Baddeley's Pourhouse Sports Bar

Feels weird to say goodbye here. But I will say that no matter who is behind the bar here...I have never felt so appreciated or welcome here. This is a damn good place to chill. if you live in Long Beach or come to visit, give this place a chance.

Very few places get it done right. Awesome bartenders. Great low key local vibe in the LB. Easy access location. Cheap food, and even better cheap drink prices! Sports playing in all areas of the bar with a pool table, touch tunes DJ, and multi arcade game available.I dont live in the neighborhood, but I enjoy making this place one of my go to spots whenever I'm in the area.

No fpod but great spprts bar where you can brimg your own food...womderful service, great priced drinks!

Awesome place it’s the home of the two dollar PBR. They always have good drink specials friendly atmosphere there’s a ton of TVs so you can watch your sports. Kevyn and Janice the owners are super sweet and Derf the manager Always makes you feel welcome. There is always hot fresh popcorn and a friendly atmosphere!

~New To The Area~ Local Spot and that's a good thing :) Good selection of beer handles, free popcorn and they have pizza delivered ($1.50 a slice) The staff is prompt and friendly...so friend they just may bust your chops lol The atmosphere is divey but comfoffy-cozzy. The patrons look to all be locals and are kind as well. Oh, a 16oz Pabst is only $2!!!!

This is the kind of bar that you can really settle into. It's the type of bar where you might see two grown men, deep into the night, crying at the end of the bar top as their friends point at them and shake their heads; NOT because what they are doing is wrong but because it's so very right, and they're strong enough to do it. It is a little too light inside, for my taste.

Seriously love this place. Super laid back chill vibe. Stephanie is a damn good bartender! Always remembers you and what you usually get, she also makes the best bloody Mary's in long Beach hands down! They've got shuffleboard and a cool golf game, though I do miss the old arcade game that had all the old games on it. They've got amazing picked eggs (when not out of them). I usually go when Stephanie is working, again cause she makes the best bloodies!

One of the best bars in Long Beach. The best bartenders and has become my favorite spot. $3 dollar PBR and great deals overall. The locals are rad and enjoy watching sporting events there. Love this place!

Great low key place if you are looking for a drink and a fun time. Ask the bartenders for the puzzle games hidden behind the bar. They also have a pool table if you are looking for some other games.

Soft pass -- having to ask repeatedly for a drink in a place that should be known for libations is a task one never wants to embark on. Redeemable qualities one billiard table, seating comfortable for a small crew, two to three tabletops a few handful of tv's and a kinky popcorn machine. Enjoy the Broadway in Long Beach experience!

A bar with great energy! Walking in you notice a full bar, lots of TV's for sports games, and and amazing soundtrack of 80s and classic rock on the night i went anyway. They have happy hour and their own signature drinks. I also notice a large amount of beers on tap. Tried a whiskey with coke and a Midori sour and they were very good. It's not small and it's not huge either but they have a full counter at the bar and tables with seating throughout. I noticed the great energy this place has with people talking and laughing and having a great time. The bartender was very pleasant. The icing to all of this is the free buttered popcorn. If you're feeling hungry and want to order food, there is and Indian restaurant next door

Was looking for a bar in Long Beach that had the UFC fights and came across this gem. The staff was cool, the guests/atmosphere was chill, they had free pop corn, good deals on cold beer, and turned all the TVs to the fight when the main card started. Will definitely be back.

Let me start off by saying Thank you Derf! My fiancé and I were looking for a place to watch a UFC fight we walked in and the ambience was lit! Derf was attentive and hospitable! Ps. Don't forget to get a basket of complimentary buttery popcorn!

Came inside for some cold brews on a beautiful sunny Friday. The bartender was friendly and very attentive. I would recommend this place to any who wants to a local bar with a stadium experience. Oh, brews were super cold.

This is my fav bar in LB. They even have a special for PBR (my fav). Buy one get one for a PENNY! Derf and DanO are I literally the best and nice bartenders I've ever met. They Have a great specials and you should check it out!

We used to love Baddeley's! There used to be an awesome fun crowd and it was just an awesome bar to spend some time at. The bartenders used to be better, too. The Baddeley's crew has gotten weird. The crowd isn't the same, it's the same people hanging out there all the time, harassing you over Dodgers games, odd dudes going up to ladies talking nonsense. It's just weird and it's not the same as it used to be. I get it, each bar has their own unique crowd, but unfortunately, this bar used to have a better one. It's still a good bar if you go during off times I suppose. I wish it was how it used to be.

My boyfriend and I are brand new to the area and decided to stop by this place on our walk home from dinner Saturday Night. Service was fantastic. All the staff was super attentive and we were never having to wait on refills. They had plenty of games on their TVs so we will be sure to come back for all Our sporting event viewing. Our server Corrin went above and beyond to welcome us to the neighborhood and give us great insight of all the spots to go. There was two other gentlemen I didn't catch the name of that did lots of rounds to check on us as well. Everyone was great! We will definitely be adding Baddeleys to our weekly routine!

