This place was AMAZING. The waffles were great. Fluffy inside but crispy on the outside. The chicken was great too. A little expensive but that’s all pancakes. The service was great, not too busy and again food was great 5/5

Google
Baby cakes The food was really good I had the banana foster pancakes and boy was that good. They also overcooked my egg omelette but it still tasted really good even for a mistake. The coffee was bottomless My waitress was friendly everything was unbelievable and don't forget the fast service what more could I say thank you babycakes I found a new breakfast spot and I do love IHOP sorry IHOP

Google
Read the reviews before coming in so was definitely aware of some issues but the menu just sounded so good so we gave it a shot anyways. The food was bomb .com, but the service wasn’t that great, i mean we were only checked on once after the food came out and we were basically already done. The overall environment of the place was a mixture of tacky wall designs I’d give the experience a B.

Google
Waited for 23 minutes before we were acknowledged. My bestie wanted iced coffee but they only have regular whole milk so we both just went with waters. We ordered a meal with Ube Pancakes and Bananas Foster French Toast. We also ordered a side of 1 sweet crepe with strawberries. The environment was pretty gross with the table and menu both having sticky substances on them. The floors looked like they don't get mopped and several tiles had cracks and food bits in them. Both the table and the chairs had to be stabilized with sugar packets because everything rocked when we tried to cut into our food. When the food came, the ube pancakes looked like a birthday cake, and tasted like food coloring from icing. Bananas Foster French Toast was good but only had 4 slices of banana cut into it. Potatoes were bland with the meal and the crepe was inedible because the "sweet cream" was sour tasting and came with strawberries but not syrup or whipped cream. One of the strawberries still had a cut green leaf sitting on it which you would think someone would notice with NO other toppings to hide it. The server asked a cashier to remove the crepes from the check and he only discounted our check with a "friend's and family discount" which would take off less money than the crepes plus their tax cost. The server told us to ask the gentleman to fix it at the front and so we did. Another female server with long black hair got an attitude about us asking to remove the discount and just remove the item. We could hear her talking sh1t about us asking to correct the discount from the kitchen area. When the gentleman came up to adjust the check and cash us out, we explained that we could absolutely hear her talking sh1t from the kitchen. The female server heard us and said "oh...okay" and walked away, but then came back when we were speaking with the manager a few minutes later to aggressively print blank paper from the terminal so she could hear what we were telling the manager about our terrible experience. I am honestly not sure what it was that people loved about this place, but they can have it. 1/10, will not check it out again.

Google
Stopped in for breakfast Sunday at around 9:30am We were pleased to beat the morning. I ordered the breakfast burrito, it was very yummy. I would highly recommend their red salsa over the green one! I upgraded my burrito from breakfast tomatoes to strawberry shortcakes. They we over the top sweet. So if you order these be ready for the sugar rush. Hubby had Portuguese sausage and eggs. He gives it 7/10. My little one had the LJ Special. He loved it! Then again, he’s never meet a pancake he’s never liked.

Google
The staff here are amazing! Very friendly patient and kind. Had a nice breakfast. It didn't take long before my order arrived. I've been to their other locations, but this was my first visit here. I have no complaints and definitely will be visiting again.

Google
I’ve experienced the worst breakfast meal in Las Vegas. This Hawaiian themed breakfast place has decent omelets and skillets, the pancakes are great and service and atmosphere is decent. However, what is supposed to be their specialties, I was served the worst loco moco and Kalbi ribs. Over cooked, no hint of Hawaiian flavors, dry and hard. I wouldn’t doubt if these proteins were sitting in their kitchen for the past 4 days before serving it to me. Pictures below was my attempt to eat the Kalbi. Not going back and would not recommend to friends and family.

