Usually not a big fan of sweet stuff but these pancakes were truly something! Got the strawberry shortcake, the pancake was so soft and fluffy, whipped cream just the right sweetness and firmness and the strawberries were juicy and yummy. Although the full stack of 6 pancakes is really big even though I usually consider myself a big eater - something to consider 😟 Coffee was amazing and big, and we got the mimosa flight - delicious!!

Nice little breakfast spot! Food came out really well, and the service was very kind. Also, I got a good amount of food for a great price. I definitely will stop here again!

If youre looking for breakfast/brunch options close to downtown Vegas, go to Babystacks Cafe. It feels real compared to the casino restaurants. I had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The skillets are to die for. Everything is delicious. Hands down the best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life are the strawberry shortcake pancakes. We loved the food so much we came again the next day for round two. If we had another day we’d be coming for round 3 for sure. The staff are very kind and pleasant. The restaurant itself has relaxed, welcoming vibes. Babystacks Cafe is quite literally the breakfast I’ll be dreaming about for years to come. That’s only happened to me once for a breakfast joint in New Orleans. Next time I come back to Las Vegas I am definitely coming to Babystacks! Don’t even hesitate going here…do it!!!!

This was recommendation from a good friend! And weren’t disappointed at all! We came hungry & left very full. Great prices, awesome servers. It’s a vibe. Ashley N. was so good! She was attentive, very kind and knew her stuff. I ordered the B.A.E sandwich (no tomatoes) & Cinnabun babystack! My friend also tried the strawberry short stack that Ashley N. recommended, and they didn’t disappoint either! There was also another Ashley that made us our mimosa flight for us that was extremely kind as well! We appreciated the vibes and service!

This review is for our tattooed Queen Ashley O. with the pink hair. She made us Chicago boys feel very welcome. What a cool person & great server. Oh yeah, food and ambiance solid as well.

One of the best hidden breakfast spots in all of Vegas! You have to give this place a try! It is amazing! The pancake selection is bonkers!

Yelp
I want my baby stacks baby stacks baby stacks, I want my baby stacks baby stacks baby stacks, I want my baby stacks baby stacks, pancakesss (That's me trying to recreate the chillies baby back ribs jingle) Seriously though this place is great. Top tier food and great price. Friendly service. I try to go every time in in Vegas

Yelp
Came to Vegas to celebrate my mom's birthday and she wanted to come here for breakfast. There's a parking garage where you can park which is great! The size of the restaurant is a little smaller, so make sure you get here in time because it's first come first serve. The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. We loved that you can upgrade your toast to a specialty baby stack, so we were able to try some of the pancakes. LOVED the peppermint mocha pancakes (seasonal), but you can't go wrong with any of their specialty pancakes. They were the perfect size to share with our table. Will definitely come back to try more dishes from here.

Yelp
The rave reviews brought us to Baby Stacks, and we couldn't wait to try the famed ube pancakes. They looked absolutely spectacular but sadly didn't live up to the hype! The ube cream and macadamia topping were overly sweet and barely tasted like ube. On the bright side, the hashbrowns and rye bread stole the show as perfectly seasoned sides. The rest of the breakfast? Not so much--lacking flavor where it mattered most. A mixed bag overall!

Yelp
This was our first time at this location for BabyStacks at the downtown location. We came in on 12-26-24 around 2pm and its just one of our favorite places to eat. I ordered the strawberry shortcake pancakes(server Irene D.) recommended and she was absolutely right. There were amazing and just tasted so good and loved the presentation of it. Just an amazing incredible dish. I also had portuguese sausage which were amazing as well. The parking garage is next door which is nice. Our server was Irene D and she was nice and took care of us. It is a very nice location and since we hang out in downtown Vegas, close for us to get too next time we are in town.

Yelp
Very good brunch spot in the heart of downtown! They have a wide variety of specialty pancakes and offer many options on how you prefer your dishes prepared. For instance hashbrowns- I appreciate that they offer them regular or crispy. The fruit is fresh and the service was delightful. The space is small so you may have to wait to get a table but once seated, the food makes it worth the wait!

