Bagel Cove Restaurant & Deli

I really don’t think the ratings of this place are fair… The bagels are really tasty and chewy, the servers are so friendly and comforting, and the vibes are exactly what I look for at a deli. Also if you come early you can get a coffee and any bagel with cream cheese for only $5! I can’t wait to be back!

Amazing food and service!! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with smiles by everyone working there. We were in the plaza and my son asked for pancakes. So we stopped in and had a great brunch! Barbara was our server and she was so kind and provided us with a great first experience there! We will definitely go back soon.

Nice casual place to have a delicious meal, i had a veggie omelet with potatoes and a whole wheat bagel with a side of peanut butter, a good affordable breakfast.

This deli was established in 1988 and used to be one of the better ones in Miami. However, in my opinion, the deterioration of the food quality and a terrible service have transformed it into a place not worth visiting.

Absolutely terrible food. Home fries were burned yet cold, sausage in my bagel sandwich was sliced up instead of a normal sausage patty. Pizza bagel was loaded with just a ton of canned tomatoes and nothing else. Restaurant was like an outdated fast food place but cost $60 for a quick fast food style breakfast which is pretty ridiculous. Do not recommend!!!

This is hard as we didn't know they closed at 4pm and we came in at 3:20pm so the kitchen was out of a salad dressing that was needed for a salad we order and out of seeded rye bread. We weren't told this until after we ordered so that really affected my thoughts. The menu is extensive and has a good selection. The service was outstanding and prices are what you'd expect. All in all I think we got a skewed experience so I suggest being aware it closes at 4pm so get there no later than 3pm and maybe even 2:45 to ensure they have what you want. I'm willing to try again.

Visited bagel cove last weekend for breakfast, the place has gotten a facelift on the outside, on the inside it still needs work... there is no music at this establishment so you will be hearing a bunch of old people talk about the most random things and it just makes things awkward.... about 80% of their clientele are rich old people that come to hang out and eat, the other 20% are people in their mid 40s from the surrounding areas. Anyways, now as far as the food: the orange juice was fresh and tasted delicious however, their large serving seemed more like a regular size drink. The bagels were OK, they give you a tiny piece of butter and a small container of cream cheese to add to the bagel, the potatoes + eggs were average. Overall, it is an OK place for breakfast, affordable, clean, however I would expect more from this establishment as it is right in the center of Aventura... standards need to be raised higher.

Love this place. My waitress Vien was awesome, very attentive to both our needs. Orange juice fresh, cafe latte was perfect. 1st time at this place and the food was amazing. Bacon was crispy, bagels were fresh and soft. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Aventura area.
