausage and eggs. He gives it 7/10. My little one had the LJ Special. He loved it! Then again, he’s never meet a pancake he’s never liked.

Google
The staff here are amazing! Very friendly patient and kind. Had a nice breakfast. It didn't take long before my order arrived. I've been to their other locations, but this was my first visit here. I have no complaints and definitely will be visiting again.

Yelp
Came in a little after 7am for breakfast and as usual-- the food did not disappoint! The adobo fried rice omelette was flavorful and comforting-- packed with savory goodness. And the red velvet pancakes? Soft, rich and topped with just the right amount of whipped cream and sweetness. Definitely a must-try if you've got a sweet tooth! As for customer service-- it was just okay. I might've come in too early while the staff was still waking up but the vibe felt a little off. I'm probably just used to the extra warm hospitality from other breakfast spots. Still, the food makes it worth coming back-- especially for those pancakes!

Yelp
Well today is my birthday ! Yay for me decided to come out for breakfast. I always order the same thing and when I asked about the pork our waitress batted her eyelids in a very rude way even my husband noticed! Be better! Truly wanted to get up and never come back. If you don't like answering questions about the menu then you should probably not be a waitress! That is it! I love the food but service today sucked!
google avatar

Yelp
I've ate at BabyStacks a few times over the year and each time I continue to be left disappointed. The food is not consistent, some days the food is fresh and other days it seems it's frozen or precooked/made then reheated. Today I ordered a loco moco and a chili loco moco... needless to say both patties were tough and had a strange smell/taste. Last time I ate here and ordered a Portuguese fried rice and the meat tasted old and I could not stomach it. The pancakes have always been delicious, it's just the other items on the menu that makes me raise an eyebrow and food preparation that is sketchy. Anyone that eats out regularly at quality food spots know fresh from old food. I genuinely believe BabyStacks is taking shortcuts in their kitchen!
google avatar

Shannon W.

Yelp
We had to wait a while but once we got seated our food was brought out quickly. Had the loco moco here with scrambled eggs and it was delicious! The eggs were perfectly soft and smooth. The Ube pancake was also very good and not too sweet which is perfect. Still so good even after all these years!

Yelp
BabyStacks Cafe is our go to family breakfast place in the Northwest. Staff is always friendly. Busy location but clean and tide interior and restrooms. Food is always great. My coffee cup is constantly refreshed. Can't go wrong here. From their crepes, delicious pancake options to their filling yummy omelettes.

Yelp
Babystacks Café in the Centennial area is a great spot for breakfast. The service was friendly, the food came out fast, and everything was cooked just right. I had a standard breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast.... and it all hit the spot. Cozy atmosphere, good portions, and reasonable prices make it worth a visit.
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
Star of the show? the RED VELVET PANCAKES. The chili moco was also delicious--a very well-executed spin on loco moco. Adobo fried rice was just okay--solid and satisfies the craving but nothing amazing. That thing was huge too, esp with the entire omelet. Beware, the wait can get long for this place from what I've heard, but I think we waited 15-20 min on a Saturday morning.
google avatar

Avner M.

Yelp
I have a craving every so often for a club sandwich. There is one place I really like, however, I decided to give this place a try, so I ordered a club to go. The service was good, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I said I wanted to order something to go and my order was immediately taken and I was told about 15 minutes which was pretty much correct. When I got home, I sat down to eat my sandwich and was a little disappointed. This place is definitely a breakfast place and prides themselves on breakfast. As for a lunch place, I would not recommend this place. I asked for sourdough bread toasted. When I got home, it was sourdough but it was not toasted. Also the meat, turkey and ham, meat I could have gone across the parking lot and purchased at Smiths. Honestly, it was not very good and not something I recommend. Like I said, they take a lot of pride in being a breakfast place which I've been to for breakfast and they are really good. So, I do recommend this place, just not for lunch. Breakfast, I don't think you will be disappointed.
google avatar

Antonio M.

Yelp
Waiting for 45 minutes while nine tables sat empty was disappointing. Once seated, it took another 25 minutes before our order was taken. The food itself was tasty and didn't take long to arrive, but the waitress made it clear that they were understaffed, which impacted the overall experience. If you're starving and looking for smooth service, you may want to look elsewhere. Although the flavors were spot-on, the long wait times and lack of efficiency killed the vibe, making it hard to award five stars. Sometimes good food alone isn't enough--especially when the rest of the experience falls short.