Google
Rude hostess staff. We came in with a group and let them know we had two more coming. The said they could seat us and have the other two join. The started rolling their eyes but sat us. The serve came over and asked is we knew when the other two were arriving, we said they were right behind him. They sat down at our table. Then the girl in a red shirt comes over and says they cant sit with us because its disrespectful to those who were waiting (no one was waiting, see picture the place was empty). They also said it would back up the kitchen and said they would need to sit at the counter by themselves. So if it was going to back up the kitchen (with an empty restaurant) then how would they be able to seat them at the counter? The whole move was just purely out of spite for whatever reason.

Yelp
Came in a little after 7am for breakfast and as usual-- the food did not disappoint! The adobo fried rice omelette was flavorful and comforting-- packed with savory goodness. And the red velvet pancakes? Soft, rich and topped with just the right amount of whipped cream and sweetness. Definitely a must-try if you've got a sweet tooth! As for customer service-- it was just okay. I might've come in too early while the staff was still waking up but the vibe felt a little off. I'm probably just used to the extra warm hospitality from other breakfast spots. Still, the food makes it worth coming back-- especially for those pancakes!

Yelp
I've ate at BabyStacks a few times over the year and each time I continue to be left disappointed. The food is not consistent, some days the food is fresh and other days it seems it's frozen or precooked/made then reheated. Today I ordered a loco moco and a chili loco moco... needless to say both patties were tough and had a strange smell/taste. Last time I ate here and ordered a Portuguese fried rice and the meat tasted old and I could not stomach it. The pancakes have always been delicious, it's just the other items on the menu that makes me raise an eyebrow and food preparation that is sketchy. Anyone that eats out regularly at quality food spots know fresh from old food. I genuinely believe BabyStacks is taking shortcuts in their kitchen!

Yelp
I have a craving every so often for a club sandwich. There is one place I really like, however, I decided to give this place a try, so I ordered a club to go. The service was good, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I said I wanted to order something to go and my order was immediately taken and I was told about 15 minutes which was pretty much correct. When I got home, I sat down to eat my sandwich and was a little disappointed. This place is definitely a breakfast place and prides themselves on breakfast. As for a lunch place, I would not recommend this place. I asked for sourdough bread toasted. When I got home, it was sourdough but it was not toasted. Also the meat, turkey and ham, meat I could have gone across the parking lot and purchased at Smiths. Honestly, it was not very good and not something I recommend. Like I said, they take a lot of pride in being a breakfast place which I've been to for breakfast and they are really good. So, I do recommend this place, just not for lunch. Breakfast, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Yelp
Waiting for 45 minutes while nine tables sat empty was disappointing. Once seated, it took another 25 minutes before our order was taken. The food itself was tasty and didn't take long to arrive, but the waitress made it clear that they were understaffed, which impacted the overall experience. If you're starving and looking for smooth service, you may want to look elsewhere. Although the flavors were spot-on, the long wait times and lack of efficiency killed the vibe, making it hard to award five stars. Sometimes good food alone isn't enough--especially when the rest of the experience falls short.

Yelp
Order was completely wrong didn't get what I asked for the server that I had was very rude. Would never go back there again.

Yelp
Came on a Friday morning and as a party if 5 out wait was only 20 minutes, not bad. I was excited to try this place but unfortunately it isn't a place I would return to. The servers, waitress, and all staff were extremely professional and had great customer service. I will say that my daughter loved her chocolate pancakes; however, the portion size of the French toast for my husband was on the small side; I feel like the food comes in smaller portions than typical restaurants. My steak and eggs were well seasoned and perfectly cooked to my preference. The ambiance and decor inside had no rhyme or reason, there wasn't a cohesive theme. I was surprised at the extra charge if you paid with a card! Now and days, not very many carry cash. Penalized with having to pay extra for paying with a card was a disappointment. I hope this is something they take away in the future.

Yelp
LOVE this spot. The best pancakes in town. You have to get the red velvet. They are like nothing else out there. Super friendly family vibe with Aloha! Small and quaint, nothing fancy, just good food and friendly, quick service. One of my faves!
google avatar

Ricky T.

