Bad Daddys Burger Bar

Came with the family, the server was excellent. The place has a relaxed and family friendly atmosphere, and loud music. We had two margaritas which were delicious and strong. We all had different burgers that we ordered medium rare, all three were well done, but they still tasted alright. Fries weren’t good but tater tots were great. The dipping sauces were delicious. Again, the service was great!

I placed a pick up order for a BDs all american burger well done. This came with fries and I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The burger, as you can see in the picture was far from “well done” the fries also tasted as though they had been sitting all day. This was a complete waste of money, as I had to throw the whole meal away. This was very disappointing. I have eaten here several times and never had this happen. The lemonade was the only good part of my entire order.

First and last time I'll be coming here to Bad Daddy's Burger Bar unfortunately. All of the waitresses and hosts for the whole time we were here except our waitress Danny had absolutely no personality or smiles on their faces being shown whatsoever. It was like they all were not wanting to be there and some even were like brain dead whenever you tried getting their attention. The bathrooms were unique but not exactly the cleanest with trash laying around and the floors being dirty. The atmosphere of the bar itself though was very nice and creative and clean. The seating though was uncomfortable as it was wide and pretty far back from the table when you fully sit back to relax. I had to sit up hunched over against the table to actually reach everything on the table and it was very uncomfortable and left my back and neck hurting a bit. The seating in the booths also had some cracking which rubs up on your thighs causing itching and a slight stinging pain so ladies and gentlemen I'd be aware if your wearing shorts or a skirt! 🤣 The original seating we were given was super wobbly and about to completely break off from the table as something was wrong with it. You could literally spin the table. The food didn't really impress me being that it's quality made and you pay for it. The mozzarella was chewy like rubber almost and hardened very fast making it a choking hazard. We asked for our burgers medium rare and they gave us well done. It was greasy and had no flavor, the toppings honestly gave it all the flavor. The french fries were super good though and I have to give them props for adding a lot of mushrooms to the burger and giving a good variety of sauce choices on your plate. We felt a bit sick after eating due to the grease. Our waitress Danny is a must if you come here! She's super nice and has good humor and she's very bubbly. The manager Jen was pretty nice too checking up on tables. I won't be coming here again but it was worth a shot for a first time!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place! In my search for the perfect burger, they placed pretty high on the bar! We were surrounded by mugshots, vintage memorabilia, and great music. The wait staff was super nice. Ebaline was our waitress and she was excellent! The appetizers and burgers were amazing! There are so many burgers to pick from! They even have turkey and chicken if you don't eat red meat.

Been here a couple of times and it's been consistenly decent. Came last night for my birthday and our waitress was great!!! So attentive, great with the crazy kids, and then she brought me a to go shake for my birthday. When I tell you this thing was 90% sprinkles, every sip was sprinkles coated in vanilla sauce. IT WAS AMAZING. A wonderful end to my birthday, thank you so much!!!!!!!!

The location is convenient. The atmosphere is real nice. You have different TVs to watch different sports events on. It’s a nice vibe. The server was OK. We didn’t get refills on our drinks. Our appetizer came out cold. The food was basic and OK was not what we expected.

What an amazing place and experience! The food was outstanding! Our waiter Derrick was awesome! He answered all of our questions, and made us feel as though we were the only ones there. Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is lucky to have such an amazing gem. My son's 20th birthday was a success! Thank you.

I have never has a good experience here. This was the mist disappointing. The blackbean burger and added avocado smelt bad. The burger was falling apart. I threw it away. I would not even feed to my dogs.

Wait time was okay, but gave table away after a 2 minute wait. Two minutes. We were two door away and headed in when we received the text. This is totally ridiculous. Just wanting a nice lunch for Veterans Day and turned away without a word. Management needs to do some work here.

This place is pretty good. Absolutely zero complaints about the food. The menu is expansive and they have a very wide variety of toppings for everything. You can do a create your own, or order one of the many different pre-designed options off the menu. By all accounts, each of these is well-balanced and delicious, nothing seems like an unsatisfying gimmick. I invariably order a make your own "burger," with the black bean patty that I fell in love with back when I was a vegetarian. These days, I add jalapeño bacon to that, alongside pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, and ranch. I love this combo. The black bean patty appears to be house made, it doesn't seem like any of the main frozen brands that places typically pick between. I love it; it is hearty, holds up well to the toppings, tastes good, and somehow gives that messy, fatty, burger feel without actually pretending to be meat. They also have really good fries, and their house sauce is great. Perfect balance of salt-fat-acid. The food and drinks are definitely more expensive than other local burger places, but as you can probably infer from what I order, this is where I come when I want something a little different.

