We had a really disappointing experience. We ordered a simple burger and wings, but it took 40 minutes for the food to come out—only after we asked the server because we were starving. Turns out, the server forgot to put in our order and had only brought us drinks. Other tables that arrived after us were already eating while we were still waiting. When the food finally came, the burger was undercooked (we asked for medium and got medium rare), and by that point, we had lost our appetite. We even asked to pay just for the drinks and leave, but the host refused until we found our server. The service was painfully slow and unorganized 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 we won’t be coming back.

The 3 of us had lunch here yesterday. Our server was terrific and took the time to explain the menu and point out some of their signature dishes. We all ordered hamburgers ! I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger & wow. It was cooked exactly to my liking- the others ordered the new Smashburger. Everyone loved the food. We will be BACK!

Absolutely wonderful food! The fried pickles were amazing and the smash burger was filling and seasoned well. We got take out and our service was great. He was super kind!

Good place to get a sandwich also! Ambience was good even though we got seated in the middle and everyone walked behind my seat. (Didn’t bother my friend, maybe just a me thing.) Salmon sandwich was chef’s kiss. My drink was a good strength as promised. Originally was dissatisfied with the small level of sweet potato fries compared to my friend’s full tator tot container. I asked the server if they’d give me a bit more and they agreed, which brought us back to 5.

I had the bistro burger and husband had the heat wave. Burgers had great flavor and was a true medium for both of ours. Definitely a wide variety in selection. My tots were amazing! They were perfectly crisp, seasoned well and not oily at all! We were both too full for dessert, but they sounded/looked yummy.

Whether you’re looking for a fun family restaurant, a tasty burger or a good place to gather and drink with friends, Bad Daddy’s is ready to please! Our server was excellent and attentive and brought us our fries and onion rings right from the fryer and wicked hot, as requested; something most restaurants don’t seem to be able to do. The kitchen was on spot with cooking, presentation and speed. And the bar produced some very tasty cocktails.

I love this place so much! I've been to this location several times and it never fails me. I wish I could remember my servers name because she was such a sweetheart. She checked on me several times to make sure I was doing ok nd that everything tasted ok. I always get the buffalo chicken sandwich when I come here and it is always so good! I always wish they had a HOT sauce but alas they do not. No biggie though because this sandwich is always phenomenal. The truffle tots are also always a must and are always so crispy and cooked perfectly! The fried pickles are hands down the best ones I have had here too! The way they decorate these restaurants is always so fun and keeps you looking around to see all the different pictures and signs they have on the walls. This location is cool too because they have an upstairs and I love when I get seated up there! If you want some good food and a nice family atmosphere then come here!

If you're craving a Philly-style burger, the food here is decent, but that's about where the positives end. My experience upstairs was a service disaster. First, they messed up my beer order--gave me the wrong size--and didn't even check in with us throughout the meal. We asked for our food to-go, boxes made it clear we had a movie to catch, and yet we were still left waiting far too long. I generally avoid chains, and this visit certainly didn't change my mind. Service matters, and this place failed on that front. I won't be back.

Ordered take out four our family of 4. Ended up being $93, normally this is expected, to get decent-quality food ordered out, still a little pricy. We went to pick it up, as the delivery fee was $48, even though we live less than a mile away. when we got home, we checked all three burgers, and only one of them had the bad daddy's sauce. disappointing, that is one of our favorite parts of the meal. Secondly, for my daughter, she ordered a Cesar Salad and a SEPERATE side of fries. However, for some reason, her side of fries were including in a package with a chicken sandwich... she is allergic to tomatoes and therefore could not eat the fries due to the contamination. The food was good, however, this is frustrating as we come here often and spend lots of money.

Went here before a movie a few weeks ago and the food/service left a lot to be desired. We were sitting upstairs and it was pretty empty but the initial trip to our table by a server took forever and the time to even order our food was so slow. I got a classic smash burger, which was good but not great. I added tater tots, which I regretted because they came out luke warm at most and didn't have any flavor. Server barely came to our table where five of us were dining. Don't recommend and I won't be back.

I used Door Dash and disappointed that I was not able to add any condiments to my order. So no ketchup for my fries. On the delivery there were no napkins. My food was nice and hot though. Please add more options or allow for request to be added to the delivery menu.

Delicious dinner. Came with our son and daughter-in-law. Had some wings as an appetizer. Crispy and very good. Shared the truffle fries and sweet potato fries. Again delicious. DIL had the sliders and said they were good. Son had a self built chicken sandwich and ate the whole thing. Hubby had a burger and devoured it. I had the impossible burger and while it was good. It was a little mushy. Grilled with a little char on the outside would have been nice. I still ate almost the whole thing so It was good. I would certainly come back when in town.