Yelp
They are my go to spot for breakfast. Food is always delicious and hot. The kid in me always orders a side of their strawberry pancakes with that unique strawberry.. umm syrup? Anyway service was fast and attentive. Tables seem a little close to each other but not intrusive. Although we have eaten here a lot, this time they got my wife's order wrong. Although she offered to correct it, we are part of the "never send food back" generation. Still love it and will return again.

Yelp
Locals rave, not sure why. Saturday 10:30 am quotes 25-30 mins for a seat for 2. At 43 mins we were seated. They looked under staffed the way people walking in were 4 deep waiting to be added to the list. What we liked: cute place with nice decor. Chicken fried steak was tasty. Staff was exceptionally friendly What we didn't like: Windy day and it was cold inside. Every time the door opened it got colder. Pancakes were doughy Hash browns had no seasoning Service was slow. Waitress helped a party of 6 that was seated 5 minutes after us before helping our party of 2

Yelp
3.5-4 My first time at this location after growing up eating at the Henderson location. Maybe it's because it's been a few years since I've had babystacks but has their portions gotten smaller? The price doesn't really reflect the quantity :/ Had a hankering for Filipino/Hawaiian plate breakfast and was satiated! If you're getting a rice plate be sure to upgrade to garlic rice :) Its also nice it comes with a mini stack of pancakes or toast! I love their toast lol they usually use honey! Next time I will come and re-try their pancakes :)

Yelp
My little family and I just recently moved here from HI and are always on the lookout for local island grinds. We came across this place and wanted to check it out after skimming through their menu. I got the chicken adobo fried rice omelette and my husband got the Portuguese sausage fried rice omelette. We also tried the strawberry shortcake pancakes to share with our little one. The pancakes were defs the highlight of our meal and a 10/10 for taste and texture. Our waitress was super nice and gave us excellent service. The ambiance of the place was very welcoming and felt a little like back home w/ the local HI music playing in the background. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and looking forward to coming back here for occasional breakfast/brunch outings and trying out different dishes (:

Yelp
We only ate omelette and I paid 210 dollars. Baby stacks became very expensive now.... Regret going there. Never again!

Yelp
Early bird does not have to wait. We arrived right around 8 am. They had Revenge of the Sith... right where we and our 6 y/o had left off (first time watching the Skywalker movies). We were immediately seated, with a high chair too for the youngest. Drinks were quickly brought, as was the kiddos pancakes. Clutch. Food was just as I remembered. Got the island omelette and Mrs got the Benedict. All solid.

Yelp
Saturday morning at 9am 5/3/25. Food was good, typical cafe setting. The young lady in front with long black hair, asked how many in party, we had 3, two in the cafe and one parking the car. The restaurant was maybe a 1/4 full, plenty of seating open, but she told us to wait until the 3rd person came in. He came in 30 seconds later. I waved at her and said he's here, and got the look of death. She grabbed menus and led us to a table right next to where the workers prepare stuff. It appeared to be the worst table in the cafe. I said, no, could we have a better table. Even my husband and son noticed her attitude. She reluctantly took us to a much better table. She said something snotty under her breath. Not sure what we did to make her so mad. It was not a great first impression of Baby Stacks. From that moment on, the experience improved. Our waitress was very nice. She got us coffee and water right away. We ordered, and the food came pretty fast!! Usually when it comes out that fast, it's not a good sign. However, the food was really good. My son had the cowboy omelette and a biscuit and gravy. I had the French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon( crispy and delicious), my husband has the Portuguese sliders and s'mores pancakes. We paid at the table and left. I'd like to go back to try more things on the menu. But I despise rude service. I'll think twice before going back. 1 star for hostess, 5 stars for food, waitress and ambiance.

Yelp
Always top quality food and dining experience. Their food options will keep you coming back.

Yelp
I won't be back, unfortunately the employees have such bad attitudes to my surprise even the manager as she was working the front as well. The food is inconsistent and not that great.

Joe G.

