Bacio is one of my favorite restaurants in my neighborhood. Service is always excellent and super friendly staff. Nice atmosphere & nice decoration. We celebrated birthdays twice they were kind and made it special. Everything we tried was so good especially the mushroom soup was different and so delicious. The fillet mignon is always a good choice. Their fries is out of this world. When you start eating it you can’t stop. Highly recommend it. Prices are responsible around 60$ per person.

Google
Exquisite experience start to finish for a low-key birthday dinner with family. The food was deliciously prepared and left everyone very satisfied. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Bacio is superb!

Very soft and well seasoned complimentary bread, light whipped butter. Well seasoned and crispy calamari , with a zesty dip. The chicken parmesan tasted a bit bitter and bland, looks kind of burnt. The marinara tasted good though. The fettuccine alfredo is quite bland as well. The quantity is shockingly small for the price. The fries are crispy and well seasoned but unevenly seasoned. The burger is quite tall but still well seasoned/sauced. Was not asked about how it should be cooked so the burger came out medium with plenty of pink center.

On a rare childless night, we chose to try Bacio. I’m so glad we did! This place has it all! The atmosphere was busy, beautiful and anything but boring. The food…. Where should I start, I suppose with the appetizers. We had the Pot Roasted Heirloom Carrots which were delicious, but the winner in appetizers for us was the Matchstick Zucchini. The zucchini was cooked perfectly and the flavor was unexpected and a delight. For the main course I chose the Risotto Pomodoro. This creamy meal hit the spot with the smoked tomatoes shining through giving this meal a delicious smokey flavor. This meal is very large, I got three meals from it. My husband’s main course was the Mediterranean Grilled Ahi Tuna. He really enjoyed it and had enough leftovers for a second meal. And before I forget, we both greatly enjoyed the Caio Baby salad. It was fresh, and the dressing was light and so flavorful. Make sure you at least sample the bread they bring to the table, it’s worth a bite or two, but leave room for your main course as I’m certain that whatever you choose the chef will have prepared you a delicious meal. While I wish I could dine here every night, or even once a month, I will share that for us this lovely, restaurant will have to be reserved for special occasions, alas food this food is not cheap, but worth every penny.

Google
Fantastic experience! The food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the staff made us feel welcome. A great spot for a nice meal.

Google
The interior is really cool. Love the calamari, it’s crunch outside and tender inside, the portion is really big. Both pastes are really good too. Definitely coming back to try other dishes some other time.

Google
Amazing food. Service was a tad slow considering it wasn't super busy when we first arrived at 4:00. But we also arrived at 4:00 which is very early for a group dinner seating. So I definitely don't blame them for a slightly slower service than center of dinner time. Cocktails were tasty. Stakes were amazing. Desserts were divine. I definitely would come back and give other things a try.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday with my family and had a good time. We ordered chicken alfredo, tortiglioni rossa, two eggs breakfast, and bread pudding french toast. For dessert we ordered crème brûlée, tiramisu, and the budino. Everything we ate was tasty but I would pass on the tiramisu next time as the liquor was a bit strong for my taste; however I am not an alcohol drinker which could be why it seemed pronounced to me. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would come again.

Yelp
I went to Bacio on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday, so it was understandably busy, but totally worth it. I had requested in my reservation to be seated under the skylight in a booth, and they were super accommodating with that, which I really appreciated. Our waitress, Courtney, was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind, and just had a really calm, easygoing vibe that made the whole experience so much better. Even though the restaurant was packed, she was incredibly attentive and on top of everything. She had great recommendations! Now, the food--wow. I had the chicken piccata, and not only did it taste fantastic, but the portion size was really generous (which is always a plus in my book, lol). My boyfriend ordered the lamb linguine and loved it just as much. We started with the calamari, and it was perfectly crispy and flavorful, the garlic aioli dip was so so good. For dessert, we tried the beignets with mocha sauce and the budino chocolate lava cake with vanilla gelato. Both were absolutely delicious, and everything came out so quickly despite the busy atmosphere. The budino is gluten-free which honestly blew my mind because it tasted so rich and decadent, like exactly what you'd hope for in a choclate lava cake. You'd never know it was gluten-free if no one told you. Total win. Everyone working there seemed so in sync and on their A-game. It's no surprise this place is as popular as it is. Whether you're celebrating something special, planning a date night, or just want a great meal out, I'd definitely recommend this spot!