I love the food here! Our waitress Tiffany was nice and brought out the food quickly. The restaurant has a bar in the center with tables and booths on all sides. The artwork on the walls includes many pop culture references.

While our bartender Jennifer was AMAZING, and has the most electric personality that makes you want to come back over and over, We wanted beer and options we were seeking were NOT available despite the taps allegedly being fixed. I ordered a burger with a lettuce wrap and some tots with bad daddy sauce. Everything came out perfect and then when I wanted Voodoo Ranger, I was told there was none. My husband wanted Two hearted and unfortunately was nothing available. Hence my 3 star rating. Ambience at the bar is perfect when you want to chat it up with your friends or others around you and watch the screens for games, etc that might be on! I was so hungry I forgot to grab a picture but know it was chef's kiss. Highly recommend this location for anytime of the day and hope you get Jennifer!

As promised I revisited and tried the steak and cheese. The bread remained soft. The meat was good, despite a few dried out pieces. It was seasoned. The fries weren't too salty this time. My daughter liked her mac n cheese a little, but she said it needed pepper (which means seasoning) Still a really good experience.

First time to this location, same menu, nice modern interior. We ordered the classic smash burger & the sliders. Food came fairly quickly, messy but tasty & service was friendly. The only real criticism of this chain is their lack of concern for cleanliness, particularly the restrooms. While the food is good I don't have a lot of confidence in the kitchen if the restrooms are so poorly maintained.

The place was great, we got 2x wonderful, custom salads for a quick lunch. The environment felt non-cramped/open in general and the staff were all pleasant and welcoming, being quick to seat/serve but not in a rush. This experience overall was highly efficient, with everything arriving on time and the cost was very appropriate in the end. The aesthetics here are pretty cool to look at, with the theme being kind of a British rock kind of vibe, but not over the top and not overwhelming either. We're looking forward to the next trip!

This my absolute go to sit down burger joint. If I am in the mood for a burger and a drink. It's here !! Kel is my favorite server I don't what anyone else's section and the build your own burgers are to die for. Always fresh. Towards the weekend it can get load but they have a bar it's to be expected. This isn't your drive thru/ five guys burger.

Went to Bad Daddys Burger Bar for the first time last weekend and I'll say I was not impressed and don't get the hype. Our server was good so no complaints there but the food was just meh. I tried the Salmon sandwich which seemed like it was a frozen filet and not fresh so that was a let down. The overall taste of the sandwich was a 5/10. Also tried the fried deviled eggs off the appetizer menu and that was a complete let down. I could tell the eggs were not freshly fried and had absolutelyno crisp/crunch to them and the filling was dry and tasteless! Definitely a 1/10. The highlight of the meal was the Strawberry Habanero Margarita which I rate a 9/10! I would definitely go back for some drinks but the food is a no for me!

Amazing !! Food is to die for !! Bad ass burger and Parmesan truffle fries .. the burger was massive and very filling . The horsey mayo wasn't spicey but had a very nice flavor . Chips and French onion dip, mozzarella sticks ( the pull was amazing ) and onion rings ! Oh don't forget the pesto pasta salad ( oh my gosh ) Second time coming here ! HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for quality food . You can tell they make 90 Percent of their sauces in house !! Erin was a great server, and food came out fast . The ambiance is nice and casual !

This place is so good and the service was excellent. Rather here or Charlotte, this is one of the best burger joints around.

Bad Daddy's Burger Bar never disappoints! The menu is packed with so many options--seriously, there's something for everyone. What I love the most is how they have unique and creative toppings to add to your burger or chicken sandwich. From spicy jalapeños to fried pickles and everything in between, you can customize it just the way you like! The service is always fantastic. Every time I've been, the staff has been super friendly and attentive. You can really tell they enjoy what they do, and it makes for a great dining experience. If you're a burger or sandwich lover who likes a little extra flair on your plate, Bad Daddy's is the place to go! Always a great time and a great meal!

