Cozy spot for a sweet treat! You can get two flavours, and rest assured they’re all creamy and rich, with a nice range of sweetness levels (which I loved). There are plenty of interesting options, so it’s fun to try something new each time. The staff are always lovely. I’ve been to two different locations, and both times everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Just a wholesome experience all around.

The most delicious Ice Cream I've ever had! Super creamy and you have to try the cup with the pistachio and nuts at the bottom! The Afagato cup with the ice cream was mind blowing! The store itself is small and there's always a love but it moves fast and it's totally worth it. Must try and will turn into your favorite ice cream place, no doubt!

The Baseline: The Ice Cream/Gelato Baseline consists of having quality dairy product, variety of flavors/mix-ins, and serving quantity for the price. Handles goes over the baseline on all marks. Food: The gelato is creamy, smooth, sweet, and delicious. The add ins to the gelato are top quality and it comes through in the offerings. It was good enough for me to order an additional pint. Service: Service was friendly and fast in preparing my order. I was offered free samples of the different gelatos. Ambiance: The shop has a very classy, upscale look, extremely clean. The ambiance has an Italian/southern France style and there is an outdoor patio to enjoy treats.

This place was lovely and their gelato was top notch. The interior is warm and inviting and the staff friendly and eager to have us try flavors. Speaking of flavors, my goodness was their gelato smooth and creamy! The pistachio really captured the taste of the nuts! We were all raving about the taste and texture. The prices were a bit high, but justified by the location, product and experience. Parking can be challenging, but we were able to find some paid street parking around the corner from the shop.

I usually go to the one in Century City Westfield mall but same shop came to Sawtelle! The interior is equally pretty and the servers are super sweet. Gelatos are visually stunning and they are amazing. Sweet and flavorful. I got affogato with nutellina on their opening day and it was so good!

Flavors are very similar to one another. Chocolate, triple chocolate, Belgian chocolate, etc. Variation of very similar undertones so I wouldn’t call it a place with many truly distinct flavors. Very poor on refreshing fruit flavors. Only peach and strawberry sorbet. Anything else was a “creamy”, cake-like variation. Too expensive for the size as well. Finally, too much sugar - the typical American way to mask actual tastes. I wouldn’t return.

This place was sooo cute- very clean, had such a nice atmosphere and the gelato is AMAZING 🤩 Briana took care of me and my partner during our first visit today and she was so lovely and helpful. She really made sure to help us find the perfect combination for each of us. I highly recommend coming here 🫶🏼

My family and I went into the Sawtelle store yesterday and was not disappointed. There are a handful of ice cream shops on Sawtelle, but this one is definitely the best in terms of taste, flavor and quality including the non dairy flavors. I tried the coffee with gelato and it was a great combo. This is now our go-to gelato/ice cream shop on Sawtelle. Look forward to going again on a sunny day for some gelato with family and enjoying each other’s company on the outside patio. To provide some background, my family and I have been going to Bacio di Latte’s Century City store since 2017 when it first opened. This is our go to gelato/ice cream shop whenever we go to Century City mall. Bacio di Latte’s gelato is light, fresh and tasty and flavorful but not too sweet. And they have 2-3 non dairy options.

The 3 Chocolate was insanely good. Super rich and smooth, easily one of the best I've had. The staff was really warm and helpful, especially Ivy. She was so kind taking the time to explain flavors and make sure I found something I'd love. She made the whole visit feel welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!

Asked me what I usually like and recommended me a few. This place is located in heart of Sawtelle. Parking could be challenging as usual. I ate dinner at close by restaurant so wasn't really problem for me. After having some bad experience in other locations I was a bit hesitant to try this one but my experience was very pleasant here. They have nice outdoor seating area and good to hang out with friends. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

Bacio di Latte is a place I've often walked by - and skipped over because of my dislike of very sweet sweets. However, I was finally roped into trying it out; their samples made it easier to pick between... their two Pistachio flavors: Pistacchio and Mousse di Pistacchio. While it was a tough decision, I eventually went with the Mousse di Pistacchio since it had pistacchio bits in there; I'm a fan of nuts, what can I say? The mousse version was indeed sweeter, which I wanted to avoid, but I couldn't avoid the temptation. The pistacchio, though, was creamier and a crowd favorite. Either way, couldn't be disappointed. Had I not known one or the other existed, I'd still be a happy camper. Cup or cone? I chose the cone version. While it ended up being a sticky mess like my usual ice cream cone munches, my mouth enjoyed finally trying Bacio di Latte though my wallet might not have... because I plan to return!

