Yelp
I came to BabyStacks Cafe for breakfast before a doctors appointment and even though I only live a few minutes away and drive by all the time, this was my first time dining here. The restaurant is a little on the smaller side so if you go during the busy times, possibly expect a wait but when I visited, there was no wait. I ordered the sausage and egg breakfast which came with 2 eggs, 4 sausage links, and potatoes (I got hashbrowns) and for an extra $3.50 got a side of the Ube pancakes. The food was really good and for the price plentiful. The ube pancakes were delicious but if you're not much of a sweet tooth, they are on the sweeter side. Overall a good experience and the staff were friendly as well. I look forward to returning and trying out the other varieties of their pancakes.

Yelp
The wait wasn't too long for a Sunday morning. The pancakes were so good. I was expecting Portuguese sausage to taste more like the kind you get in Hawaii but it wasn't. I just wish the size of the restaurant was bigger; there wasn't much waiting room inside, and it felt a bit crowded when seated. That's my only "complaint" lol Other than that, I highly recommend.

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick breakfast this morning and had a great experience. My car was getting serviced & I got home only to realize I'd locked myself out. I figured I might as well eat and kill some time before heading back to the dealership. I'm glad I tried this locally-owned spot. The space was a little chilly inside, but it was quiet and relaxing on a Monday morning. My server, Mya, was incredibly pleasant and attentive. Service was genuinely great. Also, the bathroom was clean, which I always appreciate. I ordered the French toast combo; the honey French toast, scrambled eggs (I added cheese, spinach and tomato), and sausage links. It was very filling and pretty tasty, minus the eggs. I sprinkled a little salt and pepper onto them, but they were rather bland. I don't think the vegetables had been seasoned either. One thing to note: adding veggies to eggs cost $1.50 per vegetable, which felt a bit steep. Not outrageous, but enough to stop me from adding all the veggies, lol. There's also a small non-cash up charge (I paid $21.75, but it would've been $21.01, had I paid cash). Payment is easy. You can scan the receipt and pay on your phone or pay at the front. The place is small and doesn't take reservations, so I imagine it gets busy on weekends. However, the staff seemed efficient and there's plenty of parking right out front. There is a variety of breakfast options, many with an island twist. True to the name, there's a plethora of pancake variations and specialty syrups. The menu features traditional savory options too, such as skillets, omelets and benedicts, on top of BabyStacks' specialties. It's also possible to upgrade the French toast combo to the cookie butter or banana foster kind for an up charge. Overall, this is a solid casual breakfast spot.

Yelp
Babystacks you are one of my foodie favs A breakfast spot that brightens mornings and lazy days. If pancakes are your love, you've come to the right place, Fluffy, rich, unforgettable, with top-tier taste. Red velvet is delish, indulgent and divine, Strawberry guava's a tropical dream every time. Lemon ricotta brings that perfect sweet-tart delight, So good, you'll savor each bite. If savory is more your style, The skillets and omelets come hot and hearty making your belly smile. That adobo rice omelet? A total showstopper, Packed with flavor, to make you clear your plate proper. They're popular for a reason, so expect a wait, No reservations, no call-ahead but it's worth it, trust fate. The food stays consistent, always solid and true, And the service is friendly, efficient, and quick too. Bring the family, the kids, your brunch-loving crew, The place is casual with cafe vibes where you can sip on your morning brew.

Yelp
Excellent strawberry pancakes here. They also have great coffee....and they sell it along with mugs by the cashier. Service was great, as well...highly recommend.

Yelp
I wish we had discovered this place a long time ago. We've been dining here for breakfast frequently as of recently. The breakfast is awesome! The pancakes are over the top amazing and so many options to choose from. We really like the Ube pancakes, even the buttermilk pancakes are excellent. The breakfast potatoes are so good, oh and also the truffle fries! You really can't go wrong with anything. Service has always been quick even when it's super busy. They always make sure to keep our coffee and waters topped off. It is a smaller place but always packed so you know it's good. By far our families favorite breakfast restaurant in Henderson!

Yelp
Stopped by last week when I was missing Hawaii. Ordered the Portuguese Fried Rice, my favorite, with some lemon ricotta pancakes. Double Yum! My husband ordered something new this time: fajita skillet and the bacon pancakes. They had me at bacon pancakes. Also double yum! A side of bacon, cause I can never have too much bacon and two strawberry lemonades. Service is always great. Restaurant stays packed. We were lucky to walk right in to a table but usually have to wait, but it's worth it. I know they have multiple locations so I'm excited to try the others to see if it's consistent.

