Great brewery taproom so close to Lambeau Field! The beer flows cold, and with good variety with IPAs, lagers, and some sours as well. The pizza here is great as well. Nice outdoor patio attached to the taproom as well. The staff is fantastic! Don't forget to add a pickle to your beer! So good!

Great Brewery that's only 2 blocks from Lambeau Field. Huge outdoor beer garden and lots of inside seating as well. I had the Wi Bien Mexican Lager. Perfect on a hot July afternoon.

Good seating indoor and out. Excellent selection of their own brews plus many choices from other microbreweries. Try a flight and find what you really enjoy. Have been here many times and will be back. Occasionally special events take place, live music, food trucks, craft sales. If your visiting GB and Lambeau Field this is a must visit if you enjoy microbreweries. Outdoor area has large grass areas and is dog friendly. On cool evenings they have fireside seating and heaters outside.

Service dogs allowed inside, otherwise you can bring your dog in the outdoor beer garden - which is very spacious. The Barrel Haus is used for events such as weddings, corporate, parties etc. Their ciders are AMAZING, and my favorite beers are the Gold Package and Udder Tuggers.

We stopped in for a few Brews. We received a very good tour of the facilities. The beer was cold on tap and fantastic. Badger State Brewing has a very good gift shop. The Beer Garden is very large and well kept. The Tap Room is very clean and has a large number of beers on tap. The brewing facilities are clean and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful suggesting a beer to try.

Great in house brewed Wisconsin themed beers. Very original ideas gives pride to the state's rich history and culture. I recomend the BRW-SKI lager. Service always available.

Our Green Bay brewery tour wouldn't have been complete without checking out Badger State. Our hotel was in walking distance but there's a sizeable lot available onsite! The interior is fairly standard, with bar and table seating. The patio was perfect on this sunny day! Service was friendly and helpful during our visit! The beers here were great, including the coffee ale and the coconut-infused IPA. We also got the jumbo pretzel, which was cooked to order, soft, and had some yummy cheese and mustard dipping sauces! Overall, a pretty solid brewery if you're in the area!

Stopped here before a Packers preseason game. Great outdoor and indoor spot! Plenty of seating throughout with a bunch of tvs to watch your favorite team. Beer was a bit inconsistent for me. The IPA was good but the Brw-ski lager was great. I'm more of an IPA fan and that beer didn't do it for me but I'm glad I went and tried it. I will definitely be back here whenever I'm in the area

For a game game night, this place has almost everything you need. $25 game day parking, reasonable food, parking lot taps, clean restroom, help yourself filtered water, indoor seating and a vibrant beer garden. I appreciate a Green Bay establishment that does not gouge, especially on a game day/evening. A good place to start off a game!

Was here for the draft , playing shuffleboard il and and we we were told to leave cause had to much to on drink we were asked to leave. Screw to that, crazy stupid. And they called the cops, no problem leaving, just never going back, over zealous bouncers and staff.

- first time this Cali girl visited Green Bay, WI on a cold, rainy day - within easy reach of Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers - very helpful and friendly bartender - Menu offers an extensive variety of pale ales, seltzers/ciders, tap, and fruity/sour beers - Ordered 2 flights of different beers and my favorite was the Tiki Tom, and GameDay - awesome place, highly recommend

Absolutely loved Badger State Brewing Co. We found this place through a camping program we belong to. I will start with the best first and that is the outside beer garden. It is a massive space with ton's of different seating options, fire pits, and dog friendly. The staff we engaged with were both very cool and helpful. The beers were great and we even got some to take with us when we left! Overall we loved it and can't wait to go back!

Great little...large dive bar type spot for before a game. They have a lot of beer on tap, it's decent price and everybody here is pretty friendly. There are a lot of tables and a lot of other bars in the area. There's also an outdoor patio and family friendly. Beers are all around pretty solid!

Stopped in here when on travel. It was across from my hotel. It was excellent! Nice beer garden and places to relax and enjoy the many beers on tap! Loved this place! It is worth a stop in if you are in the area!

