Unique interior design. Large menu selection for tea, coffee, and food. The ube spanish coffee had a strong coffee taste and not so much ube taste. The curious croissant was nice and flaky croissant. Great place to meet up friends at.

My new favorite coffee place to visit when I’m in Vegas! The coffee isn’t too milky or sugary, the cardamom latte has the right amount of spices. And their overnight oats kept me full!

Bad Owl Coffee Roasters is a great spot for coffee lovers. They offer a decent selection of whole bean coffee and the option to choose your preferred beans for pour-over / drip coffee, which is a nice touch. The coffee itself is consistently good, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The service is good, but I’ve occasionally experienced long waits in the drive-thru, even when it doesn’t seem busy. It’s convenient that they have a drive-thru, but the 7:00 AM opening time might be a bit late for early risers. Was in Vegas for the 4th and was looking for a cafe to do work, found this gem. Love, love the decor, the feel and the atmosphere. Got me into work mode right away. And the food is on point, had the avocado toast with egg and balsamic along with the Cha Horta Latte. It looks like it’s a drive-up as well! Great spot!

I popped in here on our way from Vegas to Death Valley after a delicious lunch from a Hummus place down the street. First was the welcoming scent of roasted coffee followed by the warm lighting and live plants. All very comforting. The staff was attentive and communicative. “Would you like some time with the menu?… of course, take your time”, said a smiling face and they went off to busy themselves behind the counter. As if they could hear my thoughts they were there to take my order. I mentioned feeling indecisive over the many delicious sounding choices and being on an attempt to ingest less sugar and they suggested I try a sugar free option, a vanilla whole milk latte with an extra shot along with the nitrobrew for the hubby. The order was ready promptly and just like that I was stepping outside, noting the friendly outdoor patrons at the small tables and sipping my coffee to be delighted by the cocoa undertones and perfect temperature. I may never be back, but I’m oh so glad I went!

This place was such a gem to find. It’s a quaint coffee shop with the most immaculate coffee selection and food! I wish we had one where I lived because I would be there all the time. 10/10 recommend!

Ambiance: very beautiful inside. Great place to study or go hangout with friends. Drinks: We got the fruit basket flight and I loved it!!! It was nice tasting different drinks. The only one we didn't like was the L'orange cappuccino. I tried the strawberry matcha and ended up getting the full size because it was delicious. The strawberry definitely was sweet but it didn't overpower the matcha flavor too much which I liked. Food: the breakfast burrito was delicious. The salsa on the side had good flavor. I do wish they had other hot sauce options like Cholula or tapatío. Service was excellent as well. I'll definitely return again :)

Wanted to leave a positive review to commend the awesome service I receive at this spot! Every time I've come here the employees have been super friendly and helpful. As far as food goes, I've tried the breakfast burrito and breakfast croissant and both are pretty bomb. The breakfast burrito tortilla comes slightly toasted so it has a nice crunch, is filled with egg, hashbrowns, avocado, and includes a homemade cactus salsa that had an awesome flavor and texture. Coffee here is great (their cold brew with sea salt foam is my favorite) along with a tasty tea selection. This location is super clean and has a really laid back and relaxing vibe. I'll continue to go back to Bad Owl for my quick breakfast/coffee needs!

The service was terrible, I'm pretty sure the employees get paid in crackers because there is no other reason to be that unhappy. The food/drinks were all tasteless, soggy, inedible. We threw them away (which hurts my heart really) and had to go someplace else for breakfast. The matcha was so gross. Please do not get it. Ambiance was kinda cute, bring your laptop and order some water.

As a loyal member of House Hufflepuff, I had to hurry into Bad Owl Coffee Roasters upon arriving in Vegas to have harry potter-esque caffeine fueling. My spidey senses alert me of trouble in paradise as many things that had more Harry Potter elements have been toned down or removed. I did see some white owls around that looked just like Hedwig but don't expect to be dazzled by the magical mystery elements. It's very low key now. Even the butter beer brew has been renamed to Bad Owl's Brew, something more along the lines of their shop. Now that being said, nothing held against them on that and it's a cute shop. I had the coffee flight which is such a brilliant and fun idea. One of the items is an espresso shot but that's cool lol. Now, the aforementioned renamed Bad Owl Brew tastes just like butterbeer but actually a bit more delicious topped with sweet cream and cocoa. My favorite of the 4 coffees in my flight for sure, as the only other unique drink was the banana cold brew. Really fun idea. The breakfast croissant was a generous size and very tasty! Ham, cheese. scrambled eggs and mayo on the roll was a fulfilling breakfast. There is a good amount of seating, most people working or studying so it has a mostly quiet vibe to the shop. At least when I was in there! It's in a strip mall so has a little parking lot for ease. I liked Bad Owl Coffee Roasters and it's a cute stop for coffee.