Yelp
The happy hour menu has so many delicious and different choices compared to many restaurants. We loved Chef Matthew's shrimp toast. Kara was an exceptionally lovely bartender. Will definitely be back for the shrimp toast if nothing else!

Yelp
Our food was so good. Had shrimp appetizer, bleu cheese and bacon salad, flat bread pizza. Our server was attentive and the ambience was nice. Definitely will return.

Yelp
Busy parking lot with Marshalls right next door but there are plenty of spots. Great energy and vibe as soon as you walk in the door. Fancy casual feel and is family friendly. Our server Dave was definitely a highlight of the night. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was very attentive and friendly. Great service just adds so much to the entire experience. Order: Started with the bread service. There is nothing better then warm fresh bread and whipped butter. Brasiliana salad with lemon vinaigrette. Great crunch from the crisp cold lettuce. Hearts of palm, fresh tomato and shaved white onion added great complimentary flavor. But the surprise taste was from the thinly sliced celery..just enough to be interesting but not enough to be overpowering. Make sure to add fresh cracked pepper and parmesan cheese. What I really appreciated was that they pre split the salad into two separate portions for our table of two. Asparagus ravioli. Visually was a stunning dish. The homemade pasta had great texture and the right amount of chew. The filling was the essence and celebration of asparagus. Little crispy bits of pancetta on top added the crunchy texture. Chicken piccata with homemade angel hair pasta. This is a destination dish. The bright buttery lemon sauce with capers compliments the fresh pasta perfectly. The chicken was crispy, flavorful and juicy. I could eat this dish every day and never be disappointed. Cherry apricot crostata with vanilla gelato. Perfect dessert to end the meal. What is a CROSTATA you're asking? It's a fancy way of saying if a pie and tart had a baby. It was flakey on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The filling was perfectly balanced with the tart cherries and sweet apricots. The vanilla gelato added the creamy element and created the perfect sauce as it melted from the warm crostata. Overall: Great atmosphere, great service and great food.

Yelp
Need to be clear that Happy Hour menu is only limited to at the bar. This information was no where on the website. Had we known that we likely would have made a later reservation or maybe not come at all. Not a hard thing to be transparent about the need to sit at the bar. In addition to the frustration over Happy Hour, my wife ended up getting a stomach ache from the food despite explaining in detail all of her food allergens before ordering a meal we were told didn't include any of them and so would be safe to eat. We feel badly about giving a poor review because the food was very good and the waitress was so nice and we know she tried to be helpful. But between the disappointment over the Happy Hour menu and the stomach ache it was not a great way to celebrate my wife's birthday.

Yelp
We went to Bacio for my daughter's birthday. Service was excellent. The bread they bring out before the meal was the best toasted bread I have her had. I could eat endless bread because it was toasted to perfection. Don't be afraid to ask for seconds. I had the Chicken Piccata and it was so delicious I can't wait to go back. It was even better than some lemon Italian dishes we had in Italy last year. Everyone in the group loved their food. We had the beef tip appetizer which was delicious and full of flavor. They have a great wine list and I had a delicious high end red wine. Worth every dollar. We will be back shortly.

