Best restaurant so far on my trip around Puglia. The presentation is off the charts, and the flavours are well balanced, unique and so well done. The portions are reasonable so even though I couldn't eat every bite, two people would have a perfect amount.
Started with a parmigiana flan, a cheesy creamy creation that was out of this world! Moved on to try two types of pasta, both of which were amazing, followed by the most tender veal cheek I've ever had, I didn't even need a knife.
Lastly a dessert recommended by the server, a dessert version of focaccia, olive oil and salt, but as an ice cream, cake crumbs and an olive oil icing. It was such an experience, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place!