Very cute café but feels light on the Harry Potter theming, almost like they might've been required to take things down which is a definite bummer but the decor was still cool - pseudo dungeon vibes. I like that their loyalty points are still called House Points. The cheese danish warmed up was excellent. I liked the stardust lemonade - fun and colorchanging with the butterfly pea flower tea. The peppermint mocha was better than Starbucks. We didn't get a regular coffee but their roasts sounded really nice. Also they have free WiFi which was great! Ample seating and plenty of free parking.

Ok... I loved the ambiance here! So dark and "brewy" that I almost felt a little Wednesday Addams vibes I loved the atmosphere and the service was stellar. We ordered multiple drinks. Shame on me for not remembering the names ‍ but the one with the orange peels was I also loved the lemonade We will be back soon

Ordered an Iced ButterBrew and a Hot ButterBrew If you are a butterscotch fan like myself, this is the one for you. The staff were very friendly and service was great. The inside was had a cool Harry Potter Theme. I will be back, sooner than later!

Stopped by on a whim while driving through Vegas and discovered the coffee was awesome here. Breakfast foods too - really hit the spot. Friendly staff. 10/10 would come again next time we're in town.

If you are looking for a beautiful open coffee shop, I will definitely take a look at Bad Owl! Seeing both locations they keep their quality and customer service on point! I love coming to both locations especially this one because it gives me the most Harry Potter feeling while drinking my favorite my drink, the Koyoto brew. The aesthetics of the café is marvelous. The dark/warm feeling and having a nice cup of coffee, makes it spooky and festive at the same time! Definitely recommend getting the breakfast burrito and trying out their pastries that are in the glass display. Customer service here are very friendly and make you feel like they known you for years! This place is a true Coffee shop and I can never get tired with them. Every time I visit family in Vegas, I make a stop at Bad Owl. Their coffee is so delicious and the atmosphere is nice and chill. A few years back they used to have more of a Harry Potter vibe at this location (I haven't been to the other locations). It's more of an Owl theme these days but still really cute. Their sweet venom coffee is one of my favorites and I've ordered bags of these beans multiple times shipped to my home when I can't get out here. My most recent visit we tried the banana cold brew latte and butterbeer and both were so good. My sister got the chamomile tea which had hibiscus and that was also really good. I also got a hazelnut mini donut which was soft and not too sweet. Although I visit the giant coffee chains, I prefer visiting local coffee shops at home and when I'm in a different town. Next time I'd like to try items on their food menu.

The interior of this coffee shop is absolutely cozy and magical. I absolutely adored the decore in theme with the coffee shop's name of Bad Owl. There's homage to Harry Potter, so if you're in the area, I recommend this coffee shop for any and all muggles, witches, and wizards. This place also has a drive thru! I tried the cold Ube Spanish Latte, and the cold Butter Brew Latte. Ube Spanish Latte was pretty good. But I love the cold Butter Brew Latte. The Butter Brew Latte does not come with any espresso, so I highly, highly recommend adding at least a shot of espresso (there is an extra charge for this), otherwise it can be too sweet. With espresso, it makes the flavor even better, but I would probably ask for this drink to somehow be less sweet next time still. I also plan to try the Butter Brew hot next time with espresso. Kudos especially to Brandon, the barista working that day my friends and I went, who spent time and so much patience answering our questions and giving recommendations on drinks. Brandon was very kind and welcoming, and this made the experience all the more nicer, since we never felt rushed to have to order. This is a place for a solid, cold coffee, and one of my favorite coffee shops to visit.

The coffee shop had a really nice ambiance and atmosphere, loved the darker and concrete interior. The drinks were good as well, can't go wrong with their white lattes and they had amazing speciality drinks.

I went to their first location in Henderson ages ago but I have been wanting to go back. I found out they have a location on the southwest side, which I absolutely had to go. It's been a while so I don't actually remember the taste of the first butterbrew latte and the dessert I got. I ordered an Iced Butterbrew latte, I felt like it's necessary considering the theme of the business. I got a slight hint of the butterbrew, I don't think the flavor of it is very strong but I definitely tasted more of their coffee. Which their coffee is not too bad. I have been inside the cafe twice and it's a nice warm atmosphere where it's perfect to study in or just hangout inside. The good thing is that this location also has a drive thru, their other location in Henderson does not. Overall, I would say I have a pretty fine experience from here. It's actually a themed cafe where the food and drinks aren't gimmicks. Definitely a place to reccommend to people who like Harry Potter and a cafe spot for people to study and relax in.