Yelp
March 8,2025 It's been a while since moving out of the area. Saturdays brunch is still buzzing with patrons, we're at the bar ( no surprise). Salmon crisps even more yummy than the last 5 , 6 times

Yelp
Bacio has been around a long time and makes really nice Italian food, provides great service that makes you feel special, and has great ambiance. Prices are pretty modest for the level of quality you get, which makes it a great value for a special night. And it is a more unique place that you don't get as much out in the suburbs. It can be pretty busy, so I would recommend reservations. Three of us went there for dinner recently and had a great experience. The food is fresh and tasty, with great ingredients and attention to attractive plating as you can see from the attached pics. Great for a romantic date night (but if you're old like me, the menu may be hard to read in the dim light! ;)). They also have a great happy hour, but again the bar fills up quickly!

Yelp
Met my friend here for dinner couple weeks ago and it was my first time here. It's a beautiful place with great service. Food is good but nothing to rave about. Our server was great but I can't remember her name. As soon as we were seated a basket of bread with butter was brought over to us. The bread was really soft and perfect with the butter. We decided to skip apps since we wanted to save room for dessert. My friend ordered the Wild Mushroom Ravioli and I got the Braised Short Rib Papardelle. The Ravioli was delicious stuffed with mushrooms and had sherry, goat cheese, tomato, cream, evoo and arugula. I thought the Goat cheese was going to over power all the other amazing flavors but it was very well balanced. It was a very delicious dish and my friend loved it. My Papardelle was too al dente for my liking and my friend agreed with me. Our server took my dish back and brought a new one for me. It was way better the second time but felt like the Papardelle could have used another 30 seconds or so. The flavors were very good with sherry, cream, mushrooms & herb gastrique. The Short Rib was so tender it just melts in your mouth. We opted for two desserts the cherry-apricot crostada & the Budino. The crostada had a well balanced sourness and sweetness to it. It was a perfect ending to the dinner. The Budino was a molten chocolate cake with vanilla Gelato and chocolate sauce. The cake was so moist and delicious and very chocolaty. Perfect if you are wanting some rich chocolate cake after dinner. All in all it was a good experience.

Yelp
Had dinner at Bacio with my office mates, and it was a great choice! The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere--elegant yet comfortable, making it well-suited for our group. I had the salmon, which was excellent, cooked perfectly with great flavor. My colleagues also enjoyed their meals and had good things to say about the food. Overall, a solid dining experience with good food and a lovely setting. I'd definitely come back to try more dishes!

Yelp
I have never been here before and a friend invited me to brunch before doing some shopping. The location has ample parking, and as you approach, you find yourself by a beautiful patio that is well decorated and gives the feel of being in a quiet Vinyard. The inside was absolutely beautiful, with lots of arches and brickwork. We were greeted right away by a very kind staff member and taken to our seats. Our server was Tania who was absolutely amazing. She provided prompt service while keeping the mood light and fun. There was lots of laughter and fun providing us with a delightful dining experience. We ordered a bunch, and it was packed with flavors. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the potatoes were perfectly cooked and not soggy or dry. The wine list was fantastic, and the mimosas were ice cold, unlike some locations where it's lukewarm and tastes like watered-down oranges. I hope to make another trip there soon to try the rest of the food. Thank you Tania for the amazing experience!

Yelp
We stopped in here after visiting the mall. I was amazed by the beautiful decor and we received pretty good service. Tortiglioni Rossa and the beignets were my favorite! There is a large spacious parking lot that is in front of the restaurant yet detached from the overall mall parking lot so it isn't overwhelming.

Yelp
Food and service is always exceptional! Happy hour menu is great, plenty of seating in the bar area! The main part of the restaurant is very nice and feels fancy. I come here for brunch and HH quite a bit. You can't beat their brunch menu. The breakfast burrito is amazing! The happy hour menu, you won't find anything like it and the prices are hard to beat!!

Yelp
Pro: Beautiful brick interior Delicious appetizers - loved the bacon wrapped scallops and apple salad! So tasty! Friendly, knowledgeable staff Encrusted walleye was spiced and cooked well, perfectly crispy Loved the warm homemade bread with butter Cons: Linguine Di Mare was over sauced and did not have enough seafood. Pro tip: Try a meal with a bunch of appetizers. They are the stars of the menu!