Yelp
We were in the area after running an errand and wanted to try something new nearby. I choose this restaurant because of the wide variety of pancakes that they offered. Upon arriving we weren't sure if the store was open or closed, I did not see a sign stating as such but the business hours are posted in the door. We walked in and waited for about two minutes before we were seated. Ordered two coffees to start. We looked at the menu and there are a wide variety of items to choose from. I ended up ordering the chili moco w/ over easy eggs on a bed of rice and strawberry pancakes. My spouse ordered the orange creamsicle pancakes w/ Portuguese sausage, over easy eggs and potatoes. Food was out within ten minutes so we didn't have to wait long. The food was delicious and just the right serving size to fill us up.

Yelp
After many years, each return visit seems to get better and better. I love the consistency and quality are maintained with our favorite menu items. My family's favorite pancakes are: banana foster, cinnamon bun, cookies n cream, and German chocolate. I love the Hawaiian/Filipino inspired options like the adobo fried rice and corned beef hash with garlic rice. I tried the new ube longanisa breakfast burger and enjoyed it a lot. It was a familiar flavor done well. It's not the sweet kind of longanisa, but it is the more savory one. Bonus points for no longanisa burps. The service is top notch and my coffee cup is always hot and filled.

Yelp
Yelp! review #58 of 2025 Stopped in on 11/24 around 10:30 am. Came here because my wife was craving for her favorite sisig burrito and I figured I'd finally try their loco moco. The sisig burrito was, as always, a total winner for her. My loco moco, on the other hand... kind of a mess. I upgraded to garlic fried rice and added Portuguese sausage, and it just didn't work for me at all. The flavors clashed and it felt overcomplicated. I've definitely had much better loco mocos elsewhere. Lesson learned: next time I'll stick to the classic version with no upgrades, or at least get any extras on the side. Portions are still insanely generous (we took home half our food), service was friendly, and the vibe remains super mellow and comfortable. The sisig burrito alone is worth coming back for, and I'll give the plain loco moco another shot eventually, but this customized one was a hard pass for me.

Yelp
Everything was wholesome and hearty! Service was great and wait wasn't too bad. The ube pancakes were a bit too dense for my taste but flavor was good. Corned beef was good and definitely homemade. Whatever my friend ordered I think it was a Portuguese scramble or something but it was yum.

Debrah D.

Yelp
Mya J was our server and she was an absolute delight. So genuine and on it! Sitting at the bar, we witnessed how she interacted with other guests and she is always so kind and consistent. We ordered the Island omelet with red velvet pancake upgrade, and the full ube pancakes. Our food came out quickly and the quality was great. Everything tasted yummy. The guest sitting next to us had the chili skillet and raved about it. Will definitely be back to try the chili next time.

Yelp
I love finding cool new places for breakfast in Las Vegas. There are so many to choose from, but I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place! Did a quick search online for pancakes, as it was what I was jonesing for. Man Baby Stacks Cafe amazing! You really need to go there, but don't delay, it's definitely a place that fills up quickly on the weekends. The pancakes are the star of the show, we had the bananas fosters pancakes and the strawberry shortcake pancakes, along with a side of bacon. The good news? They passed the Dan Leadbetter test and actually brought my milk with the meal! That definitely earned them the extra star! If you live in the Las Vegas area, I highly recommend you checking this place out. But be for one, I ordered the short stock and it was three huge pancakes. I don't think I could have eaten a six of those, but they were so damn good. I probably would have forced myself!. Bottom line? Run, do not walk to baby stacks in Henderson!

Yelp
Decided to try this place since my son said they open early (7am) and perfect to have before his tire appt at 8am, we got here around 7:15am and only a couple tables were occupied and another woman waiting to the side for their to go orders, it is small inside and I'm sure it gets crowded quickly so, go when they open (it was a Saturday morning when we went) We were seating quickly and drinks brought our right away, there is a pretty large menu with lots of choices (my advise is to look at their menu online to know what you want to get) the server came too our order and our food was brought out in less than 10 min, our server made sure our drinks were always filled and brought my to-go container since it was a lot of food. Overall, great experience...our server was friendly and we didn't feel rushed (which is appreciated) and I look forward to coming back for lunch to try other options in the future.