Yelp
So many breakfast spots want to be the top of the stack in the pancake game, but BabyStacks elevates the game out of grade school. With over 20 pancake options, the in house batter is on deck and ready to hit a home run on your taste buds. Fun fact, there is a Philippine flair and the breakfast fried rice rolled up in a thin omelette is the most popular dish. I went for it and knowing I had to try the pancakes the staff opened up the playbook and gave me a two stack as a side which was more than enough. Do not know who could actually bury the full serving stack of such a sweet treat but heck they taste good enough to try. And if at first you don't succeed, try try again
google avatar

Jessica V.

Yelp
Came on a Friday morning and as a party if 5 out wait was only 20 minutes, not bad. I was excited to try this place but unfortunately it isn't a place I would return to. The servers, waitress, and all staff were extremely professional and had great customer service. I will say that my daughter loved her chocolate pancakes; however, the portion size of the French toast for my husband was on the small side; I feel like the food comes in smaller portions than typical restaurants. My steak and eggs were well seasoned and perfectly cooked to my preference. The ambiance and decor inside had no rhyme or reason, there wasn't a cohesive theme. I was surprised at the extra charge if you paid with a card! Now and days, not very many carry cash. Penalized with having to pay extra for paying with a card was a disappointment. I hope this is something they take away in the future.

Yelp
The food was amazing! We got the ube pancakes, bananas and cream pancakes, fried rice, and other amazing dishes that filled our table. We had to take our order to go since the portions were big enough for 2 people. This is an amazing place for brunch with friends and family. I highly recommend this place for brunch, hangouts, and an amazing service. Absolutely amazing

Caressa Chloe G.

Yelp
We've always enjoyed BabyStacks but for the past couple months they have been disappointing! The adobo fried rice is so underwhelming. The flavor is so lacking, it misses the essence of the adobos with full of garlic that's savory and tangy due to the vinegar! The service was a bleh. Had to wave down our server a couple times. It's too bad cause we really like this location!
google avatar

Tedi M.

Yelp
The reuben and fries are the worst I'ver ever had. I would have enjoyed McDonald's more, literally. Major waste of money and would never return. Save yourself.

Yelp
Food was not worth the wait! Waited a for the second coming of Christ and then some. Finally seated, but Christ did come first. We gathered food critiques and 3.5 of 5. Restaurant had a very u easy feeling even as you look around at all the faces waiting. Tons of people wondering why the long wait, most walked out. Probably won't be coming back to "sit" and eat. Maybe just take out but ill go watch a theater premiere feature and take a hike on Mt Charleston before making my way to the restaurant to pick up order.
google avatar

Mary G.

Yelp
All around Service, sanitation, customer service by checking back, Abby took order and didn't see her till I was done and she dropped off the check... I also watched the busgirl wiped down the table with dirty towels and then the seat and the back to the table, disgusting
google avatar

Yelp
3.5-4 My first time at this location after growing up eating at the Henderson location. Maybe it's because it's been a few years since I've had babystacks but has their portions gotten smaller? The price doesn't really reflect the quantity :/ Had a hankering for Filipino/Hawaiian plate breakfast and was satiated! If you're getting a rice plate be sure to upgrade to garlic rice :) Its also nice it comes with a mini stack of pancakes or toast! I love their toast lol they usually use honey! Next time I will come and re-try their pancakes :)
google avatar

Yelp
Locals rave, not sure why. Saturday 10:30 am quotes 25-30 mins for a seat for 2. At 43 mins we were seated. They looked under staffed the way people walking in were 4 deep waiting to be added to the list. What we liked: cute place with nice decor. Chicken fried steak was tasty. Staff was exceptionally friendly What we didn't like: Windy day and it was cold inside. Every time the door opened it got colder. Pancakes were doughy Hash browns had no seasoning Service was slow. Waitress helped a party of 6 that was seated 5 minutes after us before helping our party of 2
google avatar

Tatiana L.

Yelp
Food is always good, never disappoints, I love their skillets! Pancakes never disappoint either, my favorite is the strawberry shortcake. Service is great, the seating is nice and the decor.
google avatar

BeBe B.

Yelp
The service was great and the food was delicious. The pancakes are the highlight for me!
google avatar

Kristen S.

Yelp
LOVE this spot. The best pancakes in town. You have to get the red velvet. They are like nothing else out there. Super friendly family vibe with Aloha! Small and quaint, nothing fancy, just good food and friendly, quick service. One of my faves!
google avatar

Ricky T.