Yelp
This place is fantastic! The chefs know what they are doing! I strongly recommend the Braised Short Rib Pappardelle! It's very flavorful! The ribs literally melt in your mouth! Spaghetti and meatballs are super good! Huge meatballs! Lemonade is fresh squeezed and tasty! We will definitely come back again!

Yelp
Bacio offers a surprisingly diverse and delicious menu with something for everyone. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was fantastic, the patio and interior is intimate, and the convenient parking made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a great dining experience! We will be bringing out of town guests to this spot!

Yelp
Great Service and great food! We love this place! We come often! Always full of happy customers The apple manchego salad, Parmesan Shrimp and mushroom flatbread was amazingly delicious! The ambience is perfect and a do over - again and again! Service always top notch too! We had a very nice friendly female server! A++

Yelp
Went for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised. We had the HH margaritas and cosmopolitans. For food had a pepperoni pizza and cacio de Pepe. Pasta was perhaps a little too el dente. Prices were very reasonable and appreciated. Parking lot full but no problem finding a spot Will be back.

Yelp
This was a lovely restaurant! We stopped by for lunch one day and ordered a spicy pepperoni flatbread, smoked turkey sandwich, and bacon wrapped scallop lollipops. We weren't a fan of the scallop flavor but did enjoy the other items. The flatbread was fresh and well topped with pepperoni. The turkey sandwich was more on the sweeter side but I loved the whipped cheese and apricot chutney. The ranch here is also one of the best I've ever tried. Very flavorful and pairs well with the fries. The service was great. The server was very attentive and had a great suggestions. The ambiance is beautiful. Lots of space, natural sunlight, and art. We came during lunch so no reservation was needed but as we were leaving it definitely started to fill up and seemed like a reservation would be great for dinner.

Yelp
First time coming here went to celebrate my nieces 21st birthday. Started out with a Happy Hour drink at the bar, nice prices on HH. Very outgoing and friendly bartender, she climbed up high for a fancy glass for my nieces first legit drink. We were a party of 9, were seated promptly at our reservation time and I must say our waiter was the most informative and attentive waiter I think I have ever had. His name was Jeff A. We started with very delicious, light and crispy Parmesan crusted shrimp ( I could hav eaten this as my meal, sooooooooo good) and brussel sprouts which were good but like any other place that serves fried brussel sprouts. Jeff brought 2 big bread baskets with warm crusty melt in your mouth bread! Thank you, then he brought 2 more.....HEAVEN! I have labeled all the dishes with their picture. I had the chicken parmesan as I saw someone at the bar eating it and it looked so good. It was good but not amazing and for a price tag of $32.95 I would not have ordered it. My fiancé got the Beef short ribs with mashed potatoes and a vegetable which was their special of the night for $38.95, he wished he would have gotten the braised short rib with pasta instead for $28.95. Their food is good, atmosphere - very nice, great employees but I don't think it's worth their high prices sadly. My son in law got Prime rib for $52.95 and thought it was just ok, my thoughts it should be fabulous for that price. My daughter loved her mushroom ravioli and the birthday girl liked her chicken fettuccini and they were very nice and brought her a free dessert item. This place is a ways away from us so I don't know if we will be back.

Yelp
Best brunch dish I have had I think ever! Spicy breakfast risotto. Wonderfully balanced, not too spicy, poached eggs cooked perfectly. YUM! The crab cake Benedict and cappuccinos were also very good. Greeted with a smile, the restaurant is lovely and bright. Service was attentive and friendly. Nice patio too. Great place for brunch or a special occasion meal. 10 out of 10, recommend.