First of all DERF is the man, totally makes sure we're taken care of and has all the initiative and proactivity you could ever wish for in a bartender. Such a cool atmosphere we always feel welcome here!

Baddeley's Pourhouse is absolutely hands down my favorite bar. It is a great place to watch sports because they have plenty of TV's and offer a good variety of different sporting events. They even show fights without the crazy cover charge. They have a full bar with drink specials and a great beer selection. Their pitchers have this column in the middle that keeps your beer cold. It is magical. When I come here, I do not only feel welcome but Chris, Derf and Kevin make me feel like family. The place has a relaxed vibe and the bartenders do a great job of keeping people who are trouble out. If you are hungry, you can have food delivered or grab a free basket of popcorn to munch on. The only thing that would make Baddeley's better is if they were granted their entertainment license because then they could bring back karaoke.

Entire staff is awesome. Working like a well oiled machine. Good vibes. Good drinks. Beer is cold.

My new favorite dive bar in Long Beach. Great location, prices are fair, and the staff / guest are all fun and friendly. Stumbled on this place with a friend. Felt like we were welcomed in like patrons. I almost felt like I was on CHEERS. Had that everybody knows my name vibe. I had the pleasure of meeting both ownerw, the manager Derf, and a few of the bartenders that were on shift and off shift. The owners gave us amazing hospitality. The manager Derf was on point. Serving guest, assisting the staff, and entertaining us all along the way. All the bartenders I met were funny and attentive as well. They just dropped a bad ass new freezer in the back that we got a tour of. They even have a gage on the wall so customers can see exactly how cold the freezer is. You'll get some of the coldest beers imaginable here. Mine was dang near icy. Next time I'm I'm the area I'll definitely be dropping in. Keep up the great hospitality and friendly environment. My brother and his lovely girlfriend love Baddeley's Pourhouse!!! I'm his sister and live in the midwest and wanted to surprise them by paying for their bill! Baddeley's made it happen!! My brother and his girl rave about Baddeley's, their service and food!!! Baddeleys has easily become one of my favorite go-to dives in LB! I absolutely adore all the bartenders and the barback is cool too! It's always, always, always good vibes when I go in. Love coming in when I need a little break from life. Thanks girls and Derf! xxo!

Excellent neighborhood spot for cold beers/mixed drinks and good times. We were immediately greeted by Dave. Super cool guy,treated us like VIPs and even recommended some good go-to foods. Leah was also awesome and very friendly & last but not least derf was solid as well. We will most definitely be back to this bar,don't find many spots like this any more that make you feel welcome and their prices are MORE THAN REASONABLE

Bartenders have horrible customer service We wanted to have a couple drinks and tip at the end of our night but the waitress wanted a tip after each drink ( 2 people 2 beers ) and because she didnt get a instant tip she refused to serve our party Waving, eye contact, followed by her rolling her eyes.... so we left, who wants to be in that kinda atmosphere Tips are a gift not something your entitled to above your hourly pay To be frank I'm glad this place is boarded up

01/20/2019 Hanging with Derf and the crew watching football. Having the greatest time! I love this placeso much I would work here for free... I'm going to apply. today they ordered FREE pizza from Porkys and there were plenty of Drink specials.. recommend: order the "golden delicious apple" shot. it's Derf's spin on a washington apple. It's super good! It's sunday funday but it could be a monday and would still feel awesome-sauce.

Baddeley's is my favorite bar in Long Beach. It's everything you want from a neighborhood bar. The staff is super nice (shout-out to Derf and Stephanie) and everyone who hangs there is super chill. Always a good crowd for UFC, Boxing and for Los Lakers and Dodgers. For holidays and big events they always go all out with drink specials, free swag and free super dank food. This year for Super Bowl they had The Attic cater. All a round I think it's the best neighborhood sports bar around. Almost forgot to mention they sell these big hot pocket type pizzas that you have to try...best bar snack ever.

FAMILIA! Awesome time on Karaoke Night! Our family in town to welcome the new Decade, and we find this gem. Filled with locals and tourists alike, we experienced warmth, friendship, laughter, music...love. A huge teddy bear of a man called Kevin, the owner, captured our heart immediately, welcoming us with with his FLAWLESS rendition of 3 Sinatra tunes. Crooners come in every shape and form, and we were sold. What followed was a magical night of song, drink, popcorn with hot sauce and lime,(you have to try it!!) memories, tribute to The Matriarch with a wonderful bottle of cognac, and tears, tears joy, sadness, hope, that will now be engraved in the continuing story of our family, for ever. Thank you Kevin, Dano, and the whole Baddley's crew for an unforgettable night. We will be back! Salúd!