Yelp
I always try to visit BabyStacks when I'm in Vegas. I've been to other locations in the past but this was the first time to the Downtown location. Great food and friendly staff. Love the island inspired menu and music. They have some many options on the menu. They have something for everyone. After two days of partying in Vegas, there is only one thing that would satisfy my stomach and that's Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice Omelet. Mahalo BabyStacks! I'll be back!

Yelp
Another terrific location of Babystacks Cafe! I didn't even know this one had opened downtown in the former spot of MTO Cafe. It's got nice big windows, giving the space great light and I love the cool mural in the entryway. The food is just as good as I expected from Babystacks. I got the Portuguese Sausage breakfast and upgraded my pancakes to my favorite Cinnabun ones--delicious! Service was great, too, as usual. If you're downtown and want a consistently tasty meal, go here.

Yelp
It's so good. I love the Ube pancakes. They're pretty fast to deliver your order. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Yelp
The bananas foster stack blew me away. It's been days and I'm still thinking about it. I really thought the pancakes were gonna be way too sweet but they weren't, they were perfect. The Hawaiian flavors really made me want to try everything on the menu. Spam and eggs are such a comfort food and these were made so well, I did think the rice was a little dried out, but honestly that barely detracted from the meal. Our waiter was friendly and we had multiple people popping by the table to refill drinks and clear plates, they were really on top of the service. I'm only sad I'm not a local to Nevada, if this restaurant was in SLC it would easily become my favorite brunch spot.

Yelp
Parking sucks! One server, people next to us didn't eat their food They said it was too spicy. Walked out after being sat 5 min later with no one to offer drinks or food. Walked out. Maybe if you work around here it's in walking distance but not impressed. Hawaiian inspired lots of spam. Cute decore small restaurant.

Yelp
Darn tasty breakfast options. High quality, interesting flavors. Worth the visit for sure.

Alexandra N.

Yelp
Food was good. The pancakes everyone loses their minds over are boring and borderline stale on their own- they only get you because they're covered in syrup and whip. Service was pretty bad, couldn't get anyones attention to order and the food did take a while to come out despite the place being half empty. Would go back to try different dishes, but would be skeptical to return if service remained the same.

Yelp
SO FREAKING GOOD. Great service. Friendly staff; did well to make sure we were taken care of. We have not had breakfast like that in a long time, and we love our breakfast foods. Tasty coffee. ADOBO FRIED RICE OMELETTE BANANA CREAM PANCAKES So very impressed.

Yelp
2 reasons a 3.5% Credit Card fee costs 1 star & future return. Only the riskiest business would be charged that %, they have many locations & certainly pay much lower. (Profiting off the fee). They have the highest profit margin items strongly priced & this is not low profit margin pricing. Frankly, the food is very good. Service very good. Pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, hash browns are all above average. Photos incl

Yelp
So I came here because I was craving a banana foster crepe and this was the closest thing they had in DTLV. It definitely satisfied my cravings and it was a great meal to start off the day. The crepe is cream filled, but you have the option to add Nutella into it, but I wasn't looking to add more sweetness to it because let's be real, there's gonna be a lot of carbs consumed when coming here. The banana foster sauce was delicious and had plenty of bananas in it. We also ordered the white chocolate macadamia pancakes and it was pretty good even though it was a lot. The baby stacks come with three pancakes, but I definitely recommend sharing the pancakes because it's loaded with a bunch of toppings and will get you full halfway through it. The pancakes are super good and have a nice crispy crust and a nice fluffy texture in the middle. It's not your normal pancakes from iHop. We also ordered the Portuguese sausage and Kalua pork to add some protein into our breakfast. They both were very good and I would definitely order it again. The kalua pork is fried to crispiness and remains tender towards the middle. Perfect addition on savoriness to all the sweet stuff we ate. Our waiter was the guy who looks like Mark Cuban and he was such a great waiter. He forsure held it down for his shift and made sure that everyone was satisfied and had everything they needed. This diner is very casual and not too far from The Plaza hotel. There's plenty of parking since it is next to their city hall, but you do have to pay. It's not too bad from what I remembered. Definitely check this place out if you're craving some delicious pancakes!