The ice cream is rich in flavor, and idk it just has a QUALITY taste to it!! I can't explain it, but I can confidently say we found our favorite ice cream spot here in LA. The staff were patient and kind in letting us try out different flavors, and man if I could, I'd get so many different scoops! A regular cup is quite small, and it can have one full scoop or two half scoops. The decor is so nice, and there's even a small fridge with pints of ice cream if you want to take some home! They also make affogatos and lattes, which I will definitely try during our next visit! There's no seating inside, but plenty of shaded seating outside. Parking is metered or residential with a short walk.

I LOVE Bacio di Latte. Some of the best ice cream in LA! Every flavor is delicious. You can tell every ice cream is made with love, skill, fresh ingredients, and intention. The employees are also very nice but seating is outdoor and sparse. You also may have to wait but it's worth it. Come stop by here for your sweet treat after dinner on Sawtelle.

This is officially my favorite gelato spot now. I first tried their gelato at their new Calabasas location and loved it, so I decided to stop by this location while I was in the area. The gelato tasted just as good, and the overall experience was even better. The store here is bigger, and the seating area is much nicer, which made it more enjoyable. I loved all the flavors I tried. If you're a fan of dark chocolate and Nutella, I highly recommend the Cioccolato Belga and Crema Tortino. Both were rich and delicious. The matcha drinks they have weren't bad either, just not my personal favorite, so I probably wouldn't get those again. I also really recommend their pastries!! My sister loved their pecan Pie Bar and I really loved their Oatmeal Lace!!! Everything is on the pricier side, but definitely worth it as a once in a while treat. I'll definitely be coming back. Staff at this location is so sweet!! :)

Bacio di Latte is delightful. From the aesthetic and decor, down to the star of the show - Gelato! It has been on my list for some time now. My friend was having a mad craving and insisted that we go, since we were in the area last Friday night. I had 2 scoops of the nutellina & the caramello salato, with a lining of nutella and pistachios in the cup. It superseded my expectations. So rich but light at the same time. 10/10, would recommend. I most definitely will return.

I got a Piccolo (small) size, which allows up to 2 flavors ($7.45), and added a Waffle Chip ($0.85). On a previous visit, I got the Piccolo with Pistachio Cream lining the cup ($8.95). Total cost without the lining came to $8.30, and with the lining, it was $9.80. They're generous with samples, and the flavor selection is diverse. This time, I chose the plain Bacio di Latte sweet cream and the special flavor Buttercream Pretzel. They are both delicious! I have also tried the Pistacchio, Mousse di Pistacchio, Yogurt Bianco, Crema & Biscotti (cookies & cream), Fragola (strawberry sorbet) and Caffè & Caramellatte (coffee & caramel) - some as samples, and some from my friends' orders. The gelato is truly delicious - very creamy and rich, with great flavor across the board. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is quite expensive for the portion size. But the quality is undoubtedly high. Service is friendly. They offer samples and take the time to explain flavors. There's a small outdoor seating area, and lots of street parking nearby.

Came here on a Friday night and it was super busy! 5/5 stars for the patient and attentive employees as customers tried different flavors. All the flavors I tried were soooo delicious and creamy, but I decided on the pistaccio mousse and strawberry cheesecake! The pistachio mousse had chunks of mousse that made it extra creamy and pistachios for a nice crunch. The strawberry cheesecake had bits of strawberry and graham cracker swirled in!

Awesome addition to Sawtelle area! My friends and I were looking for a sweet treat after we had dinner down the street. We popped into this newly opened location welcomed by the friendly staff. Atmosphere is clean, modern, and bright. I've been to the Bacio di Latte in Newport Beach and had a great experience there with their tasty gelato. In the night of our visit to this Sawtelle location, the weather was cold so I wasn't planning on ordering dessert. Then I noticed in the baked goods case a Vegan Triple Chocolate Loaf. I couldn't resist! The gal behind the counter gave be the biggest piece! The cookies & cream flavor was so good. Very creamy! The cookie pieces were more blended in- they were not in discrete chunks. My daughter loved the peach flavor.

Came from the Bay area and never tried gelato before and it was truly amazing. Very rich in flavor and so many options to choose from. The staff were very helpful in helping choose what flavor to get, especially Nathan. He gave a couple combination examples and I ended up going with the pistachio and 3 chocolati.

