Amazing restaurant with even better food! My husband and I went there to celebrate the 4th of July and had an incredible time. The music made us feel like we were in the Bahamas – such a great vibe! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Isa, was super friendly and attentive. We loved everything and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Bahama Breeze delivers great island-inspired food—especially anything with jerk, which is absolutely delicious! Service can be a bit slow at times, but the food is worth the wait. The staff is friendly and helpful, even recommending meals if you’re not sure what to get. The atmosphere is super chill, with tropical beach vibes, and they offer outdoor dining too. Their tropical juices and smoothies are refreshing, and there’s also a bar if you’re up for a drink. Great food, cool vibes, and solid service—I’ll definitely be back!

The food and ambience are pretty good; however, the music was EXTREMELY loud, and the speaker was pointed right at us. We had to yell, and even then, we could barely hear each other. Other than that, it was nice. We got the coconut shrimp, salmon salad, and the seafood paella.

Amazing food and service at this location! Bahama Breeze is one of my favourite restaurants, and I had a fantastic experience here. We ordered a variety of appies and drinks, and everything tasted fresh and delicious! Our server, Esme, did a phenomenal job taking care of us. Will definitely be back next time we visit Florida!

On this past Sunday, my wife and I made a stop in to one of her favorite spots to eat, Bahama Breeze. We have eaten at 5 different locations but never this one and wanted to give it a try. We started with Beef Empanadas as an appetizer. As usual there were really good. She ordered a Rum Runner which she really loved. I had an Aruba Honey Blonde beer which I hated, but that’s was not fault of the restaurant. The beer just didn’t taste good at all. My wife ordered her favorite dish, Skirt Steak Churrasco which was prepared exactly as she likes it. I wasn’t too hungry and just sampled her meal which was really good. The ambience and energy here was really nice. Good music that wasn’t too loud so we couldn’t have a conversation. It was evening time so the light was good enough to see the menu but still create a bit of a cozy atmosphere. Our waiter Xavier was exceptional. He was very polite, welcoming, attentive, and had a good sense of humor. He frequently checked on us but not to the point where it became overwhelming. We enjoyed his service to the point that we asked for his schedule to make another visit to the restaurant during his shift. Overall great experience at another Bahama Breeze location.

The personnel of Bahama Breeze possess what it takes to be in food and restaurant business. We had a great experience with everyone we spoke with. In addition, the meal and drinks were top notch. Add all that to the buy view of the street.

This Bahama Breeze is truly amazing from the service to the food. We had an amazing waitress named Sofi, super knowledgeable and really great. The food came out really fast and the environment was phenomenal.

came to bahama breeze for my moms birthday and we had an amazing time.. the beef empanadas were cooked perfectly. we had not only one manager but THREE managers asking us about our experience. we appreciate good leadership!! thalia was a 10/10 with her service and knowledge. definitely coming back!

Yelpers, I went to have lunch with our friends from Texas and London, England. We were looking for a place with some good drinks, tropical drinks. And good food, and wheelchair accessible. By the time we arrived, they were so friendly, accommodating. The waitress was so friendly! We chose to stay inside. And that was the best decision. The music was amazing! The food was right on point! The atmosphere was amazing...Thanks you for making our vitiating so enjoyable! The friends from Texas and London, England...We will come back soon...!

Visited with a group about 20 for a work event. The space itself is very large and there was no problem Van our entire group in a back part of the restaurant and having it all to ourselves. It was midweek, but was still surprised that that whole half of the restaurant was empty except for our group. We had great servers who were attentive and making sure our drinks were never empty and our food was coming out quickly. We had a pre set menu with shared appetizers conch fritters and empanadas. We also each had a starter salad and then chose from three entrées. There was ribs, salmon, or a crema grilled chicken. I opted for a the chickens d it was very good. The sauce was a little sweeter than I like, but was very tasty. With so many options, I don't know if I would choose this as my go to spot next time I am in town, but, it was a good choice for our large group.

Todd was amazing! I went here with my family a few weeks ago and Todd was our server. He was helpful, told us all about specials going on and really made the experience. The food was great! Basic elevated Caribbean pub fare. We will totally be back as the happy hour specials looked great!

This place is GREAT! One of the better chain restaurants around IMHO. We always leave asking ourselves - "why don't we come here more often?" Place is nice, clean... has a full bar... food is really good... service is very good... has a good happy hour menu... has it all! I had the Blackened Mahi Tacos, my wife had the Chicken Tostones (seasoned chicken & cheese over fried green plantains - SO GOOD!), we shared the 3 cheese Crab Dip which was really good! Each had 2x Classic Margaritas. And our daughter (who shared our food) ordered a N.A. Piña Colada which she loved! Our server - Orlando was Amazing! Great experience (as usual!). Will be back for Happy Hour *or* Monday $5 Margaritas!

