Loved the 70s looks , the place is huge. It’s in the heart of Times Square , didn’t expect it to be this big. We were greeted and seated right away. It’s a old rustic look , with dim lights kinda of a romantic setting. We ordered their specialties, the steaks. They were priced very well for the location, if anything it was on the cheaper side. Steaks were cooked perfect to our liking , Temperature was head on. Drinks were delicious as well. They had live karaoke going on, it was definitely a vibe. Service - 8/10 Could have been better Ambiance- 10/10 Parking - Street Forget About It 😂 Reservation Needed and can Accommodate Large Parties

food: the short ribs were good, but idt it's worth $36. the arancini was not bad, but also not worth $19 since there's not much. the drinks were not good at all; it was just liquor with whip cream on top. overall very pricey for the quality. there's also an automatic 20% gratuity charge service: food took about 30min to come out. service could be better. atmosphere: the place is really decked out. when we went, Frosty's was closed for a private event. I'm not sure if you're usually allowed to go explore and take pics.

Had a great experience here — everything from the service to the food to the ambience was excellent. We had the Pita & Dips and the Wagyu meatballs as a starter. For our entrees we got the Prime Rib and the Bucharest Pasta. The pasta was some of the best we’ve eaten! Dessert was a 16 Layer Cream Cake and we didn’t leave a single bite on the plate. Really delicious overall — no complaints with the food. Drinks were good, bit strong for my taste. They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Prices are average as far as NYC restaurants go! Definitely a cool ambience too, highly recommend this spot.

Enter Bacall’s NYC boasting 20-foot ceilings with nine chandeliers and three different floors including a night club on the weekends in the basement. Entire place feels exactly like a theater, a Boardway show. We were seated on the second floor in a comfortable booth next to walls of books and antique decorations bringing us back to the 40s with memories of legendary Lauren Bacall. Service here is impeccable with utilizing a different cup for non-tap water as not to mistakenly mix tap water. Cocktails and food came out quickly and deliciously. Bacall’s definitely hold their name for American restaurant with their vibe and generous portions. You come here not just for the food but for the vibe. It is an experience not just an adventure.

Wow, this already beautiful restaurant has been decorated for valentines day and it is gorgeous. I was able to experience this during their restaurant week. I enjoyed the brisket slides for the appetizer, the salmon with mashed potatoes for the main, and some amazing bread pudding for dessert. By the way great playlist, loved the music and Dale was quite attentive and enthusiastic.

Fancy decoration of christmas theme. December only had the holiday menu. Steak tasted really good. However, it's a little expensive for me. Not super full after the meal. It's worth visiting for the first time. But won't consider to revisit if it's not during Christmas season.

I must say this place was a real treat to visit. Food was on point with the right amount of flavour and tenderness with the stake. The service is what stood out to me, Del. really made the time in this restaurant memorable from all the others that I have been to in the Manhattan area. The POP-Up Frosty's Bar decorations were spectacular. The two floors were grown and sexy. Now, the price for entry was a bit ridiculous, but I guess they had to make their money somehow. Our tickets cost us $53.80 per person. I thought since we didn't purchase the $36.50 tickets, it would come with a free drink and maybe an appetizer - nope, not at all. The $53.80 was for entry fee, and I guess a $13.50 santa hat that would have cost you 1.99 at the dollar store. The drinks were over-priced for the small cup they gave you. The 🍔 we ordered was dry, and the total was $51.00 + tax and a $10.20 gratuity. You would think for the price they charged for the burgers, they would have had a bottle of ketchup....nope we were given packets. Thank GOD for Jarvis, the manager. She made us 2 very, very strong Long Islands on her and took 50% off the bill. We only paid $37.96. Don't get me wrong, after getting over the ticket price and food , we started to take pictures and make the best of it. We met a mother and daughter from Boston, and they even thought the prices were high. The bottom floor was the place to be. We took a lot of pictures, and thanks again, Jarvis, for the Long Island Ice Tea it can in handy. I will not be going there again.

