Delicious food. the food and drinks were delicious . It was the first time I dined in a Jewish restaurant. I would give 7 stars, the service was great ❤️

First when come in here I see flags on the wall and for a business am ncoming here to eat cause am hungry not to be looking at hateful messages or stand with a brand that shows or those hateful things that RLLY gave me a turn off so I go in the restaurant it smelled horrible .So I ordered the fries that was the only normal looking thingy on the menu everything was looking bad and dry and tell me why I get the fries there is hair on the fries and it’s cold like what and on top of that the lady was so rude I told her and she told me I alr touched them so I can’t take them pmo. I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE THE SERVICE,ATOMSPHERE,AND FOOD WAS BAD ‼️🚨‼️🚨‼️‼️🚨‼️🚨

I had average hopes for this place. First, it was extremely hot in there and when i asked them politely if they minded turning the ac on they started giving me unexpected attitude. I assumed the employee was having a bad day so i continued to be kind and patiently waited for my food that i had ordered. They got my order wrong 2 times and brought my drink after i was finished with my meal not ONLY this but my husbands food came 20 minutes after mines mind you i was finished with my food I'm honestly super disappointed already but continued to be super kind. When i went to pay i didn't want to tip and the manager literally asks me how i had the audacity to not tip this place. Very selfish place, i'm not from israel myself and honestly i expected better and this is just straight up disrespect and unnecessary behavior when i clearly didn't do anything wrong. They also tried to charge me for the drink that was clearly very late when i told the person i didn't want it anymore. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody no matter what. Everything was horrible honestly i never felt worse and uncomfortable like this in my life. I looked at the other reviews and all are terrible well deserved this place should shut down. DO NOT COME!!

was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. First, the silverware was visibly dirty — spots, smudges, and even food residue left from previous use. When I politely asked for clean utensils, the staff responded with a rude, dismissive attitude that made the entire experience even worse. There’s simply no excuse for poor hygiene and unprofessional behavior. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic cleanliness and respect.

This place was a really great spot to grab some breakfast and for a quick bite. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but there were a few parking lots across the street and if you are lucky you can get in front. They have a separate drink menu with really cool and exciting drinks.ake sure to ask for the drinks menu!

All I know is we ordered the Bronzino and mushroom barley soup. Everything was made to perfection. We sat outside, and the service was pretty good. The fish could not have been more perfectly seasoned.

Walked in and the horrific things yall staff was talking about was pathetic and sad and the bagel wasn't even good dried up horrible service if you want a bagel don't come here.

Went for breakfast with my wife and our three little ones, the oldest being just 3, at Bagel Time Cafe and we were absolutely delighted! It's such a relief to find a place where we can enjoy a scrumptious kosher meal without any worries. The menu is extensive and everything we ordered was a hit, especially with the kids! From the fluffy French toast and pancakes to the perfectly-cooked eggs and crispy potatoes, every dish was a treat. Not to mention the delectable french fries, mouth-watering mozzarella sticks, the classic grilled cheese sandwich, and the creamy vanilla milkshakes which the kids couldn't get enough of. But what truly stands out is how family-friendly this restaurant is. The ambiance is welcoming, making us all feel right at home. Plus, the service was impeccable, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and pleasant. If you're in Miami Beach and looking for a superb kosher breakfast spot that caters to families, Bagel Time Cafe is the place to be. I work in the area, and when Im craving a bagel its a reliable spot. The waiter(s) and back of house within my 5 min of waiting. 4 people picked there nose and wiped there mouth before handing me my food. Ive worked in restaurants before and it is honestly just disgusting. ( thats why there are wash stations as required legally ) In contrast when the friendly owner is there everything is smooth and transparent. Maybe I came in on a bad day. I promptly threw my bagels away as I would not serve that to my colleagues.

Bad customer service. Asked for a cup of water the guy ignored and said something to the waitress along the lines of no but then he walked away. She was confused and so was I. I then reiterated the question and said that I would pay for the cup if necessary then she went to go ask him again I guess and he said sure and I asked, so what's cup is he going to give me like what size because he was charging $.75 for it and she pulled out the small coffee cup so I was just like never mind on the whole situation. I feel bad for the young lady who just started working there.