This spot is by the place where i am staying at. Food: i got a texas style beignet , chocolate on the ouside and white mocha on the inside. Super yummy. I got a vanilla ice latte with oat milk. Could be better but good. I got their breakfast croissant. Next time ill just ask for no cheese. Not a fan of the ham. Service: The lady was sweet heating up my beignet, i appreciate that. They hand deliver all my items which was always a great customer service. They even have a drive thru just in case you feel like my making a quicker stop. Ambiance: The vibes in here reminds me of harry potter stuff. The owl is a tie between either hogwarts or OVO from Drake. I can't make up my mind on that. Overall a good spot!

What a cute coffee shop! We stopped here on our first morning in Vegas before heading out shopping. For coffee, we got the First Years Flight, which comes with their house espresso, a cortado, sea salt nitro, and butterbrew. The cortado was really good, smooth, and allowed you to taste the coffee while still being mellowed by the milk. The butterbrew (think butter beer from Harry Potter) has no coffee, and is sweetened with what tastes like butterscotch and topped with cocoa powder. It was yummy but soooo sweet. I actually added some of my espresso shot to this and it was much better. The salted nitro was my favorite. It comes with a cold foam topping with simple syrup and salt, which was delicious. I would definitely order that in the summer. We also had a mini beignet filled with berry jam, and it was so light and fluffy and perfectly sweet. Would get again. They also had a passion fruit filled option which I want to come back to try. My husband got a white chocolate mocha which he enjoyed. To eat, he got the BOP sandwich, which came with eggs, cheese, and sausage. He gobbled down the whole thing. The shop itself is decorated with owls. It was very cute. Overall, it's a good place to stop for a quick bite/brew. They also have a drive thru.

I heard there was a Harry Potter themed coffee shop in Las Vegas and had to come by! I love the subtle ties to HP that are noticeable to fans while still having a trendy vibe for people just here for coffee. There are HP quotes altered to be about coffee, flying keys and cage decorations, golden snitches, owl figurines, a Dobby canvas, the Unbreakable Vow, and many other magical ties to the series. I enjoyed walking around the shop to spot them all! I had to get the Butterbrew signature coffee, of course. It was delicious, I would absolutely get it again! The amount of butterscotch flavoring was just right and not overpowering. I also got the classic avocado toast which I thought was well-priced for the serving size you get. Some of the menu items also had HP ties in the names like Avada Ricotta toast, overknight oats, and the first year's flight. This was an excellent spot that I will recommend to other HP fans for when they're in Vegas!

Everytime I'm in Vegas I always have to stop for some Butter Brew. It's soooo good!! Service is fast.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating with certain restrictions and to customize drink and food. The place is very relaxing but hip at the same time with cute theme tables and decor. Only to change is to make the restrooms gender neutral as I feel more female come in.

Literally the BEST COFFEE SPOT. I got the biscoff latte iced with oat milk and my hubs got a Nutella latte with oat milk iced and the avocado everything toast and he said this is the BEST COFFEE SPOT and that he hopes it doesn't offend me because I do work at Starbucks. But I agree. This is amazing

The food was fantastic, great ambiance and super cute decor. LOVED the Harry Potter theme we wanted to get the latte flight but unfortunately two out of the four options have cow dairy and couldn't be substituted for non dairy alternative. Ordered a hot gingerbread latte instead with almond milk. They have a reward system too!

This is only a review for their drinks - we did not purchase any food. Bad Owls is a lightly themed Harry Potter coffee shop, with great options for signature lattes and coffee flights. We asked the cashier what her favorite latte was and she suggested the "Biscoff Latte" and that's what we got. My husband got the First Year's Flight (House Espresso, Nitro with Salt Foam, Cortado, and Butterbrew). The Biscoff latte was so good. Not overly sweet and had a hint of cookie butter. And of the coffee flight our favorite was the Cortado and the Butter Brew. The House Espresso was a little too bitter for the both of us. Overall, great vibe, decent seating and it was constantly busy here. We would definitely come back and try their other coffees!

Harry Potter themed cafe, so cool and cute! I was between the Butterbrew and Biscoff latte, and I was recommended to try the Biscoff latte and I love it!

Ordered BLT with salad along with regular flight which was amazing! The theme of the cafe is like Harry Potter with owls, chandeliers cage, and witchy stuff. The service was quiet and shy except this one guy with the glasses was more outgoing. I would love to go back soon!