Bacall's in the heart of Times Square is the perfect spot for after-work drinks during happy hour or dinner before catching a Broadway show! With so many dinner-and-a-show options in the city, Bacall's truly stands out as one of the best. Right now, the restaurant is fully decked out for the holiday season, which makes the experience even more festive. The food is amazing there's so many options but we have to highlight their charcuterie board (so delicious!) and the pasta, which tastes light and homemade. Whether you're looking for festive vibes, great food, or a convenient location for a pre-show meal it's perfect for the occasion.

I really enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. It was already decorated for Christmas and I can tell closer to the holiday it will get even more festive and beautiful inside. We had a reservation secured before our show, and we ordered the steak and the salmon. Both were delicious. We started with the Burrata and fig arugula salad, which I managed to snap a photo of it only after half was gone, I would definitely order that again. The 10 ounce steak was a large portion and came with a peppercorn sauce on the side. It was delivered perfectly cooked to our liking. The salmon was also a good portion and truffle mashed potatoes. Yum. Roasted carrots were delicious and came on both of our plates. I would recommend the spot for a pre-dinner show because they do have a prefix theater menu and it's centrally located in Midtown to all of the theaters. I wish we would had room for dessert. Next time!

This is an extra large space that's great for groups. Me and my family came here after seeing a show on Broadway. We did not have reservations but since it wasn't crowded we was seated. The hostess was nice and I loved the 2piece she was wearing! We sat in the back but there is a full bar area also with good seating. There are a few places for a photo opts as well. The wait staff was pleasant and quick. There was no complaints about. Everything was delicious and cooked exactly like everyone like. The steaks were seasoned and tender. The shoestring fries were a touch over done for my taste. Thats 16layer cream cake was sooooo good very delicious and not too sweet. The churros also nice hot and fresh. The drinks were also good a nice balance of alcohol to chaser. Overall A+ I would come back!

This place is absolutely stunning !! They have the most beautiful swing adorned with flowers that makes for the BEST photo op !! The food is soooooo good too the calamari was super crispy and perfectly cooked my absolute faveee!! It is truly at the top of my list of all time favorites

Great theatre district spot, right on 44th closer to 7ave. Huge space, great menu, wonderful service. We really enjoyed our brunch, bottomless drinks for $30 definitely a good value! Lobster Benedict was good, the lobster wasn't overcooked even though the poached eggs were a bit overdone. The kids pasta was a huge portion. The omelet was quite nice. Beautiful Halloween decorations.

Walk in and get ready to OOOOOOO and AWEEEEE! The ambiance was stunning.... just jaw dropping! What a truly lovely place. Fun Fact: I danced with Lauren Bacall at my BFF'S wedding on top of the World Trade Center, Windows of the World, and we jammed to "Working at the Car Wash when she was 76 years old. Needless to say, I was so excited to come to this place which is a beautiful tribute to her. It didn't dissapoint. The waiters, bussers and hostess were sensational. The bussers stand nearby, with undivided attention, just waiting for your next need. The service was impeccable. They did not rush us. They were warm and friendly -- nothing snooty or uptight here. I loved the food - and the homemade pasta didn't disappoint. The chandeliers that we dined under made the evening magical. I loved how they delivered our check in an old book, printed in 1902! The place is done very creatively and their menu is as well. THE MUSIC creates the incredible vibe. WE LOVED every song, mostly beautiful sentimental oldies.... that warmed our hearts. The sign on their blue awning is a little hard to find, just look for the long line at Carmines, and this beautiful haunt is next door. I highly recommend that you try this little gem in the Theater District. It's very romantic!

Wandered in because we wanted to eat before catching a show and didn't have a ton of time to do so. There was space at the bar which was perfect for us. Happy hour menu still in effect which was even better. The service was great! Friendly and efficient and genuinely kind. We wet the GM of the restaurant, Tony, who was so hospitable!! This place has a great vibe, perfect for small or large parties. The cocktails are good and so is the food. The truffle fries are a must try!!

To notch food and service. Located in the theater district, this is a great spot for a pre or post show meal. The menu american fare and has something for everyone.

Met our friends for an early brunch before a show. Super cool and fun atmosphere. Drinks were strong which is always a plus and food was yummy. Great service. You can't beat the location of this place if you are attending a Broadway show.