Wow.. Bagel Time catered my event in Miami Beach and it was phenomenal!! The owner Yehoshua was quick to respond, super helpful, and blew me away with what he could accomplish to fit our budget. So thankful for them for creating the most beautiful set up and bringing delicious food. Our guests loved it!!

We kept trying to order online, but it seems they got too busy and had to pause their online orders. So we hopped in the car and came to eat in person. What a good decision that was! They told us, that in a Saturday night like this one, we would surely get served faster, since the online ordering would take about 40 minutes. Well, everything we had was very good and appealed to someone, with only one exception, and that was the penne a la vodka. We got the 16 inch cheese pizza from their brick oven, the baked ziti came in an iron skillet and also from their brick oven. The Mac and cheese was ok, but not what we were expecting and not your typical Mac n cheese. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and stretchy and the shakes were as advertised! Sweet and flavorful. The service was very friendly, attentive and honest about timings. We were served very quickly in person, and only about 5 minutes later the restaurant was jammed with in person dining, including their outdoor seating. Everything was fresh, tasty and great service.

Do not use this business. They tried to charge my card for over a $1000 when I got the text message from chase fraud and when I called the bagel cafe the girl was beyond rude to me and kept talking over me telling they would never do that, yet someone else got on the phone and owned up to their mistake. Now I have to get a new card due to their mistake. I got a bagel $1.75 and left a $3 tip yet was trying to be charged 1093.81???? Manager stated she did not put the decimal in the correct spot but the correct total was 4.75??????? While in the business noticed the other customers were rude and not typing. Now I see why....

This is the best bagel place in Miami! Big menu with lots of variety. It's good for dining in and takeout. They catered a great office breakfast that I went to.

An everything bagel and cream cheese for $5? Had I asked before ordering I would have walked out in protest. That's more than the cost of a great bagel in NYC. Institutions of fresh bagel making that hand roll and make big, crunchy, soft, warm beauties fresh on premises. Happy to pay more than five dollars for one of those. But this place is uninspired, with miserable staff who don't smile, and seem like they're doing you a favor when you walk in the door. Not to mention that the place smells like cleaning fluid, which is disgusting, especially since it's also really dirty. Dirty. Shelly. Miserable people. And a mediocre $5 for only a schmear of melty cream cheese dripping from an uninspired bagel? OyVey! It's too bad that south Florida can't make decent bagels or chinese food. This place is not deserving of one star. And that random piece of scallion on it. Just added insult to injury.

Let's put it this way. The inside looks like 1980. That would be ok if the bagels would be good. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese to go. The bagel was soggy. Not sure how it was soggy. It was so chewy I just threw it out. . The coffee was warm ( not hot or iced) we need a great/good bagel store in Miami Beach unfortunately this is not the place.

Came to eat here once a couple of years ago before the new management and I was not impressed. The service was mediocre as well as the food and prices. Today we had a breakfast meeting at work and catered bagels with fruits and coffee for the office. The bagels were still warm but were brought in a brown paper bag so the humidity made the bag wet. We had a fresh fruit platter, a veggie platter with cream cheese to top the bagels with and coffee. We also got a couple of sandwiches from their menu like the egg burrito and the energizer. The egg burrito was super moist and soggy I'm guessing the eggs must of have been left a little wet so the burrito was not edible. The energizer came in a baguette with egg whites, tomatoes and avocado. That was pretty tasty. The baguette was a bit hard so we put the eggs and veggies on a bagel. I didn't like how the everything bagel had chunks of sea salt on top of the "everything" so it was really really salty specially with cream cheese. Had to add cucumbers to blend in the taste. Overall the bagels were pretty good and so was the veggie platter with cream cheese. Everything else..... nothing crazy

I'm appalled by the service at bagel time cafe in Miami. I made an order for delivery which was scheduled to come in 60 minutes. I waited 2 and a half hours for my order while the restaurant prepared it. When it finally came we were missing half of our order, there were no utensils, our sandwich was soggy and one of the coffees were spoiled. I tried calling the restaurant at least 10 times and left several messages with no answer. I finally got in the car and went to the restaurant and explained nicely the situation and the worker proceeded to give me attitude and refused to give a refund. She then yelled at me for having attitude and treated me like an idiot for being upset with the worst service I've ever seen. I am an understanding person but this is the worst service I've seen at a restaurant. I then went hungry as I had an appointment and got no lunch.