My family and I went there for my birthday and the burger was delicious! Everyone loved their food and our waiter was very attentive. The restaurant was clean. The music was a little loud but wasn't unbearable.

The waitress that served us was amazing. The food however lack seasoning. The burger was greasy which can be good and bad in a way however if only something on the burger was season it would have given it the pop it was missing. The fries I didn't care for but to each their own. What is not pictures is the $10 up charge for the mac and cheese which tasted like it came straight from the box...very disappointed at that. Atmosphere was nice.

Came here for the first time and will definitely be back..Service is fast and lovely, waiters/waitresses are top par, and the food was to die for. The Bacon Cheeseburger is heavenly, definitely recommend! The industrial style interior really sets the mood for a great meal with friends, family, or partners! Absolutely amazing.

I arrived here at 6:14pm on a Sunday evening with my friend and sons. We were told there is a 25 min wait. We went back to the car to wait. I got a text at 6:36pm saying table was ready. When I went inside, we were seated promptly. Waitress, Finn, came over at 6:39pm to take drink order. We all got waters. At 6:43pm, we ordered the bacon queso as an appetizer. It came at 6:52pm as we were ordering. I expected the queso to be warmer than it was. The chips were also on the cooler side. We ordered at 6:53pm. One of my sons got a cheeseburger and chips and the other got a hamburger and fries. I got the western buffalo burger with a side of tots. My friend got daddy's Philly and fries. The food arrived at 7:07pm. We asked the waitress for more chips for the queso dip. They came at 7:14pm. Waitress said they are made to order. They were warm and tasty (compared to the chips that came with the queso). The western burger was amazing! I got my burger cooked medium. The straws and bbq sauce paired well. My tots were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing with the bad daddy sauce!!My friend said his Philly "tasted better than it looked". He added that "it had a nice spice to it". My boys enjoyed their food as well. At 7:240pm, I ordered two soft serves for the kids. They came around 7:32pm. They didn't have sprinkles (per menu), and one of my sons wanted them. He asked the waitress about them and she brought a cup of sprinkles. My sons enjoyed it. I tasted a little and I liked it. Overall, good experience!

Wow! Everything was great from beginning to the end! I was a first timer and today was date night and we were not let down. My server was amazing he helped with everything and the questions I had he could tell me what ever I needed to know and having a server who can answer your questions as a first timer is great, the food was amazing I ordered the sliders and I've tasted nothing like them BEFORE! I also so the manager Hannah on duty busting tables and running drinks they looked like a team, they were on a wait and it was worth it they have tvs to watch games and space for lots of people. Thanks guys for making date night great

This is my favorite sports bar to get a Turkey burger and enjoy a cider. I am a regular at this place and my boys love it too. I recently tried the magic mushroom burger and it was delicious. The fried pickles are a good appetizer option. I've tried the house salad/ Caesar salad and truffle fries as a side in the past. Staff are always nice. One of my sons love the milkshakes. The place is nicely decorated, there are screens to watch sports in the dining area and at the bar. They also have patio seating available. The restaurant is always clean including the bathrooms.

The burgers are great. I've only gotten food to go or doordash. I can't speak to the service or ambiance, other than when I picked up my first burger, they forgot I was waiting and the burger was cold. I gave them another chance, and the burger was delicious.

Who doesn't love a good juicy burger with their bacon? Bad daddys bacon burger on steroids is bacon bacon and more bacon with a hamburger and toppings lol. I always get it lettuce wrapped and then enjoy a side of their sweet potato fries with dipping sauce. I always order at the bar because I tend to take it to go but I love seeing how the bartenders interact with the customers. The most recent visit I got to witness kai'aha interact with patrons and it was like she was talking to family. She was so personable and she seemed to have regulars that literally come to just eat and chat with her which is a sign of a great employee and and person!

