This is the third Bagatelle to open in Miami, and this time the concept feels completely refreshed—more refined, more vibrant, and, honestly, better. The vibe is different in all the right ways, and the absence of the old towel-waving tradition gives the experience a more elevated and mature energy.
Congratulations to the energetic GM Loic and the entire team for the success, the outstanding setup, the music, the bars, and the perfect location.
Now, let’s talk about the food:
• Tuna tartare — beautifully presented and truly delicious.
• Yellowtail — served in a new style, and it tastes fantastic.
• Grilled octopus — tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
• French rosé wine — an excellent pairing that complemented the meal.
The service was excellent, with a friendly touch and polished professionalism throughout.
Overall, we loved the place and will definitely be coming back soon to enjoy the experience again.