Great beers. Something for everyone. But unfortunately the food menu is theoretical. Looks nice on paper but if they're "too busy" the kitchen closes and they refer you to a kiosk where you can order from a place 2 miles away. It's been 50 minutes since we ordered... nothing. Come on!! Let's be clear. When they're too busy -- don't expect much.

Visited Badger State Brewing Company on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy the vibes. The ambiance was very nice with rustic wooden tables and chairs, a spacious outdoor patio perfect for families and pets, and a great selection of brews. I got the prickly pear pineapple seltzer and it was very refreshing and unique. A majority of their beer and sours are on tap. Their ciders are only served in cans. Overall, it's a great place to spend a couple hours, enjoy some great drinks and the vibes!

Incredible service. We came here on a Friday evening and there was live music - such a treat that we were not expecting. They have a long list of craft beers as well as a full bar. We tried a few different beers and enjoyed them all - I particularly liked the blueberry. Lots of space - definitely good for groups.

We were there on Saturday. We had three great servers, several good beers, and just a good overall time. I knew BSBC had some good beers, but I didn't realize the had SO many good ones!

We were visiting Green Bay, any time we visit a new city we have to try the local beers. The beertenders were very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. They gave good recommendations. Really nice outside area, was a little cold but still love sitting outside. It was really cool, they were having a wedding there. Definitely worth going to.

THE NICEST PEOPLE IN THE UNIVERSE LIVE IN GREEN BAY WISCONSIN!! oh, and Badger State makes AMAZING beer! (Note, we are Seahawks fans, visiting from WA). We came in on a Saturday night, doing a little recon for Sunday's Packers v Seahawks game. The beer was absolutely wonderful (and we are beer snobs). The barrel-aged Stouts were delicious! We also loved the Mashing Pumpkins and Buzzy Brown (pro tip, get a pint of each and mix them.) Re the nicest people, a Packers fan bought me a beer! We showed up the next morning (GAME DAY!) with donuts and Kringle from Uncle Mike's in DePere. Let me tell you... the salted caramel pecan kringle pairs very well with the Mashing Pumpkin Ale AND the Buzzy Badger Coffee Brown Ale. By 11am, it was pretty full of football fans. Re the nicest people... we got invited to a tailgate in the parking lot. After our breakfast beers, we drifted into the On Wisconsin! Red Ale and the Green Chop session IPA. Both were delicious!! At 2pm, we will walk over to Lambeau Field, center of the football universe to watch the Packers take on the Seahawks. There is no better fan experience than Lambeau, and frankly, no better beer experience in Wisconsin than Badger State Brewing!

This is such a fun brewery! It has so many wonderful beer and cider options to choose from. We loved being able to get a flight and try several beers. All of the beers were really good but my favorite was the hard seltzer. I loved the piña colada hard seltzer! It was super flavorful without being overly sweet. The inside was really cool! It had such a fun ambiance. Perfect for a brewery close to the Packers stadium! They have plenty of TVs to watch games, a cool bar, and Wisconsin decor. The patio was super cute as well! We would have loved to sit out there but it was super hot and we had just come from the Packers game. They have a huge parking lot as well. It's very easy to find somewhere to park in the lot. It's really close to the stadium as well. Overall, I highly recommend if you're in Greenbay!

I really enjoyed sitting at the bar and drinking a flight while eating pizza and talking to people. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. They answered all questions about the variety of beers they have. It was nice you can do a flight to try several beers. They also place them on a metal holder and write down what each one was so you can remember. They also make their own pizza which was pretty tasty. I think they should crisp the crust a little more, but the toppings were great! And of course it pairs well with the beer! I would recommend coming here for a drink and fun. I could only imagine what it's like on game days! Shame they don't have many TVs though for when the game is on.