Bacall's is magnificent!! In the heart of the theater district, this interior is gorgeous and has such a great and cozy vibe that is perfect for any occasion! Every single sip and bite we had was insane and the service was actually impeccable. It was one of the best meal experiences I have had in NYC in a long time, and they just gained another regular! It's a no brainer to add to your NYC list.

This place is a total GEM! Literally the best rigatoni vodka I've had in the city and I eat a lot of pasta lol everything was incredible from our service to the drinks ! The decor inside is absolutely beautiful, and the drinks come in stunning containers, such as a margarita inside of a small, patron bottle ! We got the big bottle, totally worth it ! meatballs were tender & the wings were so so tasty! Loved the rib eye with the mashed potatoes as well and let's not forget dessert . Japanese soufflé cheesecake and 16 layer cream cake, amazing and delicious dishes

First experience in NYC and waitress was VERY ROOD SONIA H. to be exact!!! We sat for over 40 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and when she did come, she asked if we were going to order food or was just sitting. After her attitude we told her we would just get a drink. she came back with the drinks and asked if we wanted anything else but was walking off while asking, which left no room to order. then another bar tender came to the table and asked if we needed anything and we told him just the ticket and the experience was horrible. he apologized and brought the ticket. Worst experience in NYc!!

Fair food, fair liquor, fair decor-kind of cheesy. Way overdone for Christmas pre-thanksgiving so maybe that was the issue. It's hard to focus on the food which actually may be a good thing. We opt The fish was very fishy so I had to send it back.

This is one of my fave spots in the Times Square Broadway area. Particularly a fave of their themed settings where the truly go all out on the decor! The best I've been to so far has got to be their Christmas settings - one of the best settings in the city - plus paired with their menu items and exceptional service, you'll have time well spent! Definitely need to try the wagyu Meatballs, and the layer crepe cake is worth eating all on your own, or share . Be sure to tell them if you're dining with time restrictions, like goin to a show - so that they can expedite your order!

I usually love the restaurant,it is so convenient to Broadway after a show, and the food has always been great. I went there last weekend with 4 friends after a show and presented coupons, which, though expired, had been given to me by my waiter on our last visit as an apology when the service was quite slow. He told me they would be honored on our next visit, and to ignore the expiration date.. The coupons were for a free dessert or beverage. When I tried to use the coupons, the waiter called the manager and the manager declined to accept them. I have been to the restaurant many times and was disappointed by the fact that the coupons were turned down, as we spent hundreds of dollars there that night, and I had been told the coupons would be accepted. Be aware that if you are offered coupons for any reason, such as food being slow to come out of the kitchen as I was, there's a good chance they will not be accepted on your next visit.

I went here after a play and had a great time!! Erica, the bartender, was amazing. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and her drinks were great. The drinks are a but pricey...but it just so happened I went during their 2 for 1 HH so it eased the pocket pain..lol. I was a bit surprised that my Moscow Mule wasn't served in the traditional copper mug, but it was still good. But, the Passionfruit Margarita was the star. I ordered the Bucharest pasta. It was delicious!! If you're looking for a nice restaurant to go to before or after hitting a play, go check them out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We ate here before a show. We had to eat super early so the place wasn't busy. We had to change reservation times because the cab was late but they accommodated no problem. The waitstaff was friendly and conversational. It was a new menu apparently and she admittedly didn't know much about it. The menu is rather small which makes it risky with picky teenagers. We all found something to eat. The food was brought out timely and we all enjoyed it. What stands out to me is how big the place was for being in such a prime location near Times Square. It was also decorated in a cool way. They had some picture taking spots in the restaurant. They even honored my Yelp checkin for a glass of Prosecco.

Food? Strike one. Service? Strike two. Ambiance? Strike three, Bacall's is OUT! There is nothing very enjoyable or good, about this place.