Yelp
Been here a few times, but this time was disappointing, mainly the food, but enough factors that I won't be back. Our waiter was fine, but a little bit too much- He recommended about 10 things, and I chose one of them. He forgot one of the rules of serving, which was asking everyone how their meal was- Didn't ask me and I only ate a few bites of mine. I know this rule because I have worked as a server. I had the chicken cacciatore- don't bother. The chicken was dry and hard, and had so much burnt coating on it - it was difficult to cut through it with my knife. It came with a side of bland red sauce and some fettuccine Alfredo- which wasn't bad- at least I could eat that. I would have done better at Olive Garden and way cheaper. Also, ordered a beet salad to start - which came with tons of greens and very little beets, and it was very Salty. How can a salad be too salty? icky. The Ambiance in Bacio is nice, but they do pack the tables in tight . Our service people couldn't get to one side of our table cuz it was such a tight pack - so there was a lot of passing meals and plates around our party of 6 For the money and a special evening out, I will try elsewhere in the future

Yelp
Hadn't been here in a couple of years so stopped by on a Friday night for an adult dinner with some friends. It was pretty busy and very few tables available. It was lively. It has that old school charm without being pretentious. Nice vibe. We were seated right away (we had a reservation) and got our waters almost immediately. While she was pouring our waters, the server came over to get our drink orders. We ordered a couple of cocktails. The manhattan was good that I had. For starters, we ordered the Parmesan crusted shrimp and the calamari. The shrimp were good with a nib=ce crust and came with an aioli and cocktail sauce. The aioli was very good to dip the shrimp in. The calamari was also decent although the rings smelled a little fishy and not as crispy as I have had before. The shrimp was definitely the winner here. For entrees, we got the crusted sea bass, the short rib and the pasta. All were very good but their Peso Crusted Sea Bass is really very good. Some of the best in the city. The short rib was also good and very tender. It was fatty which the server warned me about before I ordered and wanted to make sure I was ok with it. I was. Overall a good meal and a nice dinner out. Need to go back there in less time than last time. Will be visiting here again.

Yelp
Business Meal [Minnetonka MN] Our Party of 7 dined here on a weekday and for a Monday evening the restaurant was packed. They have a dining room and patio seating. We walked in and immediately what strikes me was the beautiful, castle-like high-ceiling open interior. We had made an early reservation so we were seated immediately. I ordered the Porcini Crusted Dry Aged Ribeye garnished with white cheddar mashed potatoes, herb butter, mushrooms, and grilled asparagus. The porcini mushroom rub created a deep flavorful coating for the steak and I enjoyed all 12-oz of it. LoL! With our complimentary freshly-baked bread w/ butter we also ordered the following: APPETIZERS: Bruschetta Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms ENTRÉES: Grilled Pork Chop Hangar Steak Chicken Under a Brick DESSERT: Creme Brûlée Our server was great and attentive...my lemonade glass was never empty. This restaurant came highly recommended and I'm glad I had a chance to try and experience. Review #3113

Yelp
Absolutely stunning restaurant! Walking in, I'm immediately greeted by warm lighting and combination of brick and fabric. Of the many visits here, the host is always friendly and attentive to my requests (for seating or for take out). The Margherita Pizza is hands down my all-time favorite Margherita Pizza around the twin cities! It is a magical creation -- excellent yeasty crust cooked perfectly, well-balanced and not-too-acidic tomato sauce, plus classic toppings of mozzarella and basil. I frequently order this for take-out and it doesn't even make it home! Their mushroom flatbread is also excellent and is similar to the pizza in that the crust is well balanced with the toppings. Also, I love the short rib pappardelle. Deep, rich, beefy flavor and tender meat with homemade pasta. Very rich and worth all the calories! Highly recommend Bacio! Go in, sit down and experience a meal and you'll be hooked!

Rosalie Y.

Yelp
The Ahi tuna crisps was the best happy hour app that I've had in a Long time! I have to admit that I first ordered the shrimp toast. Ive had LeAnn Chins famous shrimp toast decades ago and that is my standard! Bacios shrimp toast tasted burnt. I pointed out to my waitress and she said it always comes out that dark! Nope, not a fan. Someday I'll come back and try more of their delicious options. You should too

Phillip L.

