The menu's scrawled on the chalkboard walls of this cozy, stylish wine bar serving Italian tapas.
"An equally-popular haven for heavy drinking and eating, Bacaro is also “nice” enough that you could bring parents and they’d probably be into it. Considering how much of a sh*tshow this place can be, the food is pretty high-quality and all the more delicious when you’re an hour into your 1.5 hours of unlimited sangria. This place was also made for boozy brunches." - amy clark, katherine lewin
"Bacaro has a $20 open bar, all you can drink in 90 minutes, deal that’s available all the time, but during Happy Hour they add in a food special too. Everything except dessert is $2 off, which is a pretty good deal if you’re looking for something near USC and you’re OK being surrounded by USC seniors. The Deal: $2 off all food except desserts When: All day Monday, Tuesday-Thursday 5-7pm" - brett keating
"Like the other Bacari locations, this one has a great patio, solid tapas, and brunch on the weekends." - team infatuation
"One of the few solid brunch spots that’s actually within walking distance of campus, we’ll be frank here - Bacaro LA is a sh*tshow. $15 will get you bottomless mimosas, sangrias, Bloody Marys, bellinis, and screwdrivers for 90 minutes, so things are bound to get sloppy. Also important: the food is actually pretty good." - brant cox
"Bacaro LA is an eleven-year-old wine bar and restaurant that will temporarily close to rework the space, introduce a new look, menu, and a new neighborhood name. The forthcoming Bacari West Adams is clearly in University Park but is being rebranded to align with the trendy West Adams neighborhood. Renovations started recently and aim for a mid-January reopening. Owners Robert and Danny Kronfli, along with former Jean-Georges chef Lior Hillel, are transforming it into a 'neighborhood-first restaurant' with a full liquor license." - Mona Holmes