Yelp
I haven't been here in a while, and the food is still amazing! Everything was delicious, as always. I especially love the variety of pancakes, and Lola Cora's Corned Beef Hash is my absolute favorite. The prices have increased slightly, but it's still worth it. The service is great, just like before.
google avatar

Yelp
The manager needs to get employees who care. If the manager was present on 11-20-24 at 7:30 AM, shame on him/her. The man at the front desk of this almost empty establishment apparently does not think it is necessary to greet customers. He acts as if he is being inconvenienced. We should have taken the hint and left then because the dining area reeked of malodorous drainage. Once seated, we noticed employees walking around doing nothing in particular. We were never given water, no one made eye contact with us, and no one was smiling. I also noticed that the girls going in and out of the kitchen had long hair hanging down. We left. There are too many decent places in the area for us to even consider returning here.
google avatar

Yelp
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I just came in to eat breakfast, told my waitress I would like my egg all the way cooked whites and yellows, with the yolk in tact. It should be ordered over medium well but most places don't cook it right that's why I specify to the waitresses always! It did not come that way and she said you mean over hard....no i dont.....Just fyi....Over hard egg is everything cooked with yolk popped. I also ordered a Kahlúa pig grilled cheese sandwich and only got a grilled cheese. It would not be a not a big deal and all of this is easily fixable but the way the staff handled it was very unprofessional and it was like very blasé like they don't give a shit, like whatever, not and I'm sorry we'll get you what you wanted. The way they responded is why I left.

Yelp
Food and service was amazing atmosphere was great first time trying a dirty Chai and it was delicious so was the the pancakes
google avatar

Leslia L.

Yelp
We ate at this restaurant for the second time today, having had a positive experience on our first visit. Unfortunately, our return trip was quite disappointing. I ordered the veggie garden skillet with buttermilk pancakes, and my companion ordered the same pancakes. The bell peppers in my skillet were undercooked and lacked the sautéed texture one would expect. More significantly, the entire meal arrived lukewarm, at best. The pancakes, both mine and my companion's, were gummy and unpleasant. This was a considerable letdown, especially considering our prior positive experience. While we appreciate the pleasant service provided by our waitress, the quality of the food itself fell far short of expectations. The place is cute inside with the decor.

Yelp
BabyStacks is on the weekly breakfast rotation. Highly suggest getting there before 9am on the weekends...it gets pretty packed! I love that their menu is all different cultures but my favorite is the Hawaiian breakfast items. I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the friend rices or the loco moco. All the pancakes are great as well. The strawberry shortcake is my favorite. Tasted exactly like strawberry shortcake. Overall really solid breakfast spot!
google avatar

Prie F.

Yelp
If I could leave a ZERO I WOULD ASAP I just left here with my pregnant girlfriend ordered 2 loco mocos. The burger meat smelled weird + the meat was clearly burger meat they had as leftovers and recooked & served to the public to mediate the pressure off their kitchen cooks. I'm born & raised in HAWAII this is not true island food made fresh with healthy practices...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT!!

Yelp
It's been several years since I've eaten at BabyStacks. My daughter was craving breakfast at BabyStacks Café, the Centennial location on a Sunday. We decided to go early for breakfast, on Super Bowl Sunday at around 8:00 A.M. There were a lot of tables open, which we were quite surprised by! Usually, we always have some sort of wait time for a table! The team members immediately got us seated at a table. We were provided with water. My daughter got to color a piece of paper with crayons that the BabyStacks team provided. Usually my go to order is always Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice, but this time I decided to go with a different option! It didn't take too long for us to decide what we were going to get for breakfast Chili Moco: Served with the Loco Moco but topped with Hawaiian-style chili, cheese, and onions! Country Fried Steak and Eggs (Scrambled eggs with sour dough toast): Country fried steak smothered in rich homemade country-style gravy. It was also served with hash browns. Hamburger, plain with French Fries. I'm always amazed at how quickly Babystacks is able to cook the meals and have it delivered to the table. We ended up waiting less than 15 minutes for our entrees. The Country Fried Steak and Eggs was delicious! There was so much gravy topped on top of the Country Fried Steak. Each bite was scrumptious! The breading wasn't too heavy on the country fried steak either! I always take the scrambled eggs and put it on top of the sour dough toast to make a mini egg sandwich! Delicious! I was full the remainder of the day! My daughter enjoyed her hamburger. We ended up bringing back leftovers for a meal the next day. The Chili Moco was awesome! My husband would order it again! This is a great BabyStacks location. There are a few others in Las Vegas, but the one in Centennial always serves great food! The team members here are so helpful!
google avatar

Ale R.