Yelp
Bacio is an institution for good reason. They nail the meal every time. The service is top notch. The food is the best around. The only ding is the ambiance is dated and it's loud in there as a result. They are so busy that I imagine they can't close to update, but they should. The kitchen staff is some of the most consistent and capable in the area. We've been patrons for well over a decade. Get the Parmesan shrimp, Caesar salad, and large filet mignon.
google avatar

Shari D.

Yelp
I have been to Bacio at least 20 times. I was so surprised to see it packed on a Monday evening. But, the food is really very delicious and the portions are large. My husband and I shared the Sea Bass and a large salad. The drinks are large and dessert choices were fun and yummy. I enjoy the atmosphere and vibe.

Yelp
Food was really good and fresh! Recommendations from the waitress were spot on. Calamari - cooked perfectly. 1/2 portions were perfect. Corn ravioli was unique and very good!

Yelp
Sarah is absolutely the best server I've ever had. I wasn't completely sold on this place until this experience. We arrived on a Wednesday night around 7 and the place was just PACKED. We did have a reservation but we were running a little late, but were seated promptly. A wonderfully lively place and filled with happiness. Sarah greeted us and was so positive, knowledgeable and kind. She had the sharpest memory to relay all of our orders, and we were especially shocked at how timely our drink order came out -- especially with a completely full restaurant. The booths are so cozy and the lighting is dim and perfect. The atmosphere truly feels like you're on vacation. I ordered the white sangria and had to get a second it was so good and sip-able. We also got the ciao baby salad to split - so light and tasty. The freshest greens and delectable presentation with goat cheese and pine nuts. It took quite the deciding to figure out what to get for my main dish, as literally everything sounded good. Next I got the braised short rib pappardelle. Breathtakingly perfect. Amazing flavor and a perfect portion (I got the small). We finished with the creme brulee and tiramisu, to celebrate a birthday. Both were so fricken good. I would repeat this entire meal over and over again. It was one of those feel-good-happy-content type of nights. The prices also seemed reasonable, especially compared to other nearby dining experiences that are wayyy too spendy. I can't wait to stop in again soon and spread the word about this fantastic spot.

Yelp
Extensive menus with solid options. Good food, shrinking happy hour portions at same price. Have gone here multiple times. Enjoy the outdoor patio seating in warmer weather. The bar is extensive and can get quite loud when the restaurant is busy. Main dining area more quiet but still energetic. The pastas here are my favorite with the exception of the Cacio Pepe. That one was tasteless and something to skip. I've had some hits and misses when ordering fish entrees. Crab cakes are small but tasty. Parmesan shrimp consistently a pleaser. Lightly fried, not overly cooked and served with two great sauces to choose from. Happy hour specials used to be amazing. Quality still there but the portions have shrunk meaningfully so not as great of a deal for food. Service today was exceptional but not always the case. I think it's most dependent on how busy they are when you visit.

Yelp
Had a wonderful holiday dinner date at Baccio. Great service and a cool atmosphere/interior. The Parmesan crusted shrimp were a perfect level of fried - not too greasy, with lots of crunch. The scallops were wonderfully seared on the outside and buttery on the inside. Delicious. The lava cake was a limited time dessert, but was exactly what we needed! Looking forward to coming back here to sample more of their menu!
google avatar

Kayla M.

Yelp
This place had a huge restaurant and interesting decor. The service was kind and fast. The food was good. The bread and butter served at the beginning was excellent and also enjoyed the linguine di marre. Dessert was a lava cake!