Yelp
I've been here a couple times and it's always a great spot. Everyone here is so kind and attentive. I usually can just walk in and don't have to wait long which is really nice. I love that they offer Hawaiian breakfast menu items as well, that is always nice to find. It's very homey feeling in here, nothing fancy but great for a breakfast with friends or family I got the veggie garden skillet which I love the veggie assortment and the eggs and potatoes are always cooked to perfection. I tried the French toast for the first time, it seemed to good to pass up and it was amazing! The toast was nice and thick and the flavors were perfect. I def will come back when I'm on this side again
google avatar

Yelp
Had to wait for about 20 minutes since it was a Saturday afternoon. I got the piglet omelet and it they were not skimpy with the meat. There was a lot of meat inside and the pancakes are fluffy and cooked perfectly. It is a little on the pricey side but it was a lot of food. The inside was a comfy home feel to it.
google avatar

Aliyah W.

Yelp
I highly recommend this place! The ube pancakes are delicious and I usually get a build your own veggie skillet. The team here is friendly and its a nice place to sit with family and eat.

Yelp
Ordered for pick up and this is what I opened , 60$ is what I paid and this is what I get?! This is sad and pathetic, @babystacks you guys are ripping people off because of your hype .im fucking done with yall I cold went to farmer boys for this type of quality.

Yelp
We waited about 30 minutes for brunch on a Sunday. I expected the wait, but we also waited a very long time for our food. The restaurant is small and noisy. The food was decent. I enjoyed the chili loco moco. The pancakes were a bit too dense for my taste. Service was not the best, so we didn't have the best experience.

Quynh P.

Yelp
Sisig plate: 4/5 come with 2 eggs, garlic rice, and hash brown. The meat was tender and seasoning was on point. Service: 4/5 kind and attentive Ambiance: 4/5 there are a lot of tables and seats. We came on Friday at 11AM and the wait was under 5 minutes for a table of 3
google avatar

Kristen M.

Yelp
Love me some BabyStacks. Only negative here is the wait, there is ALWAYS a line, ALWAYS. I had the Mexican skillet and a bacon pancake on the side. Best of both worlds. Service isn't terrible given how busy it is and the food is 100% worth the wait.
google avatar

Emerald S.

Yelp
I ordered the Lola Cora's Corned Beef and honestly felt a bit disappointed for the price. At $17+, the serving size didn't justify the cost. The corned beef looked like a lot at first glance, but it was really just spread out to appear fuller. The sunny-side-up egg was also very small, seemed like a medium-sized egg rather than the large size you'd expect for a breakfast plate at this price point. The flavor was okay, but for what they're charging, the portion needs to be bigger or the price needs to come down. It just felt too expensive for what you get.

Yelp
I went to BabyStacks with my family and this time we dined in. We pulled up right in front and there was a 15 minute wait for a table for 4. 10 minutes later we were sitting down perusing the menu. They bought us some water right away and our server Mariah was ready to take our order . This time I had the eggs and bacon with turkey bacon and eggs over well and hashbrowns with a side of pancakes. My wife had the same thing, but without the turkey bacon and it is a note that my daughter and her boyfriend tried the yam pancakes. Everything was good. I had a great cup of coffee. My wife enjoyed the orange juice and overall the breakfast was excellent. My daughter and her boyfriend also had to obey pancakes which are pictured below, and my daughter had to scramble while he had the bacon and eggs with biscuits and gravy! Would you go there again, Lisa Absolutely! There were lots of people in there eating. It was a bustling joint, and it was quite pleasant. They had cohead restrooms and there was a wait for the restroom and there was a little glitch with the door locking so they had a note on the door to remind people. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we had so much food we had to take some to go! I think it's Philippine Fusion it's good! Again, I would highly recommend babies tax café at 550 N. Stephanie Street in Henderson, Nevada !

Yelp
Service was fast. In fact the fastest I've ever received service. Double espresso with splash of cream woke me right up. And the food hit the spot... we both ordered a biscuit dish. Eggs were made to order. Sausage gravy was delicious.

Yelp
Food is good but I find a bit on the pricey side. Service was good and ambience is so so.

Yelp
I'm definitely a "meh" for this one. The kalua pork Benedict was honestly pretty good. But I wasn't impressed with some of the other things. First and foremost, the acoustics were grating. Loud chairs being scraped across the floor in the most annoying way when anyone scooted in or out. And the loud voices in a small space. I couldn't hear myself think. This reminded me of the junior high lunch room. Aside from that, everything else was fair to poor. The bill came and then we realized after the server ran our card there was an extra $6.60 charge on there. What was it for? A styrofoam cup. We had asked for a refill to go, and that's what it costs to dump your drink into a to-go cup. Pancakes were forgotten with one order. Banana instead of banana cream for the other order. No Diet Coke available. I doubt I would return, babycakes.