Yelp
The food here is amazing. I haven't had breakfast anywhere else thats nearly as good. The wait is always crazy if you're not early, but its so worth it. Could use some decorations or something but I love it here!
google avatar

Amy ..

Yelp
Well, I guess the rumors are true. The service is incredibly awful. I thought we would give them a chance and so we ordered breakfast to go. Straight off the menu, nothing substituted, very simple. They said 25-30 mins. Which is fine. My husband goes to pick it up and they say it's not ready and it's another 30 mins. Ok that's annoying but whatever. He waits. After 30' mins asks about the food and wouldn't you know it, it was ready the entire time he had been waiting. And now we have an order we spent over 80$ on of food that has been sitting under a lamp. Talk about poor service. Sadly we live less than 3 miles away and we will never go here again . Service matters folks and they don't come close to hitting the mark!
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
Normally i expect to wait 20-30 minutes to get a table here. We came in on a Tuesday morning around 9 am and we were sat within 10 minutes. I love moco locos but had never had the chili moco loco so went that route this time. I ordered the with hash browns and sunny side up eggs. The chili was good with cheese and onions on top of the eggs and rice. It was a lot of rice so I left quite a bit behind but finished up the eggs and hash browns. Also decided to try the carrot cake pancakes. You can't come here and not have one of their pancakes! I had a couple of bites and I was surprised that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Oh and the coffee was on point, I probably had 3 cups by the time I was done. Service was also great as our server continuously checked in.
google avatar

Shanna C.

Yelp
The food is so good. Worth the wait. Love coming here and we're so glad that this breakfast spot is close to us.

Brenna J.

Yelp
we waited over an hour for our meal for 2 people. was told "kitchen lost ticket" and proceeded to take another 25. Be prepared for lazy service.
google avatar

Charles R.

Yelp
The food was great and along with the excellent service by the entire staff! The decor is casual and easy to enjoy your pancakes in (yea I like pancakes!) I would highly recommend a great breakfast or lunch here!
google avatar

Avey S.

Yelp
Ube pancakes: 4/5- really sweet (a little too sweet) and the sugar took away from ube taste but the pancakes were fluffy! Adobo omelette: 5/5- very filling and tasty, would highly suggest hot sauce for more flavor and some spice. We asked for a couple plates since my partner and I did family style and noticed one did not look like it was washed well; there were still food bits and stains stuck to it but that's my only other critique.
google avatar

Ricky C.

Yelp
Their food is delicious, home made like. The corned beef with garlic rice and eggs was perfect, i wish i had more lol. The adobo rice was a little dry but good too. I wish i took a picture of the strawberry short stack, that was the highlight of our breakfast. The service was fantastic, coffee kept flowing and food recommendations were spot on. The ambiance is like any other diner. Highly recommended the spot if you're in town.
google avatar

Gretzel R.

Yelp
Every time we come to Las Vegas to visit family, we always come here for breakfast. We always get their ube pancakes but this time we tried their strawberry guava and we now have a new favorite. You need to come early on a weekend or else be prepared to wait. It's got a diner feel w delicious Hawaiian style breaky. Would definitely recommend coming here.
google avatar

Lylene S.

Yelp
Have been trying local breakfast recently and so happy I stumbled upon this little gem. Light Hawaiian atmosphere and Karina was a wonderful server. I got the Moco Loco, which I felt was only lacking green onions, but Karina was happy to get those for me! I also couldn't resist getting the hazelnut pancakes, which were so incredibly light and fluffy and absolutely yummy. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and he's a tough customer, but he loved them. There was a ton of food also. Highly recommend !

