Chicken Bacolod Inasal – Always a great choice! Their Sinigang na Bangus is a must-try—fresh fish and perfectly balanced sourness. As always, Pecho remains an all-time favorite!

Service can be underwhelming. It appears to be understaffed during weekends, but they do try hard to assist, and staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The food isn't that bad, and portions are sufficient. They get very crowded on weekends, though. Credit cards are accepted, and there are no service fees. To my own demise, I would highly recommend this place.

The dishes are salty for our taste. I had to ask for hot water to add in the wanton soup and batchoy.

Very well grilled chicken inasal, fragrant with the char! Garlic rice was a good accompaniment. Lechon was too fatty for my liking. Ratio of fat to meat was quite off. Conveniently located at Glorietta.

Delicious not only chicken inasal but also other foods and dessert. Waiting during peak hours.

Great customer service—my orders were served quickly despite the large lunch crowd. I enjoyed their sinigang na bangus belly and talong salad, both of which were seasoned well.

I came here to eat with my Filipino family hoping to find something gluten free on the menu and I was in luck! I had the sinigang bangus sa batwan with a side of plain rice, the suman at mangga, and a calamansi juice! The server/chef were not Celiac aware, but they were very accommodating and treated it as a serious allergy. They checked so many ingredients and answered so many questions for us! I felt very taken care of. For other Celiacs reading this: The chicken inasal contains soy sauce in the marinade even though Visayan style inasal usually does not. They were also willing to change the frying oil to clean oil for me in case I wanted anything deep fried. I really enjoyed my meal!

Ordered the chicken inasal with garlic rice. After waiting for awhile, the chicken was served cold, small portion (the bottom part of the leg was missing!), and the garlic sprinkled on the yellow rice was so little I can barely taste any garlic. The halo halo with ice cream is just normal. I was truly disappointed. Will try other brands to compare.