Yelp
If you like pancakes this is the place to try! There's a lot of different options that all look yummy. I came here the first time a couple years ago, and now it is a place that I have to go to when I'm in Vegas. My favorite is the Red Velvet pancakes! Most times I've been here there's been a 30ish minute wait to be seated, but I feel it's worth the wait. Once I'm seated the staff is very attentive, and the food comes out pretty quickly.

J R.

Yelp
Fairly busy spot, we were able to get seated within 10 minutes or less. I've been to the Westside location in Las Vegas. This was my first time at this location. We ordered the Adobo Omelet with seasoned potatoes and the Sisig Plate w/ sourdough toast. The Adobo fried rice omelet was very dry inside - the meat was dry and barely any rice. It looks like it was sitting out for a while and didn't look like it was made fresh. We've ordered this in the westside location and it was super yummy but this didn't look or taste the same. Our server even noticed the dryness and took it back to show the chef. Also had the Sisig plate. It was ok.

Adam N.

Yelp
Very delicious and great prices never too crowded family owned been multiple times and quality is always great

Yelp
Baby stacks is one of the iconic breakfast/brunch spots of Las Vegas. Always a great meal with plenty of delicious flavors of huge pancakes. We had the carrot cake and strawberry pancakes, both made quick and tasted delicious. Gets a little busy but the wait isn't too long and servers are friendly!

Yelp
"Good food, great coffee, and eggs from Jurassic Park?" Stopped in for breakfast this morning with the wife. She ordered the Cowboy Omelet and gave it a very lukewarm "meh." Not terrible, not great, just something she wouldn't order again. Maybe more like the Ranch Hand Omelet -- all work, no yeehaw. I kept it simple: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, sourdough toast, and a cup of coffee. Solid meal all around -- no complaints. Though I do have questions about the size of the chickens these eggs came from. I ordered 3 eggs and got what looked like the output of a small ostrich. Half my plate was yellow fluff. Could've easily gotten by with two. Either they're using mutant eggs or there's a bodybuilder hen back there doing overtime. Also, I inherited the wife's pancakes since she wasn't interested. Not a problem. I'm a team player. The coffee? Surprisingly excellent. Rich, hot, and not the usual diner dishwater. And our waitress, Maritza, was perfect -- friendly, attentive, and not overbearing. Just the way a good server should be. Now, here's the odd part: our total was $48.06 with cash, but $49.74 with a card. I'm no mathematician, but I am suspicious. That's a weird upcharge for plastic. Still, we left Maritza a nice tip -- she earned it. Final verdict: Good food (unless you're ordering the Cowboy Omelet), great service, and enough eggs to feed a small family. A bit pricey for breakfast, but then again, so is air nowadays.

Yelp
My husband and I went to baby stacks yesterday on the reference of Yelp actually. we had no idea that it served Hawaiian dishes so we wanted to try it out because my husband's from Hawaii and is always looking for that home taste. Went an hour before closing. that's our bad, but they were very gracious. Never bothered us. Was letting us finish up. I absolutely loved the hashbrowns the way they make them. It's crispy on every side and soft in the middle. the eggs were prepared well not to rubbery, good. The bacon was thick and prepared crispy and I loved the banana foster pancakes. Absolutely love the sauce the whipped cream very good. It was a bit pricey, but isn't everywhere these days? my husband had the fried rice adobo and he liked it. He said it was just a little dry, but it wouldn't stop him from coming back again. It's just a little restaurant.

Yelp
Running errands in the area and wanted to get brunch. We've wanted to try Babystacks for some time. 12:30 on a Saturday may not have been the best time to drop in. but we were able to get a table for two with no problem (crowded when we got in but it emptied out by 1 PM). My wife and I decided to share the Cowboy Skillet with a side of pancakes ($15.50). The skillet has two eggs, ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and lots of melted cheese. Really good. And more than enough food for the two of us to share for brunch. The ambiance is unexciting - think a small version of a Denny's, Spartan but clean. Good service, good food, good value.