I'm a big fan of most things in the cheese state: great nature, tons of lakes, friendly people, good food, lots of beer, and of course cheese. One of the only parts of Wisconsin I don't like is Green Bay. It has the feeling of a rundown industrial city. Milwaukee is an industrial city too, but it also has a vibrance to it that is lacking in Green Bay. However, most Wisconsinites have an affection for this city because it's home to the Packers. And Badger State Brewing is right next to the Packers stadium. My wife and I tried the brewery on a weekday summer evening. The patio is plenty big and the beer options are plentiful. It was pretty good beer in a relaxing setting. Fortunately for Green Bay, there are breweries like Badger State that are trying to liven up the city. I won't be back to Green Bay anytime soon, but if I did, I would want it to be during a Packers game. And before that game, I would go to Badger State Brewing.

What a great place. Outstandingly crafted, nicely balanced beer in a broad range of styles, served by friendly, engaging folks, happy fellow customers, a great space, and really well-done branding with cool merch galore. This will be my brewery go-to on subsequent trips to Green Bay, without doubt.

Badger State Brewing Company is close to Lambeau. I walked there from the hotel and got a flight. They have quite a few IPAs that were delicious. The outside seating area is fun and comfortable. The don't have their own food. They sometimes have a food truck or you can order using a QR code from another restaurant. I ordered a grilled salmon caesar salad that was meh. I didn't feel like the food should impact the brewery's review. Definitely worth the stop!

I was there Thursday, August 11. It was the first time I was there and it was a wonderful experience. The bartenders were extremely accommodating, alert and aimed to please. They had a huge range of craft beers on tap. The ones I had were really really good. The hazy IPA, the grassy place that was on tap was spectacular. They also serve Renards frozen pizzas which was very good. I highly recommend Badger state brewing company. The bartenders and beer are spectacular. It's a cool place.

After an active day in Green Bay, we stopped into Badger State Brewing to knock back a few cold ones and were immediately greeted with a warm smile and asked what we were drinkin' :-) The beer selection here turned out to be excellent! We got two flights and paired them with some big, delicious soft pretzels. The beers were cold and the pretzels were warm and salty - it doesn't get a lot better than that! ;-) Service was excellent, prices were reasonable, and we'll make a point to swing by again the next time we're in Green Bay.

My partner and I had a few rounds of beers when we visited Badger State Brewing Company. The variety of beers we tried were hit or miss. We preferred their pale ales over their darker beers. It was a Thursday night during quarantine so it wasn't majorly busy but there were at least two to three other tables while we were there. Two of the three staff members wore masks. The lady in the gift shop did not so we didn't go in/by her. A handful of folx came in for takeout food and they also had a nice fridge full of beer packs and growlers to go. We were up in Wisconsin for my grandmother's funeral and stayed at a hotel across the street. We picked the hotel given its proximity to this brewery and would go back to both in the future but might ask for some samples rather than relying on their descriptions.

My wife and I came into Badger State Brewing because it was a highly recommended brewery from the GB Locals. So we tested the waters, Wow we were highly impressed. Their Beers are excellent. They have some Top-Notch Employees working behind the bar that know their beers they are selling. They suggested a few beers and Wow they were good. Huge Shout Out to the Bar Staff Members at this Brewery. Thank you for making my Birthday Special. We will see you soon. Highly Highly recommend this brewery if your in town and visiting the GB location.

Super fun atmosphere - full building on a Saturday evening around 4pm! Great service and super long beer list. If you're looking for a good variety of beers, this is your place. They had lots of "non-traditional" beers too. Plenty of sours or fruity based beers for those who are new to drinking beers as well. We would've loved to see more ambers on the list. The beers are listed on a rotating list on one of the TVs and on the chalk board behind the bar - a bit hard to see if you're not right at the bar. A menu would be super helpful! We ordered 2 flights and sampled 10 different beers, they were reasonably priced and fun to pick out! They give you an erasable marker and you write right on the board which beers you'd like a 4oz sample of. They also have board games for groups to play. It's a nice touch! FYI- they have food that can be delivered in, and we did see two groups order it, but we didn't ourselves. I attached some photos with details on how to order the food. We'll be back! Can't wait to try the outdoor patio!