So the restaurant was just taken over by new ownership and these old reviews reflect on a very different establishment. I went in for breakfast yesterday and absolutely loved the new peeps in charge, especially Liza. I loved her so much that I asked to put a brunch together so I can bring more friends along!! They have some creative items on the menu including beautiful milkshakes and cookie dough pancakes! They are a Kosher establishment that really puts their love in to the product they create. Bummer the old reviews are here because it truly is different.

If you want to feel insignificant and perhaps that you do not even exist, then you have found the right place to eat. We stumbled into this place looking for a good bagel. At 10 am on a Friday this place empty. We stood there for a good 7 minutes before someone said "how can we help you? " He handed us a menu and we sat there for another 10 minutes without again being acknowledged. We got up and left. I should mention, based on the pricing, expect to pay $5 for a plain bagel. Ridiculous!!!!! We ended up walking down the street and found a lovely Bakery down the street. Nothing but smiles and great service.

Ordered grubhub delivery or i would have returned it for around 17$ before tip I received a child size portion. Of decent potatoes a slimy Sunnyside egg and a bagel with no butter no cream cheese no anything what kind of psycho eats a bagel dry and plain?! I've never seen a restaurant use a side order size container for a breakfast I mean they're potatoes not diamonds here

The food was terrible service was terrible disrespectful took forever to get food I would never come back here most of the staff were terrible as well the only person that was nice was Edgar and food was crazy expensive as well

I had never been here before but after reading the reviews they apparently had a change in management so I decided to give this place a shot. All in all, it was great. The bagels are delicious and fresh as can be. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back here again!

The most unorganized cafe I've ever been to across the United States. Waited an hour for bagels...which were not even toasted. Everyone was so mad in line at the service but the lady behind the counter yelled at everyone in line to "be patient." Even though, people are waiting 30 mins-1 hour for an iced coffee or non-toasted bagels. Don't come here.

It was probably one of the most delicious brunch places I have ever been to. I would recommend the chocolate chip pancakes, the Greek omelet, and any bagel with butter. If you are visiting or if you live in Miami, definitely try Bagel Time Cafe.

Had ordered 2 bagels with tuna 1st off almost 11 bucks each a sandwich there was no tuna on bagel and the bagels were hard also ordered a pumpernickel plain bagel it was hard as a rock (old) ad least for the money have fresh food .. almost 25 bucks later horrible place will NOT go there again should ashamed of yourself serving that kind of food for so much

This place is so cute, great scenery, great separate dining space! the food is sooo good . Not the fake tourist Miami food but really good flavors in a great area. non Jewish cooks of course, The cook is amazing she knows what's she's doing.. great gals taking orders and been helpful to each need! Bagels were perfect: crisp on the outside, slightly doughy on the inside... tasty. Other stuff was OK. We came during one of the busiest weeks, and they were packed, so will cut a little slack. Still, the service & ambience can definitely use an upgrade. We get it: it's a bagel shop, not an upscale bistro. But welcoming a customer who's obviously waiting to be seated, cleaning the table with something better than a greasy-looking schmatte (esp. during COVID), etc.--this should all be standard. But again, those bagels were really good!

You should come to Bagel Time Cafe if you enjoy overpaying for mediocre food with a side of extreme rudeness. I came here today and was blown away by the active hostility the employees showed to both each other and to customers. The woman behind the counter and the guy manning the coffee area couldn't be bothered to look away from their phones. In the 10 minutes that I was there, the woman behind the counter yelled at an employee, a guy making a delivery and a customer who innocently asked if a container sitting on the counter was his cappuccino. I was almost afraid to ask what the options were for cream cheese but fortunately was only punished with an eyeroll. The coffee guy just barked at me "milk or black" when preparing the coffee. When my food arrived, I ran out with the bag before anything else bad could happen. The coffee was a huge disappointment; very weak. Really just hot brown water. The bagels were good but barely toasted. I am generally not a fan of the inch-thick layer of cream cheese that typically comes sandwiched in between the bagel halves, but in this case, the bagel and the cheese had barely gotten a chance to know one another before the knife came in and broke them up. I paid nearly $16 for 2 coffees and 2 bagels. No extra charge for the rudeness