Great place. We initially tried going to Carmine's which is very close by but we didn't have reservations and we decided to try Bacall's. We were seated almost immediately. Very nicely decorated with a very good ambience. Both me and hubby got the same thing - filet mignon. Filet came with potatoes. Excellent cut of meat, very well cooked. We also ordered arancini as an appetizer - they have a happy hour special where the arancini, flatbreads etc were $10. Staff was helpful. Very close to the Broadway area - we went to see Back to the Future on Broadway and wanted to make sure we had a good meal close to the theater. Pricing is very reasonable particularly for being in NY and downtown area. Filets were $50. Definitely recommend!

An eclectic mix of vintage b/w photos, knickknacks, books, statuettes and miscellaneous historical items. Elaborate mirrored chandeliers, decorative swing, and dangling flowers. Background pop music was loud at first, but turnef down later. Service was nice. Prices were varied. As I checked in on Yelp, I got a complimentary drink！ We had 3*glass of prosecco: nice sparkling wine； I think it was champagne 4.5*Lobster Stuffed Baked Trout Broccolini, Roasted Potatoes: tender and tasty, big portions but didn't feel stuffed. A bit greasy. 4*Nova Egg-Poached Egg, Smoked Salmon, Avocado, English Muffin: pretty good.

Oh Bacall's ... lots to enjoy but some very curious vibes here. Pros- nice wait staff, fun decor with selfie opportunities, good people watching, solid food and drink options on the menu, and a happy hour until 7pm that looks good. Cons- a little bit of an edgy vibe (in a less than welcoming way), and it is way loud!! Ok, getting seated feels more like a bouncer vibe... there was some sort of bar entry competing for sidewalk space with actual bouncers, so that didn't help. Also, restaurant is very loud and it is difficult to have conversations over your meal. But the playlist is fun and upbeat. There were lots of empty tables so I asked if there was a table not right under a speaker. With a way to fast "no," I resigned that an important conversation would need to wait. When I used the restroom in the back after our meal, there was a section that was quite peaceful in the back... but maybe they were not seating there. Drinks and food- I ordered one of the special cocktails which was nice, and my friend asked for something off the menu. Our wonderful waiter enjoyed the challenge and said they could make it- they did a good job too! We ordered salmon served on mashed potatoes. It was a solid B. And we had an nice beet salad and soup that was good, too. For dessert we shared the 16 layer cream cake. Very pretty but not really cake as it was basically constructed with crepes and had that sort of dense consistency. Not a fan... The ambiance was as much club as restaurant, so I give them kudos for trying something a little upbeat and different in the saturated and overpriced Times Square area. The location is convenient for Broadway and site seeing, and the people watching was good. But a week after our visit there, I found myself thinking about this dinner, and realizing I really didn't love anything except the wait staff. With so many options in NYC, I don't think I'll be back.

Burger was basically inedible. Service ok. Overpriced and disappointing a decent burger should not be difficult to produce in NYC

Ok... so we went to Frosty's Pop Up Bar (the seasonal holiday experience inside of Bacall's) last night (12.18) and we had a lot of fun. The best part for us was the dance party happening downstairs. The DJ was all over it, played all the hits and holiday classics. Santa, The Grinch, Mrs. Claus? and a random elf helped to keep the party going, when they weren't chillin' in the sleigh staring at their phones.....anyway, this event would have been a lot more fun if the TVs had been playing holiday fare on a loop. Not sure if the sets were broken when we went but...it really adds so much to the atmosphere to have those holiday movies and specials going while we are enjoying our cocktails, the music, and all of the lights. The decorations were fantastic and the santa hats were fun. We had dinner and a show just prior so did not sample the food. How is it?

The service was quick and very very nice! I went for dinner when I was in town visiting NYC and the ambiance was lovely and they had live music which was amazing! The food was delicious, I recommend everything you see in the attached photos! The steak was cooked very well. Wish I had room for dessert because it looked amazing. Would definitely come back!

I brought my parents here for Christmas Eve brunch and am so thankful I did! First off, you MUST make a reservation! We made ours for noon since they opened at 1130AM. Obviously we came here because their Christmas decorations are out of this world! Although there weren't a lot of brunch options, everything we ordered was delicious and filling. I had the pancakes, surprised by how small they were BUT they were filling. They were sweet and moist, everything a pancake should be. My mom ordered the Times Square omelette and my dad ordered the Birria tacos. They were both satisfied with their orders. I didn't know if it was going to be enough so I also got us an order of Crispy bacon and hashbrowns. The place was practically empty but as our food came out the place got packed. Thank God for that RSVP! To drink, they both got coffee (unlimited) and I got a polar express. It had just the amount of liquor I needed on a Saturday morning/afternoon. My mom enjoyed it so much she will be coming with her girlfriends later this week for dinner. Thank you for having us Bacalls! See you in 2023!