Yelp
Wow was it busy! Despite it, everything and everyone was so organized. The staff worked so seamlessly to ensure 100% satisfaction. I was very impressed. Luckily we had reservations, so we were seated immediately. We also did not wait long at all to receive our food. I was pleasantly surprised. They're so efficient. The complimentary bread was fantastically warm and thick; perfect ratio of crunchy and fluffy. We chose to share a Vegetariana flatbread in placement of an appetizer, and ugh the perfection of it all. Unfortunately it was the only picture I have. It was loaded with vegetables with a nice thin crust. Highly recommend. We also got Braised Short Rib Pappardelle which had a rich sauce. The ribs were melt in your mouth tender. The Linguine Di Marre had fresh and flavorful seafood; mussels, shrimp and thick pieces of fish which were just as tender as the ribs. The sauce could have been better as it was just a normal tomato sauce, but it was still good. Just nothing truly outstanding if not for the seafood. That was really the focus point of the dish. All in all, very impressive for a suburban restaurant.

Yelp
We had a wonderful lunch today. The meal started with the Ahi Tuna Crisp and it was excellent. My only wish was for 6 pieces instead of 5 - easier when sharing. Then we had the Coconut Seafood Risotto and it was also excellent. Nice chunks of seafood in a swirl of flavors. Finishing the meal we shared a Budino (chocolate lava cake) and it had the right amount of oozing chocolate. Our server, Stephanie E., provided great service - thanks for gushing about the risotto. Make reservations as this restaurant gets busy.

Yelp
Wow, best dinner out in Minnetonka /Mpls in a long time. I believe our server Sarah might just possibly be the best server I have EVER had! She really made our night. She was that server that is perfect when you want her and not over the top. Her support staff was also attentive with refilling water and removing dishes... nicely working as a team. My martini was A+, bread and butter warm and nummy, salad, chicken Marsala, desert all fantastic. This place was packed on a Wednesday night at 7pm and I can see why. They are providing great service, wonderful food at a good price point. Wait? Did I just write such a positive review? Yes, go here.

Yelp
Came here for the first time and wow absolutely delicious! we were pleasantly surprised when we came it was happy hour. my boyfriend didnt care for his filet steak sandwich, steak couldve been a better quality and sliced. I absolutely loved the caesar salad, margarita pizza and parmesan shrimp. drinks were good as well. service was awesome!

Yelp
I reviewed Bacio about a year ago and I have an update to share. Everyday happy hour from 3-6 is amazing. My partner and I happened to have an awkward afternoon where we missed lunch and were too hungry to wait until dinner to eat. We stopped at Bacio and learned this is an amazing place to have an apps for dinner early meal. They have wonderful apps for cheaper than their normal dinner menu. Highly recommend the Parmesan crusted shrimp and ahi tuna crisps- oh and that chicken satay! We ended up splitting those three and a pizza for 50 dollars! Excellent service, quality food!

Laurie M.

Yelp
My first time visiting and I have to say everything I ordered hot it out of the park!!! First had the Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Cioa Salad and Tuna Crisp I have to say everything I had tonight was absolutely amazing! The service was over-the-top. I had the waitress "Molly" who was so great explained everything to me gave me suggestions and was over the top! If you are ever in the area, highly recommend you stop by here. This is absolutely a gem! I apologize that I did not take a picture of the tuna crisps appetizer prior to eating quite a few of them, and I also did not take picture of the salad but again, everything was absolutely delicious!

Yelp
We came here for lunch on Saturday and got seated right away at around noon without a reservation. The Spicy Breakfast Risotto with poached eggs off their brunch menu was tasty. And I liked my latte. My husband liked his Bacio breakfast wrap and said it was one of the best breakfast items he's had in a while. The service was quick and attentive and they have a brunch and lunch menu in the weekends so there's lots of choices. This is a great lunch place with a great menu selection. I've also been here for dinner and like their sea bass entree. The ambiance is nice, classy and chic.