The staff was awesome and so was the food, but what was suppose to be an early and quick dinner, turned into 3 long hours. The hostess originally forgot to seat me and it was downhill after that. I had a lot of errands to run afterwards and I couldn't do them anymore because everything was closed by the time I received my dinner and ate. It was also extremely loud and you had to scream over the music to talk to anyone. I love Bad Daddy's, but this really pissed me off.

BYO burger: cold bun, slimy weird grilled onions. Patty is fine but nothing to write home about. Would request a warmed bun next time (weird they don't come warmed as default). Fries: classic fries were sad, soggy & saltless. Go with sweet potato or tots instead. Queso: weird gluey-paste textured. Would advise against ordering. Our food runner was quick and our waitress at the bar was wonderful.

What a super disappointment. Overpriced food that really isn't that great. No sides with your burger? really? Everyone, I mean everyone provides fries/whatever side with their burger! I mean really, even the upscale steak place burgers include fries for half the cost of what you pay when you go here and get. a burger and fries...and you get napkins, not paper towels off of a roll on the table! Well I didn't even get a burger. Others did but boy the bill was the shocker. And what was I thinking? Salmon Caesar salad at a burger place...was a total disappointment, but I guess I should have known. I figured at $16.95 it has got to be good, right? Wrong. I still ate it but really did not enjoy it. The flavor was off and am now wondering if maybe it wasn't fresh? Definitely do not recommend it. All in all a super bummer of a night where the pocketbook took a big hit for something that was not even enjoyable.What a bummer.

So disappointed. I placed an order through Uber, but the burger was not what I ordered. So I called BD to get a new order made. I gave the order twice to the gentleman who answered the phone. When I picked up the new order, I got home and it was basically what they sent the first time, only difference was the lettuce. What was frustrating is when I went back the second time, I was not offered a refund. In fact, no manager came to chat with me. I spent 30 years in food service, from serving, to managing banquets at a country club. This service was unacceptable.

I ordered a salad, it was delicious and they did not hold back with the topping! It is big enough to share. The waiter was so nice,happy and kind,the ambiance was laid back ,bar vibe. Good food friendly place.

Over cooked and not hot! Had dinner at the location in Southlands in Aurora, CO. Ordered the Smokehouse Burger,along with the green chile tat tots. Took over an hour to get our and the restaurant was not busy upon arrival. It was obvious that our food had been sitting for a long time.

Sat for 20 minutes on a slow Saturday without a server even approaching our table. We walked out. Disappointing.

This is a tough one, as our server was great, burgers were very good as usual, fries and tots some of the best. Price was also reasonable for a family of 4 with their 'work week' special. The reason it's not 4 stars is the noise level with their trivia night and the speed of the food. Though we like gimmicks and fun nights, the volume was so loud we literally couldn't hear each other or the waitress. We had to wait for the breaks between songs and trivia just to order. Took about 20 minutes for the food to come, which isn't a big deal usually, but the place was almost empty. Once the food arrived, it was cooked well and tasted great, so we ate and enjoyed the meal. Our waitress did a very good job, was attentive and had our drinks filled. Anyway, we'll definitely go back for the great food and service, hoping for a little better atmosphere and a 4 star experience.

insanely good dinner tonight! service from the entire team was great! bacon cheeseburger extra mayo with tots, side salad with ranch and ice tea extra sugar hit the spot! we love bad daddys. highly recommend this location.

We had a taste for a good burger and decided we'd try Bad Daddy's burgers. The place was surprisingly small but I understand they also have another upper level with outside dining. Our server was a large man with a thick face mask that muffled his voice. It was like being served by Darth Vader. Fortunately we could make out enough of what he was saying to know he had a much better sense of humor than Darth. He was pleasant and attentive. And our food was perfectly prepared and delicious. The only thing this place is missing is some ambiance. Although the low energy of the place could be that it was mid-day on a Wednesday and fairly empty.

Great for beer and burgers. We've gone here for years and this time, we all got milk shakes and every one of us had major food poisoning. I'm not going back.

Beer and burger night. Pretty good selection of craft beers on tap. Tried the Hangover burger. First of all it was not hot, it was done medium instead of rare and the over easy egg was well done. Liked the flavor of the rosemary ham. Fries came luke warm and got some hot ones with a great crispy skin on flavor. All in all just medicore at best. Really was hoping for more.

