Bagel Palace was the go-to Jewish deli blending New York charm with fresh bagels, traditional treats, and a friendly vibe—now, sadly, closed.

"...and Bagel Palace being forced to close after 25 years in Toco Hills due to greedy landlords." - Beth McKibben

"Bagel Palace in Toco Hills is closed. The 25-year-old Jewish deli and bakery in the Toco Hills Shopping Center on North Druid Hills Road sold their last bagel and reuben Sunday afternoon. The owners announced the closure on Facebook Saturday. It seems rent—which according to one owner doubled under the deli’s new landlord—is to blame." - Beth McKibben

Delicious rye bagel with egg, tomato, and jalapeno cream cheese Thanks cream cheese has the ingredients smashed into it, and plenty of it. Fresh pastries we're good too. I've yet to try the ridiculous enrobes poop emoji cupcakes . .

The bagels are excellent. I come here because they have some of the best in Atlanta. However, my very low standards of service for a bagel deli are constantly disappointed. Never seen an employee here smile. I've been greeted more enthusiastically by undertakers and graveyard shift gas station attendants. Toasting the bagels costs extra because electricity.

An Atlanta bagel shop that actually boils their bagels!!!! So happy I found this place. Good menu, friendly staff. Whether you are dining in or getting bagels and lox to take home with you. Good selection of bagels and cream cheeses, Can even get sliced NOVA and Doctor Brown's Cherry Soda. Black & white cookies were okay, but could be better. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. Will definitely return!

The staff at Bagel Palace are all so friendly, especially Alex who helped us in the front. I live really far away and called to see if they sold one of my favorite childhood Jewish pastries, Hamantaschen. The man I spoke with said they did, but because I would be coming from so far, to call ahead and he would bake some additional ones before I got there. How kind! Needless to say, it was worth the drive. He did bake more, so they were warm when I got there. So so delicious!

Bagel Palace has been an icon of this part of Atlanta for many years now. The owners have kept it real, an authentic New York style delicatessen with exquisite freshly prepared food at lovely prices and excellent service. The staff is always happy to see you and it is a great place to catch up with what is going on in the local community. May this place remain for many years to come!

Great food, great servers. Best breakfast in town. Love this place. An update. Sadly Bagel Palace has closed. The mall got a makeover and the merchants got a rent increase. I'm really going to miss this place. The food was great, the portions large, and many of the staff had been there for years. Now I've got to find a new place to get fresh bialys.

Food had fallen off over the years, still has some of Atlanta's best bagels and an awesome cream cheese bar. With that said, the service is disappointing. My father and daughter went for breakfast early Sunday morning. At first we were told my daughter counted as "1/2 a person" and we could not have a four top table as they were reserved for 3 or more. Meanwhile there was no line. We saw the same waitress fight with another woman who was sitting at a 4 top waiting for takeout. (Again, no line). It also took them 20 minutes to serve us 3 bagels. If they are so worried about capacity, they should serve the food faster to turn the tables faster. These's guys seem to be loosing the Toco bagel war (Goldberg's, Einstein's, Starbucks and dunkin donuts all in the same shopping center or across the street) which is sad because they have the best bagels in the area. Good service and great bagels are the only things bagel palace needs to be successful and they are only getting half of that right.

I have been eating at this deli for years. It is the closest thing you will get to the delis in New York City. The Tuna Melt #58 is my favorite. I order it on a toasted everything bagel. It is topped with red onions, tomato & Muenster cheese. I get sweet potato fries with it as well! Can't go wrong with anything here! They have the best cookies & cakes! The mini carrot cakes are a must try! The coffee is always fresh & hot, too! LOVE THIS PLACE!