Yelp
Always looking for new brunch places. Picked Bacios because located midway between the three of us. The interior is quite nice. The service was fantastic. We never felt rushed and our server was super attentive. Really like that they use local ingredients and call them out on the menu. The food was mediocre. I had an omelet with sausage, spinach and Gruyère cheese and it was fine, just not much flavor and pretty greasy. My SIL had the mushroom omelette and said it was decent. Both of our omelets came with a wedge of hash browns. I love crispy hash browns but these were like cardboard and had no flavor despite adding salt and pepper. My other SIL had the traditional eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes. She seemed happy with it but to me it looked like it had been sitting too long before serving. The eggs weren't runny and the hollendaise was too set- not creamy enough. Would be curious to try non brunch food and might give it another chance. Realistically- it's just another "ok" restaurant at a shopping mall.

Yelp
Stopped in last night and sat at one of the seat yourself tables in the bar area (I love that they have that option!). We had asked how long the wait was and we're told over an hour! Understandable for a Friday night obviously so I was happy to see open tables in the bar area! Our server brought us bread right away, loved that too. The chicken parm was exactly what I wanted, the apple arugula salad was delish and so were the sticky ribs! We were sharing everything and our server had the chef split the salad and the entree up onto two plates for us, appreciate that so much! Will for sure be back.

Yelp
We love stopping by for happy hour. The staff know us and will make recommendations off the monthly specials menu. Parmesan shrimp is a favorite appetizer and Mediterranean Tuna and Lamb Linguine are excellent main courses.

Yelp
We had brunch at Bacio's this weekend and everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was very good. Everyone ordered breakfast items. I had the mushroom spinach omlet with crisp hasbrowns. Very good, wish I had a side of hollandaise to pour over it which would have elevated it to perfection. Our waitress was attentive, but got the orders mixed up of who ordered what. That was not a big deal overall. One thing I must point out to management...you have a beautiful establishment, so when I see numerous chairs sitting againt a wall with huge rips and their stuffing exposed, for goodness sakes, get them reupholstered or replace them. They are an eyesore which brings down the dining experience.

Yelp
Bacio has been a favorite restaurant for years. My GF and I ordered the walleye dinner -$38.95. The fish was mushy and the breading was oily. The worst walleye I've had in a long time. The potatoes were dry and tasteless. The dish was garnished with a few slices of tomato. No other veggies. Very disappointing. Service was excellent as always.

Yelp
We came out to Bacio for a double date, and it was a great spot to have great food and ambience. It was easy to have a conversation without feeling like we're yelling, but not in complete silence. The staff was really kind and made sure to continuously check-in on our table. I had the salmon and I can confidently say it was the best salmon I've had in a really long time. It wasn't dry at all and the stir fry it was served with was an absolutely perfect pairing. Dessert is also a definite "yes" here! I will always order a creme brûlée if it's an option - delicious! I ordered with the intent to share, but probably had about 90% by myself haha...will absolutely be back!!

Yelp
Here for the first time last month. Our server was great and the food was very good. The restaurant was packed and very loud which is fine unless you want to try and have a conversation with a person on the other side of the table. It's expensive...but it's Minnetonka.

Yelp
Driving around looking for something to eat in the area, not many places had good reviews so I was counting on my fellow yelpies on this one. We weren't disappointed, although it was quite busy we were seated right away. Our server Jeffrey was great, super friendly and attentive. We ordered from the specials- the NOLA menu and the red fish was quite delicious (wish the serving was a bit bigger) but the flavor of the dish was amazing. The rest of us kept it fairly basic with our fettuccine Alfredo, and spaghetti with meatballs - both were good, the veal meatballs were delicious and quite filling. I love dining in dim restaurants which is definitely the vibe here. Overall we had a great experience.

Yelp
My friend and I came for Happy Hour and had a delightful experience! We chose to sit outside in their front patio area which was super cute with greenery and table umbrellas. I started out with the Baccio White Sangria which I loved! We picked out an assortment HH small plates to share: Ahi Tuna Crisps, Chicken Satay, Beef Skewers, and Matchstick Zucchini. All light, nicely presented and perfect for our mood. The wait staff was attentive and checked for last call on Happy Hour. Overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend the Happy Hour here! We sure were happy!