Honestly my go to order at Bahama breeze is the jerk chicken wings. To be fair it's the only thing in the menu that I enjoy. My partners meal was pretty subpar but still decent enough to eat.

I just love coming here. I came yesterday with a friend and it didn't disappoint us at all. I had the jerk shrimp pasta and it was so delicious. My friend had their burger and she loved it. The service was fantastic and the ambiance was nice as always. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the Kendall area. Two thumbs up

Not bad for a casual lunch or dinner. The jersey chicken pasta is very good for my taste and the seafood paella as well, so much seafood, just a bit too salty. For appetizer we ordered the coconut shrimp and spinach dip. I liked the spinach dip a lot. Staff are very nice, courteous and fast.

Great service and I love the ambiance of this place, such a nice atmosphere. I got a virgin Pina colada which was delicious! My Mahi Mahi tacos were ok, I finished two out of three. Overall, nice place to go to.

I came here with my grandparents and it was GREAT. Good price point for the amount of food, and the happy hour is worth the early arrival. The service was quick and the food came out hot. I'll be back for sure! For planning purposes - they have live music outside sometimes that is quite loud. If you're into that, it's fun! But if you're trying to hear your table mates talk... just plan ahead.

Bahama Breeze is a beautiful restaurant with great indoor and outdoor seating areas. The tables are not packed together so the place feels spacious and inviting. The service was great, our waitress was very friendly and kept coming back to check on the table. I order 2 Blackened Mahi Tacos, the tacos were ok okay, but not amazing. The tostones I ordered as a side were great.

It's been over a decade since I've been here. Happy hour prices are great! $5 piña colada and $7 ahi tuna tostada stack! Glasses are bigger and the whole tostada is covered with tuna. Service is a bit slow (bartender is by herself taking care of tables and bar) but we had a great time pretending we're in the Bahamas or on a cruise lol. Will definitely be back for more!

The tacos were delicious!!! Coconut shrimp & the dip wasn't too good & the service took forever. I would only go back for the coconut shrimp tacos.

Went here for happy hour! Love the deals. The service was extremely slow however. So make sure you order as much as you can when you do have your server. The desserts were tasty.

Drinks and food were good, but the sound system sucks. The music kept going on and off. Very annoying.

Was in town for family business and decided to visit this restaurant. I am familiar with Bahama Breeze and figured this was a good choice. As usual, love the overall vibes. Our server was attentive, but there was an issue with the bill. Not a totally pleasant situation, but we eventually got it worked out. Of course, this restaurant remains a favorite! :o)

Very different and varied carribean menu! Service was good...very quick and correct. The ambiance was happy and full of great music. Place to go to when you need something new!

I like this place for a few reasons. The patio offers a very nice outdoor seating area, and in the winter months it's perfect. The frozen drinks are so yummy, and the jerk shrimp skillet is AMAZING!! If you're looking for a tropical vibe, this is a tiny piece of that in the hustle & bustle of Kendall. Now for the negative. Though it is named Bahama Breeze, there is not much Bahamian vibes going on at all. More like Cuba Breeze. That's fine if you want to play Latin music, but not one island song is played so it really doesn't give the Bahamas vibe. Also, when we were there on a Friday night recently the music was RIDICULOUSLY loud. I asked if they could turn it down at all, even just a notch, but they said no :(

Ordered the 2 Mahi fish tacos. Tortilla shells were completely burned and each taco had one 3 inch piece of fish in a 6 inch taco shell. Advised Manager this was unacceptable and I wouldn't be back

They're having a mouse problem. You can smell it the minute you step onto their patio. We had to leave and cats are not the answer to fixing this problem as they carry a certain type of parasite that 60% of the population has. For now this is my rating till they fix the rodent problem. When I come back, I will edit my rating.

Delicious food and drinks. Great and fast service with a Bahamian vibes. Caribbean inspired meals rich with tropical flavors and sauces. I dropped by for a little me time and sip on an Ultimate Piña Colada which is delicious. Definitely recommend for dinner with friends, family or just because. The only downside is the parking. They do offer valet.

Definitely a mediocre experience for my first time at Bahama breeze. There is an expansive menu that all sounds appealing. Our server was not very present and had to be flagged down when needed. There were items that weren't brought to the table that were ordered but it was hard to get our servers attention to make them aware. The food was good, I enjoyed the shrimp, but I ordered medium stake and it definitely came medium well/well.