Greensboro has become something of a burger capital over the last 5 years or so, and this NC chain's latest restaurant has added yet another options to an already long list, which includes Hops, Big Burger Spot, Porter House, Kau, Jake's, CharBar 7, and now The Habit, and maybe Culver's is in the future. While the burgers are the headliners here there are other items that might warrant your interest, including one of the best Fried Chicken Sandwiches around - and these days there are such chicken sandwiches everywhere, constructed every which way, and sauced about the same number of ways! There has been much written about the so called "Chicken Sandwich War" ( dating from 2019) in the mindless mass media with all of their blathering centered on the national fast food chains! They have, as usual, missed the bigger picture - the local mom and pops and small chains are producing quality chicken sandwiches that not only rival but very often exceed that of their adored chains! The sandwich at this small chain is a perfect example. The best route to the chicken sandwich Xanadu here is to build your own sandwich, beginning of course, with the Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Breast - adding pickles, perhaps lettuce & tomato with a little mayo, with Onion Straws on the side (they are addictive!!!). I ask them to cut it in half before serving ( this sandwich is a twofer for me), and to please bring a hot sauce - I prefer Frank's Original for this sandwich - they have it! Liberally apply the hot sauce, a shake of two of salt, and dig in - Popeye will swallow his pipe in envy - it's bigger, it's better! Ambiance - 3.5 (a bit loud) Food - 4.5 (the chicken sandwich) Service - 3.5 (often distracted) Value - 4.5 (the chicken sandwich) 2/1/20

The atmosphere was setup really good. Even though they have adult options as far as drinks are concerned, it still has a family feel to the surroundings. I was in a party of 5 and we ordered several options/drinks. All of our food came out timely, everything was good, all of our orders were made correctly. Brooke (our server) was polite, attentive and never made us have to look for her because she came to check on us several times. She even brought our refills w/o us having to ask. This was a good experience!

Fantastic meal tonight at bad daddy's in Greensboro. There were four of us in our party and we ordered a variety of items. One had salad which was delicious. One had the hot honey chicken and it was fantastic as well and two had burgers. One was build your own and the other was a specialty burger and both were amazing. The service was great and the beer was cold. Great job bad daddy's!

It's been a while since I've visited Bad Daddys Burger Bar. The last time I got Kim's Honey Chicken and loved it so I got it this time as well. It was delicious, but it didn't have enough Jalepeno ranch on it. It was literally about the size of a nickel, so I had to ask for more. The chips were fresh and crispy, which I thoroughly enjoyed! My niece got the BD's American Burger and fries. She loved it! I wanted the banana pudding but was too full. It is amazing though!

I had my doubts, I haven't been here in a couple years. It wasa bad experience then. We were just coming out of covid, and I think maybe evey restaurant was struggling at that point. The hostess told us there was at least a 30 minute wait and advised there was room at the bar. Which was great because it was me and my 35 y. o. Son. We were greeted promptly as we took our seats. They were very busy, the atmosphere was abuzz with lots of people chatting and seemingly having a wonderful time. My son ordered the smokehouse Burger and Chili. He said the burger was really good. The Chili looked very meatyI asked him how it was and he said that was good too. I ordered the Smash Burger and Tots. The tots were nice and crispy just how I like them. The Smash Burger was great with the exception of toooo much onion, and the wrong kind. The only downside other than the onion was it took them over 30 minutes after placing our order to actually get our food. I know it was busy, but this is definitely too long to make people wait for a burger. My son's been a sous chef for a long time, and agreed it shouldn't have been more than 15 minutes, especially for burgers. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5.

I've been here for a few months and wanting a great piece of beef... I found IT here @Bad Daddy in Greensboro.. well done all of you . From the Host at the front to the kitchen staff... it was a well oiled machine on top game and a Friday night. The food ( a burger of course) was delicious, fresh , cooked to perfection, on a toasty bun. Yes I said it . Now if burgers aren't your thing , that's fine there are other options available for you, but as for me when it's done right I have to let someone else know about it Thank you again Bad Daddy. Your rating is to low here .I would give you a 5 star rating.

I think I would eat inside. I ordered food to go and although there is a few hostesses my food was stolen so I had to wait longer for my food to be remade. Which is so annoying since I ordered it and drove 30 minutes to get it.