This place is SO much fun! My mom was visiting from the Bay Area and we wanted to find a fun bar that was chill, and this place was that and more. Our bartender, Derf, made great drinks (at a GREAT price) and great conversation, and told us about karaoke on Mondays, so we of course came back on a Monday (Labor Day). The DJ was fun, the music selection/ song selection was great and diverse, and the crowd was super fun and welcoming. It was my mom's first time in Long Beach and she didn't stop talking about how great this bar was (and I of course agree!) Thanks for the great time, we will be back soon enough! Oh, and did I forget to mention free popcorn? They have free popcorn.

I usually have a great time here but today was very different. I walked in and sat in an empty seat at the bar. There was nobody behind the bar for the first 5 minutes. Than a woman with braided hair and shitty tattoos walks behind the bar right past me and keeps walking to the microwave behind the bar and starts heating up some food. I'm still sitting there waiting to be acknowledged and then she walks right past me again to chat with the bar tables for a minute and then goes to the cooler to get them some bottled beer. Then she walked past me a 3'rd time and returns to the microwave and pulls out a togo box of what smells like greasy french fries and places the box directly under the taps (out of sight but not out of smell). Then she stands there and starts snacking on her food. Then a few regulars walk in and wave to her saying "Hi Jennifer!" Then the bartender walks and grabs a pint glass and starts making a shaken cocktail or maybe shots and walks to the end of the bar and starts chatting with them. I am still patiently waiting to order a drink and I'm having no luck. She returns to stuff her face with some more french fries not once washing her hands and continues to chat with the regulars at the bar. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I decided to try my luck somewhere else. Avoid this bar on Friday afternoons unless you are friends with Jennifer.

I would have given 5 stars to service, but since my debit card and my friends card has been compromised 3 times in the past 18 months, I'm giving this 3 star rating. Someone works behind the bar that has an access to patrons cards deff trying to use these cards illegally by placing unauthorized charges. Thx to my bank's alert, I find out right away, but calling your bank and canceling the charges, blocking the cards are such as hassle. Funny thing is that I go to many bar/dining establishments in Long Beach and it only happens here at Baddeleys. If the owner is reading this, I'd deff like to get an explanation! Thank you!

Anywhere Derf works shines!! Fun neighborhood bar, cool security, great drinks, and the best bartender I know works here! I've been a handful of times now, and I've always had a good time! They always have different food and drink specials, and I LOVE the fact that they give back to the community and donate money to the Rescue Mission. I'm not a singer myself, but industry/karaoke Monday was a blast last night!

I came with my friends to get some Indian food at Flamin Curry which is next door to Baddeleys. There was tables outside for us to sit which was awesome cause Baddeleys was able to order are food for us and get us bar drinks. Derf was our server and made us feel at home. He was super sweet and honestly I felt like he was our friend within 2 mins of meeting us. Corrin the hot bartender was super sweet and came to check on us to see if we liked our drink. And the drinks were so good!! She was very friendly and also made us feel at home. Derf and Corrin were such sweetheart and really gave us the best service. Dano also charged my phone!! Hands down amazing people and customers service. 5 's Clean, welcoming, good vibes, great music and good food!

Went there on St. Patrick's Day. My husband and my daughter decided to go for a drink there was an extra table and we were told that was there was a waiting list. We stood outside waiting as new people came they were the ones that had the table when even on a list. I see that the lady with glasses that works there plays favoritism how are you supposed to have a good establishment. When you can't even be honest with your customers. Probably not coming back again. Word-of-mouth. I'm sure the rest of the staff is genuine

Great local bar and place to watch sports! Steph is the best! She can handle a large crowd and always had a smile on her face. Go see her and the crew! Fun music, not too loud, for a fun bar!!

Service is fine but when shit goes down, they prefer to side with whomever has the most money and disregard problems in between customers belittling the poor. I recommend that you don't go here

This is by far THE best bar in Long Beach. The bartenders are so friendly and give excellent service. Derf the manager is super cool. The drinks are always cold, lively atmosphere, and everyone calls you by name. I strongly recommend this establishment.

Good Variety of Drink & Shot Specials Popcorn Nice & Friendly Bartenders - Seriously, some of the greatest bartenders in the LBC, also the owner's frequent the place and they are both really great people & super easy to talk to. No Food but they don't mind you bringing in food from another local business, and from time to time they will order pizza for everyone depending on what is going on Good local spot, everyone is friendly. Jukebox Lots of TVs for all sorts of Sports Pool Table If you live close this is a great place to make your watering hole, I did when I lived a couple blocks away. Cheers!

One of my favorite local bars. The service is great, the locals are amazing and I always appreciate Derf's attentiveness. Derf knows what's up and keeps me hydrated. I love that I can catch live NBA and see my Dodgers!