Decided to try this after driving past it 100 times while we were in the area for the Spooky Streets event, but ended up really disappointed. The source of my frustration is that I paid almost $20 (11.85 for a large build your own salad + $7 for salmon) for a salad with salmon, and was served a salad with maybe tilapia? Salmon is pink, this fish was white. How can you charge $7 for salmon and serve tilapia, one of the cheapest fish in the sea? Pictures for proof. This is not the color of salmon, and if it wasn't going to be salmon it should have been mentioned and discounted. The service here was fantastic, hence the extra star. It is so rare these days to have all staff be happy, welcoming, and great at their jobs, and everyone here was. I should have given the server a chance to rectify the situation but it was late and I just wanted to get home, and also felt kind of like a crazy person being like "is this really salmon?". If you're sticking to burgers you will probably be fine, my husband's was pretty good, but if you want a $20 salad with salmon try something else in the area, because you're just going to get previously frozen tilapia here.

Kids loved the mac and cheese. The fries were good, and the chicken was very good too. I was not impressed by the burger though. I've been to 3 other different bad daddy locations numerous times and always had a really good meal. This was the first location where I didn't like my burger. While the bun and non-meat ingredients were nice, the beef patty tasted off. I wasn't entirely sure if it was older meat or just lower quality meat, but I ordered medium, as I always do at any bad daddy, and I started to wish I ordered well-done instead as I started eating. I was really hungry because it was 4pm and I hadn't eaten any lunch, so I got through a little more than half of it before I stopped. Maybe I'll just stick to chicken at this location and pretend it's called bad daddy chicken.

3 stars because the food is usually reliable. This time however I couldn't overlook. We ordered for delivery and all I have to say is do better. I ordered a salad with avocado and instead of leaving it out because it was brown bruised and who knows how close it was to going bad, they decided to put it in the salad anyhow.

Used to like the restaurant. But only fair food, poor service and when I thought the manager might come out to the front of the restaurant to hear our observations.... NO management. They stayed hidden in the back if the restaurant. So many flies that we took our food to go. Got home and found errors in the order. No thanks. Really poor service from uncaring people. Just there for the tios. Ps....I was in the F&B business for years.

DO NOT...I repeat *do not* get the strawberry lemonade for five dollars! It says it comes with delicious strawberries but they are the defrosted kind that have been sitting out too long and they float up at the top looking discolored and furry. Gross! The truffle fries were pretty great though.

We had a great dinner last night at Bad Daddy's. The staff was very friendly and the manager came by and checked on us, he was very nice! Food was excellent and our burgers were cooked perfectly!!!!!

Burgers were ok, service was ok. Nothing special on the burgers. If you want a burger, give it a try.

Continue to have great experiences here while dining in (highly recommend the rooftop) or with take out. The staff was extremely helpful and the burgers continue to be amazing every time. Big portions, great flavors, and that burger sauce is what dreams are made of.

The service sucks and they take forever to serve you and cook the food. Used to be a good place but not so much now..

I was in for Arapahoe Soccer fundraiser night and my server was Lili and she was very attentive to our tables needs and she was quick and nice to us. I love how the restaurant is set up with the signs and decor on the wall along with the tvs

Burgers, shakes, fried pickles...all are delicious and the portions are huge. Service is friendly but a little slow. Mind you, I have been multiple times so it's certainly not keeping me from returning.

Sierra was an awesome server! She was very attentive and quick with everything. She made our experience at Bad Daddy's better then it has ever been!

Love the food and people here! They always take great care of us. Highly recommend. You can create your own burger too. How cool?!

While this is a burger place I get the chicken sandwich. Their chicken is just so good! Especially the Kim's honey chicken. The sweet potato fries are great and come with a delicious dipping sauce. They have some good shakes and a big bar menu. When the weather is nice, the roof top patio is a great spot!

The reviews I read were pretty positive, so I was excited to try my first Bad Daddy. I ordered the Magic Mushroom burger to be delivered. I ordered a medium (hot pink center) and received a well done, almost burned burger patty. Very disappointing! Not worth the price I paid.

We've been back 3-4 times and it never disappoints. Great burgers and the Kim's chicken sandwich is amazing. The prices are fair as well. The dragon fruit cocktail is a must and we usually prefer the house made chips over the fries. Definitely one of the better burger spots in the area.

The service has really gone downhill. Not only was the waitstaff rude, but our food took forever and the bartender stole two of our card numbers. I've called to complain as has the other person with no response.

