BAD BRGR

Quick service, I ordered a black buger and my only complaint is there were no black buns sadly. I got the sauce on the side (it's very spicy in my opinion) Also got a dirty monkey milk slushie. All delicious!! Staff are very friendly and attentive. Always wanted a milshake with a shot of booze in in? They offer that here too! Full bar in a burger joint, what more do you need!? Great for kids and adults alike, with outdoor seating available on elm.

We went yesterday around 3:45 pm, Myself my two boys and their grandfather. We all got something different from a plain hotdog to the Bella burger... Everyone was happy and full. One of my sons got the sliders and thought there were too many jalapenos in it though. I also got a wicked good Tequila Sunrise from the bar. The employees were just as awesome as their food. Prices were good too..... Well be back!

I had an amazing experience at this burger joint! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I like them. Each one was crafted with fresh ingredients, from the perfectly toasted buns to the high-quality meat and creative toppings. I tried a few sides as well, and the fries and onion rings were just as delicious as the main course. What really stood out was the atmosphere—it was fun, casual, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I can honestly say this is one of the best burger places I’ve ever visited, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Met the GM - she was very nice. Everything arrives fresh and everything is made fresh and very delicious, highly recommend. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. I’m not even a big French fry person but stole one from my friend and they were delicious!

Just had the best lunch at Bad Brgr. I had the sliders, which came on Hawaiian rolls. Cooked perfectly. We also had the black burger. Also delish. The French fries were similar to McDonald’s style. They also feature milkshakes and a full bar. Our host / bartender could not have been nicer. Will definitely be back

So my favorite burger and point of reference is an In-n-out double double animal and protein style with chopped chilies. I am on a perpetual quest to find something close to that as the nearest In-n-out is a 3 hour flight away. So I stopped into this place because they had good reviews. The burgers here are very good. I got a custom burger with an attempt to mimic the ingredients on aforementioned reference burger. Different style than In-n-out but still very tasty. Burger was cooked well and toppings were fresh and plentiful. My wife got the hot chicken sandwich and that was also pretty good. Unlike In-n-out, the fries here are delicious and worth getting. Definitely one of the better smash burger places I've been to. We stopped by pretty late on a Wednesday evening so it was pretty empty but it would appear they have a bar and an area that resembles a VIP section of a nightclub. I imagine this place could be pretty rowdy given the right situation. We'll definitely be back when the burger craving hits.

Food was really good. Recommend giving it a try. I got the Bad Burger with fries. Best smash burger I’ve had.

We stopped in on an event night and there were people everywhere so our expectations were kind of low. Not only did we end up having fantastic service but the gentleman taking the orders gave great recommendations too. The bartender was friendly and smiling, and all of our orders came out correct (5 of us). On a crazy busy night we had delicious burgers and great service!! Can't wait to go back when it's not as crazy. Highly recommend!!

This was a 3 star burger at a 2 star venue. First the burger. Two thin patties smashed with cheese. Cheese had slightly fake taste to it. Bun not warmed or toasted. Lettuce and tomato was cold and seemed fresh. Lettuce is shredded which I happen to like. Taste was fine. Nothing to write home about either way. Landing a 3. Inside was NOT my thing. Music was so loud walking in that we could not hear the boy at the counter. We asked him to speak up. He said he's knew music was too loud. They had just opened and the floors clearly had not been swept since their last open. They weee gross. Some of the tables were dirty. Tables are small, metal, and ours was wobbly. Bathrooms were NASTY. All of this scared me as to how clean the kitchen is. I'm guessing I'd never eat here again if I saw it based on the bathrooms and dining room where they let us see. I'd say 1 star but honestly I've seen dirtier. I won't be back.

We were a party of 17 trying this place for the first time for dinner for my sons 21st. Food was excellent, service as also. Bartender was amazing as well as the rest of the staff.

The burger here was so good! I mean really good. I am not usually a fan of burgers that are cooked flat because the edges are usually crispy and I don't like that but the whole thing was perfectly cooked and juicy. I also got cheese fries, which are HUGE but I did not love the cheese sauce. As I mention later, I'm from out of town so maybe this is a regional thing, but I felt like I wasted my money on the fries. Next time (since I will be back for the burgers) I think I might skip the fries altogether. This is counter service, which was great. The lady who took my order was kind and answered my questions since I'm from out of town. The ambiance is unique. This is counter service food with bar seating and atmosphere. I really liked the combination of the two and it made for a good experience. I sat at the bar with a friend and asked for a mocktail. The bartender had no problem making me something delicious.