We were seated pretty quickly and immediately asked for a drink order as we looked at the menu. We decided to start with a few appetizers and then order. Got the fried pickles and the deviled eggs. The eggs were fried with ice was different. They were ok. The salad mix with the two chili sauce that they were sitting for on was better! We ordered our meals and had to wait a very long time. I heard the hostess tell people up front that there was an issue in the kitchen. We never received an explanation. When it finally came out, our food was hot and was pretty good but definitely not worth the wait. I did go to the restroom before leaving and it needed help. The bar area was busy and had a decent vibe. The wait staff was good and tried to keep drinks going to cover the problem in the kitchen. Overall it was just an okay experience. Clean up the bathrooms and communicate snafus. Customers will appreciate it!

Food was great! My husband got a burger, kids got sliders, hot dog, and I got a honey chicken sandwich. The kids ate all their food and some of ours lol. No complaints.

Been a while since we have been here. Ordered the fried deviled eggs as an appetizer. They're really good. Highly recommend. We both ordered the Buffalo burgers. Mine was the best burger I had ever gotten here. Cooked to perfection. We had a great server as well. Took really good care of us. The restaurant was not packed but was very clean and well maintained.

Ambiance - This place was styled and decorated like a higher end bar and grill. Seats were comfortable, tables were clean, artwork was great and on theme. I was immediately able to relax. Service - Our waiter was top tier. Attentive, informative, pleasant, and polite. If all of the staff are as good at their job as he is, this place is set. Food - Holy cats. Delicious. Mouth watering. Exactly what I was looking forward to at a burger bar. Not to mention inexpensive! I was more than pleased when the bill came. The next time in the area, I will be going to Bad Daddy's again!

Great smash burger and beers, very friendly servers and an industrial vibe. Fried Pickle appetizers were great and onion rings as well. Easy to park, Prompt service and decent prices.

I feel like Bad Daddy's is a spot my family and I can come to and know what we are going to get. They are very consistent in both their service and food which is a comfort. Although not the best burger I've ever had, their patty melt is good enough that I get this one every time we get it. I also appreciate the fact that they always cook my burger to the temp I prefer (medium). The fries are good enough but what really amps them up are the sauces that accompany them. I could bottle it up and drink it! They have a great beer list and are simultaneously kid friendly which is always a plus in our book. It is also worth stating that their takeout is great too. Definitely a place we will pop into every so often for a quick, efficient meal.

There are a lot of burger places in Greensboro so it's hard to stand out but bad daddy's is at least as good as the other good options in town. I believe this is a chain or at least has other locations I know of in Charlotte and in the charlotte airport. Bad daddy's has a lot of burger options and a good bar menu. The actual location is a little small so the wait can get long easily and they aren't the fastest burger place either. All in all, it's a solid choice for your burger needs.

Wow - this place has really gone downhill since I was last here two years ago. I was seated at a booth (good start), but then I spent the next fifteen minutes waiting for a waitperson to not turn away. I finally reached out and my waitperson took my order: fried pickles and sliders. The sliders were inedible, limp and dripping grease. In defense of the waitperson, who was at this point attentive, she returned the pickles and took the charge off the bill. The sliders were just ok. I asked for the check which came with a "scan to pay" app by OneDine. It had me go through multiple screens, asking me for my phone number and sending a verification code. I am paying them - what TF do they need to verify me? Still I followed the prompts only to be told "bill not found". I then spent another five minutes getting my waitperson to ring me out at the register after the hostess declined to do so. Then, final straw, as I was departing the hostess chased me down to make sure that I had paid. Ugh.

BAD DADDY = GREAT BURGERS! I was hesitant to come here -probably just another burger joint with the same list of burgers ... & BOY I WAS SO WRONG! Everyone enjoyed their meal, drinks, etc -but let me tell you about one burger I got that was quite a unique experience: * HEAT WAVE BURGER (Lettuce Wrapped). This masterpiece was as pleasant to look at as it was delicious to eat! It contained so many different heat elements -I was expecting my mouth to explode on fire! ... but, sadly, it did not. (You know I enjoy an insane level of spiciness.) Instead, it was quite "medium" on my personal spicy meter. The beef patty was as good as any quality beef. But it was topped with jalapeno bacon, a generous amount of fried poblano peppers, sliced jalapenos, chipotle-cayenne ketchup and habanero mustard. Just typing this makes my mouth water & spicy-senses tingle, but it really wasn't that super-hot (for me). Now, adding to the beauty was how they cut the layers of lettuce in a circle to create a stacked lettuce "bun" for this burger. This was not like sloppy wraps of Iceberg or Romaine flapping around a burger. This was a work of art! My compliments to the chef! ... Oh, everything else was good: Clean, friendly people, etc. Nice atmosphere. Fun vibe in the air. Good music level. Full bar. Lots of TVs playing sports, etc. Would have been nice to have MORE LOCAL CHOICES for brews on tap -especially dark beers (porters/stouts local to area.)