Yelp
They are my go to spot for breakfast. Food is always delicious and hot. The kid in me always orders a side of their strawberry pancakes with that unique strawberry.. umm syrup? Anyway service was fast and attentive. Tables seem a little close to each other but not intrusive. Although we have eaten here a lot, this time they got my wife's order wrong. Although she offered to correct it, we are part of the "never send food back" generation. Still love it and will return again.
google avatar

Martha F.

Yelp
The food. Was ok. My bLT was super salty. Definitely get large portions if you hungry. The service was ok. We were ignored by the hostess to pay Bt the guy serving was nice. Ambiance was good. Nice calm were seated at a proper time. The was not much of a wait. Bt over all wouldn't go back.
google avatar

Chante B.

Yelp
I've really tried to give baby stacks a chance but they've really let me down every time :/ I got the build your own skillet and the potatoes came very hard and dry, while the avocado I paid extra for was bruised and not ripe.
google avatar

Jeremy T.

Yelp
Always top quality food and dining experience. Their food options will keep you coming back.
google avatar

Ronnie A.

Yelp
Da numba one place for local comfort food with a fusion of grindz. Ube pancakes are my go too's same with the adobo omelet.

Sam D.

Yelp
Ube pancakes to-go was delicious! There is no option to not tip, you must tip. The pancakes are ube but doesn't taste all ube. There's chocolate and cream cheese and nuts so it's ube like but really delicious. Would buy again.

Tatienne T.

Yelp
My little family and I just recently moved here from HI and are always on the lookout for local island grinds. We came across this place and wanted to check it out after skimming through their menu. I got the chicken adobo fried rice omelette and my husband got the Portuguese sausage fried rice omelette. We also tried the strawberry shortcake pancakes to share with our little one. The pancakes were defs the highlight of our meal and a 10/10 for taste and texture. Our waitress was super nice and gave us excellent service. The ambiance of the place was very welcoming and felt a little like back home w/ the local HI music playing in the background. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and looking forward to coming back here for occasional breakfast/brunch outings and trying out different dishes (:

Yelp
The manager needs to get employees who care. If the manager was present on 11-20-24 at 7:30 AM, shame on him/her. The man at the front desk of this almost empty establishment apparently does not think it is necessary to greet customers. He acts as if he is being inconvenienced. We should have taken the hint and left then because the dining area reeked of malodorous drainage. Once seated, we noticed employees walking around doing nothing in particular. We were never given water, no one made eye contact with us, and no one was smiling. I also noticed that the girls going in and out of the kitchen had long hair hanging down. We left. There are too many decent places in the area for us to even consider returning here.

Shakira K.

Yelp
The hostess was good she sat us quickly. We sat for 10 mins. While the busier looked at us but didn't offer drinks. Finally flagged a waiter down and order drinks and food. When the food was ready my Portuguese sausage was burnt and they didn't bring out my husband pancakes. Again we flagged the waiter down to find out where the pancakes were after waiting ,still nothing.we talked to the manager Chris and he apologized for the wait. I couldn't understand why we had to wait forever, but everybody was getting served.. make it make sense in 2025!
google avatar

Leslia L.

Yelp
We ate at this restaurant for the second time today, having had a positive experience on our first visit. Unfortunately, our return trip was quite disappointing. I ordered the veggie garden skillet with buttermilk pancakes, and my companion ordered the same pancakes. The bell peppers in my skillet were undercooked and lacked the sautéed texture one would expect. More significantly, the entire meal arrived lukewarm, at best. The pancakes, both mine and my companion's, were gummy and unpleasant. This was a considerable letdown, especially considering our prior positive experience. While we appreciate the pleasant service provided by our waitress, the quality of the food itself fell far short of expectations. The place is cute inside with the decor.

Yelp
Saturday morning at 9am 5/3/25. Food was good, typical cafe setting. The young lady in front with long black hair, asked how many in party, we had 3, two in the cafe and one parking the car. The restaurant was maybe a 1/4 full, plenty of seating open, but she told us to wait until the 3rd person came in. He came in 30 seconds later. I waved at her and said he's here, and got the look of death. She grabbed menus and led us to a table right next to where the workers prepare stuff. It appeared to be the worst table in the cafe. I said, no, could we have a better table. Even my husband and son noticed her attitude. She reluctantly took us to a much better table. She said something snotty under her breath. Not sure what we did to make her so mad. It was not a great first impression of Baby Stacks. From that moment on, the experience improved. Our waitress was very nice. She got us coffee and water right away. We ordered, and the food came pretty fast!! Usually when it comes out that fast, it's not a good sign. However, the food was really good. My son had the cowboy omelette and a biscuit and gravy. I had the French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon( crispy and delicious), my husband has the Portuguese sliders and s'mores pancakes. We paid at the table and left. I'd like to go back to try more things on the menu. But I despise rude service. I'll think twice before going back. 1 star for hostess, 5 stars for food, waitress and ambiance.