Yelp
First time trying out this restaurant for bunch today with all the positive reviews online. We walked in 30 minutes before closing, and we were seated immediately. The ambiance was lowkey with some reggae music softly being played. We started off and ordered a mimosa flight which l was pretty good as well. They had such a large selection of pancakes to choose from, it was hard to pick, but our server directed us to the most popular options which we selected. I got the Sisig meal, which had pork belly, eggs, and garlic fries. It was amazing! The porkbelly was crispy, very flavorful and filling. The garlic rice was a nice touch as well. Definitely would get the exact same thing if I come back. I upgraded the pancakes that came with the meal to the Ube specialty pancakes which were amazing as well. It was fluffy, and topped with the ube cream and cream cheese sauce on the side. It was the right amount of sweet to balance the savory meal. We also ordered lolo adobo fried rice and upgraded his pancakes to the red velvet pancakes. This was an omlette with fried rice inside. It was very tasty and flavorful as well. The red velvet was good and pretty sweet. So if you enjoy sweetness with a little salty. You'd enjoy this combo. Overall, this was a unique breakfast spot with a wide range of traditional and specialty meals! Food was so good that I started eating and didn't capture it haha. But I will be back!

Yelp
BabyStacks is one of those places you don't want to tell others, but at the same time you want the business to do well! Food: Bacon, eggs, potatoes, garlic rice Breakfast is always a weird meal for me in Las Vegas. I am not sure where to go, but happy I found this spot. My go to breakfast anywhere I travel to, or go is Bacon and Eggs. This rendition did not disappoint, and filled me up. I chose to go with the seasoned potatoes and garlic rice instead of getting pancakes. The garlic rice is very garlicky, and worth the extra carbs! The wife ordered a strawberry pancake stack was fell in love. She said it was like eating strawberry cupcakes in a pancake form with whipped cream, strawberries, and a strawberry compote on top. Restaurant: BabyStacks is in a very interesting location. You could probably pass by it and not notice where it is. It is in small street front corner of the parking structure. Unsure where to park I just parked in the structure. Inside it was clean, there was plenty of tables, and also plenty of staff working. Notes: I parked in the parking structure, walked down to the restaurant, ate, and left. It cost me $3 total to park which is not bad at all.

Yelp
The meat patty was a bit dry from the loco moco. But aside that, the other breakfast dishes were yummy. Lots of options and substitutions - build whatever u crave. Ube pancakes are a must.

Yelp
Not a fan. My in-laws were in town and this is the restaurant they chose for brunch. There isn't any street parking but there is a parking garage next to the restaurant and we didn't have to pay on a Sunday. There wasn't many people inside so we were seated immediately. The space is really cute and spacious. The staff were really friendly. The food was not good. There wasn't much for me to eat as mostly everything had dairy. I wanted to get the Chai Tea but they didn't have any other milk alternatives. I settled on hash browns and garlic rice. The garlic rice was just white rice with garlic powder. It was not good at all and I didn't not eat it. Our waitress took it off the bill for us. The hash browns were okay but they were not cooked all the way. They lacked flavor and tasted raw. Everyone at our table ordered hashbrowns and felt the same way about theirs. My wife ordered the Western omelette that came with pancakes and hashbrowns. The jalapeños that came in her omelette were old and tasted and smelled funny. We ended up telling the waitress and having her smell it as well, and she gave us 20% off. My mother in law ordered the veggie omelette which came with pancakes and hashbrowns as well. She enjoyed her food but did not like the syrup. It was slimy in her opinion. Her husband ordered the country fried steak which came with pancakes and hashbrowns as well. They were out of white gravy so they offered him the brown gravy. He did not like his steak or the substituted gravy. They each also ordered the mimosa flight which in their opinion was the best thing they had. The waitresses were amazing but the food was underwhelming to say the least.