Yelp
Write this down: Loco Moco with garlic rice upgrade, egg over easy or sunny side up. I had it back in my college days, and made a trip to Vegas this week just to bring back all the great flavor memories. After the first bite it convinced me that it is still one of the great food wonders of the world; so simple but full of (get ready for the dreaded word) umami. Service: I forgot that it closed at 2pm, and ordered take-away at 1:40-ish, but the host couldn't have been kinder/accommodating. I still feel for the kitchen staff... Ambience: doesn't matter, they have loco moco and garlic rice. A+

Yelp
My cousin came into town for a quick trip and wanted to have breakfast before they left. I chose this spot for us. It was our first time, it won't be lit last. I ordered the adobo fried rice and it came with hash brows. It was delicious. The rice was wrapped in an egg like an omelette. Alice ordered the country Benedict. She also loved it. My cousin orders crapes, very good. Her husband ordered Huevos rancheros, another good choice. We were there early around 7:30 and we just beat the crowd. The service was excellent. We will be back again. So happy to see there is another one closer tour house in summerlin. Sorry I only took 1 picture of the food.

Yelp
This is our new favorite brunch place! There was a bit of a wait as there isn't a ton of seating but it was pretty quick. The food is all tasty- we especially loved the amount of meat they added in their skillets and omelets. We look forward to trying more of their specialty pancakes!
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
Decided to come here on a Sunday with my best friend & God daughter. We were seated pretty quickly. The layout is more of a diner style with some tables along the wall, we opted for the outdoor seating. The servers were great. Everyone was super nice. I ordered the sisig plate with a side of Ube Pancakes. The Ube pancakes were an additional $3.50. I am a big fan of sisig! Their sisig was great but I wish it had a bit more citrus. I added a bit of Cholula on it since I also like spicier sisigs. The Ube pancakes were very sweet and rich. 2 was definitely enough, not sure how anyone would be able to handle a full stack!
google avatar

Ging P.

Yelp
I ordered the Sisig Plate. Garlic rice didn't have garlic. Ratio of peppers is equal to pork belly instead of more onions and citrus. Corned beef hash was definitely not your grandma's recipe. It's an American brand with mushy potatoes. Banana Foster pancakes had too much caramel syrup. Disappointing!

Yelp
Food and service is always great here! Love it every time I come back to Vegas and visit! Keep up the great work guys!

Yelp
I was really excited about this place, looking for a good breakfast burrito on the way outta town. Brunch is my JAM. And I bookmarked BabyStacks when I saw their awesome menu. I promptly removed that bookmark after my experience. There were a few "eh..." qualities, but forgivable for a small business doing God's work of artisan brunch-making. What wasn't forgivable was unapologetically charging nearly twice as much as their online menu price upon arriving to pick up my phone-in order. Just a "Sorry, Charlie ‍" response to my complaint. Calling in from the road, and a little rushed, I made the order for three breakfast burritos. They were $8.95, not far off the going rate. I can't remember what all the menu listed in it, but it seemed more interesting than the essentially egg burrito I received. Without the added avocado, It had 4 under-seasoned eggs and adequate cheese, but otherwise just a shy sprinkling of green peppers. One could've chosen one of three meats as well, but there were no non-meat options nor substitutes. I opted to add avocado instead of meat, for which they had to upcharge ($2.95?). When she asked about sides for the $8.95 (without the avocado) burrito was, I said I was just looking for a handheld burrito cuz we were on the road. She said "oh, without sides then?" I confirmed without much more thought. Turns out they were platter-style dishes, and also $14.95 each (without avocado). To be frank, I would have passed on this place the same as a dozen others that morning, had I known they were that much. IMO, No handheld road burrito is worth that much. So when she charged me $53 at the register, it was twice what I expected to pay. And, as intimated in the beginning, they seemed fine with willfully bait-and-switching customers in such a way, saying "yeah, the owner did increase a lot of prices in the past year. Those prices are out of date ..." And she knowingly left the outdated prices online too, apparently, because the point had been raised with them before. They didn't offer to pay for our coffees ( $4 each), give us a complimentary cookie, or anything else meaningful - just the business email address to send futile complaints to. Insult to injury, on top of charging 95% more than advertised, charging extra for avocado when i waived off meat AND sides. To summarize: Prices were probably fine for a dine-in experience with an up to date menu. Breakfast burrito is meh for this non meat-eater but maybe better with meat. I would've loved to try their cakes too, but my bad for paying in the sides. Willful false advertising and unrepentant response is not acceptable though, so I won't be returning when there's a dozen other great brunch places in Vegas.

Honest Reviewer ..

Yelp
Small restaurant, dated decor, cramped seating, and the worst part. Hot. Very hot inside...it's August in Vegas, ceiling fans are not enough! Waitress was super nice, and the food was fantastic! The banana foster pancakes were so flavorful but oh so rich! I couldn't eat them all but I enjoyed every bite. Bacon was cooked just right, and the eggs were standard, but I loved the hash browns, again, cooked just right! Pass on trying to make the mocha iced, not good! And they don't have Diet Coke.