Went to Bacall's for lunch during the holidays. The Christmas decorations were impressive and provided great photo opportunities. The food was not bad - the Prime Rib was good, the Salmon was okay. The Polar Express drink was so-so. Worth a visit for the holiday environment.

If I could give over five stars to Bacall's I would! Right in the middle of the theater district and steps away from Times Square, Bacall's is a hidden gem with great decor, music, and of course food. It perfectly captures the essence of the 1940s vintage Hollywood so you're sure for a one of a kind experience. Service is also really friendly. I've been twice, and I have yet to be disappointed. I really recommend the arancini and swordfish steak, as well as the 16 layer cream cake and buffalo cauliflower. Whether you're seeing a broadway show or just looking for a good bite to eat, this place should be on your list.

I've been here twice and both times I would give it a 9/10. Service is attentive and fast. Most food items also really good. There were just a few I didn't care for like the meatballs appetizer; it was too dry. Also, sometimes they don't get the meat temperature right and I've had to sent it back. I had order medium rare and received rare. Also, my sister is law order medium well and got medium rare. But other than that, everything else we had tasted really good. Quality of food steak, mash potatoes, fries, and all of desserts were delicious.

Stopped by for a cocktail after the show. Glad we did. Yanny was great with the drink recomendations. Thanks. I took a card to come back for dinner.

Service was absolutely amazing. Prices are fair. The only complaint was the vodka rigatoni was very spicy and it was not listed on the menu as such. That's the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. Ask for Jorge- his service was absolutely Superb!

Had suchhh a good dinner here. The cocktails were amazing, cute names with some based on different broadway shows! The Arancini were soo delicious & the steak was incredible topped w/ the best flavors. Their desserts might be my favorite part because they are just so dang good!!!! The 16 layers of cream cake was phenomenal- so fluffy! Our waitress was so great and the best service. Vibes were so spring inside, it was decorated for spring/summer with cute flowers. Will definitely be back to try their broadway show & dinner option!

What a place! The ambiance was amazing! It was filled with Christmas decorations everywhere! Apparently, they had just set it up over the last month. The kids and adults in my party were super excited! There are MANY photo opps if you choose to take pics. We came on time for our reservation and had to wait a few minutes for them to set up our table for 10. Once seated, our waiter came over to take drink orders. Then, we finally ordered our foods. I was disappointed in the limited menu options. There were not slog of things for me to eat but I made do. I am dairy free and pescatarian. So I ordered the Caesar salad with shrimp and salmon. It was pretty good. Wish it were seasoned a little more but decent. The Birria tacos came with rice and consommé. Two of the adults enjoyed it. We just wish the rice was Spanish rice. It ended up being regular white rice. The kids enjoyed burgers and chicken tenders. Basically, the best part were the decor!

I stopped in here for a quick meal before a show and sat at the Lower level bar area. I'm sorry that I didn't get a chance to see the rest of the restaurant. They were fully decorated for Christmas. I had the a crispy tofu and rice dish that was a good vegetarian option. I think their menu changes seasonally. Their desserts looked good but I didn't try any. This is a good place with varied options if your party can't decide on a cuisine choice .

Bacall's brings the holiday cheer and spirit with great holiday vibes and decor. Service & food were good. My party got a pulsd deal which was originally for a bottomless brunch, but the restaurant was flexible in allowing us to use it to dine with them for their holiday menu. The manager and staff provided great service amidst some technical difficulties with our coupons. My party got the steak and eggs and Nova Egg. The Nova Egg (smoked salmon, poached egg, avocado, English muffin) was delightful. The holiday cookies were more cake-like and not as great.

