The Impact of Coronavirus on Portland Restaurants, in Photos | Eater Portland

"Although it opened in fall 2019, Bae’s pivoted to takeout and delivery after forced dine-in closures; despite a chain-link fence across the front, the restaurant has been sending out piles of spiced fried chicken through delivery apps." - Molly J. Smith

Waffles fries were solid, Bae's gin and tonic not bad. We were there at 8plus on Wednesday for drinks, place was almost empty, vibe was chill. Went back again at 1am, super crowded with long queue for walk in, ladies could get in more easily. Wednesday is ladies' night, free selected cocktails for ladies from 11pm to 1.30am. Complimentary gin and tonic was surprisingly strong. Music was good but place was really crowded, also quite a bit of action going on. Babes in general were hotter than dudes. Can check this place out with friends for a night of dancing.

Celebrated a birthday dinner here and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here! The night just gets better when the club transforms. It can get crowded at some point but that’s the vibes I want from a solid cocktail club. Music too, 100% on point :) Thank you Baes for the amazing memories.

If your primary aim is the food, ensure you arrive well in advance. However, for the full clubbing experience, I'd recommend a slightly later arrival, as the energy and crowds truly build up past 11 PM. We visited on a Thursday night, and it remained exceptionally crowded well beyond midnight. While the drinks and cocktails can be a little pricey, the vibrant music and the lively crowd undeniably make it a destination worth experiencing.

Went on a date night with may partner back on 4th Sept - we booked for a relatively early table, about 7:30pm Staff were extremely attentive and went all-out with explaining the promos, signatures and what not. One staff member even advised us AGAINST ordering something because he sussed us out as the type who would regret it and made an alternate recommendation - and we 100% agreed that his recommendation was 👍👍 Made a memorable night for us - we hope to come again when we have the opportunity...!

Exceptional Service from Nayli at Bae’s Cocktail I had an amazing experience thanks to Nayli, the door host. She sets the whole tone the moment you walk in. Her welcome is warm, genuine, and effortlessly professional. She handles the crowd with calm confidence, and you can tell she actually pays attention to people instead of treating them like a queue number. What stood out most was how she made the entry process smooth and stress-free. Even with a busy flow, she stayed composed, friendly, and attentive. It’s rare to see someone balance efficiency with such a personable touch, but she makes it look easy. Bae’s Cocktail is lucky to have someone like her as the first point of contact. She elevates the entire experience before you even get inside. Truly impressive, and absolutely deserving of recognition.

I went with my friend’s recommendation. They have such an interesting cocktail lists and fancy presentation. They turn to a club and get crowded at late night. Cool musics and so much fun!

The food and drinks are some what korean inspired. The food and drinks weren't too bad. By 11pm, it willl turn into club mode where you can drink and dance. Quite an experience. Heard that the ramyon is amazing. I will be back to try it soon.

Amazing experience at Bae’s Cocktail Club! Mr Aby (Head of Security) was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and handled everything smoothly. Big thanks to him for making the night even better!