Delicious and inventive beers served in an inviting atmosphere with a beautiful beer garden. Beers here are frequently accompanied by live music, local food trucks, and various shenanigans. This is any Wisconsin beer enthusiasts happy place. Only drawback is the staff can tend to get overwhelmed during events. Keep an eye out for their barrel aged beers. You won't see those at Festival!

Here for office trivia night, literally the worst run trivia ever. Inconsistent in acceptable answers, changes rules in the last round, didn't do the math right, took way longer because the hosts had no clue what they were doing and took too many extended breaks.

We went to Badger State Brewing before the Packers vs Bears game! Great atmosphere! The beer variety is great for groups of people. They did not have food available at the time but had a food truck outside. There are only a few TVs which makes it tough if you are watching football throughout the day. They have a merchandise area for their swag. Cool place to drink at before the game! Close to the stadium as well! Tried about 6 beers; Raspberry Walloon, Brw Ski, Game day IPA, Cirrusly Cloudy. I wasn't a huge fan of Game Day IPA but you can form your opinion! Check it out!

When in Green Bay and you want a quality beer this is definitely the spot to go to. With Lambeau Field just down the street, you can see it from the parking lot this is a popular spot especially on home game days where they host tailgate parties in the parking lot. This place has a huge parking lot and was a very nice facility with seating both inside and outside. As far as their beer selections they have plenty to choose from with many different styles of lagers, IPAs and sours to cater to any crowd. During game days they roll out a beer truck that pours beers outside and they have a massive event with a DJ and plenty of other activities. Definitely a go to spot for Packers fans and other teams fans visiting Green Bay. We have pretty good beer back home and this place definitely is comparable with the best. I did see they were offering tours which is a nice perk to offer with a free pour during these covid times. The only complaint I would've had was we did said a little bit of time to get our drinks in line because of the long lines and volume of people, would be nice if they had a pop up area outside that people could also use as an alternative spot to speed up the process. There wasn't many people pouring on a busy game day weekend.

Very disappointing experience. I love supporting local craft breweries. I make it a point to have a conversation with the bartender that light beers trigger migraines for me, and 99% are fantastic at making recommendations or steering me way from a bad choice. Not this guy. I shared my need, shared my thoughts as I ordered a flight (3 Oz ea), and he said, "sounds good." Two turned out to be light. One sip of the one and I told him there was no way I'd be able to drink that or it would be a sure migraine. I asked him for a replacement reminding him I needed amber or darker. He poured one, then charged me. I looked at him, dumbfounded, and he said, "I'm not in the practice of giving away beer. " he asked me if I wanted it or not. I told him I was fine without it, and he poured it down the drain right in front of me. There are a lot of choices of local craft breweries. This will not be one I return to support. Management, have a chat with your bartender.

The more I come to Badger State Brewing Company when I am back visiting family in Green Bay, the more impressed I am. The taproom is beautiful, as is the new event space. The variety of beers on tap (and games in house!) is quite impressive as well! I love the atmosphere and continue to come back.

I had the opportunity to visit on 11/12/2021. Very responsive bartenders in a colorful and fun taproom. They had many beers on tap to choose from, including ones I found unique. I liked the Chocolate Pecan stout which had a very rich taste and mouth feel. It is close to Lambeau Field and I would regard it as an essential brewery in town.

Here for Oktoberfest. Ordered a beer and left $1 tip for the beer. As the bartender walked away she tells me not to forget to tip your bartenders. You just got $1 to pour a beer and you're wanting more?! I can tell you who isn't getting a tip the rest of the night

Badger State is a beautiful taproom and a must to visit if your in town for a game. They have a huge variety of beers on tap and they have something for everyone including IPAs, porters, red and brown ales. There is a huge parking lot and lots of seating, however it does get full on the weekend. It located very close to Lambeau Field so if your visiting, Badger State is a great place to stop. They also do tours of the taproom on the weekend. And last but not least they have a large tv for watching the game :)

I have been to this place twice. The first was for a VFW fun run in which they served beer afterwards and it was a lot of fun! (I didn't run, I just drank beer and handed beers out.) The second was for a Yelp event, which was also super fun! They have a fun vibe inside with several bars and then a nice outdoor bar area with a huge grassy area for dogs and bags games. They have a lot of events, sometimes food trucks and a great variety of beers.