Yelp
Great food. Great service. Great prices. Do yourself a favor and head off the strip for this gem!

Yelp
Babystack offers a decent breakfast/brunch experience, particularly for families. The menu is varied, with a range of breakfast staples like pancakes, omelettes, and waffles. While the food is generally tasty and the portions are generous, the service can be hit or miss. Nutella pancakes were fluffy with a good amount of Nutella The banana foster pancakes is a must! Topped with bananas and a rich, sweet syrup w whipped cream that adds a delightful flavor. The portion size is generous, making it a satisfying choice for breakfast. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, but for the parking, it's in the parking garage and you have to pay
google avatar

Katrina M.

Yelp
I wanted mimosas and brunch so my husband and I went to the downtown location, which is fairly new! I loved that this location has alcohol, let alone mimosa flights! You can choose my several flavors and they were all tasty. There was some things on the menu that dont seem to be served at the other locations. We ordered the sisig and corned beef which both tasted great as well. The service was great as the workers were attentive and friendly. It wasnt too busy so there was no wait at all. I loved the music they were playing and the place was clean. We parked at the garage right next to it and although were locals we had to pay a small fee, but thats not a big deal. Overall, it was a great experience and we will likely be coming back!

Yelp
I've been to the other BabyStacks location and was pleasantly surprised by the same family-oriented service that the new Downtown location offered. Although it's a slightly smaller location, it's about 0.5 miles from most hotels located in Downtown! Plenty of parking located near the city parking structure next door. The food was just as great as I remember each time coming to Vegas. This time, I opted for the Kalbi short ribs with eggs and upgrade my babystacks pancake to their hidden menu Ube pancakes! 10/10 would recommend this Filipino-based brunch restaurant for a cozy, casual meal.
google avatar

Jordan S.

Yelp
Solid breakfast and brunch options. Local Hawaii favorites like loco Moco with garlic rice hits hard. Adobo fried rice omelette is also delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Price is what you would expect.

Yelp
We were downtown Sunday and looking for a breakfast spot and noticed there was a babystacks restaurant near us so of course we had to go given we've been to several locations around town. I will start by saying I love babystacks and their food never disappoints but this location must have had a lot going on the day we came. I'm used to waiting. But when we walked in there was no wait or line and the hostess with the cat eye makeup said she just had to clean a table and to give her a minute and she would sit us, and she literally never came back. By the time someone else came back to the hostess stand (20 -30 min later)it was packed. A new hostess appeared and started taking everyone in line names. My husband then went up to her and explained to her that the other hostess didn't write our name down but said she was clearing a table for us and never returned so she did seat us next. After about 45 mins after arriving we were seated. It seemed as though they were short staffed because I think there was 1 server maybe 2 And the hostess was helping with clearing the tables. I'm not sure what was going on. Once our order was taken a guy came over and started helping with filling our drinks and coffee. He was very pleasant and personable. The food was delicious. My husband and I both ordered the Ricks fried rice and pancakes. But in my opinion I would rather go to the other location as a local. we paid $6 to park in the parking garage next door and then they add on a 3.5 service tax.
google avatar

Claudia R.

Yelp
I will always remember Kent as the most amazing and hospitable attendant I've experienced. Exploding with charm and kindness...the food was not too bad either.
google avatar

Oscar V.

Yelp
Great service and great food, wish the Kalbi was cooked little longer since it was a bit chewy. Overall would still come back
google avatar

Suzanne H.

Yelp
I don't know what these ratings are based on but seem fishy. We walked in on a Monday had to call attention to the fact we were there only 2 other couples in the place, and that service continued. Had to ask for coffee refills because the servers were hiding out in the kitchen talking. Food was egh the pancakes were dense and gummy. Noticed the other table had to cxl their pancakes because everyone else at their table got food and the pancakes never came out. Crazy! We were charged a credit card fee before asking how we even wanted to pay? DONT BOTHER walking down here. They won't be around long pulling this stuff.

Tiaja F.

