I tried the Golden seamoss and the sorrel flavored seamoss. They are both great. The consistency is just right. They blend nicely into my smoothies. They last for one month. I add a tablespoon to my smoothies and I am out in about 3 weeks. Great product. I’m looking forward to reaping the health benefits.