Tracie L.

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a Sunday around 11ish and they were busy, but the wait went by fast for our group of 5 (about 30 mins). They do not take down your number to text or call you and notify you when your table is next so you'll just have to check in every so often yourself or call. They will not seat you unless everyone in your party is physically there. We ordered some omelets and the local favorite (Lolo Rick's adobo fried rice), but the pancakes were a lot better than the breakfast items. Lolo Rick's adobo fried rice was really dry despite being wrapped in egg. The omelets were meh. The pumpkin pancake was the best thing there! Perfect amount of fluff and not super sweet. The sweet potato pancake was 2nd best and the ube pancake wasn't as good as I imagined it to be based on other reviews. The ube pancake just looks good, but flavor didn't deliver. The workers here seem annoyed and don't want to be there from the 2 ladies in front checking people in to our server. Didn't get the island hospitality vibes at all. Not sure if they had an off day, but just based on the service alone I wouldn't come back.

Amanda L.

Yelp
Me and my husband love this place. We usually go the one on Buffalo today. We wanted to try a new location we went in. We didn't have to wait long which is a plus my husband got the chicken fried steak he liked it and said it was good! I order the Loco Moko mine was a little dry. The only thing that was a bummer The waitress did check on us that much. the place looked nice. I'll probably just stick to our location. May have to drive in extra 15 minutes but I feel it's more personable there.

Jane Pinky Y.

Yelp
I used to love going to this location when it first opened... great flavors on each dish... but lately... it's just... idk... my adobo fried rice... looks like the adobo fried rice.. but absolutely no adobo flavor in it.. more like no flavor at all.. the sisig plate.. why is it sweet? sisig is not sweet.. and my husband loves the ube pancakes.. we just had them 2 days ago at the North Buffalo location... but today, here in this location, we got undercooked pancakes.. They did offer to replace it.. but by then. We weren't in the mood anymore to even finish any of the food.

Yelp
I ordered a skillet and enjoyed it but it's something I can make at home as well. I also upgraded to the U e pancake and this was very good. Not sure if this is a pre mix or homemade. My wife had the loco novo and found the meat a bit spiced and tough. So the review is mixed. I would come back and try again. Hold up was told the Ube are homemade. So give it a try it yourself. I would give the place 3.5 to four but wife says three. Service was good and people were friendly so I'm giving it a four
google avatar

Alysha R.

Yelp
So I have never been here but I placed order to go and they told me it was $10 for pancakes but help says 5.95 ! Also hash browns said $2.95 so I asked if they can honor what it says on yelp on their website and they said no definitely misleading and some thing that needs to be corrected. Also, when I went in to pick up my stuff I went to pay and when the girl handed me the payment device, she hit tip for $6.95 and if you are not somebody who really looks at the screen, you would've never known that you were adding a tip I knew my total was not $40. It was 34 so that is when I was looking where the extra almost 7 dollars was coming from definitely a good trick to make sure someone tips a good amount FIX YOUR YELP PRICING!

Yelp
Horrible food, cold coffee and terrible waitstaff. Food has no taste and always cold! The waitress didn't even come by to check in on us, no waters either

Yelp
Disappointed in today's service. Have been to this location two times before with no issue. This past Sunday during lunch rush with no issues to be exact. Decided to take my daughter first thing WEDNESDAY in the morning as a treat. Arrived before 9am and was quickly seated and given drinks. It was the ordering of food that took FOREVER in an almost empty restaurant. Took over 20mins just to take our order I requested WELL DONE French toast. Specifically requested that my bread not be soggy. When I got it, it was VERY soggy. I tried eating a bite or two but couldn't stomach how soggy it was. I requested they remake it. All they did was take my food off my plate, toss it back on the grill and burn the outside. The INSIDE was still soggy. I requested a refund on my plate and waited foodless while my daughter finished her plate. The fact that they didn't REMAKE my French toast yet took my food and placed it BACK on the grill next to other people's food without concern baffles me. What if I was asymptomatic with COVID? What if I had a mouth infection, or something worse? Mixing my already eaten and SPIT out back on the plate food is reckless. I'll never go back to this place. Unsanitary and unsafe!