Yelp
Omg usually breakfast is mediocre but the food here !!! Everything was amazing we had the velvet pancakes , kalbi beef ,hunington omelette, and the sweet potato waffle was the best freaking waffle i've ever had. Our server Ashley N. Was amazing, she was very knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations and had great service. Will be back for more !

Yelp
My hula sister recommended BabyStacks and you know a hula sister never steers you wrong when it comes to food. The location we went to was actually in Las Vegas Chinatown, if you don't look you're going to miss it. The entrees are huge, my sister ordered chicken fried steak with potatoes and three eggs over easy. I had the sisig with rice and two eggs over medium. We upgraded to pancakes in place of toast. The sisig was delicious, tasty bites of roast pork and the onions/bell peppers. The chicken fried chicken was giant! Delicious crispy batter and well seasoned chicken breast, cooked perfect so it wasn't dry like a piece of toast. This place closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays, so don't wait too long to decide to eat here. Also, the staff here is the nicest around! So friendly and spot in with their recommendations. I will be back for sure.

Yelp
I was so happy to find out they opened a BabyStacks downtown within walking distance from my office!!! My favorite breakfast place in Las Vegas hands down! If you haven't tried them before, you've got to stop in. Literally everything I've ever ordered on the menu has been delicious. They offer hearty portions, really affordable prices, and the wait staff are so friendly and attentive. You won't regret trying BabyStacks. Be sure to order the bananas foster pancakes. They're AMAZING!!!

Yelp
Amazing food great customer service clean. We had a great experience and the host is very friendly.

Rebecca T.

Yelp
Quite a menu, so many options it was hard to choose! Love the island vibe and music! What more can use ask for, good vibes, good food, good people! Excellent experience!! Thank you, Babystacks!!

Vange C.

Yelp
Love the mimosa flight! I was able to try guava, peach-cranberry, mango, and classic orange for only $21!! Loved the variety of foods and island flavors in the entrees! The waitstaff were friendly and were very proud to say there are 8 locations only in Vegas. Definitely would come back again! Told all my close friends to try this place. Wish they validated parking though.

Brooke Lynn P.

Yelp
Food was the best ever in my life(or I was just really hungry) BUT 100000/10 recommend The food did take awhile to come out but once you get it I'm sure you'll absolutely love it!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!

Yelp
Don't miss out on this gem of a breakfast spot that can cure a hangover with lots of aloha! A true Pancake lovers paradise, hands down the best pancakes I've ever had- no joke...I'm going to dream of this place. Every bite was curated-Strawberry pancakes aren't just thrown on top like most places, the pancake is made with real strawberry, housemade syrup has strawberry bits too with the fluffiest whipped cream ever. Potatoes were perfectly crispy outside, soft inside with nice seasoning and small shape. Eggs fluffy and delicious bacon. The staff is super friendly, and welcoming. If I could give BabyStacks 10 stars I would.

Tony R.

Yelp
My sister and I went there on October 26th, 2024 for breakfast. We were both looking forward to discovering this gem that we walked by the afternoon before. We were escorted to our table, and after a long wait, our server came over to us to apologize for the wait. After ordering, it took 30 minutes for us to receive our breakfast. While waiting, we noticed everyone else receiving their breakfast. We also noticed that the head server who was a tall, middle age gentleman with blond hair went to each table and greeted everyone accept us. We can't say why we were singled out but, this wasn't right.
google avatar

Nick A.

Yelp
Can't say enough about this place! During our four days in Vegas, this was by far our best breakfast experience. We went right when they opened to avoid a wait, and it was well worth it. The omelet was fluffy and delicious, and we split the chocolate chip and carrot cake pancakes, both packed with flavor. The only negative was the biscuit with bacon-based gravy instead of sausage, which might be typical for Vegas but felt odd to us. Regardless, I highly recommend it and suggest saving your appetite before going!

Elba E.

Yelp
The pancakes were delicious and even thought our waiter was the only one available for the whole place and was a bit overwhelmed, he was nice. If I'm ever in Vegas again, will definitely come back.
google avatar

Linda L.