Food was delicious. Wide variety for a simple menu. Smash burgers are delicious, must add bacon. They have sliders, chicken sandwich, burgers, the best milkshake I've ever had, and the restaurant has a full bar which was the best thing ever!!! I loved the inside of the spot it was trendy and if you visit you have to check out the woman's bathroom! Bartender was fantastic I think his name was Phil.

This place is legit!! Been there multiple times and it has been fantastic every time. Burgers are delicious, fries are great, the place is spotless and the staff is friendly. Prices are very fair for the quality. Don't sleep on Bad Brgr!!!

Excellent burger spot! My husband and I enjoyed our meal. We had the bad burger and the chop chz with a large fry. All of the food was hot, fresh and perfectly prepared. The customer service was also acceptable. The fried were thin and crispy and the serving sizes were good. The restaurant had a full bar and decent drink offerings. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained. The restaurant was a little cold! We actually ate our meal with our coats on. It was a particularly cold day; but it was a bit frosty. Overall; we are definitely planning to return again. The burger was amazing!!!!

Took my nephew here. It'd expensive. Over 40 bucks for the two of us to have lunch. No much to look at inside. A non-dexcript place. Black interior. Not much else comes to mind. All burgers are double-patty, which I didn't know, not that I'm complaining. My nephew proclaimed "this is the best burger I have ever had!" I thought mine was good, but not particularly yummy. It was ok. I had the one with the truffle oil/mayo. It was not craveable. Not overly greasy, so that was nice. The French fries are the closest to McDonalds I have seen outside of a McDs. We had a nice lunch. But wow is it pricey.

Cool spot with great music playing and different sports on every TV. This place has some very original burgers on their menu, but I was in the mood for a traditional burger. So a cheeseburger and fries it was! The food came out quickly and was served to the table by very friendly waitstaff. I had neglected to ask about whether the buns had sesame seeds, and they did. I am allergic to them, so they readily swapped it out.

Wow this place was good. The burgers (both chicken and beef), the chicken nuggets, the fries - all exceptionally good and cooked perfectly. Will definitely order from here again.

The burgers are now really BAD...A-S in Manchester! BAD BRGR officially opened on April 11, 2024 in the former Bond BBQ space on Elm St at Concord St. The place offers an order at the counter burger bar with ample table seating and a a full service bar area with up to 10 beers on tap and mixed drinks, bar seating and big TVs, Upbeat music plays over the speakers and they seem to have space for live music too. I've enjoyed their burgers at their other seasonal location in Hampton Beach on really hot days. The previous review in this listing is from 2022 and actually of the seasonal Hampton Beach location and not this Manchester location. On my last visit there, the owner Ian (best name ever!) took care of me there and offered me a complementary cold Coke as I waited for my tasty brgr. They were also blasting nonstop rap in the restaurant. Anyways, the BAD BRGR food offerings include build-a-brgr (starts with 2 smashed patties with toppings choices), special brgrs, bad dogs, fries (chili, chz, bacon, onions, jalapenos, tomato), nachos, pretzel bites, milk slushes (they have a booze option), cooler drinks (Coke products), and a kids menu (burgers, bad dog, nuggets, grilled cheese, PB&J/Fluff). The prices are moderate here, similar to Five Guys without the nuts. The prices at the time of this posting seem the same as 2022 at the Hampton Beach location. I stopped by BAD BRGR in Manchester after a meeting. I ordered the BAD BRGR ($12 plus tax), side of Fries ($3 plus tax) and a DRTY MNKY milk slush ($6 plus tax). My food was brought over to my seat when it was ready. The BAD BRGR had two very juicy grilled smashburger patties, topped with melted cheddar, firm bacon strips, jalapenos, onions, & mustard on a soft sesame seed bun. The golden shoestring fries were nice and crisp. The DRTY MNKY was a not too sweet refreshing blended slush with milk, vanilla, bananas, and topped with chocolate chips. Overall, this is a really BAD A-S place to be in Downtown Manch for brgrs, fries, and drinks!