This has been my go-to spot for the past five years. The quality and service used to be great, now, there's a bunch of weirdos working there. They always have chipped nail polish and dirt under their nails, it's disgusting. They work with food. If you go through the drive thru and don't tip expect your latte or matcha to taste like shiiii. They wait to see the tip then they decide how your drunk will taste. So sad, because it used to have great tasting coffee & service. Now, shit service and overpriced burnt coffee, and to top it off it's dirty, especially where the Beignets & pastries are. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned out, ever. Management, do better.

lemme put you on BANANA COLD BREW LATTE if you like banana this drink is UNBELIEVABLE. it has fresh homemade banana syrup and it taste natural and absolutely delicious. it's a perfect balance between coffee flavor and fresh natural banana flavor. overall though their lattes are all pretty good, they are balanced and have good coffee flavor but also include the flavors they advertise. butter beer is good and nutella is also a solid option. their flights are also always awesome, always well created with great flavors. overall my favorite place and go to for coffee in vegas. their service can be a tad slow but it's worth the wait, it depends on how busy they are though. but there's always people in there haha. the theming of this place is harry potter and it's adorable. they did a great job with this place.

There is a wide variety of drinks to be had at bad owl. I gave it four stars due to service lacking and being slow after we ordered. The coffee is always fresh and hot, but I wish they had more options as far as tease for non-coffee drinkers as my best friend can't quite order what she would like from this place.

Was at church nearby and wanted coffee after, found this shop on Yelp and it was 5mins away. Such a cute coffee shop. Upon walking in, seatings on both sides of the walkway and on the right side all the way to the back. A good variety of lattes to order from, hot and cold. 12oz hot lattes are served in a ceramic cup if you want to enjoy it there. Otherwise, it'll be in paper or plastic cups. We didn't really look at their food menu but saw around us avocado toast and a burger of some sort. Looks like a good variety of food as well. Very nice and clean shop. I really enjoyed my latte. We will be back if we are in the area.

They have a really good double pumpkin latte. Unfortunately no other pastries besides croissants and beignets. Currently have been waiting in the drive through over 20 minutes behind a car. At this point I don't even want coffee anymore. If you want coffee here just have AMPLE amounts of time.

I found this place while looking for a local coffee shop as usual. I saw reviews and it said that it has a Harry Potter theme and since my husband is a big fan. I decided to give it a try. It was out of the way but still wanted to go and see it. We got the orange flavored cappuccino and my husband got the Biscoff drink. So my drink was okay, and he thought his okay as well. I thought it was a bit expensive for what they offer. Funny thing is I noticed that I had ordered via Door dash from this place a year prior, I had their Avocado everything and it was good. Staff were nice, place is really cute.

I've been coming to Bad Owl since 2018 and I absolutely love this place. PROS: - The coffee drinks and breakfast burritos with tots are delicious - The staff is always friendly and the service is great - I love the Harry Potter theme CONS: - It can get busy and seats fill up quickly. I wish they would remove the merchandise shelf and sofa chairs and add more table seats. - Cell service can be spotty and the free WiFi can get weak making it hard to get any work done Overall I love this coffee shop and hope they build one in Summerlin!

We haven't been back to this area for awhile, so we were happy to pay them a visit this morning at 8am. We got two breakfast sandwiches, the one bacon, egg and avocado and my husband got the buns of power. We were very happy with our choices. We split a large mocha and it was delicious! The service was friendly and the have clean restrooms. This morning, the music was annoying, but perhaps the workers liked it. Other than the music, it was a great experience!

Coffee flight was fun to try! Strawberry match latte was new menu I never tried , good combination ingredients ans very fresh flavor, pastry was good too, Wow! 10am still crowded!!

Stopped by Bad Owl Coffee Roasters to do some work while I was in town. The space is open, bright, and inviting. Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor. The menu offers traditional coffee drinks as well as fun signature drinks such as butterbrew, orange chiffon, banana cold brew latte, and more. They also offer breakfast items and sandwiches. As tempting as their signature lattes sound, I still went with my go-to, an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon. The latte was solid and had the right amount of flavor. The wifi is strong and the space is ideal of working, studying, or catching up with a friend. Service was fast and friendly.

The Avocado Everything toast is EVERYTHING for real! I most certainly would get it again. The cream cheese and the Everything Bagel seasoning together with the avocado on the toasted bread... chef's kiss! I also liked the iced ube latte. I personally prefer less of an espresso taste but still quite yummy. Harry Potter-themed cuteness and friendly service! Love the decor. I will definitely be back!

