Bachi Burger

The food here is excellent!! We had Ramsey Burgers the night before at Planet Hollywood and it was so bad. Going to Bachi Burger the next day made up for it and satisfied our burger craving!! Our waitress Alina was so sweet and helpful. We will definitely stop by again every time we are in town!! Definitely try the house tea. It was delicious and refreshing!!!

The food here was so good the last time we came by that we decided to try Bachi again on our latest trip. Unfortunately this time the experience wasn't near as good. I had the same burger I had last time, (Spicy Miso), but this time the patty was dry and there wasn't much flavor from the apple vinagrette. My wife had the Bachi fish and her sandwich was much better than mine. The worst part is that I think I got food poisoning because a couple of hours later I needed to find a bathroom BAD. I was in Bally's and was hoping to make it back to our room at the Delano but I wasn't going to make it. Luckily I found a bathroom in Bally's and was able to get some relief. But I had to stop at bathrooms 2 more times before we made it back to Delano. I was the only one in our party that had the Wagyu beef so I think that was the culprit.

I stumbled across Bachi Burger today in Village Square on Sahara. Bachi is a gourmet burger restaurant with many varieties of delicious burger types. My friend and I each ordered wagyu beef burgers, prepared differently... It was one of the most flavorful burgers I've had in a long time. The thick patty came served on a light and delicious bakers style bun... I plan to go again, since I found other items of interest on their menu. I'll update my review once I've had a chance to try some of those other items.

Food was delicious and the service was great! We tried the Miyagi-sanʼs Grass-Fed Wagyu Burger (Chili Mayo, Fried Egg, Furikake Caramelized Bacon, Crispy Onion Rings) and the Kiki Burger(upgraded to wagyu and has Sautéed Shiitake, Enoki & Eryngii Mushrooms, Caramelized Bacon Sweet Onion Marmalade, Gruyere Cheese, Garlic Chili Aioli), truffle parmesan fries, and salt & pepper garlic fries. Very good!

1st visit here, I believe I heard about it on tv... Guy Fieri went to the location inside the Venetian (could be wrong) anywho, this location was close to home. Awesome plaza. Movies rite next door. Parking is plentiful... The food was good and our waitress was nice. Husband and I tried the oxtail chili cheese fries... Didn't really get any oxtail flavor but it was a huge portion like an entree. We also tried the pork belly steamed buns VERY delicious. They have about 8 signature burger or you can build your own. I'm sure we will go back to see what else we can create

The food is always super yummy! I almost always get the Salt and Pepper Garlic French fries. The burgers are outstanding!

I enjoyed the burgers a lot! It was full of flavor and they had a great fusion of asian and american. Not to forget the fries, they’re exceptional.

Saw this place on diners,drive-in and dives and had to try it out while on vacay in Cali...amazing turkey burger and the oxtail fries chilli is a must to try
