Baglioni Masseria Muzza Resort & Spa

Our stay at Baglioni Masseria Muzza, though just for a single night, was truly remarkable. It undoubtedly ranks among the finest hotels we've experienced on our trip! The property exudes an enchanting charm with its expansive, impeccably clean rooms that boast a luxurious ambiance. Each room is thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable and elegant retreat. The amenities offered are plentiful and enhance the overall experience—let's not forget the stunning pool, a perfect spot for relaxation under the sun. The staff truly stands out; they are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and eager to assist with any inquiries. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, this distance provides a serene environment, making it an ideal getaway for those looking to escape the noise. Overall, the peaceful setting, top-notch facilities, and attentive service made our stay unforgettable!

This was the highlight of our 2 week trip. A very relaxing and peaceful setting outside of Otranto's hustle and bustle. Great service from the front desk to the restaurants and support staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to town was a breeze although having a car is helpful if you want to explore Lecce or other places in the south of Puglia. Rooms were spacious and pool delightful and uncrowded. Beach clubs nearby can be booked through the hotel. I'm a big fan of this resort and the area surrounding it.

I stayed with my wife at the start of June. The staff, from the very first greeting to the last goodbye were the best part of this hotel. The shuttle drivers were excellent and gave us good tips when we first went into Otranto. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and wanting to help us have a lovely experience.|We used WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel team. The communication from them was excellent. They gave great advice about restaurants and activities.|The food in the restaurant was good and so was the pizza in the bar area.|One evening, the staff put on a "Chicnic". We sat on blankets on the lawn and drank cocktails whilst a local group performed traditional Salentino music accompanied by a ballerina. It was great to understand more about the local culture from this experience.|The sandy beaches are very nearby (the hotel shuttle will take you there). Lecce is very accessible by car.

Tranquility, incredible service, wonderful food, exceptional spa. What more could you ask for? If you’re looking to relax and unwind while enjoying a cocktail and local bites watching a beautiful sunset… this restored farmhouse is perfect! The staff provided incredible restaurant suggestions in the nearby towns, nestled next to a historic castle on the coast. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a wonderful week with another couple in the Salento suite using it as a homebase to explore the region. The resort is very peaceful and serene with incredible sunsets. But the highlight of this resort must be the staff and the concierge service weeks before we arrived. We were sending emails to plan restaurants, bike rentals, day trips, shuttles, boat trips, and much more.|The staff are kind, patient knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed all of their restaurant recommendations in Otranto and Lecce. I can’t praise them highly enough - we felt so well taken care of. They really are the best!|The resort is very relaxing, and the pool is very nice - sitting and reading a book at taking in the beautiful view.|The resort is “off the grid” and so you can relax - it serves as a gateway to the rest of the region - shuttles are quick and easy to the town of Otranto as well as Cocoa Bay beach club.|Just know that the beach club is more of a public beach with lots of different vendors, kids, lots of people - so if you want a more private or exclusive beach club experience there are those options a bit further out which we really enjoyed.|We didn’t use the Spa but it looked very nice - the gym is quite small - treadmill and light weights. But we were there to relax.|Thank you again to the staff for an incredible week!!

We chose this hotel from reviews we read on line… but it surpassed my expectations.||Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. The reception staff ivana, alexandra and fredericka were so welcoming and helpful. They provided us with recommendations for dinner, which were spot on. The free van into town was a nice perk.|The grounds were beautiful, as was our room.|Although it was too chilly to swim in the outdoor pool, the spa pool was a good alternative. Complimentary sauna ,steam and relaxation room provided that extra touch of luxury.|the breakfast staff were cheery and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices|I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon

We went with friends and stayed five days in this beautiful hotel. All the staff were very good at speaking English and always willing to help with anything. We were in a duplex room and everything was spotless. All amenities from the pool to the restaurant to the bars were absolutely tiptop. Not a lot in the immediate area to do so you need a car but the shuttle bus down into Otranto was very good.

The food was a standout - authentic Puglia cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning pool, and the relaxing spa. Most of all, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. A perfect destination for rest, romance, and indulgence. We can’t wait to return!