If you like waiting a long time for mediocre food this is the place for you. It took about 45 minutes for pizza and mac and cheese balls to come out and it really only happened after we threatened to leave. Some of us enjoyed our food, but I definitely would not get the pasta again. Overall quite the poor experience

I called at 4:26 PM with questions concerning a catering order for a later date. I was told they are closed, to which I responded, "okay, do you have time for a few questions" given that they picked up. They then hung up on me. Excuse me, I called 34 minutes before your closing time of 5 PM listed on the website. Disgusted by this horrible customer service and disrespect. I would NOT recommend!

Had a horrible experience here, we waited 30 minutes to get a table, ordered two omelets and a Salad, over a half hour later we got our salad (which had a long white hair in it) then waited an additional 15 minutes to get our first omelet, when inquiring about our second omlet ee were informed by our server that it was mistakenly taken by some else and we would need to wait another half to get it because they were busy. Totally ridiculous! If it was my restaurant i would bump an order like this to the front of the line... Any ways we decided tocut our loses and leave, later upon lookint at our recipt we noticed that our server left herself a generous 20 percent tip :/ truly horrifing. Basically i will never go back and neither should you.

Unlike the other bagel place located 2 blocks east these people know how to run an establishment. Came in and was greeted right away and order was put in. Food was delish! Staff was friendly! Avoid roasters n toasters down the street and come here!

This is my first 1 star review and I usually look for the best in every establishment I go to. However this place was terrible. I watched as an employe opened a jar of roasted red pepper and placed it on my stale bread and called it a sandwich. The place try to make you believe it is some sort of gourmet kosher establishment but it is anything but. The prices are ridiculous! Some how a vegetarian sandwich made from vegetables pullout of a jar as passed for fresh should sell for $10+! Add a muffing which I was told by the lady at the register was amazing was in fact Hard and terrible. Then you add a bottle of water and the bill is $20+?! 1 star because I cannot give this place 0 or negative. If you read my other reviews you'll see that this is a drastic change!

I've only ever gone for breakfast. They have a decent $6.95 special that includes eggs, bagel, coffee and your choice of either potatoes or Israeli salad. Both options are great. The food is not going to knock your socks off but it's good. The staff is nice. Things take a bit longer than you might expect but they're getting better. The ambiance is nice: big, open dining room, lots of big Jewish families and older couples.

Oh my God... I just had a bagel from here with nova cream cheese, with a coffee. I feel sick! The cream cheese was revolting. The nova tasted like it had been sitting out for a week - disgusting, way too fishy, unsettling texture. The bagel tasted fake and way to bready. On top of it, the coffee was weak and not flavorful. Would not return. Only positive is the service was quick and polite.

I don't understand what the recent 1 star reviews are about. I used to go to Bagel Time relatively often under the previous owner, but haven't been here in a long time. I came for a casual business lunch and had a tuna melt on a bagel. The bagel was fresh and soft and quite good. It was moderately crowded but not so noisy that I couldn't have a conversation with my colleague. I definitely plan on coming back more often

I asked if they served espresso and they served me an americano, when I asked if that was an espresso they fixed another one for me, exactly the same watery cafe americano in an espresso size, with such a bad attitude, such a shame places like these still are in business! :(

Stopped by here before doctors appointment. Saw it was the closest place and didn't check the rating. Kinda wish I had but over all it wasn't a bad experience. I got lucky and was the only person in the place so service was perfect. Server was super nice and checked in mid way thru the meal. Bagel and cream cheese was on point. Scrambled eggs were kinda meh but the house fries were good. My knocks against the place were the slightly loud music, construction (which I understand is situational) and the tables and chairs felt a little dated. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and there was a dirty rag here, roll of paper towels over there... little things I don't think anyone else notices but maybe they do. If you're in a rush or just want a quick bagel and cream cheese. I'd recommend it, any longer and chances are you'll have a jingle stuck in your head the rest of the day.

Came for the rainbow cheesecake to celebrate my daughters birthday and also enjoyed fried fish sandwich tuna sandwich israeli salad cheesy fries and eggs; everything was deeeeelicious!