Food was average. Ambiance was nice. Service was horrible. The restaurant was relatively empty when we arrived. After 10 minutes of sitting at our table without being approached, I asked one of the waitstaff that was standing around if she was our waitress. She responded " I don't know, but I can be." The drinks were slow to arrive and my salad didn't arrive until the main course did. I had the NY Strip. It was ok. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Ambiance and photo op worthiness: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Food: 7/10 Drinks: 8/10 Came here for a late lunch/early dinner with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. The decor in here is A1, so beautiful. The waiters were all extremely down to earth, very nice and accommodating, excellent service. The food was pretty classically prepared but nothing to rave about. There weren't any stand out unique dishes/flavors but I would have to try more of the menu. The wings and deviled eggs were decent. My salmon was fresh, super crispy skin, a bit bland on the flavor but that's ok. I didn't taste any truffle in the truffle mash, but it was otherwise good. My friend enjoyed her steak and mash. The drinks were ok. Lychee martini is usually my go to but this one was just alright, heavy on the coconut. I had this other drink, can't remember the name but it was amazing. And the drink in the patron bottle is good. They have a decent happy hour M-F 4-7 and a nice brunch offer ayce small plates and select cocktails for about $60 pp. This is definitely a spot I will come back to and considering the location, it's really a gem.

We celebrated my sister's birthday here with dinner before a show and we loved it. The service was welcoming and prompt. We decided to try the wagyu meatballs, house made flatbread, burrata and baked Brie, which were all great starters. We also had the steak frites, prime rib and the Bacalls fried chicken and devored it all! As for the drinks we didn't have any of their cocktails but opted to have whiskey and wine instead. They have a very nice selection so we were very pleased. We were a bit full after dinner but shared the 16 layer cream cake and cookie plate and it was the perfect end to the meal. The only issue we had is they had a private event and needed to close early that we weren't aware off when we booked so we felt a bit rushed. Other than that we enjoyed our experience.

Stopped by Bacall's before a show and our waiter was so friendly just thinking about him makes me smile. We only ordered an appetizer and drinks, but he didn't rush or make us feel guilty for not ordering a full meal. There was fresh bread service and we ordered the fried calamari. All good!

Food, service was great! Ambience was very nice also. Highly recommended if you are on the area. We ordered a vodka rigatoni, a salmon with potatoes and some churros. Everything was awesome! Our waitress Jorge Rocc was also great!

We picked this restaurant so friends visiting from the UK could meet us for an early brunch. Reservation was for 11am, but when we arrived on time they said the restaurant didn't actually open until 11:30am -- odd, why allow resys earlier? Finally at 11:15am, with all of us gathered and no one else in the restaurant, they let us take a seat, even if it meant waiting a little longer. Generally speaking the experience was not great. Our waitress would come and go sporadically - sometimes we wouldn't see her for 20 minutes or so. Orders came out wrong which was shocking because we were the only ones in her area. And they took forever to come out. Food was just alright - even writing this review I can't recall anything being exceptional about it. I took a photo of my cheeseburger and for the life of me can't believe I still have it. Most people come for the bottomless brunch drinks for a 2-hour period. Even that can't lure me back though, and I'd advise using this comment to look elsewhere for a meal. I really hate leaving reviews that are below 4 stars, but due to the service issues this has to be a 2-star.

Fantastic food and service with an intimate ambiance. For desert, you need to try Bacall's crepe cream cake with raspberry! It is amazing!