Yelp
Great food and service. Expect long waits on weekends. Has variety of food but always coming in to eat Filipino American food.

Yelp
As a long time customer of Babystacks Cafe here in Centennial, I have never been more disappointed in how the service and quality has declined over the years. First off, we got to Babystacks and we placed our name on the list with the hostess and sat down and waited inside. Knowing how Babystacks has always been bustling, we knew that the wait would take a little bit. However, I noticed that multiple families who arrived much later than us were seated before us. I understand if it was two or three families seated before us, but it was maybe around 15 families that were seated before ours was. It was almost an hour of waiting for our name to be called, and we finally checked in with the hostess and it turned out that she never put our name down on the list so we were essentially just sitting there and wasting our time waiting for nothing. If we didn't check in with her, then who knows how much longer we would have been waiting??? She also didn't even check up on us, even though we were sitting right in front of her and waiting for so long while a multitude of people who came in after us were seated and served. When we were finally seated, even more disappointment and frustration with the service happened. Throughout the duration of our meal, not once did anyone come refill our waters and coffees, not once did anyone check in on us, and it was a struggle to get the attention of the staff. Again, it wasn't as busy at the time as it usually is, so it was truly hard to understand why the service was so awful. Overall, I am hesitant to come back because of how low the standards and quality of customer service has become and disappointed in this experience.

Yelp
Service was great! Our hostess was very nice and attentive! Wanna give a shoutout to the cooks too! Food was great, and they even brought me more food when they saw the portion they sent out was accidentally too small.

Yelp
Seen all the hype around this place so decided to try it. Ambiance is basically non existent you wait with a huge crowd of people and they also stare at you while you eat cause there's no system for seating. Put your name on a list and they scream it out when it's your turn. Service was decent. The hostess seem stressed and that she hates her job but with a wait time of 45 minutes and people keep on asking her when it's their turn, I would be frustrated too. But of course if the food is good then nothing else really matters right? Unfortunately the food also fell short. I got the eggs Benedict and my friend got the ube pancakes. His food came out 15 mins before mine did... it was super awkward as he waited staring at his food. Only saw the server once when she took our order. My eggs Benedict was eggs on an English muffin. Nothing too special. They are extremely busy so they could care less. However for two meals and two drinks it was $30... with inflation I now understand why this place is packed. It's extremely cheap food. Gave the server $20 tip so $50 total for brunch for 2 is unheard in this economy. Wouldn't go back though. Way too many places that can cook eggs without a 45 mins wait. I'll pay a few extra dollars to save time. Wish them continued success.

Yelp
Food was so great! Literally took me back to Hawaii, with the Lechon breakfast, the Ube pancakes w/macadamia. Definitely will be going here again! Never thought any pancake would come close to Original Pancake House until we dined here. Definitely felt like home away from home! Local Hawaii Music and service was on point! Highly recommend!!!!

Yelp
I walked in and was seated right away. The food was great. This place has real good service. I drink sloth of ice and mine never went dry. They are a very busy place. I will definitely come back. This is the rose I made my server.

Yelp
Maybe it's just me. I have been here twice, and the buttermilk pancakes taste so weird. Im not sure why, but it has a similar flavor to pretzels. I first went here a year ago and didn't understand the hype or crowd. Now, a year later, I'm trying it again and still dont get the hype. The waitress was lovely. However, the ladies at the hostess counter weren't the most helpful. I was a party of 1, and they seated me at the counter when there were plenty of 2 tops available. Anyway the waitress was very nice but the food isn't great. The ice tea was foamy, and i didn't drink it. Bill was $24!