Better smash burger than a national chain of the same name. The crust still juicy!!! I ordered the Bad Burger- jalapeño relish was AWESOME should be sold in jars! Owner Ian happened to take my order. Affordable well made burgers, I'd say it's on the same level as Five Guys. Employees were happy to help me with multiple orders. Space is open and has variety of seating options with TV Screens playing different programs.

Yelp brought us here for the first time today. What a great experience! The burgers are awesome! Ask for the Bad Belle. It's not on the menu but if Phil is behind the bar, he can hook you up! All the ingredients were fresh and the burgers don't sit heavy like most do. Great fries, great vibe, great location!

I stopped in on a Monday night. The bartender was very friendly and efficient. I did feel the beer selection was somewhat limited. The Bad Burger was excellent. The fries were the best I have had in recent memory. The ambiance needs an upgrade. Bad Brgr lost a star in my review because the space itself was dark and not well maintained in my opinion. Could have been picked up better too. There were a couple of tables with trash sitting on the table. I sat at the bar where it appeared to me some of the patrons were well lubricated. However, the tasty food makes it worth another try soon.

I have been really excited to try this place once it opens up. I love the advertisement "the worst thing to happen to Manchester". We tried their burger taco during Manchester's Taco tour and were looking forward to coming back to officially trying their smashburgers. My boyfriend could be the Hamburgerler as burgers are his favorite food and he very much enjoyed his burger. We were greeted by one of the staff who asked if we've been here before, he then explained the menu to us. I built my own burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, jalapenos, and avocado. I enjoyed the kick from the jalapenos although I think next time I will do without as I found them a bit overpowering and took away from the rest of the burger. We also split "bad fries" which could be a meal alone as its topped with jalapenos, cheese sauce, tomatoes, onions and bacon. They were very filling, and we were already full from the burgers. Lesson learned. They have a full bar inside along with some picnic benches outside.

The burgers were great...on an awesome roll. Loved the "Build Your Own" option. Service was lacking and the music was way too loud, not the place for "Gangsta" rap....played by the employees eating their dinner at the bar.

We walked in, not one person acknowledged our existence. Finally we're able to speak to a human and they could barely care we were there or be bothered to answer our questions. Went to the bar to order - sat there literally 8 minutes, as the bartender watched videos on their phone and didn't say a word. Finally got up and walked out. I'd give it a zero if I could.

This is exactly what I want from a burger place. Crispy smashed burgers, simple and straightforward menu, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Everyone is always nice and friendly. I've been here three times, and it hasn't disappointed yet.

I am a huge fan of a good burger especially a smash burger. This restaurant has a wide variety of unique burgers that are fresh and delicious! The shakes are huge and made right in front of you and the fries are nice and crispy. The building is large and plenty of dining area. Definitely recommend!!

They have the best chicken sandwich I had in a long time, I personally don't eat a lot of red meat, and this is burger place. My wife on the other hand had a burger and said the same. Advice to ownership! expand your chicken sandwich offerings.

Really cool spot on Elm. Started with the pretzel bites, which are the only thing keeping this from a 5* review. They were just very average, nothing to write home about. The burger and fries though...excellent. Smashed patties with melted delicious cheese topped off with bacon, and the fries are perfectly sized with a good crisp to them. Overall really solid spot and will go back.

Finally...Manchester has a truly unique burger restaurant. By far, the best burger and most creative I have had in years. Even the fries were creatively good. We will be back!!!

Amazing burgers and incredible service! We came in on a Friday night after a kid sports game bc we saw amazing reviews. We ordered, without realizing music was starting, and a metal band started playing/warming up. My kids were stressed and a very thoughtful manager noticed and asked the band to wait. We asked for our food to go bc we didn't want to make the band wait and the staff were awesome, telling us to enjoy our food. The bartender was also great. We were blown away by the burgers and fries - best burger I've had in years!!!