Arrived for late lunch. Restaurant seemed clean and well kept. We chose to eat on the heated patio. Server was prompt and attentive. Food was excellent. Bathroom could have used some attention but overall good experience.

Incredible flavors! Perfectly cooked and exceptionally seasoned burgers with the best onion rings and start. I got the Magic Mushroom burger and the Heatwave. No pics. Devoured. Recommend.

We came here after a park trip with the kids for an ice Friday evening dinner. We had a friendly server that recognized us from previous times and was prompt. Good timing on the food service even while being pretty busy at the time. Fried pickles for our appetizer, it came out within 8-10 minutes and was fantastic as always. Had the daddy's Philly and it was pretty good and cooked with fresh mushrooms and jalapeños. My kids had the slider kids meal and no complaints.

I was craving a burger on my recent trip to Greensboro and decided to order one from Bad Daddy's. I decided to get a 'build your own' sandwich with pesto sauce, mushrooms, and chicken instead of a burger. It was very, very tasty. I would definitely order it again next time I'm in town for work. I got a side of fries as well to go with it, as well as some dipping sauce, but the fries weren't quite as good as the sandwich, but that might have been due to them being delivered and being a little cold and soggy at that point. I wish there was a location here in Birmingham!

I'm on a one-woman mission to find restaurants that are responsive to - and knowledgeable about - food allergies. Bad Daddy's is now on my list of great places, and Brooke and René are on my list of awesome staff members.. For starters, I'm a vegetarian, so Bad Daddy's Burgers is not exactly my dream name for a restaurant, but they have an AMAZING Create Your Own Salad option that offers all kinds of variations. My husband ordered a Create Your Own Burger which gives 11 choices of patties (11! including beef, buffalo, chicken, turkey, salmon, Impossible, and black bean) with many other choices for a personalized meal. When we sat down, Brooke ran through the specials like a champ, then I started in with allergy questions. Because Bad Daddy's does not wish to take chances with diners, she asked René to come out with definitive answers. He was quite knowledge about ingredients and cooking methods. Interestingly, the news they gave me was bad for me (burgers and fries are cooked in soy, which is one of my prime allergens), BUT as anyone who suffers food allergies would agree, it's WAY better to find out the bad news before ordering than after the offending foods have been eaten. René kept me from making bad choices. The salad was super fresh and delicious, and we left as happy customers.

Bad Daddys used to be one of my favorite burger joints. In the past few months it has seemed to have changed a lot. Prices have gone up, portion sizes have gone down. The burgers don't come with fries anymore? Their fried pickles are still in my top 10 list! The bacon cheeseburger on steroids used to be one of my favorites. The sauce they used to put on it was so good! The patty itself was small and a little dry. Veggies seemed fresh enough. The sauce was either non existent or barely on there.

This restaurant was a miss for me. The host stand was pleasant, there was a 30 minute wait, they take your number and send a text when your table is ready. Our server really should have taken a rain check for the day. She was not having a good day and it showed, she was flustered, her attention span was cruddy, not what you expect at a restaurant. Now, the house chip appetizer was the most flavorful thing we had. They were seasoned, albeit slightly overcooked, and the French onion dip tasted nothing like French onion dip, I preferred ranch. I am thoroughly disappointed in the Emilio chicken sandwich, I had high hopes when it came to the table because it looked messy but promising. It was the most flavorless sandwich I've ever tasted. The onion rings were lackluster. I was starving by the time to food came so I ravenously ate my food but even the bacon was not salty, and I thought that maybe it was me. Everyone at my table said the food was tasteless. Sadly, we won't be returning.

My family ordered large burgers and enjoyed. My sliders were inedible and obviously not freshly cooked. We ordered take out

The service was slow for it not to be a lot of people in there and the server was ignoring the table when we needed anything :(