Yelp
Early bird does not have to wait. We arrived right around 8 am. They had Revenge of the Sith... right where we and our 6 y/o had left off (first time watching the Skywalker movies). We were immediately seated, with a high chair too for the youngest. Drinks were quickly brought, as was the kiddos pancakes. Clutch. Food was just as I remembered. Got the island omelette and Mrs got the Benedict. All solid.
google avatar

Alexx R.

Yelp
BabyStacks is on the weekly breakfast rotation. Highly suggest getting there before 9am on the weekends...it gets pretty packed! I love that their menu is all different cultures but my favorite is the Hawaiian breakfast items. I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the friend rices or the loco moco. All the pancakes are great as well. The strawberry shortcake is my favorite. Tasted exactly like strawberry shortcake. Overall really solid breakfast spot!

Yelp
It's been several years since I've eaten at BabyStacks. My daughter was craving breakfast at BabyStacks Café, the Centennial location on a Sunday. We decided to go early for breakfast, on Super Bowl Sunday at around 8:00 A.M. There were a lot of tables open, which we were quite surprised by! Usually, we always have some sort of wait time for a table! The team members immediately got us seated at a table. We were provided with water. My daughter got to color a piece of paper with crayons that the BabyStacks team provided. Usually my go to order is always Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice, but this time I decided to go with a different option! It didn't take too long for us to decide what we were going to get for breakfast Chili Moco: Served with the Loco Moco but topped with Hawaiian-style chili, cheese, and onions! Country Fried Steak and Eggs (Scrambled eggs with sour dough toast): Country fried steak smothered in rich homemade country-style gravy. It was also served with hash browns. Hamburger, plain with French Fries. I'm always amazed at how quickly Babystacks is able to cook the meals and have it delivered to the table. We ended up waiting less than 15 minutes for our entrees. The Country Fried Steak and Eggs was delicious! There was so much gravy topped on top of the Country Fried Steak. Each bite was scrumptious! The breading wasn't too heavy on the country fried steak either! I always take the scrambled eggs and put it on top of the sour dough toast to make a mini egg sandwich! Delicious! I was full the remainder of the day! My daughter enjoyed her hamburger. We ended up bringing back leftovers for a meal the next day. The Chili Moco was awesome! My husband would order it again! This is a great BabyStacks location. There are a few others in Las Vegas, but the one in Centennial always serves great food! The team members here are so helpful!

Billy B.

Yelp
First of all, this is a great breakfast restaurant with excellent service and great food. What I find interesting is the new price of a cup of coffee. I was charged $4.25 for coffee which I find is a bit steep, even in today's costs. I ordered two cups for my wife and myself which adds up to $8.50 on top of an already $35 (two egg breakfast x2) bill. I'm sure Babystacks is just trying to cover their costs, but we, the retired customers will probably not be weekly regular ones at these cost ~ sorry.... Hope things change
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
Normally i expect to wait 20-30 minutes to get a table here. We came in on a Tuesday morning around 9 am and we were sat within 10 minutes. I love moco locos but had never had the chili moco loco so went that route this time. I ordered the with hash browns and sunny side up eggs. The chili was good with cheese and onions on top of the eggs and rice. It was a lot of rice so I left quite a bit behind but finished up the eggs and hash browns. Also decided to try the carrot cake pancakes. You can't come here and not have one of their pancakes! I had a couple of bites and I was surprised that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Oh and the coffee was on point, I probably had 3 cups by the time I was done. Service was also great as our server continuously checked in.
google avatar

Charles R.

Yelp
The food was great and along with the excellent service by the entire staff! The decor is casual and easy to enjoy your pancakes in (yea I like pancakes!) I would highly recommend a great breakfast or lunch here!
google avatar

Avey S.