Yelp
Manager has no concept of customer service. We were a party of 3 and were waiting for a table. We were the only party waiting and had waited for 15 mins but since we were running short on time we said we would sit at the counter. As soon as we were taken to the counter a table got up and left and we asked to sit at the table. The manager said no because another party had just come in and said we can wait for another table to open up. They didn't even tell us that a table has paid and would only be a few more minutes. Just bad management.

Yelp
The pancake variety at this place is amazing (and most of the wild options are really good, too). Babystacks was my mom's favourite restaurant in Vegas. We ordered here dozens of times but never managed to get a table because she always wanted to go during peak brunch hours. I'm not a fan of physically busy restaurants but there's plenty of parking space for you to enjoy hot food in your car. There's nothing like their Lemon Ricotta crepe-style pancakes. This location is always completely packed and always really busy with takeout orders. It's a testament to the quality of their food and their service because it's usually the same families who eat here every week. But if you plan to dine in, prepare for a bit of a wait, a small restaurant packed to the walls, and quite a bit of ambient noise from the other diners.

Yelp
This place was amazing! The service was quick and everyone was nice. I got the Cinnabun pancakes and a side of hashbrowns. The pancakes were really fluffy and the icing was sweet but not too sweet.

Yelp
Breakfast time!! This is my favorite spot for breakfast in Henderson. I love the island twist to the menu options and I love pancakes!!! There is a bunch of options and they always have a special pancake selection on the board when you come in that is not on the menu. Yum! The plates are definitely shareable. I enjoyed the Veggie omelette, my husband ate most of the Island, it's a monster. We shared the PB&J short stack. This is a cozy little breakfast spot. The staff is great. Some of them have been here since they first opened. There is plenty of parking. There is usually a bit of a wait so come and sign in and expect to wait a bit. When the weather permits they have an outside patio table seating area. They have two unisex bathrooms that are clean and stocked. The staff works together and will make sure to keep glasses/cups full and will check on you regularly. This is not a party brunch spot. This is just a tasty breakfast spot for locals. They also sell their coffee if you like to brew your own cup -o-Joe. Check it out!

Yelp
This weekend my family and I were on our way to the Hoover Dam and wanted to find somewhere local, not a chain or a casino restaurant and we came across BabyStacks Café. I am so glad we did! The ambience was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly. I wish I had taken pictures of the food because everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Ube pancakes, the Strawberry Shortcake short stack (which I loved since you can get a short stack instead of a full one), and the Sweet Cream Crêpes with strawberries. I also got to try the veggie omelette, and everything was outstanding. I have to admit, I'm not usually a pancake person but these pancakes changed my mind. I highly recommend BabyStacks Café to anyone in the area. It's the perfect spot for breakfast or brunch, and honestly, I wish they had one in San Diego because I'd be a regular!

Yelp
Denny's quality at a 5 star price It's a money grab. Everything is measured and calculated. $7 for a fountain drink Minute Maid orange juice, single serving syrup cups, dry pancakes, and small portions. At avg $20-$25 per person, you would think the quality or portions would be bigger. Every other breakfast place at that price point will offer + 1 egg or + 1 meat. If you go here for $, go to the ihop nearby. If you come here for "good" breakfast, just do the drive to another 4.5 rated breakfast restaurant. Only thing that was pleasant was the service. Which even their quality is limited by the restrictions of modifying menu item (simple upgrade like half serving to full serving). Disappointing because this place used to be good.

Yelp
i love Babystacks ! i have yet to be disappointed by anything i've ordered. despite them having the biggest selection of pancake flavors i've ever come across, i can't seem to stray away from the cookies and cream flavor. yes, they are that good. soft and fluffy, practically dessert but since they're pancakes i still consider them breakfast. today i tried the homemade corned beef hash with a side of their garlic rice. i've had the garlic rice before when i tried their wonderful kalbi, it's excellent definitely opt for rice in place of potatoes if you can! the hash was great, very nice flavor and it was not that stringy stuff that comes out of a can. always a pleasant service experience here. nothing too crazy inside in terms of decor and seating. cute and comfortable!

Yelp
Always great breakfast. Been coming here for years Family loves coming here always a top contender when deciding where to eat out for breakfast. Service has always been solid and my kids love sitting outside when the weathers nice. Never once had a food complaint and can always look forward to a good experience here.
