My CC number was stolen somehow and over $3,000 was charged at this store. When I called the store I was told just to go through my CC company which I am, but they also said they had no record of my purchase despite that the store address and everything was listed on my account. I then called corporate, they said they would send message to store. I could never get a manager to call me back. The card was entered manually which they says likely means it was over the phone purchase. I’m like great can we look up address because I can give you proof of card and license and ensure it’s going to right address and then I’ll return items if that’s what it takes. And I’m told they can’t give me that info?!!! Like what?! So now I have to wait 6-8 weeks well CC company investigates because the store doesn’t want to investigate themselves who purchased this and get verification of the card and get proof of identification. Just ridiculous
