The 21 Best Restaurants In Marseille - Marseille - The Infatuation

"This narrow sandwich shop in Saint Victor is named for Nice specialty pan bagnat, a salade niçoise sandwich minus the potatoes. Theirs has great texture, with crunchy radishes, green peppers, spring onions, and an umami hit from anchovies. But they really knock it out of the park with the Ricocetta, which is one of the best sandwiches in the entire city: ciabatta with Sardinian ricotta, mushrooms in garlicky persillade sauce, arugula, and pancetta chips. There’s enough seating here to enjoy your sandwich—there are eight seats outside and a dozen in the mezzanine—but to-go sandwiches are always wrapped perfectly for a picnic. Take yours and a couple of crispy-chewy chocolate chip cookies to Catalans beach, on the ferry to Frioul, or around the corner to Parc Pierre Puget." - sophie friedman

Great sandwich shop. The bagnat with anchovies was great. So fresh and huge. Nice places to sit outside.

Very nice place, great food and great service. The prices are totally honest compared to the dimension, the quality and taste of the sandwich, and guy who served us was great too. Totally recommended!

Someone we know recommended we go here whilst visiting Marseille and we were not disappointed. The food and service were so good. I am just disappointed we're not here for longer so I can't come back and try another of their delicious sandwiches 😊