Loved BSBC! On a drive to check out Lambeau, I came across this gem! All of the beers come as full pints or 4 oz samples. Of course I wanted to try them all, so I got a few 4oz. My coworker said the Bunyan Badger Brown ale was a must try. I also enjoyed the Cream Bay (get it... like Green Bay), Porte Des Mortes Porter, and Walloon Witbier. The atmosphere was real chill and the clientele was very friendly. I even brought a howler home to share with the hubby.

Totally eye opening! First of all I do not drink beer, or so I thought until attending an event here at BSBC. Turns out I just didn't know there was a world of beers out there I was completely oblivious to. Did you know there are sour beers? There are! they have them, and they are delicious.. so if you are in your thirties, like myself and had already closed the book on ever enjoying a cold brew I implore you to dust that book off and make sure you have ink in your pen to amend your beer story and pop on over to this super cool place. They also have lawn games like corn hole and spike ball. Also totally dog friendly outside lounge. I could go on and on! Just go.

Amazing outdoor beer garden and fantastic staff. I have come here to sample their fabulous beers a few times. The variety of food trucks that makes their way around is always a hit. The indoor and outdoor space makes hanging out with friends here any day of the week a constant win. They have several fire pits, benches, tables, etc. The staff inside and out ate very helpful. Get on over there and sample some of their vast selection of brews!!! They have a chalk board inside with all the news on activities and events. Check it out!

I stopped by on 02/13/2020 to preview the place prior to a meetup event scheduled for 02/16/2020 ... the Bunyan Badger Brown Ale was a 5 out of 5! So, why did I give the place one star? It took one of the two Trevors behind the bar, many minutes to "see me" sitting almost right in front of them. It seems they, and a group of local Chads, were too busy discussing the Pauly Shore, yeah that Pauly Shore, show that was taking place in an adjacent room. After finally being seen by one of the Trevors, I was greeted with, "Know what you want?" WOW! After ordering, and drinking my first pint, I again had to wait many minutes for one of the Trevors to "see" the empty glass, and offer a refill. At this point I need to mention there were 10-15 Chads, Kyle, and Trevors seated at the bar. Second pint served, and consumed ... Once again had to wait many minutes to be seen, and served a third one. Finally tired of their bullshit, paid my modest tab, and went across the street to the Stadium View Lounge. I light of the shitty/non-existent service, I passed on the meetup, and will never go back.

I don't do too many reviews, but this place is worth a note. Great place, friendly staff and rock solid beers. Lots of styles to choose from and all on point. I'm a fan of Buzzy Badger, but honestly I have not tried a beer from these folks that I didn't like. If the weather is nice the outside seating is awesome.

I fell in love with this place! Obv, you want great beer and a great selection in a brewery = check. They had two lighter options for me, and both were nice and smooth. My fiance enjoyed a few of their hoppier options. Badger State was different from any other brewery I've been to because of the outside area - multiple picnic tables plus two large barrel seating areas with fire pits aaaand a grassy area with a few corn hole games. In the evening, the strung lights add a romantic or and relaxing vibe. I could have hung out there all night long.

Came here last week for the first time and it is bigger than what I expected. Nice area outside for fun activites and lots of space inside. Our brewtender was awesome, very patient with us and went through the different types of beer they offered. The Tiki Tom Slushie Series: Zombie was definitely the best I had out of the 5 flight beers I got. I ended up buying a four pack of them. Only down fall is that they don't have much food choice and that you would have to order from a different bar down the road.

I'm in Green Bay on business staying at the Hilton garden inn next to Lambeau Field. There's a brewery next to the hotel that I figured I'd check out. It's dead tonight, 6 people besides me. I would love to see this place hopping during a Packers game. I ordered a Mean Green IPA...super yummy. Fantastic beer selection and the staff is cool. No food but you can bring in anything you want or have something delivered. The beer garden features corn hole and other fun games. I really enjoyed this place and like I mentioned, would love to come here when it's hopping.