The matcha pistachio (sawtelle special) gelato is bomb. Tho a small portion for the cost, it is def shareable because of the rich flavor (have water on hand!) Texture is on point. Came towards closing, which worked out because the line is the shortest. Otherwise expect a line that wraps out the door on a Saturday. Freshly made waffle cone was aight. Not too sweet, but not as crunchy as I would expect.

Staff are very welcoming and nice. Love the ambience here. Relaxing modern vibes. Everything is very clean. Delicious pistachios latte.

First time going here tonight from my friend's rec and loved it! Sampled a bunch of flavors and really enjoyed them all, but ended up with the straciatella and cherry flavor. Katie was phenomenal, patient, and super kind with us as we were newbies here, and she really made our experience! The entire staff was honestly so kind. Can't wait to come back!

So glad they opened up a store in Sawtelle! Gelato is SO creamy. Lots of flavors to choose from, with sorbets available as well. There is certainly something for everyone! My favorite was the strawberry cheesecake and my boyfriend likes the cookies and cream. You can also get it coated with Nutella or a pistachio cream. Outdoor seating only. Staff were very kind and they do give samples! Minus half a star because it's pretty pricey for gelato, but on par with other dessert spots on this street. Check them out!!

How lucky could I be to be in the area for their pre-grand opening! I was eating lunch next door and wanted some ice cream for dessert. They were doing their pre-grand opening for friends & family, but they let in folks from the general public for free ice cream! How could I say no to that?! The interior feels quite glamorous! It's such a nice interior, only to be supplemented by the amazing gelato selection! So many amazing flavors such as strawberry cheesecake, hazelnut & chocolate, tiramisu, açaí & white chocolate, and many more!! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and allowed us to sample a vast number of flavors. In the very end, I ended up with a double scoop of Tiramisu and Black Sesame with Oreo. My goodness, the gelato is so smooth and creamy!! You can really see the smoothness of it when they scoop it out of the tub. I got it on a waffle cone that was freshly dipped in Nutella and lined with hazelnuts. Absolutely fantastic all around. I was super lucky to get it for free, but you bet I'll be paying a lot whenever I'm in town! Such fantastic quality gelato with such friendly staff!

The newest addition to the Sawtelle collection of amazing places to eat is this Awesome gelato shop. Love the affogato here specially with the Mousse Pistachio! But what makes me comeback all the time is the chocolate chip cookie! Omg - it's just next level good!

Yet another outstanding branch towards the Northern end of Sawtelle Japantown, all the usual derricious suspects are available. I'd heard about a Sawtelle-specific matcha flavor, but didn't see it on my recent visit. For anyone new to Bacio, their best flavors include 3 Cioccolati, Pistacchio, and Crema di Torino, along with Cioccolati Belga and Giandujotto. Some of the newer flavors like the Strawberry Cheesecake and Salted Caramel Cheesecake are also tasty, just a bit on the sweet side for my preference. Regardless, BDL stands as my favorite gelato outside of Italy.

All I can say is I have never had a bad flavor, and I come around to try the special flavors pretty regularly. Staff are always patient about samples even on a busy night! This location also has a decent amount of outdoor seating.

I had the best time here! Please try the New seasonal one! Each Bacio Member was kind and prompt. The area always has a great aroma of fresh vanilla and toasted waffle. The design of the waiting area is neat and modern! Always go here when im in sawtelle.

This is some serious good gelato. And it has a seriously expensive price for Gelato! It's about $17 a pint, which is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is excellent . The staff are very nice and they let you have all the samples you want, which is great. The place is really nice setting and it's one of the nicer businesses along Sawtelle Boulevard.

New gelato spot in Sawtelle with outdoor seating and delicious gelato! We tried different flavors and I decided on salted caramel with a waffle cone. The salted caramel has actual chunks of caramel which added a great texture to every other bite. I'd skip on the waffle cone next time -- it's weirdly chewy instead of a standard crunch and I don't prefer that. Anyways, this is a great spot and I'd totally come back!

Sweet treats added to the end of a nice meal. We had a very chocolate cake and a smashed oatmeal cookie sandwich . Both were pretty good. We got there just before closing. I would like to try some of their other treats when they first open. BB

This place is delicious!! Strawberry cheesecake and the milk chocolate were perfect. Service is very friendly and they let you taste a bunch of different flavors! Cute outside season too.