A cute Harry Potter themed cafe in the Spring Valley area of Las Vegas. They have a great selection of signature drinks. The main signature is the butterbrew latte. I was a bit apprehensive at first, because I thought it would be too sweet. Surprisingly, it's just the right amount of sweetness. It can come hot or iced, but does not contain any coffee or espresso. It can be added. The service is very fast and friendly. Don't forget to tip the house elves so they can be free!

Today was my first visit and I'm definitely coming back! Everything looks so good, very clean and organized. I've been trying lately the Avocado toasts from many places and BOC has my favorite, I love it !! I'm glad they have the decaf choice , this is a good point that gave me the sign that I can order from here. The service is great, CORBIN was very nice and friendly, I watched him while waiting for my latte, he probably prepared 5 6 drinks within less than 3 minutes he was soo fast and organized I was so amazed while watching Corbin. I noticed they also work with Doordash and I am definitely ordering from here if I can't visit

Love Bad Owl Coffee! The staff is always so friendly and it is a fun experience for Harry Potter fans. They have great coffee and food options. Wish they had more items for purchase for novelty items as they would make great presents.

First visit here. The interior is pretty inviting. It's super cute with their lights. I got their curious croissant and my bf got the bacon avo egg sandwich. It wasn't anything special. If anything, it needed a bit more flavor to me. Although the croissant was good itself. We also tried their Ube Spanish latte, which wasn't memorable. I didn't finish mine. I personally wouldn't go out of my way to go here. But their service was good.

Bad Owl should be called Amazing Owl! First visit to this cute coffee shop and everything was delicious. Hands down one of the best Dirty Chai Tea Lattes I've had and the burrito was full of flavor! I will definitely return to try more. And the Harry Potter theme is a big plus.

The menu items aren't exactly Harry Potter themed like I had hoped (I'm pretty sure they used to have Butterbeer but not anymore). It was still good and delish. It was a nice atmosphere and we enjoyed ourselves. I really loved my decaf Ube Latte and chicken pesto sandwich.

There's this adorable girl at the front counter her name is Mary and she was so sweet and patient with me when it came to two choices I was indecisive of, not only did she take my order but she went to making it right away and it tasted amazing I had the Ube latte! She served me with a smile and just had the best attitude and made my day :) so refreshing I hope to see her again

This review is strictly on their coffee beans. I like to make my own coffee at home, but I buy my coffee beans here. They freshly roast their beans on site and note it on the package when it was roasted. The first time I tried their coffee beans, I immediately fell in love! The taste, the aroma it's to so good! This is now my new fave spot to get coffee beans from!

This place is easily located on South Rainbow in a strip mall with a decent amount of parking. The exterior is well designed and has outside seating too. They offer a seasonal menu of specialty coffees along with their standard coffee menu well as a small food menu. I got the Original Avocado coat with was well seasoned, and light. My only criticism is that the avocado toast was served on toast with a sesame crust, which was not disclosed on their menu so I need to cut the crust off my toast rather than bit into it. My coffee was served hot and you could taste many of the undertones once it cooled down a bit. This is a cool fun places for a first date, business meeting or to do homework.

As someone who grew up on the Harry Potter series, bad owl immediately stole my heart. The theming and decorations, as well as signature drinks is so cute and perfect for anyone who likes HP. My favorite drink to get is the iced banana cold brew latte, which is cold brew paired with their housemade banana sauce, sweet cream foam top, and a sprinkling of banana chips. This tastes exactly like fresh bananas, and as a banana milk lover I could not get enough of this. The cold brew also did not have the typically sour cold brew taste, it was rich and smooth and blended perfectly with the sweet cream top, which also tasted of banana. Definitely try this drink if you like banana haha. They also offer coffee flights, I tried the fruit basket flight which included a butterfly pea tea lemonade, the banana cold brew latte, an orange zest cappuccino, and a strawberry matcha. All were really yummy and well made, the cappuccino had a quality amount of foam too. I just wish the coffees in the flights were bigger, because I found myself slurping these tiny glasses down!

Cute setting. Love the Harry Potter theme and decor they set up. They do have a holiday menu as well as their everyday menu. I love coffee, hot or cold. This time I tried their white mocha latte on a cold day. Pretty creamy and not too sweet just how I like it. It's located on the main road on rainbow and windmill and I always passed this place but never saw it until my cousin said let's go to bad owl. Just know if you see the gas station, it's that turn. (But I can't remember the gas station).