I had big plans for loving Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. Instead, there won't be a second date. We were seated inside, upstairs in a booth. The spot was good except there was an electrical short or something because the light on the wall at our booth was going on and off the entire time we were there. When you're looking to relax, grab a burger and some good conversation, but the super annoying flashing light next to your face is so distracting that it's primarily what you remember about the meal, well that is a deterrent from focusing on anything else. My grilled onions were not grilled. There was an extra charge for grilled versus raw which was fine with until I received some cold, buttered onions instead. I had to take them off the burger because they were a mess. The same awful onions were served on the patty melt in front of my husband. My onion rings were tasty. Cold, but tasty. The tots had been sitting way too long. Overall, the disinterested server added nothing to our experience and we were left feeling like this was not a good way to spend our money or our Sunday afternoon.

I have always liked Bad Daddy's but this visit for take out was frustrating from the start. I couldn't place my order online because I had a birthday email that had to be shown in person. I called to place the order and as soon as Sherry found out I had an order she hung up on me - TWICE! I was bringing the order to my daughter's house and this was the only location on the way so I waited a few minutes and tried again. Fortunately I got a young man named Major who was very pleasant and helpful and took my order. I told him what had happened and he let me know that Sherry was actually a manager. I arrived on time to get my order and was told to head to the bar to pay - which I did. I noticed that about half the tables in the dining room had been removed for social distancing and that was great. But the bar was pretty full and only staff was wearing masks. The bartender checked my email and rang me up quickly. I also told him about being hung up on twice and he just said that didn't sound like something Sherry would do. I wanted to get out of that area quickly so I left. When we got to my daughter's and pulled out the containers, all of our order was correct and the food was good. The plastic containers really didn't keep it warm though. The only annoying thing was that my daughter's side salad was tiny - not even half the container. It costs $3 extra to sub the side salad instead of fries or tots and we were all stunned that it was only about 5-6 bites. Definitely not a good trade! I think I'll wait till I feel comfortable eating in a restaurant (as opposed to take out) and maybe give them another try.

This Bad Daddy's location is the best!! Cheri is obviously an amazing and on site Manager because she hires the best staff ever!! Chloe,Chelsea, Ashland and Micheal My husband and I come here a lot and we get the best service and food!! This is our favorite place to go!!

Today I went to this location, at Southlands, to get a burger and chips and their Monday and Tuesday special ($8 for a 7 oz burger and a side). When I got there for my take-out, my bill was higher than I anticipated I asked her why and she told me "After we opened back up in January, we decided that our sides are now $3 more." So, if you want fries or chips with your burger, be willing to pay the extra $3. I got home and my burger was delicious, but my chips were all burnt. I was not a happy camper that I got a small amount of chips, that I paid extra for, but they were all burnt.

The name of this place caught my eye. Delicious food, they got they're own sauce that's a lil spicy but its delicious! The atmosphere is great, like a Rock'n'Roll restaurant/bar. The employees are very friendly! The Tivoli Bad Daddy' Amber Ale is delicious, I highly recommend it to ale lovers. I definitely will come back for another Shroom Burger and the Bad Daddy Ale!

Went here yesterday, Tuesday, for lunch. Service was good, burgers were not! But after speaking with the company, I have decided to give it another try. This is a company that cares and values their customers. So if something is not right, speak of it right there and they will fix it, I'm sure of it.

I get deviled eggs from there if I have to take food for an office potluck as such. Haven't tried anything else there.

Just had dinner with my family at Bad Daddy's. We enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Dom, manager and our server very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back.

I had lunch here with a friend a few weeks ago. The food was average. I built my own burger without a bun. I ordered medium-well. I got a hockey puck with cheese and mushrooms. I asked for a fork since I didn't order a bun and the server told me that she wasn't sure if they had any clean forks but she would check. Luckily, she found one. It was warm- so I am hoping it just came out of the washer. We had to ask for refills on our drinks. We needed a bag and could not find our server. We finally asked the hostess for one. We may have caught them on a bad day.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with my food here yesterday. I'll start by saying I have eaten here a couple other times and never had a complaint with their food. However, last night for dinner took a turn for the worst. I had ordered a to go order of the Western Burger and asked for medium to medium-well. When I showed up, my order was not quite finished, so I hung out for a couple minutes. They were pretty busy as I over heard there was a wait time of about 15 minutes to be seated. My order came up, I said thank you, and left. When I got home, I took the burger out to put on a plate. Right away I could tell the bottom bun was mushy and soggy, but I assumed it was from the pickles that came with it, along with some juices from the burger. I cut it in half and found that the bottom bun was soaked and soggy from blood and this burger was more medium rare. I tried to eat as much as I could as this was my main meal for the day, and I paid for it, but couldn't even stomach to eat more than a couple bites