Oh this place is great, the people are personable and work hard to ensure there is a good experience, the burgers are delicious and they have options for those with gluten allergies such as myself. You can get an egg on your burger which I thoroughly appreciated, and anytime I've eaten here I've left satisfied. I got a rum and coke while I was here the last time. I've been to this restaurant a few times now and I prefer going here over Five Guys. This is an environment that caters to all types and ages of people with great music and attentive staff. I'll be back

I'm so glad we popped in today with my boyfriend and I both craving a burger. Not only was the burger amazing but the service by Mimi was top tier. The burger was juicy and had a nice crispy edge to it and me being gluten free, that bun was the best bun I've had to date. We will be back for more!

Bought lunch there for the first time today. My order was to go. My french fries were soggy. I ordered the Chop Chz. Very greasy and had no flavor. I only ate 1/2. $17.00+ for lunch was not worth it. I may try another food item down the road, but right now, my tummy does not like me very much for eating this. I do wish this place success though.

This place was honestly really good! The customer service was amazing, they were very sweet and helpful. The Ambiance of the place was comforting, and they did not rush us at all. The food proportions were a little small however you can tell that the ingredients used were of great quality. Considering all of this the price for the food was very reasonable in my opinion. Definitely a place to check out!

The establishment was clean, well lit, and had good seating. The staff was friendly to take the order. You order at a counter and they bring it to your table. The menu is quality over quantity - they do burgers and related items, and do them very well! There is a bar on site as well. The owner was checking on tables and how the food was, and even offered to bus my tray for me. He was very nice, and I wish him and this business a lot of success. I know I will be back!

Visited this place while in town for a wedding. We went on a Friday evening, which seems to be a prime time in a college town, so the whole layout had changed to accommodate nightlife. Burgers and fries were great! The chocolate slush was a little odd texturally but still tasted good.

Walked in and the place was empty which worried me, 4:00 on a Friday. Gave it a shot and am glad I did. Ordered from the build a burger side, 2 patties, cheese, bacon, fried egg, jalapeño. Added fries and coke to round out the meal. Food was out really quick. Burger was the best I've had in Manchester, hands down and the fries were great. Wife loved hers as well and enjoyed the milk slushie. We will be back.

Had lunch at Bad Burger today. I had the Bad Burger, my friend built his own. We split an order of chili fires. Food was very good. Burgers were crispy on the edges and moist in the middle. Fires were great with a little spice from jalapenos. Good selection of draft beer, and Phil was a friendly and fun bartender. Will be back for sure

Mike and I had a fabulous lunch at BAD BRGR. The burgers and fries were PHENOMENAL, and apple pie was AMAZING! This was our first smash burger experience! Hands down, the best around! We were excited when we saw Bad Brgr was opening up here- we never had a chance to go to Bond, and there's not many places on Elm st for a quick takeout burger. We've gone here twice now and it was amazing both times! The burgers are so good- I'm a big fan of smash burgers and these are perfect! Crispy on the edges but still super juicy. I had a cheeseburger with mushrooms, my husband had lettuce, tomatoes, onions and bacon. Both were delicious! Fries are thin cut and salty, but good. We haven't tried the slushies yet, but they sounded really tasty- definitely next time. On top of great food, the service is awesome! Super friendly, asked us if we had been there before, gave us some coupons for the next time we came in, and even came over and gave us free bottles of water while we waited for our food because "it's hot out there!" We got takeout both times, but the inside is cool- plenty of seating, and a bar as well with a few tv's. Highly recommend this place!!

Best burger I have ever had. They fry them crispy and they taste delicious. We loved it so much we ate for lunch both days and they're cooked fresh so not lying around My 4 year old loved their chicken nuggets, tasted like a fresher version of McDonald's nuggets. They also had options for fried sandwiches PB&J, PB&fluff, Nutella which is a great dessert option but the burgers are where it's at, I was super impressed It's also quite big inside with a few 4-6 person tables so great if you're lugging children or beach wagons

Burger was good, build your own cool. Place has a nice look and staff is great. But fries lame. Taste like frozen Market Basket.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Best burger and fries I've had in a long time. The service was excellent too. We wanted to go back today but it is closed on Tuesdays. Highly recommend this place.

After prom me and a couple of friends headed up here late every thing was closed but this was open so we poped in to check it out. I got the bad Burger and it was amazing bursting with flavor and the pickeld jalapeño were amazing 10/10 would hike miles to eat here again