This is our go to place. Bianca is the best at making drinks and always making us feel welcome. Always a nice atmosphere and the food is always good.

I am going to be very honest. We went yesterday to happy hour. We ordered the Ultimate Piña Colada. The first one had some rum. The second one nothing. Then we ordered the Bahama Mama. No alcohol at all. When the manager came to ask us we told her and she had to get all our drinks and get the rum. Then we ordered dinner. The plates shrunk. The stuffed plants sin bowl was completely changed. The ground meet was missing. The amount of food was horrible. My wife ordered the Pineapple Chicken bowl. That was a joke. The pineapple was huge but the food was missing. The chicken had no flavor and the rice was not cooked. Music was so loud that we could not talked anymore after it started. This was my favorite restaurant but after this experience I will not go again. If you want to pay a lot of money for nothing go ahead but I think it was a robbery.

The food as always, delish. The ambiance as well very relaxing. Yet the service though good, slow. The only of my worries was parking since so many businesses in this mall, yet found one quick & close.

One my favorite places to eat. The grilled jerk wings are the best and the sauce makes them even tastier. I love the music in the evening as it makes you feel like you are really in the Bahamas. The wait staff are always pleasant even when my husband wants to customized his shrimp bowel.

This Bahama Breeze is in Kendall right by the Turnpike. I usually come to Bahama Breeze exclusively for their happy hour but came to this one after a session of pickle ball with some friends. It was one of our friend's first time there so we had to get a lot of classic dishes for her to try. We were seated right away, and it wasn't too busy even though it was around lunchtime on a Sunday. The service was speedy and our server took the order on little tablet on at our table. We ordered: the empanadas, coconut shrimp, seafood paella, virgin ultimate pina coladas, grilled chicken with cilantro crema, and the chocolate island for dessert. Everything was delicious and came out super fast. You can also pay for your meal without the server at the tablet at our table which is what we did.

Not all 5 star reviews have to be in a high end dine dining establishment. And this is the case with Bahama Breeze! I always feel like I'm on a breezy tropical vacation when I come here. But it's in Kendall! They have amazing happy hour specials from 4- 6pm / 9pm- close on weekdays. They also have an extended happy hour Sundays 9pm-close. I've been here multiple times but our waitress Hailey stands out from everyone who serves me. She is friendly, always recommending items on the menu and goes out of her way to make my experience a pleasant one. Their Bahama mama is a must have cocktail when you come along with their ultimate pineapple cocktail which is served inside a pineapple! Great amazing of liquor and you will feel them kick in after your second or third one. Their Caribbean music always gets me in a good mood. I've had almost everything on their menu but today we had the "Yuca cheese sticks" which are interestingly delicious and are served with a garlic green sauce. We also had their "Coconut shrimp" which is a favorite amongst customers. For dinner we had the "Lobster & shrimp linguini" ... so delicious. Amazing portion and decent amount of sauce. You can ask for shredded cheese upon request for that extra touch. Their "Bacon Cheeseburger" was what any cheeseburger should be, delicious and flavorsome! I always look forward to visiting !

Great service, delicious food & drink. I came for my birthday 12/23/23. Went with my parents, an aunt & 2 friends/coworkers. We had a great time.

What happened to the small delicious crispy conch fritters !! They are now served with an aioli instead of sweet chili and they are mostly breading with no conch. Our server Aileen B was very efficient and professional and the food is adequate but not like it used to be. I don't think we will be returning.

Very disappointed with this dish, do not order. I have no words to describe what it was exactly that made the sauce so terrible. I think there's just too many ingredients in the sauce that should not go together.I would prefer the shrimp to be cooked a little bit more maybe golden to bring out the flavors more. Not a fan. We also ordered the beef empanadas but seems like it was more of a potato empanada than beef, cutting costs too much? The place is great to grab a drink and feel like you are on a little getaway vacation, for sure. No complaints about the service.

I had a good dinner tonight with a steaming hot plate of Jerk Shrimp Pasta. Now I do have to admit it was a bit spicy, it's that perfect Jamaican kick you need. Our server was great except for the fact she didn't write anything down and forgot my grandmothers shrimp. Other than that, my visit was good as usual. I like this place, but I really believe that they have so much more potential to be a strong restaurant. Thank you. -Jacob Moore

My 1st time, and not my last! The food was excellent! But by far. Maggie and Jan made my experience memorable and special. They were Very friendly, attentive and helpful . I highly recommend this restaurant

Jessica was an amazing waitress, was very helpful and accommodating. The food came out just as explained and pictured.

