"Bad Idea will collaborate with Lao-American chef Boby Pradachith for two nights — Sunday, February 25, and Monday, February 26 — with Pradachith (currently based in Seattle, a 2016 Eater Young Guns honoree, and owner/chef of Amone) offering signature small plates, main dishes, and desserts alongside Bad Idea's regular menu; reservations are available." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

This is one of the best bars in Seattle. The mood is on point, and they have great metal and punk shows. The staff are all dope as hell, they play great tunes, and nostalgic flicks. I highly recommend.

I went here for the first time recently to see Rushadicus the goblin pole jester perform. What a magical night. Full of thrills, arousal, temptation and desire. I want to marry that little goblin. Yes I do. Performance area was properly sized and intimate and the bar staff were very kind, patient and helpful to my friend who wasn't sure what they wanted to drink so overall it was just a really excellent night. Can't wait to go back.

Nice little venue for music. Parking can be especially tricky at night so give yourself extra time if you are coming here for a show.

Caught a friend’s punk band here. Great vibe, great service, drinks were strong and everyone was friendly and having a great time. The performance space is small but has fun funky decorations. Perfect for a local band starting out. My only complaint is the ONE unisex bathroom stall that was disgusting and smelled absolutely awful, but they did seem pretty understaffed, so maybe it’s not always that way. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Shout-out to the closing bar tended last Wednesday who served me dirty water in a dirty cup. I did not expect anything less of passive aggressive racism from a white person in a town like Seattle. Fun night!

Having spent the better part of a year coming in every Tuesday night for trivia, I can absolutely say that it's my favorite local spot. Great atmosphere, fun regulars, and great bartender! Now, just fix the grapefruit juice situation and change the frozen flavors more often!

It’s a pretty no frills place. Nice bartender. Don’t think they have food. You can eat Mario’s (overpriced slice pizza next door) on their patio or inside though. They have a pool table in the back. They have two TVs. They have a wall full of lanterns for some reason. It’s a pretty nice vibe in there and the patio actually has some tables to sit at. I recall it getting pretty busy but early evening on a weeknight wasn’t bad at all.

Yelp
Fun little place to hear local musicians share their artistry. Gal who checked us in was super nice. It was an hour drive for us in traffic but we went to support our friend who played bass for an experimental psychedelic fusion band. It gets pretty loud in that little place, so if you don't want to damage your ears I suggest bring ear plugs. It got too over 100db. They don't have food just drinks, so if you're hungry there's a few restaurants right around the bar.

Yelp
A hipster music/arts dive with serious ambiance and no-nonsense nuevo-grunge attitude. "Yeah, it's been done, but we dig it, so let's do it again with better booze." There's not a more intimate space to see a band; the stage side is microscopic. But it's well equipped and really fun, even if the room is REALLY live and loud. Bring earplugs. On the bar side, expect great grunge-era and alternative music, pretty people serving solid booze and a fun crowd-friendly atmosphere. Very cool lighting and decor. There's a pool table in back, where you'll find one - count them, ONE - unisex bathroom...also with funky lighting, for your peeing pleasure! No food here, but pizza and taco options on either side, and more options throughout the neighborhood. Good joint. They need another restroom and a solution for band equipment in the performance hall, but I love the feel and concept. Recommended!

Yelp
It's a cool bar with a chill vibe, no complaint there! but the drinks could be made better.

Yelp
I don't quite understand the 1 star reviews. This is exactly the bar I thought it was. No frills and attentive bartenders that are patient with the masses. Diverse crowd. Love it here!

Yelp
I am looking for a place to eat and KARAOKE. It is business hours now but they don't answer the phone... No way of knowing if there is karaoke there tonight. Or if they serve a decent meal for dinner.

Yelp
Fun spot with live music! The one dude that bar tends here clearly hates his job tho. He's so damn rude to everyone. Hipster ass dude with glasses. Hates everyone and everything. The rest of the bartenders are awesome. Just the one guy that is clearly just a miserable human. We just hope he's not working when we pop in.

Yelp
Looks like a cool place but service is non existent, literally lives up to its name. Pity as it's my closest local

Yelp
Despite its name this bar is not bad. Semi dive semi trendy bar vibes with some good punky music. We came here for the novelty of being a bad bar but had a good time. Not bad at all!

Yelp
The service is awful, I have never been in a bar and felt more uncomfortable than the day I visited bad bar. The bar girl was the rudest person that had ever served me. Nice place, bad staff.

Yelp
"Cannot take a damaged ID" a little sand on the ID is damaged? The new bearded bartender is the worst... we had drinks for hours before getting kicked out by the next bartender. Fun times... bad bar is a "bad bar"