Yelp
Excellent service, amazing food, the peaches and cream pancakes were to die for... like seriously, they were so amazing. Will definitely come back whenever I'm visiting!

Paula A.

Yelp
I went to this location on 10/10/24. When I got my food it was cold, as I preceded to explain to person handling my table began to overtalk me. The second time he brought the potatoes back it was heavily covered in paprika. I was not pleased with my meal and asked to have the items removed. He then told me once you order something it cannot be removed. Then with an attitude said obviously you don't like any of our food. I have never been told at any restaurant that you can't take food back... like this was a clothing item all sales are final. I asked for a manager he says he is the manager. I tried calling a different location to reach a general manager no return calls. Needless to say the poor service I won't ever go back.

Jean D.

Yelp
Service was very slow and the whole place seemed very disorganized from the minute we walked in. Half the tables were empty, but we still waited about 10 minutes for a table. We sat down and it took another 15 minutes to place our coffee order and another 10 to actually get the coffee. We are now over 30 minutes in and we have yet to order. I would say the food arrived after about 50 minutes. And in that process 4 different servers asked us if we had ordered, but no one came back and actually took it. I will have to say that the server we finally got was attentive, once they decided whose table we were at. As for the food... The red velvet pancakes were great, but my Portuguese sausage and rice omelet was just ok. It was huge, but full of rice and pieces of sausage, bacon, onions and mushrooms cut up so small that you couldn't taste anything but the rice. There was no sauce or cheese in it which made it very dry. The breakfast potatoes were cold and hard. So I had to pour ketchup over them to just be able to eat them. I am not a big fan of it and usually reserve it for food that needs help! This was definitely that situation. As for the ambiance... it was ok. They sat us at a table right next to the host stand and adjacent to the kitchen, with the one speaker for the whole place right over our heads. The most annoying thing was the music. It was reggae. And it was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. Not exactly what I would call good background music. If it had some other types of music mixed in, that would have been better. But thumping base at 9 am isn't exactly my type of breakfast accompaniment. Overall not the best experience and if we do go back, it will be for the pancakes. This place really needs to get it together for a breakfast for 2 that cost me $50. And if you don't have 2 hours to eat, I'd try another place. It was Sunday morning for us, but this isn't a place I'd go if I was in a hurry.

Alvin P.

Yelp
New BabyStack location in the downtown area. Remodel inside looks great and has a nice ambient feeling for breakfast and lunch. The food is always amazing and they will be adding waffles in the near future.

Allison T.

Yelp
Babystacks downtown LV, took over where the old MTO Cafe resided. Cute little spot off of the DTLV strip. Perfect for all the people staying down here. They are open to the public but it's a little hidden from view. Come on over before it gets super crazy!

Krystal B.

Yelp
Great little restaurant. We got lemon ricotta pancakes, chicken fried steak, and ube pancakes. Everything was amazing the server was nice and we got quick service. Definitely will be back!

Jennifer H.

Yelp
I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and the cheese is thicker than the chicken. I did go when they first opened and are working out the kinks. Maybe they will find some more chicken.

Susie L.

Yelp
Great food and service we will be back. Pancakes were awesome. Sever very helpful. Nice spot

Ashley S.

Yelp
Long time favorite breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot! Newest location is a hit! First visit we tried the pork sisig, loco moco, chili moco, red velvet and ube pancakes, and then washed it all down with the megamosa. Love the space it's got a beautiful design. I'll be a regular.

Mark S.

Yelp
Went to the newly opened BabyStacks, down town location. Unbeknownst to us, it was the grand opening and quite busy. We've dined at other locations and the food was very good. Anyhow, I asked and received a coffee that was lukewarm warm. I ordered the chili omelette and was disappointed. The flavor of the chili was flat and the hash browns weren't that crispy, actually a bit undercooked. My wife had the Adobe rice omelette and told me that it wasn't very flavorful. When one thinks of Adobe, you would expect an array of spices and rich flavors. Our food server was great! He was polite and asked us periodically if we needed anything. Thank you!