Food is great and a fun atmosphere BUT... Saturdays DJ was not that great. The sound system kept going out and his mixing was not very good. Too bad cause I was enjoying the music until he started going down hill.

Apps and drinks. The service was slow at first, it got better, but it's very commercial. Not a great place if you're looking for dives or local vibes. But we figured it was be consistent and have good drinks... photos posted and recommend everything we had.

Good standard with fairly good menu. The food better than most but could be better and menu updated. Beverages are good size and creative sold selection. Service usually good. A fun place to meet others on the outdoor patio for dinner and special occasions.

I just want to say that every time I go to this Bahama Breeze I am always taken well care of. The sit down wait time is never too long, the food is always great, and the vibes at the patio with the Live DJ/Music is always a good time. Most importantly I appreciate the accommodations provided for children with options of a great kids menu, booster seats and high chairs I will definitely continue to return with my family.

I've eaten at many a Bahama Breeze's. Honestly, they are all the same, franchise upon franchise. They're the same food, the same look, and the same feel. However, like I've always said, for a single establishment within a franchise to separarte itself, that establishment must have great customer service. This establishment did just that. My party of four came in on a Tuesday night, was immediately seated, and waited on by a very helpful and attentive waitress. We enjoyed our happy hour drinks and apps, and then we enjoyed our entrees. Our waitress was extremely polite. She attended to us and even provided us with much needed and wanted opinions on the menu items. She is what helped this restaurant get another star. Overall, not a bad place. The food was franchise, the atmosphere was franchise but the service was exceptional. Enjoy.

Food was delicious and spicy . Ambiance breezy and appreciated , we could see the street view and sat outdoors .

The "sweet" mash is definitely a 6/10 the server has no problem replacing it. The paella was definitely not authentic but good, I'll order it again. It wasn't too busy ( we set in the inside) One of my drinks tasted like dirty water. It was replaced with no issues and the replacement was good.

Came to dinner here with my family and had a great time. Started our night with the spinach and artichoke dip, which was a classic with great flavor. I had the Ultimate Pineapple as my drink, it was very fun but just a piña colada and daiquiri mixed together if you're curious. I wasn't super hungry and the dishes here offer quite a bit of food, so i ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and a house salad as my meal. Both were very tasty, the salad was fresh which honestly all their salads are good i would say. The coconut shrimp came with a yellow sauce that was similar to a honey mustard, but very tasty over all. I enjoyed the food here and will be coming back again!

Great happy hour. It's a good lunch spot too. Lots of good dishes but my go-to is the jerk chicken pasta and the coconut shrimp. I come here for the ultimate pina colada, which is incredibly refreshing and taste amazing! Sat at the bar recently and the service was ridiculously fast, I am so appreciative because I was able to have a drink and appetizer within minutes after sitting down, and I had plenty of time to eat and enjoy before my next appointment. Love this spot!

Longtime staple Caribbean / seafood restaurant but it's fallen off a bit. The food quality simply isn't the same anymore. My food came cold to begin with. The server didn't really care, he was busy with many tables at once. The drinks were ok ( best part of meal ). Shrimp tasted like just fried breading, didn't really have a seafood taste to it. They made me wait quite a while to even bring me water and to order as well. Had to wait another 30 just to get a table. Definitely not the best of experiences but I figured at least the food would be good so I stuck around. We struck out in all aspects, but the service really has declined because I remember coming here and the staff was super attentive and friendly and really cared about the customer experience. Not really looking forward to going back, there's simply too many restaurants to choose from in the Miami area so receiving bad service and bad food at this point isn't acceptable!

I haven't been here in a long time, but I'm glad I came here for lunch. The food was good and filling. The service was fast as well. Both appetizers ordered were actually very good. We had the coconut shrimp and the chicken with tostones. For the entrees, we had mahi tacos, the bbq burger, and the applewood bacon burger (which can be substituted with chicken). They were all very good. The burgers can come with fries, salad, or fruit (your choice of side). The only thing that made me a little upset was the cleanliness of the utensils. We all had marks on our forks and knives and they felt sticky. We had to ask for new ones but even those were dirty. It would be better if plastic utensils were used due to the pandemic.

Had a great time at Bahama Breeze. The food is amazing and the service is Incredible. Definitely coming back soon.

Quick food service. I order online. I don't like that you have to call in to have them bring your food. It should be a link where you check in like Chili's or Walmart. But the food itself was amazing!