We really enjoyed this. Had a reservation for 5p on a Wednesday for 3 of us. Got there by 4:40 because we got out of our show quickly and were seated right away. Hostess was super sweet. Our server, Chris, was precious. Super personable, attentive without being annoying and did a great job. Food was aces. We started with the calamari and it was crispy, hot, and an appropriate size for 3 or 4 people as an app. The accompanying aioli was delicious. Mum is a small eater and just got two sides as her meal- the mashed potatoes and the broccolini. Both were hot, seasoned well, and very tasty. I got the burger with cheddar. The beef was yummy- not especially seasoned, but it really didn't need it. Came simply dressed with lettuce, tomato, and onion. The two pickles almost seemed house made. Whomever made them- bravo. Yummy. Fries were good too. My minor critique that I always offer when given a juicy burger- toast the inside of the bun or else it gets soggy. Dad got the chicken and waffles. Holy cow. Best waffles any of us have ever eaten. If you like a sweet waffle, these are for you- the outside was caramelized sugar. If you like a savory waffle with your chicken, you'll be disappointed. The chicken was boneless, the fry was perfect and the breading was well seasoned and crisp. Honestly, the syrup was just a bonus- wasn't even necessary. I planned on visiting Bacall's before a Broadway show and checked on Yelp to see if it was handicap accessible. I am a wheelchair user and was happy to see that it was listed as accessible. After making plans with my friend to enjoy happy hour here, I was extremely disappointed when I arrived. This place is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. Their elevator was broken and the only place I could get to was the bar. The bar actually had a few steps up, all tall tops and the bathroom was on another floor. It is hard being disabled in this city and relying on Yelp to help me navigate. Again, Bacall's is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. I hope this review helps other wheelchair users.

I would like to first shoutout to the hostess who called me before the restaurant even opened to confirm my reservation and allowed me to change my reservation time over the phone since I was running a bit late. We used a Pulsd voucher today for bottomless brunch with ease. Our server/bartender, Leo, was gracious with the champagne top offs, as advertised, and even allowed me to have extra orange juice since the alcohol taste was too strong for me personally. Food wise, we ordered the two eggs, spicy fried chicken with waffles and steak and eggs. All three options were fabulous choices aside from the portion sizes being on the smaller side in my opinion. To note, the latkes were absolutely delicious. The steak and eggs were supposed to come with yuca fries but they came with latkes instead which we were happy with since they were really good. The steak needed an extra bit of salt and pepper but that was easily solved with the shakers provided to us. The portion size of the chicken and waffles was a bit underwhelming considering there was only one piece of chicken, but tasty and filling otherwise. To top off our meal, I ordered the truffle fries which was really good and had loads of flavor. Definitely come here for bottomless brunch with a Pulsd voucher. It's an extremely good deal even if you don't drink a lot. Staff are all super accommodating and nice. We really appreciated their great service today!

This place was okay. Our waiter was perfectly pleasant, but everything took a really long time from the drinks to the food. There's nothing we ordered that warranted the nearly two hours our stay at this restaurant ended up being. People who sat long after us were fed long before us. The gimmick they have for birthdays is cute, but by the fifth birthday I thought I was losing my mind. The place was comfortable and spacious, and about 60/40 tourist to resident. The food was okay and filled us up. I can't say anything negative about the food, but it wasn't especially memorable. The waiter said he would comp us something for our wait but ended up not doing so. Would I go back? Probably not on our own, but if someone invited me I wouldn't say no.

Great spot to grab a bite when staying in Time Square. The food and service are great!! Sometimes it seems like there aren't many alternatives outside chain restaurants, this is definitely one to try!! The French onion soup was delicious, they had truffle fries that were also delicious and harder to find!! We had a flat bread pizza too that was good and tasted homemade not heated up.

I wasn't expecting much for a place in Times Square but this definitely a surprise. Awesome food. We had the waygu meatballs which were tasty. We shared the burata salad which was huge so I'm glad we shared. Bread is very tasty. Then the short ribs. Excellent. Service was good prices reasonable for location. Would definitely go again.

So we decided to celebrate our 1-yr anniversary @ Bacall's; my wife and I love bottomless brunches, so I searched the Pulsd App for a great 2-for-1 deal (hey, we're married now; she'd kill me if I paid full price,) and we're BOTH ecstatic that we did! Here's why: The service was excellent, the food was delicious coupled with fresh bottomless mimosas, and the live Cuban-infused entertainment was very enjoyable (we even got up to dance)! My wife ordered steak and eggs (the steak was cooked perfectly to her wishes, a true medium-rare), and I had the Reuben sandwich, choke full of corned beef! It was a rather quiet Saturday afternoon, which surprised us both due to the great food, wonderful live music and beautiful ambiance! Bacall's one of those NYC gems you have to sometimes wander off the normal routes to find. Glad we did, as we'll be back!