Enjoyed their FREE piccolo cup or cone day on Friday March 21st, to support Make March Matter Campaign benefiting LA's Children Hospital, where every dollar donated was matched by Bacio di Latte. They are introducing exclusive flavors only at Sawtelle like Matcha, Pistachio & White Chocolate with Raspberries and Black Sesame Cream with Crunchy Cookies. I have not tried them but they sound great! I'm quite surprised that they chose Sawtelle as a location. Doesn't seem to fit the price range of the rest of the desert shops. I've been to other several locations and Sawtelle will be my closest one. While on the pricier side, there is no substitute to the quality. Every gelato made in house. My favs are anything with pistachio or chocolate and there are several. While it won't be my go to gelato every weekend, this gelato will be my special treat because of its price.

Absolutely AMAZING! I came here for the family friends event to try a bunch of different flavors and it was AMZING! Annie and Briana were also helpful, sweet, and patient. I would absolutely come back just for the costumer service. The shop is adorable as well, great vibes and ambiance!! I will absolutely come back. Hazelnut flavor is so good!

I'm not a fan of gelato ice cream but this place is exceptional good. Flavor and texture is different from other gelato place that I tried mad didn't like. It was no too too sweet or to much gelato. It was good blend of flavor. Service was good and friendly place. Inside was clean and well lighted.

Odd Italian dessert choice in Japanese /Asian centric Sawtelle area. Yummy gelato but super definitely pricey. Compared to other dessert choices in the area this was way overpriced. Probably will not go to this place again and get a milk tea 2 doors down instead.

Had the best gelato I've ever had! The customer service and ambience is just as awesome. We found our new favorite gelato place and new favorite flavors. We got 4 different flavors: * Mousse di pistacchio * 3 Cioccolati * Crema Torino * Tiramisu 3 Cioccolati is our favorite of the 4. Super decadent without being too sweet Mousse di pistacchio is a close 2nd. Brianna tended to my husband and I to get some taste testing going before making an order and she is literally the best So shout-out to her for doing a great job!

Amazing ice cream!! The buttercream pretzel flavor is amazing, so so good! Some of the best ice cream we've had.

Got ice cream and espresso with the wife last night. Loved this new place and shoutout to Annie for great service. The espresso is great and the presentation is on point. It also came with a little side of sweet cream on the side.

A very good gelato shop has opened. The interior of the store is very nice. The chocolate ice cream is the best, made with Belgian chocolate!

Cone was not as fresh as other locations. There were four employees who kept talking to each other and once we asked for their attention, they kept on asking us what we want five times until they end up serving us we were three and the rest of them didn't help us until we ask for more help because none of them was occupied other than talking with each other cute location. We love the experience at the Brentwood better

First off the gelato is superb. As good as anything else I've had anywhere including in Italy. When the store opened a few days ago we were walking by and were invited in to sample the gelato and at the same time they gave us a Buy one get one free coupon. Tonight after dinner at Santa Monica Seafood we needed something sweet so we decided to try Bacio. Off we went, with our dog in tow and when we arrived the line was about 20 people deep. They were efficient and their many counter assistants kept the line moving. I ordered a regular cup with two flavors and my wife chose a sugar cone with one flavor. As we reached the checkout the assistant who helped us said our coupon was only valid for two of the identical items! WTF! Do they understand how damaging it is to bring negative connotations into trying to decline a coupon? I was clearly indignant and they decided to honor the coupon but the damage was done. Hopefully someone in the parent company management sees this and fixes it. Offering coupon deals is a tried and tested way to get people in your shop. Nitpicking over the small print is not any way to do business. I really don't care about a free ice cream worth $8. I care that they decided to argue with me over the language of their coupon. It's just plain stupid.

This place is LIFE CHANGING good. Omg. I levitated when I ate this gelato and even got seconds. Everything tastes unique and delicious!! The service was also excellent. I can tell the owners care deeply about their business. My servers Annie and Brianna was super lovely and helpful!! Lastly, it's a lovely place to hang out with friends. They have lots of tables outside. Can't recommend enough!!

We had such a great experience at Bacio di Latte thanks to Briana! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about all the flavors. She offered great suggestions and even let us try a few samples before deciding. Her positive energy made the visit even more enjoyable. Briana went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices--definitely the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

I visited bacio di latte on sawtelle and had an amazing time. the store is so beautiful and ther people working there are really nice. the gelato was amazing. literally the best gelato i've ever had.