Yelp
Ube pancakes: 4/5- really sweet (a little too sweet) and the sugar took away from ube taste but the pancakes were fluffy! Adobo omelette: 5/5- very filling and tasty, would highly suggest hot sauce for more flavor and some spice. We asked for a couple plates since my partner and I did family style and noticed one did not look like it was washed well; there were still food bits and stains stuck to it but that's my only other critique.
google avatar

S. L.

Yelp
Food and service was amazing atmosphere was great first time trying a dirty Chai and it was delicious so was the the pancakes
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
I won't be back, unfortunately the employees have such bad attitudes to my surprise even the manager as she was working the front as well. The food is inconsistent and not that great.
google avatar

Gretzel R.

Yelp
Every time we come to Las Vegas to visit family, we always come here for breakfast. We always get their ube pancakes but this time we tried their strawberry guava and we now have a new favorite. You need to come early on a weekend or else be prepared to wait. It's got a diner feel w delicious Hawaiian style breaky. Would definitely recommend coming here.
google avatar

Ricky C.

Yelp
Their food is delicious, home made like. The corned beef with garlic rice and eggs was perfect, i wish i had more lol. The adobo rice was a little dry but good too. I wish i took a picture of the strawberry short stack, that was the highlight of our breakfast. The service was fantastic, coffee kept flowing and food recommendations were spot on. The ambiance is like any other diner. Highly recommended the spot if you're in town.
google avatar

Lylene S.

Yelp
Have been trying local breakfast recently and so happy I stumbled upon this little gem. Light Hawaiian atmosphere and Karina was a wonderful server. I got the Moco Loco, which I felt was only lacking green onions, but Karina was happy to get those for me! I also couldn't resist getting the hazelnut pancakes, which were so incredibly light and fluffy and absolutely yummy. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and he's a tough customer, but he loved them. There was a ton of food also. Highly recommend !
google avatar

Ale R.

Yelp
The food here is amazing. I haven't had breakfast anywhere else thats nearly as good. The wait is always crazy if you're not early, but its so worth it. Could use some decorations or something but I love it here!
google avatar

Tracie L.

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a Sunday around 11ish and they were busy, but the wait went by fast for our group of 5 (about 30 mins). They do not take down your number to text or call you and notify you when your table is next so you'll just have to check in every so often yourself or call. They will not seat you unless everyone in your party is physically there. We ordered some omelets and the local favorite (Lolo Rick's adobo fried rice), but the pancakes were a lot better than the breakfast items. Lolo Rick's adobo fried rice was really dry despite being wrapped in egg. The omelets were meh. The pumpkin pancake was the best thing there! Perfect amount of fluff and not super sweet. The sweet potato pancake was 2nd best and the ube pancake wasn't as good as I imagined it to be based on other reviews. The ube pancake just looks good, but flavor didn't deliver. The workers here seem annoyed and don't want to be there from the 2 ladies in front checking people in to our server. Didn't get the island hospitality vibes at all. Not sure if they had an off day, but just based on the service alone I wouldn't come back.
google avatar

Amy ..

Yelp
Well, I guess the rumors are true. The service is incredibly awful. I thought we would give them a chance and so we ordered breakfast to go. Straight off the menu, nothing substituted, very simple. They said 25-30 mins. Which is fine. My husband goes to pick it up and they say it's not ready and it's another 30 mins. Ok that's annoying but whatever. He waits. After 30' mins asks about the food and wouldn't you know it, it was ready the entire time he had been waiting. And now we have an order we spent over 80$ on of food that has been sitting under a lamp. Talk about poor service. Sadly we live less than 3 miles away and we will never go here again . Service matters folks and they don't come close to hitting the mark!

Joe G.

Yelp
I haven't been here in a while, and the food is still amazing! Everything was delicious, as always. I especially love the variety of pancakes, and Lola Cora's Corned Beef Hash is my absolute favorite. The prices have increased slightly, but it's still worth it. The service is great, just like before.

Yelp
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I just came in to eat breakfast, told my waitress I would like my egg all the way cooked whites and yellows, with the yolk in tact. It should be ordered over medium well but most places don't cook it right that's why I specify to the waitresses always! It did not come that way and she said you mean over hard....no i dont.....Just fyi....Over hard egg is everything cooked with yolk popped. I also ordered a Kahlúa pig grilled cheese sandwich and only got a grilled cheese. It would not be a not a big deal and all of this is easily fixable but the way the staff handled it was very unprofessional and it was like very blasé like they don't give a shit, like whatever, not and I'm sorry we'll get you what you wanted. The way they responded is why I left.
