"BaceLo is located along a central pedestrian street in the heart of the Magdalena district and boasts an informal, rustic-contemporary ambience. The attentive couple in charge (Alex and Mar, both of whom are cooks), showcase cuisine with a contemporary flair through which they enjoy combining Galician-inspired dishes with others from further afield, but always based around local ingredients. Examples include the tom yum crab croquettes with peanut satay, conger eel cannelloni with chipotle au gratin, and pork ribs cooked at low temperature with chestnuts, bulghur wheat, walnuts and curry." - Michelin Inspector

Dining at Bacelo was a really delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very unique and authentic. Each dish was a culinary delight; it’s beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Next time I visited Ferrol, I will definitely come back.

This restaurant was a highlight of our time exploring Galicia! The menu has many unique options and provides fresh and lighter alternatives to traditional tapas. Highly recommended making a reservation.

Good food, not amazing. It was rather simple and the service was good but English could improve. On the expensive side.

Modern dishes a bit hit and miss. The pea dish with crab had a lot of strong tasting brown meat I didn't care for. Steak tartare was good. Beef rib with curry was enormous and a bit strange. Had one lovely female waitress and one grumpy and ride male one. Inexpensive.
